After that bloody nightmare and lack of sleep , Jenni woke up with a heavy headache . She completed her morning chores and found the time to be 7:30 AM. 

She sighed and slowly descended down to make some coffee as her head is throbbing already . And the lack of sleep didn't help her either .

She slowly came down , only to be welcomed by her ever smiling brother with two coffee cups . She gladly snatched one coffee cup and slumped on the couch .

Arjun chuckled and sat beside her . She sipped the coffee and was in heaven . "You make the best coffee brother , MD ah resign panitu coffee shop open panidu " she said dreamily , inhaling the ever toxicating smell of her favourite coffee .

Arjun chuckled and rolled his eyes . "Ipa okay dhana da " He asked . She nodded and sipped her coffee again . "Thanks Arjun , nee illana nethu ena aagirukum teriyathu " she said smiling a bit .

"Thanks ah thooki kuppaila podu " he said sipping his coffee . She chuckled and rolled her eyes . " Nethu thaan anna lam pola ipa mariyathai eh kanom " He said grinning .

She rolled her eyes , " Suma Suma soltae iruntha nee mathika matayae da athan " she said and smacked his head .

He glared and chuckled at her . "Paavi paavi kalaila start panitaya unoda velai lam " he said . She suddenly stopped all her antics and thought for a while .

"Arjun , it's been some time since we discussed about Break - Even analysis and have to re check the Golden hello's " she said sincerely .

"Ama Jenni , inaiku athulam clear panitu , antha new project oda business plan ah finalize pananum and also must check the income statement too !  Neraya Vela iruku " he said sighing and slumping on the couch again .

She came and dragged him out of couch , " Avlo soltu nee paatuku padutha ena artham vaa vaa kelambu velaiku poganum" she said and dragged him towards his room .

She pushed him inside and shouted "Mariyathai ah seekiram ready aagitu va " . He chuckled , "Seringa boss " he shouted again making her roll her eyes .

They both got ready in their formals and came out at the same time . "Paarah poitu thoongiduva nu nenachen paravala neeyum nalla MD nu prove pandra " she said chuckling and was struggling with the buttons on wrist .

He chuckled at her statement and helped her to wear it . "Kolantha inum olunga wrist button poda varala ena kalaikarathu matum varum " he said laughing  . She glared at him and both descended down the stairs discussing and pulling each other's legs .

They were warmly welcomed  by the breakfast prepared  by Lakshmi ma . "Good morning  Lakshmi ma " both Jenni and Arjun said and giggled .

"Good morning  , Arjun epdi iruka pa romba naal aachu paathu " Lakshmi ma replied . "Nalla iruken ma neenga epdi irukeenga , I missed your cooking so much " he said sweetly .

"Nan Nalla iruken Arjun , athan ipa vanthuta la inaiku unoda favourite aapam with paaya " . Arjun's face lit up with so much of happiness and he started relishing his favourite . Jenni and Lakshmi ma smiled looking at him .

After breakfast both the brother and sister duo went to office . And as usual was greeted politely , but Arjun being Arjun was being way more over enthusiastic and waved his hand to everyone .

Jenni smiled at it and few of their employees eyes went wide seeing that rare occasion of seeing their boss smile .

After the general daily customs , Arjun enterd Jenni's cabin followed by her PA , and some people .

Jenni nodded at them and they handed over some reports to her . All settled in the meeting table in Jenni's cabin .

The group were none other than the Managerial Accountants who determines all accounts .

Jenni personally hand picked certain employees in every department. And this is one of those group .

They started their discussion about the golden hello's first , Jenni changed many points and clauses in it and others were stating their views and opinions about it . And it merely took them an hour and half to finalize every details in it and they were happy about the fact that they completed it this early .

They then took a fifteen minutes break , Arjun slumped on the couch again . Jenni came and smacked his head making him whine . "Konjam neram viden d break thana sona " he said whining . She chuckled hearing her brother complaint like a small child .

Then all of them assembled to discuss about the ' Break - Even analysis ' , they cross checked and studied everything and Jenni asked them about every details and was happy to select them as the managerial accountants as they proved to be worthy of it .

They clearly stated facts and it made her point clear . After a long long meeting of three hours , they completed the analysis and was pretty happy with the final analysis .

