Chapter 7: Sister Zoned

"And he took me to the soccer field and we were kissing for a few minutes, and there I thought everything was going nicely but he actually just wanted one last kiss before he broke up with me!" Olivia shout as tears fell down her cheek.

"Really? What else?" I say keeping my eyes on the road. I didn't know how to comfort people because I live with two boys and I've never dated anyone before so I don't really know what it feels to break up but I heard talking about it soothes you a bit. So I'm letting Olivia pour her heart out a bit, I also tried listening but I just couldn't it all just felt boring!

"He- he gave me that look! Like I wasn't pleasing him with me being his girlfriend! He was so vague about it! He didn't even give me a reason, nor did he feel sorry about it! How dare he!" She shouts again sobbing into tears. I bet he's cheating on her! Correct term was.

"Oh no! That scumbag!" I say out of nowhere stopping the car in front of her house.

"Well, here's your stop." I say huffing. Olivia turned to me with a sad smile. Her face was swollen from all that crying as she tried to give me a smile but failed.

"Thank you Thea. You've been a good friend!" She says giving me a hug.

"Eh! Don't mention it!" I say after she lets go slapping the air.

"See you tomorrow?" She shouts getting out of the car and waves at me. I wave at her one last time as she enters her house. I let out a sigh. Thank god that's over. Everyone know Claws a douche and everyone saw this was coming including me, but the only person who didn't was Olivia. She was too caught up in the relationship to Notice who he actually is and it wasn't going to last forever.

I drive in the direction of Theo's apartment instead of home because I know if my dad finds out that I had detention. Off with my head!

"Open!" I bang on the apartment door hoping that Theo doesn't answer the door but his cute, hot roommate Lucas does.

"Coming!" I hear that hot voice say from behind the door as he opens it and sends me a great big smile my way.

"Hey!" I say walking into the apartment. "Where's Theo?" I turn around back to him after looking around the apartment.

"He's on a date with some chick." Lucas says shouting the room and walking towards me.

"Huh. Is it that chick from shack he works at?" I ask him already knowing that answer to. He nods his head chucking and looking down at his shoes as he crosses his arms.

"He'll be back in a few hours. I can forward a message to him if you want?" He asks me.

"No. Just wanted to hang here and annoy him." I laugh when I say those last words and Lucas laughs too. He knows that the only reason I come here is to annoy Theo, and the other reason that he doesn't know is also because I have a crush on him.

"Yeah I figured."

"So what were you doing?" I ask him shifting a bit.

"Just watching a movie. Wanna watch?" When he asks me that question my eyes immediately lights up as I nod my head in excitement.

"What movie?" I ask as I follow him to the living room.

"The Visit. I heard it's amazing and I was going to watch it right now, and then there was you." He says pointing at me referring to the fact that I interrupted his movie session.

"I guess then it was perfect timing." I say sitting down on the couch as he played the movie and sat next to me.

"Yep. Perfect." He says before the movie started.

We sat in silence as I shifted to his side a bit unintentionally. I felt my eyes getting sleepier halfway through the movie until I couldn't keep them open anymore, I laid my head on his lap as I felt him stiffen for a second but he then relaxed and placed his hand on top of me.

"Lucas?!!" I hear a voice but I don't open my eyes. I was so comfortable that I had no reason to move.

"Lucas?" The voice got closer and I shifted a bit.

"In here!" I heard Lucas call back.

"Thea." I heard Theo sigh my name out. "Let me guess she was here to annoy me." Theo said and I felt Lucas move slightly. He probably nodded his head.

"Ugh! Now I have to get her ass home!" Theo groans out and I still couldn't move because of how comfortable I felt. It was like I was dreaming and I was in the real world, like I was stuck in between.

"Don't worry about it man. I can take her." I hear Lucas say. That's when I got up yawning and rubbing my eyes. I stretched out a bit accidentally hitting Lucas in the face. I looked at him a muttered a story and then looked at Theo.

"Oh. Hey Theo!" I say when I see him. He raises an eyebrow at me and shakes his head. What do you want this time? He sighs and sits down in the soft next to us.

"I want you to tell dad I was here after school." I bit my lip hoping that he would say yes, otherwise I would be so grounded.

"Why?" He asks a bit curious to what I was doing after school.

"I got a detention for being late and kinda got a 4 week detention, and well-"

"You want me to tell dad that you'll be here every day for the four weeks." Theo says slapping the air. He knew me too well.

"So....?"

"What's in it for me?" He asks sitting up straight.

"Well-" I yawn, "I won't tell dad you gave me the car. Or that time when you told him that you were out studying but you actually went to an underage club." I blackmailed him.

"Naughty, cheeky little Thea." I hear Lucas speak from beside me as he also sits up straight with an amused look on his face.

"Fine." Theo huffs. "But not today because he already called me and asked where you were so I figured that you had done something so I told him that you were at Olivia's and you forgot to mention it." Theo said and he had a sleepy look on his face with dark bags under his eyes.

"Thank you!" I say standing up and hugging him.

"Don't mention it. Dads also gonna kill me if he knows that you will drive at this time alone. So Lucas volunteered to drive you." He said pointing at Lucas. Dad doesn't let me drive past ten at night because he claims that it's a bit too dark and dangerous, so Theo had to drive me if I visited and stayed until late, which I tend to be doing a lot lately since Lucas moved in with him.

"Oh. Okay. Goodbye brother!" I say fist bumping him and collecting my stuff so that I can leave. I felt a bit excited since Lucas will be driving me so I was a bit in a rush to have some more lone time with him.

"Bye!" I hear Theo say with little energy as I walked to the door. Lucas was behind me and he held the door from the top for me to exit. He grabbed the keys from the wall that Theo had just hung when he took his Lucas's car, and closed the door behind him.

"Thanks for driving me home." I tell Lucas as we walk down the stairs.

"Don't mention it. You're like a little sister to me so the least I could do is drive you home." That's when my heart broke. Did he just sister zone me?
