Yukiko suddenly looked at your left to gaze at Soldier, but became surprised at the sight of a tall man with only one leg.

He looked exactly like the statue of the champion back at the Colosseum. Viola gazed at him, eyes widened and in verge of tears. She had a hand over her mouth, the other grasping her heart.

Suddenly, Soldier jumped through the open window, and charged at Doflamingo while grasping his sword tightly. Luffy watched in awe while Viola continued to cry.

"Who is he?!"

"Brother Kyros!" the princess's voice cracked. "Even I lost my memories of him!"

"What are you talking about?! What do you mean?! And where's the toy soldier?!"

"It's him!"

"EH?! But that's a human!"

"The toys were originally humans but they were erased from our memories! Since the Devil Fruit eater Sugar passed out now, we got our memories back!" Viola smiled through her tears. "He's the former commander of the King Riku Army - Kyros! The strongest gladiator in the history of the Colosseum!"

"That's the old man the statue is of!" gasped Luffy.

"Yes! And he's also Rebecca's biological father!"

"But, she didn't even know him!" Yukiko said.

"When people forgets about you, there's nothing you can do to make them remember you! That's why he's just been watching over his beloved daughter for a decade! He has always been by her side, day after day, as a toy soldier!"

Yukiko watched as Kyros
continued to hop where Doflamingo was standing, and jumped high in the air at the same time the Shichibukai turned to face him, sweat rolling down his forehead.

"You are...!" started Doflamingo.

"Kyros, aren't you?!" finished the old man, tears running down his eyes.

"Yes, sir! I'm sorry to keep you waiting for a decade!" the gladiator yelled, swinging his sword behind him. "Now, I'm here to save you!"

He swung his sword back and sliced Doflamingo's head in one swing, causing everyone in the room to gasp in astonishment.

But that kill was too easy to Yukiko, she had to keep her guard up.

"I'M HERE TO TAKE BACK THE REAL DRESSROSA!" Kyros declared.

The severed head of Doflamingo fell on the floor, still wearing that tight teeth expression. The members of his Family took a step back from the gladiator, their faces mirroring one of horror.

Kyros landed back on the ground at a safe distance of the headless body of the Shichibukai. Baby-5 let out a shriek while Buffalo charged at him, swinging his fist backward.

"YOU BASTARD!" the nosy voice shouted, and was stopped by Kyros shoving his sword right under his chin.

"From now on, I'm gonna rip the mask off of all your deceptions!" the man snarled in rage.

"Mingo's dead! And I was gonna kick his ass..." exclaimed Luffy, his tone slightly sounding sad from not being the one putting a end to Doflamingo's reign.

However, Yukiko used her Observation Haki to check the palace and paused.

This was not Doflamingo.

Several guards were showing up, already shooting at you.

While both Baby-5 and Buffalo were too busy fighting Kyros, and Yukiko took out the guards with Crystal Shard, Luffy and Viola took this time to sneak to where Law was chained. Said male let out a shout of surprise at the sight of you and Luffy.

"Beast-ya?! Straw Hat-ya?! Melissa?!" Law yelled.

"I'm glad that you're alive!" laughed Luffy, waving his hand wildly.

"You have no business here! What about the factory?! Did you destroy it?!" he implored.

"I have the key of his handcuffs on me" said Viola, showing a golden key to your captain who grinned.

"You have everything prepared!"

"STRAW HAT! VIOLET! YOU CAN'T LAY A FINGER ON THE YOUNG MASTER..."

They almost forgot about the bomb machine that the group encountered a while earlier. And as he appeared at the window, he froze on the spot. At the sight of his Young Master decapitated, the executive glared in silence, stunned.

However, Melissa had her Magmortar handle him.

"We're getting you out," Yukiko said kneeling next to his cuff, but clicked her tongue as she realized it was seastone.

"Thanks, but the alliance between me and you guys is over" stated coldly Law, staring down at you. "Get out of there!"

"Huh?! How selfish!" pouted the strawhat captain. "I'll make those decisions, not you, so shut your mouth!

The young boy's hand trembled as he held the key tightly, bringing it closer to the handcuffs' lock. Since it was made of Sea Stones, Luffy was trying to be careful to not touch it. At the same time, Law kept going on about how you should just escape this place.

