Leith sighed into his hands, Eddie sat across from him.
"I can see now. . . Why Elliot and you fired him."
Eddie nods,"He was problematic.", Leith groaned, running his hands through his hair,"We can't just fire him. . . We need his intellect and work, so. . . And he sure as hell scared the other doctors into not doing anything to stop him.", Eddie opened his laptop, clicking away to probably look for some solution to this; They can't fire him when they need his work and intellect. . . Begrudgingly.
"Hm. How about this?"
Eddie turned the laptop around, showing Leith who looked up and skimmed the page Eddie show him.
"Gerad Lockehart; A private detective/investigator."
Eddie continued,"Here is my suggestion; We hire him to keep an eye on the Doctor, keep notes on him and his work, if he tries to crosses the line; We'll have the evidence with us.", Leith nods,"And we can just tell Elliot, we understood his concerns of Sawyer, so we hired someone to just keep an eye on him.", Leith nods, using Elliot's concerns and other employees.

Eddie stood outside.
"Hello; Lockehart speaking."
"Hello: I'm Eddie Ritterman; Head Of Research from Play.Co."
"Ah; What do I owe the pleasure, how can I be of assistance to you?"
Eddie looked around, stepping into his office,"I need you to do some digging on one of our employees, and keeping on eye on what they're doing; Dr Harley Sawyer.", a chuckle came from the end,"Ah, Sawyer. . . I've heard if that name.", "Really?", "Yep; He has a neck for getting into Legal Problems/Issues, even when he's suing someone; He's not easy to work with.", Eddie nods,"You don't have to speak to him, I just need you to spy, take pictures and basically be his shadow: If he does anything out of his contract, or causes any trouble: Report to me, Leith: Keep Elliot out of it, this needs to be private.", a hum came from the other end.
"How about I meet with you and Leith; I'm all for this job."
