(Here we go! So, this might be a little bit of a tough request, but I can handle it!

So this one may be a kinda dark one, since the reader is an experiment.

So notes:

- Reader is very self-conscious of their problems.
- Reader doesn't live with their parents, nor do they like their parents because...
- Reader's parents were the ones who made them this way because they worked as professors, not like Turo and Sada, but they worked in another topic of research.
- Pokémon used to do the experiments was a Glaceon.
- The only people who know the reader's condition are Director Clavell, The Teachers, and Arven. Penny will find out about the reader later.
- Reader has a Glaceon, but it isn't the one that was used for the experimentation.
- Arven is like a brother figure to reader, so expect a protective bro vibe from him even though they aren't blood related.
- Also Log Dates are in the father's writing.

"Glaceon, please stop pawing at my tail..." (Y/n) said as the blue cat-like fox lied on it's back, catching its trainer's tail in its paws multiple times as she read the pages of the book she'd stolen from her parents, "How many times do I gotta tell you the tale of why you shouldn't touch my tail?"

Glaceon squeaked, then got up from it's lying place, before going to sit down in its bed that sat near the AC so that it would keep it cool.

"Thank you, Glace..." (Y/n) said as she smiled slightly, "Now... Where'd I put that book?" She said before hearing a knock at the door.

"Shoot, I wasn't expecting anyone to come over today...?" She said as she put on her hoodie, "Who is it?" As she opened the door, she could see one of her best friends and his yellow vest in the doorway.

"Hey (Y/n)! You ready to go?" Arven said as (Y/n) opened the door carefully.

"Arven!" (Y/n) said as she hugged him playfully, "What are you doing over here today?"

Arven pat (Y/n)'s head, "You don't remember, little sis? You, Penny, Nemona, and I are hanging out today!"

(Y/n) tilted her head before remembering that you did make plans to hang out with them, "Oh yeah- Wait, what about Aria? Didn't she say she was coming too?"

"Yeah, but she said she had to deal with some problems." He replied.

"Oh- What kind of problems?"

"Uhh, never mind what problems she had to deal with! She just wasn't able to make it today, she just told me that it was family issues." He said as he waved his hand in the air, "Anyways, you ready to tackle the day?"

(Y/n) nodded, she felt a bit suspicious but nonetheless, she decided to go along with it, packing the book she was reading in her handbag, and following after Arven as he lead her to the group.

My wife had finally had our child. We named her (Y/n), and gave her the codename, Snowy Glacier.

She is a healthy baby girl, has the same (e/c) of her mother, and my same (h/c) color. She looked beautiful, yet, I should remember to never get too attached to this child, as she is nothing but a tool to us for our research.

Me and my wife are researching the possibility of Pokémon and Humans being able to be genetically combined. At her current age, she is unable to be worked on completely, but right now, we can only do injections of Pokémon DNA, specifically Glaceon DNA, into her blood stream. As she grows older, the injections will combine with her own DNA, and then we'll be able to finally complete the project we've aimed for.

For now, until she's older, at least around four or five years of age, she isn't able to be completed, due to her body being new to her surroundings.

Soon, we'll be able to make the impossible a reality...

"Hey, amiga!" Nemona called out as Arven and (Y/n) walked towards her and Penny, "Over here!"

Penny smiled, "Hey, (Y/n)," She said she walked up to (Y/n) and gave her a tight hug, "How's my favorite person doing today?" She said happily.

"Pen Pen!" She said, her tail attempting not to wag as she hugged back, "I'm so happy to see you again!!"

Penny let go of the hug, the smile on her face fading into a smirk, "So you excited for what we got planned for you today, Snow?"

(Y/n) nodded excitedly, her tail only slightly wagging under her hoodie. The nickname Penny gave her always made her happy when Penny said it to her. Before she was about to speak her Glaceon popped out of it's Pokéball and rubbed it's head on Penny's leg, "Glayyy~!" It said with happiness to see her, "Glaceon!"

"Hi again, Glaceon!" Penny said to Glaceon before petting it's head softly, causing (Y/n) to feel a bit jealous of her own Pokémon, but ignoring that emotion she felt at that moment.

"Glayyy!" Glaceon squeaked out, before walking back to its trainer's side and giving (Y/n) a mischievous look, "Glaceon~!"

