Chapter 4: Puissant

Chapter 4: Puissant

"How could you?!" I shouted hitting my hand on the cafeteria table gaining us attention. My hand was a hint of red color because of how hard I hit the table when I was furious that she betrayed me.

"Huh?" My so called of a friend looks up at me with a confused look on her face. I glare at her sitting down next to her.

"How could you use code sixty-three?" I say hurt laced in my voice, "I thought we'd agree to use it only for emergencies?" Olivia's face deems in understanding as she feigned a smile.

"Look I know what you're thinking but whatever it is, you're wrong." She puts her hand up defensively and then puts it on my shoulder to calm me down.

"Oh really? Then exactly what is it?" I narrow my eyes at her stealing a French fry from her plate and started chewing on it. Olivia glares at me and pushes her tray of food far from my reach and gets back to explaining.

"So?" I question raising my eyebrow. "What is this thing that was too important that it needed to come between our relationship and break us apart from our sister/best friend bond?" I furrow my eyebrows at her. I normally wouldn't care but I didn't think that she would let out the secret. I was planning on using it for good reasons, like getting myself out of detention so that I don't get grounded by my parents, and I also had the perfect plan and everything, but how could that sneaky, evil, perfect, little plan be ruined by just one person?

"I didn't let out the secret," Olivia says hesitantly getting straight to the point. She knew I hated it when people give details when they could just go straight to the point and if I needed the details, I'll ask them at the end.

"Then who did?!" I hissed getting a bit furious feeling the need to swing my fist on the culprit's face who let it out because it wasn't Olivia. Olivia sighs knowing exactly what's going to happen next.

"Dylan. It's Dylan. I guess he overheard us talking about it and he announced it at the beginning of the school's assembly when principle Den and the teachers weren't there yet. He even swore that whoever snitched on him was going to have some serious face damage." I nearly had a heart attack when I hear that from Olivia. I've been trying to a dirty secret on all the teachers for months especially Mr. Pimp and this is what happens? That idiot decides to eavesdrop on our conversation and then announces it at the assembly. Now all that work I did was for nothing!

"But why would he do that?" I growl anger reaching up to my ear as steam comes out.

"I guess he thought that it'd be funny." Olivia simply shrugs not sure of the reason herself, taking a bite of her sandwich. She was such a pig when it came to food, not to mention selfish too. Whenever I'd try to take a bite of her sandwich she would bite my hand and shrug and say that I bit her sandwich so it's only fair if she bit my hand.

"Where is he?!" I growl fully charged with anger as I question Olivia. I can feel the red slowly loading up my body as I search every part of the cafeteria for the culprit. When I see the familiar back side, I rage toward my target dreading my eyes like a bull going mad when it sees red. I ran toward Dylan tackling him onto the floor. I hear loud gasps leave the room as I did, especially from girls.

"How could you!!?" I start punching my fists into this back repeatedly. Feeling the need to rip him apart. It's all his fault! I'll have to be spending my whole month at home doing chores without technology. Do you know how frustrating that it?! Especially a month with TVD!

"Can someone please get this psycho off me!" Dylan shouts. Everyone was still in shock at the scene in front of them that they'd forgotten to help Dylan, but the twins pulled me by each arm taking me away from Dylan and refraining me from causing any more damage to his back. I start struggling to get out of the twins grasps and start kicking the air like my grandfather had thought me, eventually I bit one of the twins hand (I think it was Ethan) and kicked the other in the shin, Aiden. They let go of me crying in pain as I tackled Dylan again on the floor when he was halfway getting up. All the boys in the cafeteria winced as the girls just stare in shock. Dylan starts to struggle again.

Dylan eventually manages to turn me around. Him on top of me, pinning my hands above my head so that I couldn't go shark-attack on him again. He takes awhile until his breathing comes back to normal.

"What the heck is wrong with you!" He screams in my face wide eyed. I nearly burst out in laughter at how his face looked like at the moment. He was red with embarrassment because a girl attacked him. His dark brown hair was all over the place as his t-shirt was wrinkled.

I somehow let out a chuckle and grin at him. Dylan looks at me in disbelief and glared at me. I glared back at him.

The glaring goes on for awhile until the twins decided to take Dylan off of me and help me up. Everyone got back to whatever they were doing because there was nothing interesting happening between Dylan and me at the moment and nothing to gossip about.

