The next day, the rain finally stopped.

Yukiko had already waited for Luffy to wake up, but he had a really high fever.

With Chopper's help, she had been taking care of him.

She had also been holding onto Luffy's hat for him.

Yukiko had went over to the library and had read a book on Alabasta's history.

Then she came across a woman that looked similar to Igaram, who turned out to be alive.

"You must be part of the Pirates that helped Vivi and my husband. I just got word that the captain is gonna wake up. Oh, I'm Terracotta by the way dear. " She said.

"Oh, thank goodness. I'll come with you." Yukiko said.

"Aah! I slept good!" Luffy laughed.

Then he looked around.

"Hey, Yukiko? Where's Yukiko? She alright? Wait my hat! Where's my hat? And I'm hungry. Where's my breakfast? Yukiko. Hat. Breakfast.
Yukiko! Hat! Breakfast! Yukiko! Hat! Breakfast!" Luffy began panicking.

Then the door opened up to show Yukiko.

"Luffy I heard you're awake!" Yukiko smiled.

"Yukiko!" Luffy stretched to grab her and pull her into a hug as Yukiko put his hat back on his head. "Here. I kept it safe. I'm glad to see your better."

"Better?"

"Yeah, you had a high fever. Yukiko and Chopper had been taking care of you." Nami said.

"Plus you were asleep for three days." Yukiko said.

"Three days? I was asleep for three whole days?!"

"I missed 15 meals...." Luffy said.

"Why do you calculate quickly when it comes to food?!" Nami shouted.

"And he counted 5 meals a day!" Usopp said.

"And why are you hugging Yuki-chan like that?!" Sanji yelled.

"Oh cause we're together now." Luffy said simply.

"HUUUUUUH?!" The crew said.

"Yeah, Luffy and I confessed to each other after we beat Crocodile. So yeah, we are dating now." Yukiko smiled as Pachi leapt onto Luffy's head.

"Quicker than I expected but good for you two!" Usopp said with a thumb up.

"About time." Zoro said.

"I'm glad for both of you." Vivi smiled.

"Well, least we finally know we have someone to occupy the captain for sure." Nami smiled too.

"Does that mean you're mates now?" Chopper asked.

Meanwhile Sanji was in a corner of gloom.

"Why not me? Why the rubber brained idiot?" He moped.

"For one, he's not a perv nor a flirt." Zoro mumbled.

"What was that moss head?!" Sanji yelled.

During the night, the palace held a banquet which the Pirates really livened up.

Unknown to them how news would spread quickly.

On an island somewhere....

A man was looking over the papers when he spotted a certain article.

It was a picture of Luffy. And a white haired girl with a strange squirrel.

The girl in question gave Luffy a kiss on the cheek.

"Huh?! Boss!"

He shouted to Shanks.

"What is it?"

"Look at this article! It's Luffy!"

Shanks looked at the article and upon seeing the picture along with details....

"Hahaha! Whadda know! Luffy found himself a Pirate Queen of his own!" He said surprising his crew.

"What?"
"No way!"
"You're kidding!" As they all looked over the article.

"Who'da thought?"

"Gotta admit, this Yukiko ain't bad looking. He's got good taste."

"No kidding. I think the Pirate Empress may have some competition now."

"Well, let's not just sit around. Break out the grog! We're gonna party!" Shanks said.

Luffy's hometown

As people started chattering....

"Hey did you hear? Luffy found himself a girlfriend on his crew!"

"Really?! No way!"

"Gotta admit, he found a good one!"

"Not only that, her bounty is the same as his now, A hundred million! And her squirrel is 87 million!"

"And with Roranoa Zoro, they are worth 347 million!"

At the bar....

"To Luffy!" "Cheers!" The patrons raised their glasses.

"Can't believe this." The mayor said. "I thought the boy would have nothing but being a pirate on his brain." He sighed.

"Well, I think Luffy found an interesting girlfriend. And she's got a cute pet too. I hope to meet her someday." Makino said looking at the posters.

