There are various tales spun told of the various gods and goddesses.

But some have been lost to time.

One of them was Caleena, the primordial Greek moon goddess.

No one knew where she came from, but some say the formation of the moon led to her creation.

Figuratively, she was related to Ouranos but went against his son Kronos.

After his defeat at the hands of his children, Caleena and another primordial Greek God, Solanos of the Sun would mentor the young future Olympians.

Solanos would mentor Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades,

While Caleena took Hera, Demeter, and Hestia under her wing.

They were also given their respective roles.

Hera, the Goddess of Marriage, Women and Childbirth.

Demeter, the Goddess of the Harvest and Agriculture.

Hestia, choosing celibacy, became Goddess of the hearth.

Hades, the king of the Underworld and God of the Dead.

Poseidon, was made the God of the Seas.

And finally Zeus, was made a God of Thunder, the Sky and King of the Gods.

While Solanos guided the boys efficiently, he seemed to spend more time with Hades, helping him understand why Death is important to the Earth, as it gives way for new life.

While Poseidon doesn't mind having more free time, Zeus developed a superiority complex. As if he feels that, as King of the Gods, he has to take on a huge role that would make others praise him.

But this led him to be unfaithful towards Hera, and getting humans involved in his own follies to the point Hera torments them.

Caleena, on the other hand, demonstrates motherly love to all of the Goddesses equally. So much that Hera decided to watch over families, Hestia protects the house which wives maintain along with their children, and Demeter has her own child, Kore.

In time, Caleena would become a mentor to Artemis, Goddess of the Hunt, teaching her of the balance of the forest and the animals.

However, she was often flirted by Apollo, and Caleena knew of his many affairs who ended up with unhappy endings.

But one day, she met.......him....

Nika, a primordial Brazilian Sun God.

He represented joy and freedom, and unlike other gods, he visited humans to have fun, and enjoying their company, having adventures.

His carefree attitude is what caught Caleena's attention.

And seeing him dance also made her laugh for the first time.

She also went to Earth with Nika many times, enjoying its wonders.

Her curiosity of him turned into appreciation.

Appreciation turned to fondness.

And fondness.......

Turned to love.

But this did not sit well with Apollo, seeing another Sun God be so close with Caleena.

But the last straw was when he learned from a nymph that they saw Nika and Caleena and that they slept together.

In a rage, he attacked Nika with a forbidden weapon, killing Nika.........but that was when Caleena appeared.

Outraged and heartbroken, she gave up her immortality and committed suicide to follow Nika, resulting in the first Solar Eclipse, making mortals panic.

Word quickly made its way to Zeus by Hermes, who saw the whole thing.

The Brazilian Gods and were angered by Apollo's actions demanding he'd be punished.

Zeus has Apollo serve as Demeter's assistant for 1000 years while Solanos maintained the sun. After serving the time, Solanos disappeared from public view.

Artemis, as she was heartbroken over her mentor's death, gained permission from Zeus to continue Caleena's responsibilities over the moon in addition to her own duties.

She also did not talk to Apollo for centuries until 500 years ago. But she's still bitter over the incident.

As for what happened to the young lovers, they were reincarnated in another dimension as gods Nika and Kazuya.

Nika was also an old friend of Shiva's father. Shiva never met Nika personally, but his father would tell him tales of how strong and uplifting Nika was, and was sad to hear of his death.

Imagine the surprise of the Gods when Ragnarok comes around and two warriors to represent Humanity are the spitting image of Nika and Caleena..........