"Alright,backtotheballwithyou-!" (Y/n) said quickly before returning her ice fox Pokémon to the Premier Ball it was mostly contained in.

Penny giggled a bit, before Nemona broke the moment.

"Alright, you two, come on, we'll be late for the show if you two keep flirting with each other!" Nemona said causing Penny and (Y/n) to flush brightly, causing them to heat up as if they were hit by a Flareon's Ember.

"Nemona!" Arven said as he pulled (Y/n) away from Penny due to her statement, "(Y/n) would never fall for someone as rude as Penny is!"

Penny looked as if she had gotten insulted deeply, but Nemona spoke up, "Not what it looks like from the look on (Y/n)'s face~!"

All three of them looked to the said girl, her face was even redder than before, and she ducked her head down low.

"Hmph... Let's just get going." Arven said as he dragged (Y/n) to where they were supposed to be going. As they walked, Penny's insulted look, turned into a bland demeanor, though, in all reality, she was happy to know she possibly had a chance...

The girl has just became 4 years old.

She acts strangely and always seems to like to collect small rocks and is always preferring the cold.

We've placed her near two types of temperatures, a room with a warm composure and a room with a very cold temperature.

When exposed to heat, she starts to sweat more than the average human being, and if exposed for too long, may faint due to heat exposure.

When exposed to the cold, she seems to be able to withstand degrees of -75° and may sometimes even create ice crystals with water vapor in the air.

It may be time to attach her ears and tail to finish her development.

"Alright gang! We're here!!!!" Nemona said as she spun around in a circle with her arms in the air.

The place they had arrived at was in Alfornada and it seemed that the place they had arrived at was the place where Gym Battles were usually held. It seemed that a few other people were there to gather as well, and the event that went on there was dancing.

(Y/n)'s eyes twinkled with excitement, her tail wagging in her hoodie once again, "We're dancing!?" She exclaimed as she turned to the group.

Nemona nodded, "Well... Close!" She said spinning as she sent out her Skeledirge, "It's actually called Dance Battles!"

"Dance Battles...?" (Y/n) asked as she tilted her head a little, "What are those?"

"It's basically just battles, but instead of just battling, you've gotta dance with every move you use." Arven explained as Mabosstiff popped out of his ball to join in the battle.

Penny nodded, "Yeah, and the good thing about these battles is you get to take them on with a partner as a Multi Battle."

(Y/n) looked at Penny excitedly, "Alright then! I choose you as my Partner!" She said grabbing Penny's hand as soon as she could.

Arven looked a bit panicked, due to the fact he knew your secret, but then he only yelled, "You two be careful!! And don't be doing anything suspicious, okay?!"

Penny seemed a bit shocked, "Huh-? Wait a minute-!" She said as (Y/n) stopped in her place, "Are you sure you'd rather dance with me and not Arven or Nemona?"

(Y/n)'s head drooped down a bit, "Uhm... W-Well, I, uhm..." She let go of Penny's hand, "I... Kinda wanna dance with you if that's okay...?"

Penny only stared as her face flushed a small pink tint, she took a moment, thinking of the pros and cons of this, but mostly the pros, "... Fine, I'll let you dance with me."

(Y/n) jumped up happily as she sent out her Glaceon as Penny sent out her Sylveon, "Let's show these people how tough we are, Pen Pen!"

It was troublesome to deal with the girl as we had to attach the last of her parts, the ears and tail.

She squirmed, panicked, yelled, and made things tough for me, her mother, and the other people who worked alongside us. We had to beat her down to get her to stop struggling, but after one of the assistants suggested we use a numbing gas, it became easier for us to make the girl complete. It took a few hours of manipulating her body to get used to the tail, but the parts had successfully been put onto her, and they function perfectly normally.

After the girl had awoken, she ran towards her room. It was confusing, but maybe it was because of some of the experiments that had been practiced on her. Or maybe it was the fact that we had used her Eevee in the process of gathering her parts, I'm unsure. It was possible that it was the Pokémon's DNA causing her to run to her room.

Whatever it is, I hope it doesn't interfere with the next experiment that we must preform. That being human interaction.

(Y/n) and Penny were struggling in battles, but somehow managing as (Y/n) was mostly playing a Support role with Glaceon using Helping Hand, Heal Bell, Snowscape, and Freeze-Dry.