Somewhere in the sea.......

"Guess ya finally took my advice Luffy. Didn't expect to be so soon, but I ain't complaining...." Ace smiled.

Marine HQ.....

A certain old man was looking at the article in surprise.

"Huh, and I thought being a pirate was the only thing he knew what to do. Wonder how he met her?" A man said snacking on rice crackers.

And two other young males saw the article.

"I thought that nitwit wouldn't know a thing about romance from what I heard." The blonde said.

"Well, he has been full of surprises. I guess anything with him is possible at this point." A pink haired boy said.

Back in Alabasta that night.....

"The Marines got these out faster than we thought." Pell said in worry as he, Igaram, and Chaka saw new wanted posters.

Pirate Hunter Roronoa Zoro, bounty of 60 million berries.

Thunder Squirrel Pachi, bounty of 87 million berries.

Beast Master White-Haired Yukiko, bounty of A hundred million berries.

Strawhat Monkey D. Luffy, bounty of a hundred million berries.

"With these kinds of bounties, HQ are eager to capture them. They are in a new league now." Igaram said in worry.

Unknown to him, the Strawhats had already left.

Apparently Mr. 2 was still around and he wanted them to meet him outside of the Sandora River as he had to move the Going Merry.

Riding on the Duck Squadron, It doesn't take long for Alabarna to become a speck in the distance as we ride across the desert.

"Still feels like yesterday we just arrived, huh Luffy?" Yukiko asked as she and Pachi rode with her new boyfriend.

"Yeah, it would be nice to come back again one day." Luffy said

"Hey, Nami what's wrong?" Chopper asks after a while. The crew all look to see that Nami looks pretty down.

"Nami, if you're thinking about Vivi again I understand." Sanji says. "Moping around won't help; I know this must be hard for you, you two had gotten close, but keep your chin up, okay?"

"Yeah, besides. I couldn't blame Vivi if she didn't want to leave. She is the sole heir to Alabasta. Once it's her dad's time, she'll have to be queen." Yukiko said.

"It's not that." Nami sighs. "I'm just sad that we didn't get our one billion berri reward."

We all nearly fall off our ducks in shock; except Usopp, he completely fell off.

"What?!" Yukiko yelled.
"Paaaaa?!"

"You're moping about the money?!" Sanji exclaims.

"Color me not impressed with you, Nami! I expected better from you! Especially after what we went through for Vivi!" Yukiko yelled.

"Guys, Usopp fell down!" Chopper yells.

"You shouldn't mislead people like that, Nami!" Zoro yells.

"What did you think I was upset about? We just walked away from a huge payday that we actually earned!" Nami retorts.

"Guys! Usopp fell!" Chopper repeats more frantically.

"That's his problem!" Nami scoffs.

"BUT YOU CAUSED IT!"

"*Sigh*, Koraidon, get Usopp." Yukiko threw a ball.

In the end, Mr. 2 sacrificed himself so the Strawhats could get away.

And as the crew spotted Vivi on the transponder snail....
"I've come to say goodbye."

Yukiko had a sad smile. She had a feeling the princess would say that.

She speaks into her Transponder Snail to us. "I'm sorry, but I can't go with you." she says. "Thank you so much for everything. I'd love to go on more adventures, but my country needs me more, and I can't ignore the needs of my country, which I love more than anything!"

Spoken like a true princess.

"I hope you understand." Vivi says.

Luffy grins, "I see."

Vivi thanks the crew once more time and I can barely see tears coming to her eyes. "If we ever meet again...no matter how much time has passed...will you still call me friend?"

Luffy almost responds but Yukiko stops him. "If the Marines hear this, theyll accuse her of being one of us."

"Turn away." Nami orders. "Not a word."

Then simultaneously, the crew unwrapped their bandaged arms showing the X in the air.

Showing they are still friends, no matter what happens.

The Marines start firing, their shots raining sea water down and drenching us. Everyone starts to help with the ship, staring at the shrinking country of Alabasta.

"Set sail!" Luffy yells.
