Yukiko's Wrath and Rashta's Trial

When anyone looks at Yukiko, people would quickly say that she was an angel on Earth.

Kind, never harsh or demanding, helpful, and serene.

But only a handful of people knew how angry she could get...

And even fewer are brave enough to tell the tale.....

Before meeting Luffy and the crew long ago.....

The first was Giovanni of Team Rocket.

Upon learning he was why Mewtwo distrusted humans.....

Not only did she beat him as a gym leader, she also exposed his crimes and his real identity!

She also blackmailed him with hefty proof of him endorsing other famous Pokemon trainers who were secret agents for him, and his plot to take over Kanto.

When he wouldn't relent........well.........let's just say he wouldn't be able to have any next of kin....

The second was the Iron Masked Marauder.

He was not spared any anger after his actions nearly killed Celebi.

He was one of the few victims that got the electric treatment............he became afraid of any Pokemon that can use electric moves thanks to Pachi........

The next victim of Yukiko's wrath was Ghetis.

Upon learning he used his own son for nefarious purposes........

And throwing him aside like trash once he rebelled....

He wound up becoming afraid of women after Yukiko decided to paddle him........

Then there was Pokemon Hunter Jay.

With her crimes of inhumane capture of Pokemon, it was not hard for Yukiko to hate her.

Athough Jay almost got away, she wound up in prison..........

But she would end up screaming at night, yelling to keep Mimikyu away.........

Then there was a pair of aristocratic parents and a lady named Jessibelle who attempted to arrange a forced marriage with James, a member of Team Rocket.

As his parents had created psychological abuse of their son, and Jessibelle abused even her own Vileplume, with some probing, James' parents and Jessibelle were arrested for life, and all their property was given to charity as James wanted to be a free man. And that was the lightest Yukiko had done.

-----------------------------

Spandam would be next on the list.

He was said to have abandoned CP9 when Eneis Lobby was destroyed along with other members of the Marines to save his own life.

During the two years of training, Yukiko encountered him and informed him that she rescued CP9. He felt a chill when she told him he should be ready when they came back.

Until then, he would be traumatized of the nightmares Darkrai gave him.

The traitor of the Whitebeard Pirates, Marshal D. Teach.

As he died a minor footnote in history with no real notoriety, he was made a real example as he and his crew were ended by Yvetal. Although other Marines experienced shellshock when Marineford fell due to Yvetal's power......

The latest was Ceaser Clown, especially for what he did to the children on Punk Hazard.

Yukiko was known to love children.

So he was not spared mercy when Yukiko decided to introduce him to Eternatus.

Now it became hard for him to sleep at night without the terrifying image of the alien dragon in his head....

-----------------------

However, the Strawshats have also seen how mad Yukiko could really be.......

They can thank Kaido and Orochi for that.....

She had witnessed the tyranny the two men put Wano under and, with the help of Doflamingo's SMILE fruit, how much pain the people were in....nothing was good for them at all.

She actually bashed Orochi's head in when he threatened Robin and the other courtesans.

She even impaled him as she spoke. "I've been called a saint.....but even angels have a breaking point....a line that must never be crossed........you had a chance to start a better life when your father died, but you chose to let vengence control your life. To harm others........it is disgraceful for a shogun! I do not resort to this level of violence......but if it is to protect my nakama, I'll get my hands dirty."

-------------------

As Yukiko and Luffy were in the lounging room of their guest room of Navier's palace, Luffy placed his head in Yukiko's lap.

He looked at Yukiko. "Jewel."

"Hm?"

"You really vented your anger with opening the floodgates. You not worried about that woman looking for you?"

Yukiko smiled. "The last I checked she's not my Empress, and a Pirate Queen should only bow to her husband and vice versa......."

-----------------

Meanwhile, Navier just got the news about Rashta.

She was as surprised as are her ladies-in-waiting, and the article was full of surprises.

And in another recently made article, Sovietshu had deposed Gloyrm in anger from the test results.