Currently, (Y/n) and Penny were only one of the last pairs on the battlefield, and they were both going up against the second to last pair of trainers with a Meowscarda and a Quaquaval.

(Y/n) yelled out, "Glaceon, use Snowscape!" She said as she twirled around.

Glaceon squeaked, then jumped into the air as he twirled and released a white puff of smoke into the air, making it snow and raising its own defense.

The person who had a Quaquaval looked to their Elvis Presley peacock duck, did the tango with their partner, then yelled out for it to use Low Kick on Glaceon. The peacock ran towards Glaceon as it quacked and went in for the attack.

"Sylveon! Counter that with Moonblast!"

"Veee~!" Penny's Sylveon called out as it hopped in front of Glaceon, making a circle, then summoning a large ball of light from the moon that shined brightly in the sky, "Veeveeon!"

Glaceon seemed suprised at Sylveon's display and Sylveon turned to look back at him to make sure he was okay. Glaceon took a moment, but then nodded happily at Sylveon, to show that he was okay.

Quaquaval was hit by the ball before it could even do damage to Sylveon and was tossed back, showing that it was a super-effective hit. (Y/n) looked towards Penny with a questioned, but happy look.

"Good job, Veevee!" Penny said quietly, before she noticed (Y/n) was looking at her, and blushing a pink that made her match her Sylveon's fur color.

(Y/n) smiled slightly as time slowed down for her, her admiration for Penny was noticeable, and she didn't give two cares about if it showed.

Time sped back up as (Y/n) grinned then gave a determined stare to her Glaceon, "Alright Glaceon! Let's repay the favor by using Freeze-Dry on that Meowscarda!" She called out as she pulled another dance move.

Her Glaceon nodded, skipping gracefully before jumping into the air, and doing a front flip before a blast of cold wind came from his mouth as Meowscarda tried avoiding it, but unfortunately was unable to finish its ballerina dance before becoming frozen.

"Glay!" Glaceon said as he looked to Sylveon.

Sylveon squealed in contentment then waltzed up to Glaceon and hugged him tightly with her ribbons.

(Y/n) did the same thing to Penny as she hugged her tightly and squealed, "We did it Pen Pen!!"

Penny struggled for a moment in the hug and had attempted to wiggle out of the hug, but had soon gave in and hugged her back. "Yeah... We did do it." She said as she gave a silent sigh, then held her closer to her. Though, she could have sworn she'd felt something cold and fluffy...

Arven noticed that Penny had hugged (Y/n) on the field, then looked to Nemona, "Nemona, you've jinxed me." He said before standing up from the pillar he was sitting down on.

Nemona looked questioned as she noticed he was about to walk over to them, "Hey! Arven, wait a minute!" She said, stopping Arven in his tracks, "Come on, this is a Battle Tournament, what are you so mad at?"

Arven huffed and pointed towards the two trainer's hugging, "THAT, Nemona. That is what I'm irritated at." He said before fully facing her, "THAT should not be happening right now! I told her to be careful, but she's hugging someone who doesn't-!" He covered his mouth before he had continued his sentence.

Nemona stared at him, "Arven, they're only hugging! What's the worse that could happen?"

Arven pinched his nose, but had a thought, maybe Nemona was right? Maybe (Y/n) was responsible enough to not let herself not show herself out in public...? She'd be fine with Penny, and besides, maybe nothing bad would happen...?

The experiment with her meeting other humans besides us turned out successful, after visiting a long time friend of mine.

The friend of mine is also known as Professor Turo. We've been friends for a while ever since our first year of Uvanaraja Academy. He used to have a wife, named Sada, but after she had bore his child, she walked out on him like a coward.

As I have already noted, he has a son. I haven't told Turo about (Y/n)'s... Modifications, but I did tell him that she have a small... Problem. We gave him the excuse that she was very... sensitive to light and that she had to keep her hood that she wore on at all times, as to not damage her skin. He asked no further questions and allowed me to let (Y/n) meet with his son, named Arven. They are both around the same age, (Y/n) only being a year younger than him.

When I first dropped her off with him, she seemed nervous, terrified, and even confused. It was normal for children to be that way, so I left her there.

When I had gotten back to pick her up, she seemed completely comfortable around the boy. They acted like siblings and whenever I came to pick her up, she was protective of Arven. It seemed she thought I was going to hurt him, and her Glaceon instincts kicked in.

