Joseph p.o.v

It has been 8 years since Will and Joseph rescued by Governor swan and they were sent to live with the blacksmith since then and right now we were waiting at the foyer of the Governor Swann mansion and we waited for the governor Will was examining one of the candle holders on the wall and snaps one by accident "nice going genius" Joseph said to Will and he hid it in an umbrella basket.

Just then we heard the governor footsteps heading down the steps "ah mister turner and mister Rider" the governor says as I descend the stairs recently since I don't know who my father is I goes by the named rider as a surname "Good day sir, we have your order" Will tells the governor as he places the box with the sword on the table and takes out the sword and hands it to Governor Swann who unsheathes it "the blade is folded steel" Will explains 

"That's gold filigree laid into the handle" I added, "if I may," Will asks holding his hand out and the governor hands the sword over to him as he holds it with his two fingers "perfectly balanced the tang is nearly the width of the blade" he states and then flips the sword holding out to the governor who returns it to its sheath.

"Very impressive, Commodore Norrington's going to be very pleased with this" Governor Swann said very impressed with wills craftsmanship, Will takes the sword and places the sword back into the box "Do pass my compliments onto your master," he tells us " we shall, a craftsman is always pleased to hear his work is appreciated," Will says It made me upset to see him not getting the appreciation that he deserves since he was the one making the swords the most and I just help make them as well, but it's mostly him and we always practice with them 3 hours a day. 

We then see Elizabeth descend the stairs She was in a fancy dress but it looked like she couldn't breathe in it "Elizabeth you look absolutely stunning" governor Swann stated as she was walking down the steps she saw us "Will, Joseph so good to see you both" she tells us then turns to Will "I had a dream about you last night" "about me" Will said surprised at the thought of her having a dream about him and by the looks of it he was in love with her "Elizabeth is that proper of you..." said Governor Swann "about the day we met, do you remember?" Elizabeth continued ignoring her father "how could I forget miss Swann" Will say using the proper term for her instead of calling her by her first name " Will how many times must I tell you to call me Elizabeth" she says to him "at least once more Miss Swann as always" Will say to her as I rolled my eyes "there see at least the boy has a sense of property, now we really must be going" Governor Swann says as he grabs the box with the sword and leaves "good day Elizabeth" I tell her as she smiles at me " good day Joseph, good day Mister turner" she says to Will before she leaves and heads into the carriage, Will and I are at the front of the doors outside as we see the carriage ride away from the house " good day Elizabeth" will whispers Elizabeth's name but I had heard it and was smiling "can you be any more stupid mate" I say to him "some day you'll find love Joseph" Will says to me "yeah that I if I find love, I'm going into town do you need anything?" I asked if he just said no and I left to the market to get some things and to look at the ships. For some reason, I had a feeling that today will be a very interesting day.