Another journalist even remarked it is ironic for Empress Rashta to mock Navier being a remarried empress when she was married twice, but Rashta was not acknowledged as a legitimate wife in either of her marriages.

While Rose and Mastas enjoyed the situation, Jubel and Laura were concerned as this concerned their homeland.

While it had nothing to do with Navier now, Yukiko received an interesting letter, stating that Navier's divorce was due to her infertility. This was marked a few days before Navier was known to be pregnant. The man delivering it was attacked by bandits and spent longer in recovery. Funny how luck works. And from the wording, Rashta sent it.

"Let the court know of this. It was sent to Empress Navier by Empress Rashta, but it arrived too late due to a bandit attack." Yukiko told a maid, who sent to to Heinly and Navier.

Naturally, the high court was furious, especially since they also read the paper. They clamored for a formal complaint and demanded that Rashta make a public apology.

-------------------

Back in the Eastern Empire...

Word of the letter spread like wildfire.

"That woman has no shame."

"She's insulted not just Empress Navier, but also the Western Empire!"

"Empress Rashta's carelessness could have started off a war!"

"When the rest of the country hears of this, the Eastern Empire will have no credibility left!"

"That's right, Emperor Sovetshu will be forever shamed, dishonor will come to the Empire, and traditional values will disintegrate!"

"Not to mention he may lose the throne."

"Not even the Trovis caused such trouble. They are respectable nobles."

"Well, we cant all be respectable nobles."

"No, our Emperor had to abandon Navier for a pregnant con artist!"

-----------------

In time, Yukiko had heard that Navier was asked to attend Rashta's trial as she was a victim of circumstance, but she opted to watch secretly.

"You mind if Luffy and I join? As support. Besides, I was asked to testify about Rashta's promiscuity and her attempt at flirting with my husband. I have a lot to say in fact."

"I do appreciate it."

-------------------

By the time they arrived, the day before Rashta's trial.

Yukiko saw that Morgans printed out the article about Rashta's letter and that she attempted to flee the Eastern Empire before her trial. But she was captured before she got far.

The gossip on Rashta became really negative.

'Let's see you try to cry your way out of this one, 'Empress' Rashta.'

--------------------------

The day of Rashta's trial came.

The sun was grey and gloomy, fitting for the atmosphere in the empire.

 People of high and low status flocked to the High Court to witness the historic trial with their minds were in turmoil.

'I wonder how history will paint all this. A woman of incomparable beauty who managed to captivate the Emperor and oust the true Empress. A woman who lied her way to a position of power. The Empress who tried to deceive the Emperor so that her daughter, born of her lover, would become a princess. The Empress who tried to kill an innocent woman over a false assumption. The Empress who gave up a port to a handsome foreign Duke with whom she fell in love.

The Empress who was caught trying to escape.' Yukiko wondered as Luffy stood by her side. The rest of the crew was back in the Western Empire, keeping it safe.

Some nobles were happy that Rashta would finally be put in her place, but some, like Count Pirnu, who hated Rashta, were not as happy because the Eastern Empire lost two Empresses in less than a year.

And then Pirnu thought of Ian and Glorym.

Under previous circumstances, because their parents were criminals, they would have been sold into slavery.

Since the World Government declared the practice illegal, they may be sent to an orphanage. However, no one would want to take them in except Viscountess Verdi, who wanted to protect even Ian, as they would be blamed for others' faults.

Verdi was even going to be one of the witnesses for the animal cruelty and child abuse accusation.

She encountered Yukiko, who was asked to testify on Rashta's attempt to flirt with her husband.

"Viscountess Verdi. I would be happy to see you if it were under better circumstances."

Verdi nodded.

A little silence between them.....

"......If you would like....I can arrange for you to come to Alola to raise Glorym and Ian peacefully."

?!

"Don't worry. Its not a bribe. I want to help. And it would not be safe for them to stick around here. After the trial is over, come to me right away."

Verdi looked a little nervous, but nodded.