I attempted to reassure her, but it seemed absolutely futile. The boy, however, was able to reassure her that he was going to be okay, with the fact that if anything happened to him, his father would probably kill me for even laying a hand on her 'big brother.' Though I hated the child, I had to be thankful he helped me remove (Y/n) from the bunker-like household.

This experiment can be labeled as a success. A pretty good one if me and Linaria say so ourselves. Though, I do wish that we could've attempted to try this experiment at a later time. She constantly asks when she'll be able to go out again, and I do not think that will be anytime soon. Besides, we still have to test how strong she's grown. We wouldn't want anyone to be accidentally killed by her.

The match between Penny and (Y/n) against the last pair of trainers went on, both pairs of trainers were trying their best to keep up with each other, but the trainers that had took the win were (Y/n) and Penny.

(Y/n) cheered out as her Glaceon had ran up to her, happily tackling her (small/large) figure to the ground. She started giggling loudly as Glaceon nuzzled her face, "Glaceon! Haha-! Stop that tickles!" She said as Penny looked at them and gave a small smirk.

Penny had to admit, she was too energetic and cute, but she loved her for it. It was like if she had a portable battery that walked alongside her when they were together, and every time she did something cute or kind, she could feel her heart beat in her chest as the energy (Y/n) had passed onto her. It was comforting, yet, it always had her being full of stored energy instead of relaxing.

Nemona cheered out from where she was sitting, "Whoo!! Good job you two!" She said, clapping like she just watched a historic moment happen in front of her eyes. Arven only stared and watched, giving a small smile, and applauding silently, "Good job, little sis. Good job, Penny." He whispered to himself.

The Gym Leader hosting the Tournament, Tulip, walked onto the battle ground, "If I may have your attention, please!" She said as her butterfly ribbons flapped and sparkled, "I would like to announce our Champions of the Multi Battle dance Tourney~!" She said as she motioned for the two to step forwards.

"Our new Dance Battle champions-!"

She was interrupted by the voice of a man who wore a dark blue and light blue hood, standing with a woman who had the same color hood as well, "(Y/n)."

The said girl looked to the man and woman, her head tilted a little bit as she looked at them, she studied their figures, trying to figure out who they were.

The woman stepped only one foot forwards before she spoke, "Do you remember us?" She said in a bone-chilling voice that made (Y/n)'s blood go even colder than it was before.

The hooded figures looked up, only a bit, but enough to see a certain (e/c) that matched the same as...

"Snowy Glacier..."

We had attempted to control the girl's powers, attempted being highlighted as a failure of our research.

The girl retaliated when we pressured her more than usual to use Ice Shard. She became rouge, attacking me, Linaria, and more of the assistants who worked alongside us. Few had sustained fatal wounds, some only getting scratches, while some were unharmed. I, being one of the lucky ones, got only a few minor scratches. Unfortunately, Linaria's arm was broken in the damage after she was struck by one of the shards of ice and fallen to the ground.

Linaria is currently resting in the Nurse's quarters, but her arm was unsalvagable. Unfortunately, Snowy Glacier had escaped. She's roaming around Paleda as we speak, showing a huge risk of exposing the secret we had attempted to keep from Paleda.

If this secret is exposed, our work we have aimed for will be destroyed.

Linaria and I have agreed, we must find that girl. She is a danger to our dream and work if she is not detained. Once we've gotten her, we will decide whether she's to continue being tested on or to destroy her and start a new project.

We start our search tomorrow, Gene signing off.

(Y/n) flinched back as she whimpered, "N-No... How d-did you...?!"

"Do you know these people, (Y/n)...?" Penny asked as she put a hand on (Y/n)'s shoulder, "Who are they?"

Nemona looked confused at the hooded people as Arven could only stand still, knowing who the people were. Nemona saw this and shook him quickly, "Arven, you okay?"

Arven only stood in place, he was trying to move, but he couldn't because some unknown force was stopping him.

The hooded woman spoke up, "Why, Snowy Glacier, you never told anyone about us, deary? My, how rude of you not to mention us to your friends!" She said, walking up to (Y/n), giving a fake smile, "That makes us so sad that you've never spoke of us! We are your parents! You're supposed to be speaking about us everyday!"

