(Ash POV)

It's finally sunrise, Finally, I got out of my bed with my partner Pikachu getting ready to go on my next journey in the Kalos region. I was getting dressed when I heard yelling from down stairs "ASH!!! Are you ready Alexa is about to leave to head back to Kalos" Alexa is a reporter I met on my journey when I was heading back to Kanto from the Unova region. She was traveling with me because she wanted to get an interview with professor Oak, who lives here in pallet town. Now that she got the interview she is heading back to Kalos and offered me a chance to go with her. I yelled back " Ok mom on my way down". I put on my blue t shirt with some white stripes on the sleeves and on the front and back. Pull on my blue jeans on and grab my red hat with some white trim on the front. I than run down stairs with Pikachu and I see my mom with breakfast ready on the table.

"Good morning Ash", said Delia (Ash's mom)

"Morning mom", said Ash as he sat down and started eating his breakfast.

"Are you exited to be going to Kalos for your next journey?", she asked.

"Of course I am mom", said Ash "After going through 5 different regions I have learned a lot on my journey and I have confidence I am going to with the Kalos league"

"Good to hear", said Delia "Alexa is waiting for you at professor Oak's lab waiting for you so as soon you are done with breakfast you need to head over to the lab and say your goodbyes to professor Oak"

"Don't worry mom I'll be sure to say goodbye to him before I leave"

"Pika Pikachu" said Pikachu will eating some Pokémon food.

I am heading to professor Oak's when I see Charizard having a race with my Swallow, Staraptor, and Unfazent. He was flying so fast that he was at one end of Pallet and went to the other side in about 8 seconds. I than though to myself how much stronger Charizard has gotten and that has gotten me thinking. Maybe I should bring Charizard with we because I did not have that much time with him when traveling through Unova and it would be handy to have in Kalos when I am starting off.

I arrive at professor Oak's and I see him talking to Alexa about his research about the different Rotom form he has.

"Ah Ash I had a feeling you be stopping by", said professor Oak.

" Hey professor Oak I came by to see you and say goodbye before I leave to Kalos", said Ash "Also professor I also came by to get Charizard's pokeball I decided to bring him with me on my journey".

"I see very well" he said as he left the room and came back seven minutes later with Charizard's pokeball in his left hand and hands it to me.

"There you go Ash Charizard is already in his pokeball but be sure to let him out as soon you get to Kalos".

"Got it thank you professor Oak" I said

" So Ash are you ready to head to the Viridian City international airport", said Alexa.

" You bet I can't wait!" I said excitedly.

" Pika!" Pikachu said agreeing with Ash

"All right than lets go than" Said Alexa as she, Ash, and Pikachu started to head out the door.

"Oh Ash I almost for got when you get to Kalos be sure to stop by an old friend of mine, his name is professor Sycamore and I bet that he will really like to meet you", said professor Oak.

"Oh ok I'll be sure to do that thanks", I said as he walked out the door.

As soon as we left and closed the door professor Oak though to himself "Could Ash be the one to help professor Sycamore with his research"

(Normal POV)

As Ash and Alexa made it to Viridian city they are waiting in airport for their flight to Kalos because they still have an hour wait. As they were sitting and waiting Alexa asked Ash about his previous travels.

"Oh I been to 5 different regions including Kanto" Ash said to Alexa.

"And what was the best part of the journey in those regions?" she asked.

"Well I would have to say meeting all the different kinds of people and Pokémon in those regions".

"Oh ya you met Iris and Cilan in Unova right?"

"Ya that's right I did", said Ash as he just realized it. "I wonder who I will met in Kalos?" , he thought to himself.

An hour has pasted since than and they got aboard the plane to Kalos. the plane was speeding down the runway and finally took off. As Ash and Pikachu was staring out the window seeing that they are leaving Kanto Ash said to himself " Goodbye Kanto hello Kalos".
