I don't even know what this image is

I had to take a lot of pictures lol
It took 228 catch combo and I was also shiny hunting Bulbasaur too but this showed up first.
I don't know what to name it either Honey, Selena, Levina or Audra

Why do I always get female shiny Pikachu?
