Last time on Pokemon X and Y: A New Trainer Adventure.......

"Wow. We are on our way to the Cyllage Gym to get my next Gym badge. Want to travel with us?" asked Ash.

"Sure. Is that alright with you Tyrunt?" Asked Toby.

"TYRUNT!" shouted Tyrunt as he was saying yes.

"Alright. I bet I can get their before you can." Said Toby.

"Is that a challenge?" asked Ash.

"Yes. Last one there is a rotten egg." said Toby as he began to run to the Cyllage Gym. The others ran with him as they travel together to the next Gym.

Outside of the Rock Gym.....

Toby was waiting outside of the Gym for Ash to finished his battle against the rock type Gym leader.

That gave Toby enough time to figure out what Pokemon is he going to use. "Okay Tyrunt, I know you are smarter than me. What Pokemon do you think is the best choice to go against a rock type Pokemon?" asked Toby.

Tyrunt closed his eyes to think. Once Tyrunt figure out the best two Pokemon, he pointed them out by using his head. Two master balls that has both Groudon and Kyogre.

"Well. If you think they are the best choice, then I am good with that." Said Toby as he rubbed Tyrunt head. "Tyrunt." said Tyrunt as he was welcomed.

A few minutes later....

Ash has now his second gym badge. Now it is up to Toby to get his next badge. He has climbed a rock wall to the top. Their, he is about to face Grant, the Rock type Gym leader.

Ash and the others are watching on the sidelines to watch this amazing battle. Tyrunt was right next to Toby on the Pokemon battle field.

"So your the trainer that Ash told me about. It is nice to meet another  young trainer." Said Grant.

"Thanks. To be honest, facing against someone powerful as you makes my heart beat a few times faster." said Toby.

"Why don't I let you get your Pokemon out first? I wanted to see what kind of Pokemon you have up your sleeve." said Grant.

"Okay. But I am warning you, he is going to be a surprise." said Toby as he got one of his master balls out. 

"Kyogre, I choose you!" he said as he throw the master ball into the air. The Master Ball opened to summoned Kyogre, the Sea Basin Pokemon.

Kyogre made a battle cry as he was summoned. His battle cry was so powerful that made Ash and the gang cover their ears. Kyogre turned around to his trainer to give him a happy head rub with a smile. 

"Aw thanks Kyogre. A happy good morning to you." said Toby as he rubbed Kyogre head. 

As Toby was rubbing Kyogre head, Serena pulled her pokedex out to scan Kyogre.

"Kyogre the sea Basin Pokemon. Kyogre is said to be the personification of the sea itself. Legends tell of its many clashes against Groudon, as each sought to gain the power of nature." Said the pokedex

"So you have a legendary Pokemon in your party? I have to say that is amazing. Now Onix I choose you!" said Grant as he summoned Onix, the Rock snake Pokemon.

Onix, as well, made huge battle cry as well. "The fight between Grant the rock gym leader and Toby Pokemon will now began. Remember, only the challenger can substitute their Pokemon. Let the fight BEGAN!" said the Referee on the battle field.

Grant: Onix +2 vs Toby: Kyogre +2

"Onix use Rock tomb." Said Grant. Onix then launch huge rocks at Kyogre to slow down his speed.

"Doge it and use ice beam." Said Toby. Kyogre nodded its head.

At the last second, Kyogre dodge the rock by jumping over it. Once Kyogre was in range, it launched a powerful Ice beam.

"Block it with Iron tail!." said Grant. Onix blocked the attack with its iron tail attack. The two moves collided and created a huge dust explosion.

"That is a powerful Iron Tail." Said Toby. Kyogre got out of the dust cloud and landed in front of his trainer. Onix stood in front of Grant.

"That was a amazing attack. Now Onix use Rock Polish." said Grant. Rock Polish is a rock type move that increase the speed and attacks of the Pokemon using it. Onix began to move faster that it was before.

"Use Iron Tail." said Grant.

"Dodge it." Said Toby. Kyogre was barely lucky to dodge the attack very close. "Alright Kyogre use origin pulse!" Said Toby.

Multiple small blue orbs began to appear around Kyogre. The small blue orbs began to launch out a huge blue light and landing a direct hit on Onix multiple times.

Onix was battle injured and Onix fell to the ground defeated.

Grant: 1 Pokemon

"Onix is unable to battle. The winner is  Kyogre!" Said the Referee. Kyogre let out a happy sound as he was happy to win.

"Nice work out there Kyogre. You did great." Said Toby as he ribbed Kyogre head.