Everyone except (Y/n) and Arven gasped. "Those people are your parents?!" Nemona yelled.

"But I thought you said that Professor Turo and Sada was-?"

Linaria seemed to growl at that statement as Gene put his hand on her shoulder, "Calm down, Linaria..." He said as he sent an angered scowl towards (Y/n), "She might've just forgotten our names, isn't that right, (Y/n)?"

(Y/n) couldn't move back anymore as she was on the edge of the pillar. She was paralyzed by fear, and she knew she could survive the fall and run, but she couldn't leave these people or her friends to be in their presence. She knew they would do whatever they wanted to these people just to get what they wanted, and they wouldn't stop, no matter how many lives were sacrificed for their evil deeds.

Arven could only take a moment of thought, "I thought Aria said she was having to deal with them, why are they here?!" He said as Nemona looked to him.

"They were the problems Aria said she was going to deal with?!" Nemona asked in a panicked tone of voice, "What kind of trouble did these two even make to get a Champion ranked trainer, or even Aria to have to get involved!?"

Arven only shook his head, "... You don't really wanna know."

Penny stood in front of (Y/n) defensively, hiding how scared she was, but aiming to protect her, "What do you want and why are you trying so hard to get (Y/n)?" She said, glaring at them.

Gene placed his glasses back upon his eyes, "Oh, you don't know?" He asked with a monotone voice, "Well, (Y/n), why don't you show them?" He said, smirking and giving a devilish look.

(Y/n) looked down, "I-I..." She stuttered.

Gene scowled even more, Linaria yelling out, "SHOW THEM NOW!"

(Y/n) then looked to them and gave a scowl back, "No."

"What did you say?" Linaria said as Gene stood beside her.

"I said no." (Y/n) said with anger in her voice.

Linaria scoffed, then pulled out a Dusk Ball. "Hmph, fine be that way," She said as a Gengar popped out from the ball, "Use Mean Look!"

The Gengar stood, an evil smirk across its face as its eyes squinted to make an intimidating look, and causing everyone except for (Y/n) to become paralyzed and unable to move.

"If you're gonna be that way, then why don't I just make you show them by force!?" She said with an insane look in her eye, "Gengar! Use Shadow Punch on the blue and red haired girl! And don't hold back!"

Penny tried to speak or move, but couldn't, because of Mean Look's power.

The other two also attempted to move or speak as well, but couldn't either.

"Penny!" (Y/n) yelled out.

Penny had her eyes closed, waiting for impact, 'So, this is how I'm goin' down...? That's alright... I guess."

But the impact never came, instead what did was...

"(Y/n)!" Penny said, as Mean Look wore off, and stared at the girl standing in front of her, but something about her was... different.

Her ears were replaced with Glaceon ears and they had the ribbon-like objects that a Glaceon has underneath them, and she had a Glaceon's tail as well. She stood in front of Penny using the move Protect and growling at the Gengar using Shadow Punch on the shield of light that protected them. Then pushed the Gengar back and used Shadow Ball to successfully KO the Pokémon.

"(Y/n)...? I-Is that...?" Penny stuttered as she slowly reached out her hand to touch her ears, "Is this what they were talking about...?"

(Y/n) looked to her, her normal (e/c) eyes a full ocean blue. She then looked back to her so-called parents and stood determined to protect her love.

Linaria seemed too shock that her Gengar went down in one hit, "Wh-what!? How!?"

(Y/n) stood silent, her eyes never moving off of her and Gene. She growled at the man and woman, "I've gotten stronger since I last was."

She stepped forward, "I am no longer your test subject. I am my own self. Not some robot or tool that you can control with a snap of your fingers!" She yelled at them, stomping her foot as she spoke, "I won't let you treat me like I'm some sort of tool anymore, and I'm for sure not letting you take anything else from me!"

She seemed to start tearing up, angered about what they've done to her and what they'd taken from her, "You took my freedom, my happiness, my childhood, and even killed the first Glaceon I had gotten and bonded with by myself, just to kill her for her ears and tail and turn me into... into... A FREAK!!"

Penny listened intently to (Y/n)'s speech, her fear turning into sorrow as her expression softened, "(Y/n)..." She whispered.

"Dear, you aren't a freak! You've become perfect and beautiful!" Linaria said as the insane look was of fear, instead of anger, "S-See?! You look-!"