-----------------

Soon Navier and Heinley arrived at the High Court. There were already many people around, so no one focused their attention on them. They were hidden in cloaks so, they would not be noticed right away.

They sat in the back of the seating area for the nobility.

After a while, the door inside the High Court opened, and Sovieshu appeared. When Sovieshu entered, the people gathered to witness the trial bowed. He raised his hand in greeting and sat down on his throne.

Shortly after, Rashta entered through the same door, escorted by two knights, one on either side of her.

Yukiko noticed that there was no light in her eyes. She looked tired and exhausted like she hadn't slept a wink. She was dressed in a black and white royal gown, as if she was paraded to her demise.

Rashta sat quietly next to Sovieshu.

Then, the High Court Judge entered and stopped in front of his seat. The audience fell silent at that instant. The Judge looked around for a moment and spoke firmly.

"We will begin the trial of Empress Rashta for the alleged deception of the Imperial Family, as well as for other crimes."

-------------------------------------------

The first witnesses to take the stand were Viscount Roteschu and the Isqua couple.

Yukiko knew they had been sentenced to death, but there was no news of their execution. They were seemingly kept in prison to make statements at this trial.

They reiterated the statements they had made at the previous trial.

Although the audience already knew their testimony, the reaction was as if they were hearing it for the first time.

Rashta watched them testify with a somber expression.

Alan was the only one whose testimony deviated.

"I don't know anything, Your Honor! I really don't know, Your Majesty! Even if it' s true, it was plotted by Rashta and my father. I really wasn't involved!"

As Alan shouted, Viscount Roteschu closed his eyes regretfully and Rashta clenched the armrests of her throne tightly.

Even amidst the uproar, Rashta stared blankly at the witnesses.

After all four testified, the next person to appear was the President of the Bear Corporation.

"Empress Rashta wanted to use promissory notes issued by our Corporation to support numerous institutions, such as orphanages and nursing homes. But we soon became suspicious of a person with commoner origins gaining that much money in little time. After several investigations, we discovered that those promissory notes did not belong to Her Majesty Rashta, but to Empress Navier." He said.

"There was an article in the commoners' newspaper that raised suspicions about this a while back. And it reappeared after the paternity test. So, was it true?"

"That's right."

"You kept silent at the time. Why are you revealing it now?"

"At that time, public support for Empress Rashta was too strong and her position as Empress solid, so I thought that my Corporation would be the only one affected. It would be my word against hers. Reporting it to the papers was my only option. It was my fault for not revealing it until now."

The next person to take the stand was a maid. She looked drained and tired.

"I.. was a maid... to Empress Rashta... Delise."

'Ah, she was a maid of Rashta's......what does she know? And why is she talking slow?' Yukiko thought.

"Go on." The judge prompted.

"Empress Navier.... rejected... a... blue bird... that Emperor Sovieshu... sent as a gift... Rashta took advantage... plucked... the feathers... from the living bird... and lied... to Emperor Sovieshu... to blame... Empress Navier."

Her speech was slow and slightly erratic. Combined with the fact that she paused every few words, it gave the impression that she found it difficult to speak.

The way she spoke seemed to annoy the audience. A rough man from the commoners grumbled loudly, "Why do you talk like that?"

Delise shuddered. Her gaze strayed for a moment, looking for the source of the voice. At the same time, a journalist sitting in the press area stood up angrily.

However, Delise took a deep breath and continued calmly.

"My tongue... is cut in half... Empress Rashta... ordered that... it be cut off... so that... I would not... give her away."

A stir broke out in the courtroom as the commoners shrieked in horror.

"Oh, my!"

"That's crazy!"

"Are you serious?!"

"How could she do that?!"

The audience glared fiercely at the person who had said the unpleasant words to Delise.

Several people around Navier also shuddered as if the mere thought of what Rashta had done was horrible. No other noble, no matter how cruel, would do that.

The High Court Judge looked at Delise with compassionate eyes and asked Rashta.

"That is true, Your Majesty?"

Rashta answered firmly.

"No."

