Bree's POV

Chase was standing in his capsule. His eyes flickered black then brown and occasionally white. I just sat down at Mr. Davenport's desk watching him. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. If you know who Crane is that's one of our possibilities. However, he's dead. Unless, he came back to life? I doubt it. There's no one else I know who would try to possess Chase.

I miss the old Chase. His smile. His laugh. It was all gone. Who knew if we would ever get it back.

Adam walked in the room. He was keeping a distance from Chase. That's something I'd never thought I'd see.

"So do you know what's up with him?" Adam asked Mr. Davenport who was trying to revive Chase.

"No idea, but I will do a search on him," He responded. Adam nodded and sat down next me.

"What if we can't get the old Chase back?" I asked Adam.

"Little, weak Chase?" He said. I frowned.

"I'm serious."

"I don't know, if worst comes to worst, we might have to..." Adam make a choking sound and made a chopping-off-head indication. I knew he was right. We would have to kill Chase.

I got up and walked up to the living room. Tasha went to sleep, but Leo was deep in thought on the couch.

I layers down and thought about all the events. Well I ate a peach in the morning. That's a good thing. Everything else was bad. What happened to Chase. Maybe it was just a bad glitch. It seems to powerful to be a glitch. Something is controlling him...

Before I knew it, I fell asleep. I dreamed about Chase and I. Our love. His smile. Then I woke up from my fantastic dream. Dangit! I dreamed for a while though, I could tell it was morning.

I opened my eyes slowly and saw I was face to face with Chase.

I woke up more fully when I realized his eyes seamed warm and kind now. I put my arms around his neck in a swift move and brought his lips to mine. I kissed him with all I had. He was back. He was finally back. I felt Chase smile and break apart.

"Hey," he said. I smiled, "Hi."

"Look, I'm sorry about what happened to me before, something was controlling me, the real Chase would never do that to you," he said. The real Chase? Wasn't he the real Chase? I dismissed it.

"It's fine, I know," I said.

I sat up and looked at the timer. 7:49am?!? I had school in 11 minutes! I super speeded into the Lab and changed quickly. I brushed my teeth, brushed my hair, and grabbed my backpack. All in 10 seconds. I went back upstairs.

"Okay, c'mon Chase! Adam! Leo!" I yelled. "Let's go!"

Leo came out of the kitchen with Adam.

"Okay, let's go," Leo said. Leo and Adam both followed me out the door when Chase stopped us.

"I have to tell you all things," he said. "Leo; your zipper's down, Bree; I need a kiss before you leave, and Adam; I need you to carry something for me down in the Lab."

I smiled at his words. Leo fixed his zipper, I gave Chase a good long kiss, and Adam headed downstairs. Our group was back. Our little awkward group.

"Hey Bree," Leo said. "Can I carry you with my... Bionic arm?"

I looked at him plainly. "No, let's go."

We made it to the school at 7:51 thanks to my super speed. I headed early to my class. I can't wait to see Chase again!

Chase's POV

She fell for it. I'm not good. I'm evil. She kissed a possessed person without knowing it. Let's just say I'm a very good actor.

When I started glitching, my bionic cells were fighting each other. When my eyes went brown, good Chase was winning. When my eyes turned black, evil was winning. When my eyes turned white, I had a chance of dying.

The reason I brought Adam down here was to get him in my capsule and switch minds with him. Adam would be possessed. I couldn't wait for it. I couldn't wait for the force of evil to be stronger. It would make a whole difference.

"Okay so where's the thing you need me to carry?" Adam asked. He was strong so I had to make a good approach.

"Just program it out of my capsule," I said. He went inside my capsule, running through my scannings. I used my telekinesis to shut the door. I knew he was strong so I covered the capsule in a forcefield.

"Chase what are you doing?" He cried trying to get out. I grinned.

"Just sit back, and relax as the unresistible force of evil takes over you," I hissed. I felt my soul crawl put of Chase and into Adam.

Adam's POV

I changed. For the better. I was all powerful, but I liked it. I had to get to my master's place. My lord's place. Or else I would have consequences. I used my new ability and teleported to my destiny.

Chase's POV

I was me again. I was the real Chase. I breathed my own air and used my own senses. I was me again. The good guy. I remember everything clearly. I have to get to Adam. I have no idea where or who the person was. He was an evil mastermind that's for sure. I looked at the clock. I could still make it to school on time and warn Bree and Leo. They could help me, as well as Mr. Davenport. I hurried to the door, grabbing my backpack. I need a taxi.

I grabbed some money and ran outside. The cold morning air hit my face as I raced down the street. The mastermind was forgetting one thing.

Brains beats strength any day.
