Welcome to the Frostome, home to the Frost Colony. On the ground floor is your Base. The Sickbay (Center) will be across the way. The Leader's place is at the top of the large tree-like structure. The team will meet in the cabin.

Olivia: "I'll guess it's the same deal?"

Abby: "Yeah. Be careful of all the bad Ice jokes."

Skylar: "The bird ones are... meh. But these guys-"

Afterwards, head back to the base and choose your team. You can only choose 3.

Once then, go up to the top and enter the Leader's Place. You'll get introduced right off the bat. (Fun fact: If you have Tika with you and you talk to him just before you go up to the leader, he'll mumble an incredible link between his Tribe and the Frost Colony. If not, he'll say it later.) Go up to the leader and start the conversation.

"We have something to ask of you."

"Would you like to join the Treaty?"

The leader will silently glance at you before waving you off.

1st: "Well... great-"

2nd: "Please Miss? This could protect your Colony."

Again, the leader will wave you off. Head back to the base for a new plan.

Olivia: "Oh great... now what?"

Tika: "Let me go. Trust me. I know what needs to be said. These guys can't keep us away."

At this point, You'll be able to change your team. However, Tika will permanently be in the first slot. So you'll be able to pick two others before going up. You'll enter again, get reintroduced (In a new way), before you go up. Tika will lead it this time.

Tika: "Madam, My name is Tika, hailing from the Tribe of Flames. I was hoping we could have a word."

Leader: "Tribe of Flames? Are you lost?"

Tika: "No Madam, I came all the way here myself. With people that want these battles to end! So if you wouldn't mind signing, that would be grateful. And I'm not afraid to use force."

Leader: "I'm not listening to a pest-"

Tika: "Force it is. Let's do this."

The Leader isn't hard. Thanks to Tika, her difficulty goes down. Focus on her guards. They will block the way to her. Defeat them and their pokemon; Snona and Iceec, and they'll go down in a few seconds. Tika will be able to defeat the leader afterwards.

Leader: "Fine! But know this! I won't fall that easily next time!"

Tika: "You won't need to. Let's get out of here."

Regroup at the base where the remainder are talking to someone willing to join.

Olivia (After a moment if she was in the team): "Mika right? Welcome to the team."

Mika: "Great-"

Tika: "Ew-"

Alena: I knew it when you said you were going up there! Ha!"

Afterwards, you can either continue to train around here, capture Ice types or talk to people. If not, you can head for the next town.