Insults erupted from the audience, but Rashta didn't even blink as she stared at Delise.

Next to take the stand was Viscountess Verdi, who had Glorym in her arms.

"I was Navier's lady-in-waiting at the time, but I was offered to be Rashta's on the promise of a higher pay raise to help my family. I had witnessed Rashta order for Delise's tongue to be cut. I tried to tell her to reconsider, but she would not listen and threatened my life. I told of this to the emperor, and he made sure Delise was safely hidden until Rashta could be tried."

"Did she commit other crimes with you present?" The Judge asked.

"Yes, she previously threw her daughter to the floor in a fit, Her Majesty could've broken her neck and killed her. She was shaken, but alright. And at the paternity test, she wanted to draw more blood than needed from her in her futile attempt to prove Glorym was the Emperor's daughter. The baby would have died of blood loss." Verdi said with a sad look.

This got commoners in an uproar.

"What?!"

"Outrageous!"

"How can she call herself a mother?!"

"And she abandoned her firstborn for a throne! That's child neglect!"

Nobles looked like they swallowed something sour.

"If she would hurt a bird without a second thought, she would harm a baby as well..." A duke whispered, disgusted.

"I can't help but pity those two children. They didn't ask to be born to such a woman," one countess said sadly.

The next person to appear was... Evalie.

She testified that Rashta had insulted and harassed her along with the Isquas, who had always looked down on her for not belonging to the nobility. She also spoke about the attack she suffered on the way to the Western Empire on the false accusation of her being a new concubine.

Next was the man hired by the Isquas to sabotage the carriage. He said that he was offered a lot of money to do it to harm to Evalie, but he soon learned that Rashta was behind the attack and wanted to do it because Evalie was important to Navier as the latter was her sponsor. He said he was confessing because he realized he was gonna take the fall over a false accusation.

Next, Viscount Langdel took the stand. He revealed the investigation he had conducted to clear Nian's name.

"... Back then, His Majesty was so blinded by Rashta that he didn't even pay attention to my investigation."

In the end, he added a few words criticizing Sovieshu, but unfortunately, this was Sovieshu's home. The audience didn't react positively to Langdel's criticism, but to avoid chaos, the Judge proceeded with the next witness.

Sovieshu's secretary, Marquis Karl, took the stand next. He discovered how Rashta always borrowed money from Duke Elgy to cover the expenses of her lover Alan and her first child Ahn, the port case that caused a stir across the empire, and the scandals surrounding her relationship with Duke Elgy. He even provided proof of his investigation.

The atmosphere turned colder whenever a witness appeared and revealed the respective evidence.

Then Yukiko herself took the stand with Luffy as people whispered.

"Is that Beast Master?"

"Yeah, she was Navier's bodyguard before she had to leave."

"Why is she here?"

Yukiko then spoke. "I came to the Western Empire with my crew and my husband here. We just got off our honeymoon not too long ago, and we decided to visit Navier to celebrate her and her husband's expecting their first child. We also encountered Rashta at the party. The whole time she was there, she attempted to flirt with three of our men, including my husband. And they made it a point they were not interested in her. While I know that emperors and even empresses can have side lovers, among us commoners, it is considered adultery. A crime against marriage, and completely inappropriate since Her Majesty herself is also a married woman, and sought attention from other men when her husband stopped giving it to her."

The Judge paused at this knowing Yukiko was right. Then he looked at Strawhat.

"Is this true, sir?"

"Yeah, she would not leave me, Zoro, and Sanji alone. That's sexual harassment. She was worse than Boa Hancock when she wanted to marry me and I told her no. And she's old enough to be my mom! I had to finally tie the knot with my wife to get my message across."

The courtroom went into murmurs again.

"He was the husband Rashta was attempting to flirt with?!"

"Not only him, but two other men from his crew?!"

"She is promiscuous..."

"Not even a harlot is that loose..."

Rashta looked like she could burst into anger, but seeing Yukiko and Luffy's glares made her feel small and powerless.