"You did great out their Onix. You take a good rests." Said Grant as he returned Onix into the pokeball. 

"I have to admit Toby, your Kyogre is something else." Said Grant as he was making a good complement to Toby.

"Thanks." Said Toby as he returned Kyogre into the pokeball. "Let me show you my next Pokemon. Lets go Tyrunt!" Said Grant as he throw his pokeball into the air.

"Did he just say Tyrunt?!" asked Toby as he was shocked and surprise at the same time. The pokeball opened to reveal Grant's Tyrunt. Grant's Tyrunt made a huge roar that made Toby and his Tyrunt covered their ears.

"Okay. In that case. Groudon, I choose you!" Said Toby as he launched another master ball into the air. The master ball opened to summoned Groudon, the Continent Pokemon.

Groudon opened his eyes and made a huge battle cry that reaches into the sky. Groudon turned to Toby and lowered his head. Toby then rubbed Groudon head.

While Toby was doing that, Ash pulled his pokedex out to scan Groudon. 

"Groudon, the Continent Pokemon. Groudon is said to be the personification of the land itself. Legends tell of its many clashes against Kyogre, as each sought to gain the power of nature." said the Pokedex.

"Good morning Groudon. Are you ready for this Pokemon battle?" asked Toby to his Groudon. Groudon made a nod before turning to Grant and his Tyrunt.

"Tyrunt use Dragon Tail!" said Grant. His Tyrunt ran towards Groudon with his tail covered in green scales to slam on Groudon head.

"Catch it quick!" said Toby.

Groudon used his claw hands to catch Tyrunt tail before the attack can land a blow.

"Wow."Said Ash. "That is some strength!" said Clemont. "Amazing!" Bonnie. "Toby must have planed this." said Serena.

"Now Groudon, throw Tyrunt back!" Said Toby. Groudon pushed Tyrunt back to the ground. When Tyrunt hit the ground, it skid backwards to Grant's location. Groudon, look back at Toby and nodded to him as if he was telling him something.

"Alright. Grant, I am going to end this battle here and now." said Toby.

"Really? What trick are you going to show me?" said Grant.

"This! Now Groudon, go Primal!" said Toby. Groudon slowly curled himself up. A huge red crystal began to form around him. Outside the Crystal was a upside down U.

The crystal cracked and explode to reveled Groudon. Groudon went under a power transformation and he is now Primal Groudon!

"Groudon looks different." said Ash. "Pika." said Pikachu as he agreed. "This Primal Groudon. It is Groudon true form." said Clemont. "Primal?" asked Bonnie. 

"Its is a special form that both Kyogre and Groudon can go into. Basically, the forms awaken their true powers. In that form, their moves are stronger." said Clemont.

The sun rays began to be a bit more brighter than normal. "Man, whats up with the sun?" asked Grant.

"Its Primal Groudon special ability." said Toby. That got Grant and Ash and the gang attention.

"Its called Desolate Land. Not only does it the sun brighter, it cancel out nay water type moves. For Groudon in this case, it now is part fire type in this form. Which means that his moves are twice as strong as before." said Toby.

"Now Tyrunt use Draco meteor!" said Grant. His Tyrunt shot out a red ball into the air which exploded and made a rainfall of multiple falling meteors.

"Now Groudon. Hit those meteors with your tail." Said Toby. Groudon swing it's huge tail at the right time to hit those meteors back at Tyrunt. Since the move was a dragon type move, it was super effected on Grants Tyrunt.

"Now Groudon. Precipice Blades!" Said Toby. Groudon stomped on the ground and huge blade like rocks with magma inside it began to pop out of the ground and slam into Tyrunt causing a huge explosion.

Tyrunt fell to the ground in defeat.

Winner: Toby

"Tyrunt is unable to battle. Which means Groudon wins. Which means the winner of this battle is Toby!" Said the referee.

"Alright! we won!" said Toby. Groudon returned to its normal form as Groudon smiled for the win.

Grant walked up to Toby. "You did great. You just climbed to the top of the unstoppable wall. I am glad to give you this." said Grant as he gave Toby the Cyllage gym badge.

"Thanks. Did you see that Ash? I just won my second gym badge!" said Toby. "Yeah. That is awesome. We should have a battle soon!" said Ash. "Deal." said Toby with a smile.

Somewhere else outside of the gym.....

"So he won. I guess I have to challenge him soon. If he is to be trusted with the item I am about to give him, then me must face me." said a cloaked figure. The cloaked figure then disappeared as the person walk into the forest.