Jenni then slumped on her chair and closed her eyes hoping to get a rest for some minutes . Arjun came and dragged her now to have lunch and they discussed more about the analysis points and their views about it .

"Paravala d sema team avanga , ithu Vara Oru vaati kooda disappoint panathu illa ! Semaya select paniruka " Arjun said while munching his food . She nodded in agreement .

"Suma edukala da avangala , they passed every damn thing I throwed at them , they are the best in what they do . Do you remember our past deals and meetings . They worked hard , the best team I could get ! Sumava sonanga best team and friends iruntha ena Vena panalam nu !" She said smiling .

After their lunch , they again started their work for the new business plan . As Jenni already did most of the work , they planned and finalized every small and important details for the plan .

The business model was at its best , they clearly noted and planned for all KPI's and marketing mixes to execute the work .

The team was clearly astonished with what Jenni planned . She had everything on point , only small details were corrected and it was the perfect plan they had .

Everybody praised her , " Elamey learning thaan Pegasus start panapa , I was jus a beginner ena thaan business management padichalum , I was totally oblivious to real life situations and struggles ! Easy ah intha Edam varala ! It took me several blows and I was crushed but ungala Mari perfect teams amanjuthu athunala I'm here today " she said with a smile .

All of them then , dispersed as it already evening and every work that day was completed .

Jenni drove him home , Arjun got down and looked at her . "You've crossed a hard path Jenni , but nee athulam thaandita , I'm so proud " he said with a smile .

"Dei dei pothum da paasamalareyy take care nalaiku papom " she said and drove to her home .

It was a very productive day and she slept thanking the team's she worked so far , it was because of them she came this far in business !

Yes , if it's not for the team she had , she would have left everything far back . Her mind played every scenes in her mind . (And come on lets take a look into it )

Flashback

The first time her company presented a project , it was utmost to failure . That gave them a pretty hard blow . As a upcoming company they badly needed that to work out .

That project would have helped them to collaborate and extend their hospitality to customers but the things which happened were almost opposite to what they thought .

"Itha Vida mosamana presentation yaaralayum thara mudiyathu la " Jenni asked the few members who were present there , but she didn't look at them after a failure .

The team head spoke first , "You know , you tried your best , learning thana elam " he said to boost her up . Being a man in 40 years , he totally encouraged every other person in the office to work more .

The motivation he gave , made them work , the team worked more harder , and the second time they bagged the project .

It was the starting point of the Pegasus ! If someone would have told her then that Pegasus will be leading in five years . She would have laughed out loud .

But she made it , with the perfect teams she picked everytime . She never left that to someone . She hand-picked every person in the team . She believed them totally and they gave her what she wanted .

That faded into a mist .

All were pacing around the room rechecking every single thing for the umpteenth time to her knowledge .

"Guysss" she called and everybody stopped . "Come on , okarunga Elam " she said. 

They resisted but seeing her glaring them to obey her they all sat down . "En ivlo tension ah irukeenga " she asked casually. 

That was their big day , the day where everything will kick start to sky high and everybody was hella nervous to attend it .

Nobody wanted to lose it , that was the last thought they had . But Jenni was calm as sea . She asked if she doesn't know what's happening around , ofcourse she knows even if a pin moves around here. 

"Mam this is important , and you know , aprm epdi ivlo calm ah irukeenga " one of them asked .

She just smiled , " You know enoda first project ipdi thaan romba odi odi senjen that I forgot , we need to be calm to see all the things around us " she said. 

Everybody looked at her keenly . " Antha project avlo avasaram ah senjini I faced an utter blow " she chuckled a little , everybody seemed surprised. 

"Relax ah irunga , unmai ah vey thappu iruntha neenga yaarum ipa Inga irunthu iruka matinga , I picked you guys personally , and  I trust you all ! Elam Nalla padiya thaan iruku trust me now I'll handle " she said calming everybody .

Everybody then relaxed and hyped up Jenni to bag that and they aced it . Everybody learned that "We should be calm and composed at time of stress " .

Again a mist formed and everything faded away .

Jenni again smiled in her sleep , thinking how far she came with help of everyone . She felt grateful for everyone who stood by her when she was failing bad .

Ofcourse it's true , you will fly high when you have trustworthy people and best team with you !