After they stepped down from the stand, someone shouted, "Your Honor! There is something I wish to reveal as well!"

"Who are you?"

When the High Court Judge asked with a frown, the journalist quickly left the press area and went up to the stand.

Like other journalists, he carried a notebook in one hand and a pen in the other, but he also had a document under his arm.

The Judge's aides tried to stop him, but the commoners began to shout his name, "Joanson!", "It's Joanson!", "Joanson!" "Joanson!"

Joanson was a journalist who was highly esteemed by the commoners.

"Give this to His Honor." He said holding out some documents.

The aides could not forcibly remove Joanson so the Judge ordered: "Bring it to me."

By order of the High Court Judge, an aide accepted the document and handed it over to him.

His expression became distorted as he looked over the document.

The audience was also curious about the change in the High Court Judge's expression, so they stopped chanting Joanson's name and remained silent.

"What document is that?"

When Sovieshu asked on behalf of the audience, the High Court Judge stood up and answered.

"It's a court document regarding a criminal who was sentenced to slavery for fraud fifteen years ago."

'What did that have to do with Rashta's trial?' Yukiko thought curious, but she had a feeling where it would go. She looked over at Navier, who was also confused.

"That criminal's name is exactly the same as the commoner man who once claimed to be the Empress' real father. He also had a daughter who was sentenced along with him. The daughter's name is Rashta. Her current age matches that of the Empress. And the place where he was sentenced to slavery, along with his daughter, was the Rimwell Estate." Joanson said.

The outcome was chaos.

"Does that mean Empress Rashta was a slave, not a commoner?!"

"A slave?! Not a commoner, but a slave?!"

"So the so-called representative of the commoners was a slave who shamelessly posed as a member of the nobility?!"

Insults erupted from the section of the hall reserved for commoners.

They screamed and protested angrily, as if this were the most serious crime ever committed.

"Put her down!"

"How dare a slave sit next to the Emperor!"

"She has to step down from the throne and kneel!"

"Good heavens!"

"How dare a slave pose as a noble to become the Empress?! It's a dishonor to the Eastern Empire!"

"Put her down! Put her down!"

In contrast, the nobles were so shocked that they remained silent.

This shocking revelation and the audience's protests had completely exhausted Rashta's patience.

In anger, Rashta stormed out of her seat to the stand, shoved Joanson, and yelled,

"His Majesty Sovieshu is castrated!"

--------------

Yukiko raised her eyebrow.

'So she probably knew. I guess there is a brain in there.'

"What does she mean by that?" Luffy whispered.

"She's implying that Sovetshu is infertile. Let's just watch." Yukiko whispered back.

Rashta didn't stop there. She pointed a finger at Sovieshu and exclaimed,

"His Majesty claimed that Empress Navier was infertile! But that was all a lie! I did not even know she became pregnant until I heard of the celebration of her pregnancy. I just did not put it together until after the paternity test."

The murmurs that had disappeared suddenly returned. A commotion spread throughout the courtroom like wildfire.

"What do you mean by that?" Joanson mocked.

"Isn't it obvious? I mean, how long has His Majesty been married to Empress Navier, and how long have they tried for a baby? Seven years! Seven years and he still couldn't get an heir! I did not even know I was pregnant with another man's child at the time! I thought my Glorym was a miracle child when she was born early, but it turns out she wasn't! But as soon as Navier left and remarried another man, she became pregnant! And it hasn't even been a year since the divorce! Isn't that proof His Majesty is the infertile one, not Empress Navier?!" Rashta yelled.

"Silence!"

The High Court Judge shouted angrily, with his face completely red.

Although he had treated her politely as the Empress of the Eastern Empire thus far, he seemed to have completely exploded upon hearing Rashta claim Emperor Sovieshu is 'castrated'.

The audience also began to shout at her to shut up.

It was a little interesting to see Rashta act like this, but it would be futile as Yukiko knew the Emperor would deny it.......

Joanson, as if on cue, and walked over to Rashta, who was in the center of the stand.