"If there's no alliance, we're not on the same side! If you set me free, I'll kill you!" Law threatened.

"Stop moving!" barked Luffy, shutting the Surgeon's mouth. "It's hard to unlock it with the Sea Stones!"

"You two are not listening to me!!" the ebony male snarled.

"Just shut up already! Be glad we are saving you, moron!" Melissa slapped the back of Law's head. "AND LET ME DO IT, FOR ARCEUS' SAKE"

Though, a sudden mad laugh resonated in the room, freezing everyone.

Yukiko looked over to stare at the lying head of Doflamingo on the floor, seeing it was now contorted to a scary smile.

The floor under you distorted, and something came out of it, pushing you away from Law's seat.

"The stone man...." Yukiko muttered.

"It's the stone guy!" cried out Luffy.

"Pica!" gasped Viola.

"Fufufufu...I never thought I'd be taken in like this" spoke the decapitated head of the Shichibukai.

"WOAH! MINGO'S ALIVE!"

"That's not him...." Melissa said.

His Family yelled their Young Master's name in relief, not believing with their own eyes that he was fine. Kyros stood protectively in front of King Riku as the old man stood up, gazing at the headless body stunned cold.

"How could he still be alive?!"

"The whole country is thrown into chaos after the toys have been freed" continued Doflamingo. "And for whatever reason, the Revolutionary Army is here secretly, too. And the Royal Palace is a mess."

Doflamingo's grin turned into a snarl, veins appearing over his forehead.

"It's a difficult situation" he spat. "I have no choice but to use the 'Birdcage'..."

"The Birdcage?!!" repeated Law, his face paling.

"...Creepy!" is all said Kyros before jumping at the body still standing. "How are you still alive, Doflamingo?!

Suddenly, the real Doflamingo appeared right behind the gladiator in a flash. The other didn't have the time to react quickly.

"Do you want me to teach you...how to kill a person?" smirked the Shichibukai.

"BROTHER KYROS!" yelled Viola in panic.

"SOLDIER!" added your captain.

"This is how you do it"

But Yukiko prevented Kyros from having his head chopped off by pushing him down, Doflamingo's strings grazing her hair by an inch. But Yukiko retaliated with a Crystal Shard that nicked him on the cheek.

This didn't mean the building didn't suffer anything from his attack. The tower and the ceiling of the Suit Chamber were sliced in half, the parts falling down near the palace at random areas. Doflamingo slowly gazed down, his smile not wavering in the slightest:

"Miss Beast Master" he spoke. "How kind of you to grace me with your presence. But you should step away"

"Yukiko!!!" Luffy warned you as two Doflamingos appeared at each side of her.

They dragged their fingers across the air, leaving a trail of their strings as they prepared to strike Kyros down.

"Pentachromatic Strings!"

Yukiko rolled forward with Kyros, dodging the attack as the ground fell into pieces at the spot. The gladiator thanked her for saving him.

Luffy charged at the blonde male for attacking his woman, him facing the boy with a large grin as he spoke.

"Armament!"

"Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling!" Luffy yelled at the same time.

Doflamingo's pink coat was covered with Haki, protecting him from Luffy's attacks of his fists. It continued like that until Doflamingo's copy appeared behind your captain, aiming to slice his back.

He couldn't avoid it as pain struck him from behind, Luffy groaning at the sensation while he was pushing forward. Doflamingo used Haki on his fist, recoiling the limb before landing a punch directly in Luffy's face.

The ebony male was sent flying into the wall, crashing into the floor next.

"Luffy!"Yukiko yelled before turning to Doflamingo. "What is that clone?!"

"It's like a marionette made of strings!" said Viola. "I've never seen such a technique!"

"King Riku" Doflamingo called the old man's name. "Do you remember the feeling you had on that night 10 years ago? The day you sliced up your dear citizens and burned down peaceful towns"

"I still have nightmares of it every night" he answered, face sweating. "Yes, I remember it! So what?!"

"The tragedy that will unfold soon will not be small-scale like that" the Shichibukai simply smirked, and the king gulped uneasily.

"What are you planning?! I don't ever want to see such..."

