Ari's POV

Is really hard to choose,is like my Uncle Joan to choose his partner,but...I choose...The Fire Type Pokémon,Fennekin.

"I choose Fennekin"I said.

"Good,I choose Chespin"Shauna said while she picked the right poke ball.

"Well,I don't have a choice to pick this one"Zachary said while he picked the left one.

"Would you like to give a nickname to your Fennekin?"He ask me.

Fennekin is staring at her beautiful eyes with eyelashes and is a female.

"I'll name her Fiara"I said while Fenne-I mean Fiara wags her fluffy tail.

"My Chespin is a girl too,I'll name her Chispy"Shauna said while she holds Chispy like a doll.

"Heh,my Froakie is a male then,It will be Shinobi"Zachary said while Froakie is on his shoulder.

"Ari,give this to your mother,is a letter from Professor Sycamore"Shauna said and gave me the letter.

"And here's the Pokedex,is a high tech and helps record about the Pokémon you find"Trevor said while he gave me the Pokedex.

"Well,is nice to meet all of you,now,I'll give the letter to mom and my adventure will begin"I said and Tierno and Trevor tells they had to leave to find more Pokémon.

I was about to leave,but Shauna stops me.

"Hey Ari,let's have a Pokémon battle,me and my Chispy will beat you!"Shauna said and Zachary become the referee.

"Okay,here's the rules,you have one Pokémon for battle,if the Pokémon is fainted,it will be unable to battle and claim the victory to the trainer has beaten the fainted Pokémon,LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!!" Zachary said the rules and shout.

"Chispy,let's have some fun!"Shauna said her summoning quote and her Chespin.

"Fiara,Welcome to the Show!"I said my summoning quote and my Fennekin.

"Chispy,use Growth"Shauna said while her Chespin use Growth.

"Leer Fiara"I tell her and Fiara used Leer and Chespin got scared and lowers Chispy's defense.

Shauna's POV

I was scared,Chispy doesn't move,i think of a strategy.

"Pound Fiara"Ari said her next move and i think the move.

"VINE WHIP!!"Chispy's vines appear and grab Fiara and lift on air.

Ari's POV

I know Vine Whip is a Grass Type move and is not very effective against Fiara,but Fire type moves are super effective against Chispy,i checked the pokedex.

"Fennekin's moves are Leer,Pound and Ember"The Pokedex said.

"EMBER ON CHISPY'S VINES"I said and Fiara used Ember ob Chispy's Vines and Chispy hurts by Fiara's Ember.

"Chispy,are you okay?"Shauna ask her Chespin and Chespin nodded "Good,Tackle" She command Chispy.

"Dodge and use Ember"I command Fiara,dodge and use Ember and Chispy fainted.

"Chespin is unable to battle,Fennekin wins,and the victory goes to Ari from Vaniville town"Zachary said.

I hugged Fiara and kiss her Forehead and Shauna felt bitter happy about her lost.

"You did a good job Chispy,take a good rest"Shauna said to Chispy in it's Pokeball.

"You and Chispy did an good job to battle me and Fiara"I said and me and Shauna shake hands about out first battle.

"You too Ari,I have to go,I'm gonna catch'em all the Pokémon"Shauna said and said Goodbye and leaves.

Is up to me and Zachary,and we went back to Vaniville town to give the letter to mom.