"SHUT UP!" (Y/n) yelled at her mother, glaring at her before she growled to clear her throat, "You didn't want to make me beautiful, you only made me this way for your own stupid selfish dreams. So if your dreams are more important to you than anything else, I'll let you have your dreams." She said before closing her eyes, then using sing, opening her mouth and singing a song towards both of her parents.

They both struggled to stay awake as she sang, but soon succumbed as sleep took over the both of them.

(Y/n) stopped singing as soon as they fell asleep completely, then looked around, everyone was staring at her in awe as they looked at her.

Nemona looked to Arven, then asked, "... So that's what you didn't think I'd wanna know? I would have loved to know this! Not the experiment parts, the ability to use Pokémon moves."

Arven shook his head, "Actually, I take back what I said, I actually didn't want you or Penny to know."

All of a sudden, Aria flew in in the claws of a blue Squawkabilly, it somehow being able to carry her, but not as fast as everyone had hoped, "EVERYONEEVACUATETHEPREMISESTHEREAREDANGEROUSPEOPLEAND-" She stopped when she looked down at in front of (Y/n).

"I think you're a little too late for that Aria." Arven said as he placed a hand on her head.

"Oh..." Aria said as she ducked her head down embarrassed from the situation.

Penny slowly walked towards (Y/n), "(Y/n)..." She said as the said girl turned towards her, ears flattening when she saw her standing there. Penny was going to reach to place a hand on her head, but then (Y/n) fainted.

"(Y/n)-!" She could only hear before she had fully passed out.

(Y/n) awoke with a jolt, her ears perking up with fear, "Huh-?" She said as she looked around, comprehending her surroundings. She was in a hospital room, the blue and white walls giving a nervous feeling to her. She was about to move and attempt to get up from the bed before she noticed someone was lying their down on one of her legs.

"Penny...?" She said as she shook Penny lightly, "Penny, what happened..?"

Penny awoke from her nap, her eyes blinking a few times before rubbing them, then becoming fully awake and hugging (Y/n) lightly. "You're awake...!" She said, crying a little bit, "I thought you were done for..."

(Y/n) only looked shocked, her (e/c) eyes widening. Penny never hugged her first, at least until now... "What happened?" (Y/n) asked as she hugged Penny back gently.

"You fainted after singing and I had Arven and Nemona help me get you here. I was worried you'd just kicked the Tinkatink..." Penny said, trying to keep her composure as she let go of the hug.

(Y/n) took a moment to remember the moments that had happened before she had fainted, then jolted quickly to her question, "What happened to-?!"

"They were locked up. Don't worry, they won't hurt you in anyway anymore."

(Y/n) sighed in relief, "Thank Arceus... What about everyone else? Are Nemona and Arven okay?"

Penny nodded, "Yep, they're doing fine, ever since they carried you in."

"That's even better..." (Y/n) sighed out, her eyes closing.

It became silent for a moment, until (Y/n) spoke again.

"So, do I look bad...?" She asked Penny, curious to know of her answer.

"What? No, you don't look bad, why would you think that?" She asked (Y/n) as she tilted her head.

"Really? You don't think I'm some sorta... Y'know... Freak?" She asked Penny with a hopeful look.

"No! (Y/n), I think you're the same as I've thought of you since we first met." Penny replied, a small blush complimenting her cheeks.

"And... What did you think of me when we first met..?" (Y/n) asked before Penny placed a small kiss upon her head.

"I've always thought you were beautiful, no matter what you were."

Anyways, notes before you go?

Penny is my gf's favorite character in S/V, so that's a small fun fact-

While I was writing this, I was listening to Undertale Genocide Route Songs while writing the Log Dates, and they gave the Log Dates a little more of an atmosphere and it actually kinda worked but only with the Log Dates.

The book that the reader had were the Log Dates.

Also 'What Does the Fox Say' turned on while I was finishing this so that was a coincidence.

I feel like I had something else to say besides, I need to make a day for work on only Operation Heart Mend p.2 for the people who liked that one-shot, cause Holy Arceus that one is the popular one-shot of this book- ouo I don't judge them though cause Arven- \qwq/

Oh also, this one over took Operation Heart Mend's place in being the longest one-shot with 5319 words! :"D