"Now it's time to let you guys go. Pica"

The stone giant let out a rumble that shook what was left of this place. Doflamingo's face hardened more, veins becoming more visibile.

"Throw these nuisances out!"

The floor morphed again as Melissa returned Magmortar and Pachi clung to Yukiko, creating waves that pushed the others to the edge of the palace. Pica encased them inside his stone hands, and threw them out of the palace to the plateau down below.

Then Yukiko gasped as the Warlords arm enrolled around her waist as bullets of sweat rolling down the side of her head.

"Normally, I would keep you with me, but I am in a pretty bad mood right now" the blonde hissed. "I will discard your rebellious acts this time, but you still have to face punishment. Hope you and your friends enjoy my little 'game' Beast Master. "

Then she was pushed off the edge, following after Luffy and the others while Doflamingo laughed darkly.

Thankfully, Luffy caught her in time.

"Are you okay?" Luffy groaned, his nose bleeding.

"Yeah...thanks..." Yukiko panted.
"Pachi...."

Then a strange sound came from the palace, and they looked up in the sky to see a mesh of strings rising toward it. Then, it exploded into more strings that stretched all around the place and soon the whole kingdom and all of its people together. Just like a cage.

"It's the Birdcage" spoke Law, in a grave voice.

"Uh? What do you mean by that, Tra-guy?" wondered Luffy, leaning down toward the male who was still chained at his seat.

"Before the truth behind this country is exposed, Doflamingo is going.... to kill everyone on the island!" Law shuddered.

"What?!" Melissa and Yukiko yelled.

On cue, the island started to shake with tremors. The King's Plateau was sinking down.

"The ground is descending! What's going on?!" demanded Luffy.

"It's Pica!" replied Law. "Since he can merge with stones, he can even shift the geography!"

"Look! The Royal Palace is going somewhere!" Melissa pointed at the building, watching it ascending the heavens. It was moving far away from the Plateau.

The whole island rearranged itself with Pica's Devil Fruit. The Flower Hill was also rising up, bringing closer many building and turning them upside-down.

Once Dressrosa stopped to shake, the pause was short-lived as Doflamingo's voice echoed from a Den-Den Mushi.

"Citizens and guests of Dressrosa. I could have reigned over you all with terror from the start" he said, his face appearing on several screens across the whole island. "After finding out the truth, I bet a great number of you want to kill me now. That's why I prepared a game for you. It's a game to kill me. I'm in the Royal Palace. I won't run or hide. If you can take my life, the game ends here, of course. But there is another way to finish the game"

Yukiko frowned at this.

"Here is how. You kill all the people that I'm going to name now. Also, I will award a large prize for killing each one of them. Kill or get killed" Doflamingo continued, his grin widening while he lifted a hand to the sky. "Everyone in this country will become hunters! The only way for you to survive is...to kill somebody!"

"What kind of sick joke is that?!" snarled King Riku.

Then they hear loud explosions in the distance, along with the screams of the citizens. The chaos continued down there, and the only way for it to stop would be by killing Doflamingo.

"Fufufufu. Nobody's gonna come to help. Nobody can get out of this Birdcage. You can't make contact with anyone out there. You're all going to die and no one out there will know it. Your neighbors who are running wild...will keep harming others randomly. It doesn't matter if it's their family or close friends, or citizens who they swore to protect. Even if you run or hide, there is no safe place in the cage. The terror of the Birdcage will go on for days. It's a matter of which happens sooner. You all die or you finish the game"

A sudden yell of a familiar voice appeared, and they turned to see Zoro in the distance. He had managed to find you all back after he was thrown out of the palace. Surprisingly.

"Scream! Hate! Suffer! You people are innocent victims!"

"Stop it..." the king clutched his head while tears brimmed his eyes. "Doflamingo!"

"Think. You either come to kill me or side with us Don Quixote Family and punish the 14 fools who rebel against me. If you make the wrong decision, the game will not end. I'll pay 100 million berries for each star rating! These are the criminals in Dressrosa! First, the One-stars..."

The screen showed the picture of Rebecca, Robin, Kin'emon, Viola and Franky. Next came the Two-stars. Kyros and Zoro were chosen.