"Excuse me, Your Majesty. It is my turn to speak, now. Your Majesty can continue your delusional talk later."

Rashta replied, "How rude!"

"Everyone here knows that the person who uttered the most disrespectful remarks was Your Majesty Rashta towards His Majesty Sovieshu, but now you dare to call me rude."

As the audience cheered for Joanson, Rashta's will began to waver.

For a time, when she first became the Empress, she was the recipient of these cheers.

But now, Joanson received the ovations while Rashta, who held the most honorable position, was showered with insults.

"Your Honor, allow me to continue with my investagation. Did you know that the man who claimed that he was Empress Rashta's real father, the man sentenced to slavery, the man who is recorded as having a daughter named Rashta, disappeared after Empress Rashta sent for him?"

This, coupled with what Joanson had said at the beginning of his speech, further cornered Rashta.

"That never happened!"

Rashta protested, but this time Marquis Karl stood up and interrupted her.

"Empress Rashta's real father has been prepared as a witness."

On the stand, Joanson quickly turned his head to look at Marquis Karl. He didn't know that the missing man who was said to be Rashta's father would be brought to the Court.

This was a move prepared separately by both Sovieshu and Joanson, but now their actions coincided.

When the move prepared by the Emperor meshed perfectly with the acclaimed journalist's revelation, Joanson's credibility increased even more.

The man, looking weak and feeble, was escorted by knights, took the stand before thanking the knights and testified before the High Court Judge.

"Rashta sent for me and on the way to the palace some knights saved me from dying at the hands of other unidentified individuals."

This man's presence was very shocking for Rashta. The moment the desperate Rashta heard the man's words, she grimaced, as if she had been stabbed.

Next, the palace doctor, a knight, and several maids who worked in the Western Palace took the stand to testify that Rashta had attempted to assassinate Arian, her closest maid, to escape before her trial a few days ago.

Then, there was a slaver who mystified everyone. He confessed that he was given a heavy payment to kidnap Lebetti, Rotechu's daughter, and sell her as a slave so Rashta could control him. But His Majesty rescued her before anything bad happened to her. As she did not know what her father and brother did, she had to live in secret.

Another was a man who was one of Koshar's friends; he testified that Koshar was not at the party when he was accused of attempting to kill Rashta's unborn daughter. It was actually part of Rashta's plan to frame him to discredit the Trovi Family.

Finally, a man who claimed to be an assassin hired by Rashta confessed that he had been coerced to assassinate the Duke and Duchess Trovi because the Empress threatened him with her power. He claimed that he didn't carry out her order, because he didn't agree. So he went to the Trovis not to harm them but to warn them.

Rashta protested and denied all accusations, but the High Court Judge, who had lost his temper due to Rashta's actions a moment ago, asked Sovieshu with a serious expression whether Rashta would be granted immunity due to her position as Empress.

Sovieshu replied with a flat but cold tone.

"Sentence her like any criminal."

His words implied that Rashta would be deposed based on this sentence on the spot.

Rashta continued to scream, now with a completely reddened face.

"Your Majesty, do you intend to abandon me after you used me? I hid that Your Majesty is a castrated man, and I also helped you hide the fact that Your Majesty divorced Empress Navier to hide this truth. Is this how you'll abandon me after you took advantage of me?!"

In other words, she didn't want to die alone.

"Empress Rashta Isqua, you will be sentenced for the following crimes:

1. Collusion with Viscount Roteschu and his son Alan to deceive Emperor Sovieshu in an attempt to make Alan Rimwell's daughter a member of the Imperial Family;

 2. Identity theft by passing off Viscount and Viscountess Isqua as your real parents to ascend to the position of Empress;

 3. Unauthorized use of Empress Navier's promissory notes as your own;

 4. The unjustified and heinous order to cut out a maid's tongue;

 5. to hide your crime of animal cruelty;