Dylan swiftly turns it attention to me after fixing his clothes and hair mess which I caused.

"What was that for?" He hisses talking about the shark-attack that I pulled off on him.

"What was what for?" I decided to play dumb to make him mad.

"You know what you did!" He says losing his patients jumping at the end while he talks.

"What did I do?" I say furrowing my eyebrows. I feign an innocent smile.

"Why'd you go shark-attack on me?!" He yells this time. Some people give us glances before minding their own business because it's normal here when you hear people shouting in a conversation. Not.

I decide that it's enough playing dumb and glares at him clenching my fists and unclench them. I try to refrain myself from doing another shark attack on him. Dylan notices that I'm furious as an agitated look takes over his face.

"You let out code sixty-three! How dare you?!" I yell out furious. I grip my hair before releasing my hands. I shouldn't be letting my anger out on me it should be on Dylan. So the next thing I did was grip his hair.

Dylan shrieks like a girl and tries to remove my hand from pulling his hair. All the people in the cafeterias attention is back to us, so I decided to have a little privacy while talking to him. So I pulled him by his hair out of the cafeteria.

I finally let go of his hair. Dylan's screams die down as soon as I do. I roll my eyes at the little baby in front of me. Dylan rubs his head from the pain and winces a bit.

"What was that for?!" He repeats the same question when I did my shark-attack on him except this time it was the tug-attack.

"You freaking used code sixty-three!" I yell out in exasperation, refraining myself from pulling his hair out.

"What the heck is code sixty-three?!" He cries out having no idea what I'm talking about. So if he heard the conversations I thought that he might have known. I roll my eyes at him deciding that I tortured him enough and to get to the point.

"You freaking let out the secret about Den!" I yelled out but quickly put my hand in my mouth so that I wouldn't get caught about talking about Den and get another detention.

"Ohhh." Dylan's face deems in understanding.

"Ohh? Ohh? That all you've got?! I got freaking detention for four weeks and I'm probably going to get grounded and get my technologies taken away all because of you! You- you snot!"

"You'll get your technology taken away? But why?" He gives me a curious glance.

"Because I got a C in math and my parents got a complaint about the stunt that we pulled off last year at the end of the school year." The thing is that the purple explosion wasn't only was doing. It was a part of Dylan and I's idea. We decided to pull off the stunt because we thought that it'd be funny and people would be entertained. Dylan and I were apart of our own gang. We had each other's back and we'd never snitch on each other. So when I got caught with the purple explosion I didn't snitch on him because it wasn't cool to snitch and I took all the blame.

Dylan is one of my best friends. He's pretty much had my back since we were kids. We started our gang called 'Puissant' (which meant 'Powerful in French) in sixth grade and it's been going strong since then. We hadn't had let anyone in for years because we didn't trust them as much we trusted each other even Olivia. We stayed strong and didn't blow our cover.

"Look I'm sorry if I broke our trust. I just didn't know that you didn't want me to let it out since I overheard it when you and Olivia were talking I got so mad that you didn't tell me first. I just couldn't keep all that anger in so to retaliate I let it out so that you would get mad at me but I regretted it right after I said it. I'm so sorry Thea I didn't mean for this to happen, though." He says with a worried expression on his face. I knew I couldn't stay mad at him for even a second so I 'Awed' at him a smashed him into a hug.

"So we good?" He gives me a huge grin with his white pearly, teeth showing. He extends his hand out for me to shake it.

"We good," I nod my head at him shaking his extended hand.

"Puissant?"

"Puissant!" We do one of our handshakes before laughing it off and decided to go back to the cafeteria.

Here's chapter four!!! I hope you liked it and if you need to ask any questions all you have to do is ask don't feel shy!

I know I know, this is not a very interesting chapter but I had to introduce two of the most important characters of the story Dylan and Olivia. The Twins weren't very introduced because it's still not their time, and Ethan and Aiden aren't the ones from Teen Wolf lol. Just saying.

Question of the Chapter:

A) Who's a Teen Wolf fan here?
B) Would you want to be a part of Puissant?
C) Do you like Dylan already? Even though I didn't mention that much about him.
D) Do you think Dylan deserved the Shark attack and the Tug attack?

Don't forget to Vote & Comment!