Doflamingo let out another one of his chilling laughs as he continued with this cruel auction:

"And as for key figures of each group, I give them three stars!"

Sabo from the Revolutionary Army...Straw Hat Luffy...Trafalgar Law... Melissa... and finally King Riku Doldo III.

"Plus, there is the man who pissed me off the most today! It's all his fault that you people have to play such a bloody game. The one who kills him will get...500 millions berries!" snarled Doflamingo.

Even Luffy and Zoro were taken aback. This poor man was now dead meat.

But there was one person left, and Yukiko didn't like this.....

"And finally, we have a special case that will certainly interest you all. Since it's on high priority, she needs to be brought back ALIVE....And for its price..."

When her picture appeared on the screen, Yukiko was not expecting the number of stars it would come with it.

If both Zoro and Luffy were shocked by Usopp's stars, they were mortified at the sight of hers.

"....One billion berries!"

"TEN STARS" The whitette shrieked, falling backward.

"You have no time to wonder what to do" continued Doflamingo. "People are falling and towns are burning moment by moment. Either you kill me...or kill the 13 criminals and bring me your future queen"

"WHAT?! OH REALM OF GIRATINA NO! UH-HUH!" Yukiko yelled as she waved her hands wildly.

"Now the game is on!"

Meanwhile, Ace, Alina and Jozu frowned at this outcome.

"No way in hell I'm letting that overgrown bird take my future sister-in-law!" Ace cracked his knuckles as he started to blaze up and Alina got her Pokeball out.

"But still, worth a billion? Yukiko's worth waaaay more than that back home!" Alina shook her head.

Suddenly voices popping up got their attention.

"Fire Fist, Marine Menace, Diamond."

It was a couple of Doflamingo's cronies. "I guess our lucky day got even luckier! Young Master will certainly promote us once we present your heads!"

But then a shadowy attack got them.
"Dragonic Night Slash!" And a shadowy claw knocked out the cronies.

The trio was surprised but Ace recognized the wisps, they were from Blackbeard's fruit.

Someone had already eaten it!

But why did the person save them?

"That was close, but I didn't expect for you to get here." A blonde male in a top hat said. "Hello, Ace." He smiled.

Ace was shocked. This person......

No, it couldn't be...was this a trick?

He rushed against this person, in anger, but the male countered, not with his Devil Fruit, but with Haki. But not harming him.

"I guess I should expect for you to believe it's not me." He still smiled.
"But you can ask me questions only Sabo would know."

"..........What was the pirate Sabo and I saved Luffy from?"

"Porchemy, and if I recall, he tried to tell Luffy where our treasure stash is but he refused to rat us out." The man said.

"Why did Sabo run away from his old life and what was it?"

"I was originally born a noble, but I was ashamed of it, my folks didn't even care of my well-being, so I ran and met you."

"Why did I hate my father?"

"Because until Luffy and the Whitebeard crew came along, people thought you were a sin just because you were born from his blood, and would be persecuted, but you met people that still loved you. Even Luffy said being along was worse than dying and he had no one else."

That got Ace to stop. Only Sabo would know that Luffy said such a thing.

"Sabo...." he said as he attempted to hold his tears.

"Sorry for making you worry, but I had amnesia so I couldn't remember. But we gotta save catching up for now." Sabo said putting a hand on his brother's shoulder. "Right now we gotta help our brother and his girl."

Ace nodded.

However, another being spotted them.

"No way....." one of Doflamingo's cronies spoke into a transponder snail.

"You're kidding!" Diamante exclaimed.

Doflamingo turned to him.

"I just got word. Fire Fist Ace, Marine Menace Alina and Diamond Jozu are here!"

"Eh?! The Second and Third Division Commanders and the Tactician of the Whitebeard Pirates?!" Baby 5 said.

"One chaotic turn after another..." Gladius spat.

"If I recall, those two ladies are from Beast Master's world.......there's no G!" Lao G exclaimed.

"Yeah, neh, Beast Master is hooked with Strawhat, and they say Fire Fist and Marine Menace are an item. Going with that pattern.......You think Law has a thing for this Melissa?" Trebol asked.

Doflamingo grinned at this.