 6. Attempted murder of Evalie, the court mage's assistant on the false assumption that she was the Emperor's concubine;

7. Child abuse of your own daughter;

8. Blackmailing your lady-in-waiting with her life;

9. Child neglect from abandoning your firstborn for a throne;

10. Kidnapping and selling Lady Lebetti into slavery;

11. Attempted adultery by trying to seduce the husband and friends of Empress Navier's former bodyguard;

 12. Borrowing large sums of money from a foreign duke on behalf of the Empress of the Eastern Empire and, to top it off,

13. the unauthorized transfer of land from the Eastern Empire to said foreign Duke;

 14. Attempted murder of the Duke and Duchess Troby;

 15. Contempt for the High Court;

 16. Defamation of His Majesty Emperor Sovieshu;

17. Generating false rumors of Empress Navier's infertility and former Dutchess Tuania

18. Framing Lord Koshar for the attempted attack on your unborn daughter

19. Lastly, you impersonated a commoner as well as a noble when in reality you are a slave,

20. and attempted murder of your real father to hide it. Do you plead guilty to these crimes?"

"No! Of course not!"

"You deserve to be sentenced to death for less than half of these crimes, but in consideration of the fact that you are the Empress, I sentence you to be imprisoned in the tower for life."

The High Court Judge rapped his wooden gavel three times.

The two knights who had brought Rashta in approached her and grabbed her by the arms.

Rashta struggled and began screaming, demanding to be released, but it was in vain.

The audience was completely exhausted. The Judge exchanged glances with the assisting judges as he wiped the sweat from his forehead with a handkerchief.

After Rashta was taken out of the Court, Sovieshu casually turned around and walked out through the door that only the Emperor and the Empress could use.

"We should leave, My Queen."

"Yes."

Rashta tried to reduce her sentence by dragging Sovieshu with her, but it didn't work.

'Although.....Rashta succeed in one thing...she planted a seed of doubt. If Sovetshu takes up a new Empress, all eyes will be on him now. If the new Empress still doesn't provide an heir........Rashta's words will gain ground. I don't know if he knows.....but it won't be long before Sovetshu finds himself on the hot seat. And the public's anger will turn on him next......' Yukiko thought.

As she met up with Verdi, she had Glorym and Ian with her along with her husband and son.

Yukiko then opened a portal with Solgaleo.

"Go with Solgaleo. He will take you to Alola, my homeland. When you get there, ask for Professor Kukai, he's my father figure. When you meet him, give him this letter. He'll help set you up with a new life." Yukiko said as she handed them a letter.

Verdi couldn't thank her enough.

---------------

As Verdi and her family arrived, they were at quaint little village.

One man in a strange labcoat spotted them.

"Oh, are you new here?"

"Ah, we are looking for Professor Kukai..."

"That's me."

Verdi gave him the letter and he looked it over.

"alright, with your situation, I'll help you out."

Since then, years later, Verdi's family would lead a new life.

The husband began working with Kukai, their firstborn son would be a new Kahuna, Ian, renamed Solis, would be inspired to be a Pokemon Ranger, and Glorym, renamed Luna, would go to be the eventual Champion and Grand Dutchess of Kalos.

Verdi couldn't be any happier.

---------------------

As Yukiko and Luffy were leaving with Heinley and Navier in the carriage, they saw bright red flags waving, and I heard people cheering, "Your Majesty!" "Your Majesty!"

My mind went blank.

'All these people had come out into the street to cheer for Navier.' Yukiko smiled.

"I know that in the Eastern Empire red symbolizes happiness. My Queen, everyone wishes for you to be happy." Heinley said.

"... Yes."

"From now on only good things will happen. You, me and our child on the way... we will be happy forever."

Luffy and Yukiko smiled as they are happy for them too.

------------------

Upon returning, Luffy saved Navier from Zemenzia's attempt, and she was alright.

The next day, the Strawhats had to get going.

Although Yukiko felt it would be around this time Morgans is getting the outcome of Rashta's trial to the world.

But, before leaving, she gave Navier a gift.

"It's for the child, too, but it's your own den den mushi. It's what we used to call people over long distances, so you can call us. But it's still a living being; it just needs to be hydrated and fed fresh veggies." Yukiko said.

