The club is going on hiatus for the month of December. The read completion last round wasn't great, and I don't want to be chasing people during the holiday season. 

So, if you haven't finished your reads last round (or any round before that) and you'd like back in, make a note to yourself to get those done. If you don't plan to rejoin the club, it would still be good etiquette to complete those reads. People spend their time reading and commenting on your book, and in exchange, they believe you're doing the same for someone else. 

I am never upset if someone drops out AFTER completing their reads. I am happy to remove you if life happens or there's just too much going on AFTER your reads are done. But it is frustrating to know people are being let down in the club and, other than tagging people and posting reminders, I can't make people do their reads. 

Anyway - thanks to those of you who are good communicators and/or get your reads done on time. I appreciate your effort and participation in the club.  :)