"Thank you. I'll call you when I'm not busy. How does every second Friday sound?"

"Sounds like a plan." Yukiko said as they hugged each other again before leaving.

-------------------------

The same day, News of the historic trial spread quickly beyond the Wol Continent, shaking entire kingdoms to the core.

Breaking News!

'Empress' Rashta of the Eastern Empire of the Wol Continent; a Fraud!

On the day of the trial, the sun was grey and gloomy, fitting for the atmosphere in the empire.

People of high and low status flocked to the High Court to witness the historic trial.

Perhaps sometime in the future, there will be entire history books focusing on this one trial due to how complicated the mess was. So complicated it would take several chapters to describe how every detail happened.

A woman of incomparable beauty who managed to captivate the Eastern Empire's Emperor and oust the true Empress. A woman who lied her way to a position of power. An Empress who tried to deceive the Emperor so that her daughter, born of her lover, would become a princess. An Empress who tried to kill an innocent woman over a false assumption. An Empress who gave up an important port to a handsome foreign Duke with whom she had an affair.

An Empress who was caught trying to escape in desperation.

With every testimony in the court, the outcome of Empress Rashta's fate only grew worse.

From what we gathered, she had committed these crimes with the following testimonies of certain witnesses:

1. Collusion with Viscount Roteschu and his son Alan to deceive Emperor Sovieshu in an attempt to make Alan Rimwell's unborn daughter a member of the Imperial Family;

2. Identity theft by passing off and paying Viscount and Viscountess Isqua as her real parents to ascend to the position of Empress;

3. The President of the Bear Corporation discovered that Empress Rashta made the false move of Unauthorized use of Empress Navier's promissory notes as her own money without even giving credit to her predecessor;

4. The unjustified and heinous order to cut out a maid's tongue;

5. And to hide her crime of animal cruelty on a bird meant to be a present to Empress Navier;

6. A testimony from the culprit that she Attempted murder of Evelie, the court mage's assistant, on the false assumption that she was the Emperor's concubine, and the perp almost took the fall for it, if not for his testimony that Rashta arranged it because Evelie was sponsored by Empress Navier, whom Rashta hated;

7. Child abuse of her own newborn daughter by throwing her to the floor in a fit, and trying to draw more blood from said child for the paternity test in a futile attempt to prove she is the Emperor's daughter, which could have made Glorym die from blood loss;

8. Blackmailing her lady-in-waiting with her life;

9. Child neglect from abandoning her firstborn son for a throne;

10. Kidnapping and selling Lady Lebetti into slavery;

11. Attempted adultery by trying to seduce the husband and friends of Empress Navier's former bodyguard, and to everyone's shock, it was Monkey D. Luffy and Yukiko who testified this case;

12. Borrowing outrageous sums of money from a foreign duke on behalf of the Empress of the Eastern Empire,

13. the unauthorized transfer of land from the Eastern Empire to the same foreign Duke;

14. Attempted murder of the Duke and Duchess Troby;

15. Contempt for the High Court;

16. Defamation of His Majesty Emperor Sovieshu;

17. Generating false rumors of Empress Navier's infertility and former Dutchess Tuania

18. Framing Lord Koshar for the attempted attack on Rashta's unborn daughter

19. Lastly, she impersonated a commoner as well as a noble when in reality she was a slave,

20. and attempted murder of her real father to hide it.

Rashta attempted to create a scene by claiming Emperor Sovetshu was infertile, but the court's anger had already boiled over.

The fallen and deposed Empress was sentenced to be locked up in the tower for life, and her accomplices, Viscount Rotechu, Alan Rimwell, and the Isquas were all given the death penalty for their crimes.

In summary, Empress Navier's reputation is finally redeemed, and people will tell her story as if she were a strong heroine, while Rashta falls into the annals of infamy as the evilest Empress in the Wol Continent, if not the whole world.

And if anything else, this historic case has proven something new: no one is above the law. Not even royals.
