Ryu's POV

We went to the gym, The lobby was normal. I walked over to the worker. 5 minutes later I saw the gym leader talking to a worker.

Opal: welcome to my gym, please walk on the stage and we can benning"

I walked onto the stage and saw a worker standing there. She challenged me to a battle. I sent out Raboot, she sent out Gardevoir.

Sofia: what is Fairy Type super weak against?"

: Poison and Steel"

Raboot's speed went up. After the battle another worker walked out onto the stage and challenged me to a battle. I sent out Raboot, the worker sent out Swirlix.

May: what were the last trainers Pokemon?"

: Gardevoir"

After battling the workers and answering the questions. It was time to face Opal the fairy gym leader. I healed my team and walked out to the stadium. Opal was standing there. I walked over to her.

Opal: welcome, I see you made it"

We walked over to our side of the stadium, Drago this battle is for you. I sent out Raboot. Opal sent out Galarian Weezing.

: Raboot use double kick!"

Raboot attacked and Weezing's Hp went down to yellow.

Opal: Weezing use sludge bomb"

: Raboot dodge it! *Raboot listen to me and dodge it* then use double kick one more time!"

Raboot beat Weezing. Opal returned Weezing and sent out Mawile.

Opal: Mawile use Crunch"

Raboot's Hp went down to yellow.

: Raboot use flamethrower!"

Raboot attacked and Mawile's Hp went down to red. A critical hit, that's my team!.

Opal: Mawile use sucker punch"

Raboot fainted. I returned Raboot to his Pokeball and sent out Pikachu.

: Pikachu use electro ball!"

Pikachu beat Mawile. Opal sent out Togekiss.

Opal: Togekiss use dazzling gleam"

: Pikachu dodge it and use Electro Ball!"

Pikachu listens to me and beat Togekiss in one move. Critical hit again. Opal returned Togekiss and sent out Alcremie. I returned Pikachu and sent out Unfezant. Opal Giginamax her Alcremie. I Dynamax Unfezant. 

Opal: Alcremie use max Starfall"

: Pikachu dodge it and use max lighting!"

Pikachu attacked and Alcremie's Hp went down to yellow.

Opal: Alcremie use max Starfall once more"

: Pickachu dodge it and use iron tail!"

Pikachu attacked Alcremie and beat the fairy gym. 5 minutes later I walked out of the uniform room and went over to Phe. Phe hugged me, I hugged Phe back. I moved closer to her ear

: I thought about you when I was battling"

Phe's face turned a deep red. I moved away from her ear and smiled. Phe smiled back and went to the worker. I sat down and looked at the screen, 1 hour later Phe walked out of the uniform room and showed me the fairy gym badge. Opal walked over to Phe and smiled. Phe looked over to me and smiled a little. Opal handed Phe a necklace and looked over at me. She moved closer to Phe's ear and whispered something that made Phe's face turned the same deep red from before. Phe and Opal walked over to me.

Opal: Mr. Ryu can I talk to you?"

: yes, miss Opal"

Me and Opal walked away from Phe who was putting the necklace on.

Opal: Phe told me you two are traveling together"

: yes, we are"

Opal: what do you think about Phe?"

: she is pretty, nice, caring and loves helping Pokemon. Why do you ask?"

Opal: Phe told me about what she thinks of you"

: what did s-she say?"

Opal: she said you are handsome, nice, caring and her hero"

I felt my heart started to race.

: s-she r-really s-said that?"

Opal: yes, you may go now"

I walked over to Phe and gently pulled her into a hug. Phe placed her head on my chest. I moved closer to her ear.

:*whispers* you said I'm your hero"

Phe:* whispers* yes, you are"

: Phe, I have something to confuse"

Phe: me too"

Phe: Ryu, I like you, I like you. Ever since you helped me back to the Professor's house. My feeling grew more when I slept in the same bed with you back at Hammerlock, I feel safe when I'm in your arm*I kissed Phe*"

Phe kissed me back and closed her eyes. I gently wrapped my arms around her waist. I felt Phe's arms wrap around my neck. I gently broke the kiss

: Phe, I like you too, ever since we meet at your house and I knew there was something special about you, when you saved Hope I thought I lost you, that night when you slept with me. I wanted time to stop and you to be in my arms forever * I looked in her eyes* what I'm saying is Phe will you be my girlfriend?"

Phe: yes"

I kissed Phe one more time. Phe kissed me back. I gently broke the kiss again, we went to the Pokemon center. The next gym is in Circhester City. I gently grabbed Phe's hand and held in mine, Phe interlocked our fingers. we went back to Hammerlock and saw Raihan aka Dragon man talking to Leon.

: hey, Dragon man"

Raihan: hey, Ryu, Phe where is Drago?"

: he had to go back to his old house"

Leon: Kalos"

: yep"

Raihan: wait a minute, you two are holding hands"

Phe: me and Ryu are dating"

Leon: you two are so cute"

Raihan: I agree, where are you two off to next?"

Phe: Circhester City"

Raihan: that's in the city of ice"

Phe's POV

Leon: you two should go shopping before heading there or training. I heard Godie is a hard one to beat beside dragon-man and me"

: what type is he?"

Raihan: ground"

Ryu: before we head there, we were thinking about resting up and training here"

Raihan: that's a good idea, I know some good Pokemon that in the Hammerlock area"

Ryu: thanks Dragon man, Phe do you want to go rest before training?"

: please"

We said goodbye to Raihan and Leon and headed back to the house. Ryu opened the door for me and gently kissed my cheek. I smiled and walked into the room. Ryu walked in and closed the door. I walked over to the living room and sat down on the couch. Ryu sat next to me. We let our Pokemon out of their Pokeballs. Ryu gently wrapped his arms around me. I gently laid my head on his shoulder Ryu smiled softly and kissed my forehead. Ryu moved me closer to him

Ryu: want to watch a movie babe?"

: yes"

Ryu: do you want me to pick the movie?"

I nodded yes. Ryu gently kissed my forehead and went over to the Tv, I went to the kitchen and started looking for the popcorn bags. I reached for them but it started to fall, I was ready for the box to hit me but it never happened, I opened my eyes and saw Ryu holding the box above my head. I looked at Ryu.

Ryu: please be more careful babe"

I hugged Ryu, Ryu hugged me back, I grabbed a bowl and started making the popcorn with Ryu's help. Ryu wrapped his arms around my waist, I gently touched his hands. Ryu smiled and gently kissed my cheek. I smiled and kissed his cheek back, the popcorn was done, I gently took the bag out and poured into the bowl. We went back to the couch, Ryu sat down, I sat down next to him. Ryu wrapped his arm around me. I smiled, the movie started.

2 hours later, Ryu's POV

The movie ended, I looked at Phe, her head was laying on my shoulder. I turned the Tv off and gently picked Phe up in my arms. Her head was touching my shoulder. I smiled and took her to my room. I placed her on the bed and went downstairs. I cleaned the living up and placed all of our Pokemon on the couch and cover them up with a blanket. I went upstairs and saw Phe shaking. I gently shook her

: Phe, please wake up *Phe slowly woke up. I pulled her close to me, Phe started to cry. I gently rubbed her back, she was slowly calming down. I looked at her and gently kissed her nose. Phe calmed down and smiled* Phe are you ok?"

Phe: a nightmare"

: want to talk about it?"

Phe: I was running in a maze and I saw your body on the ground, I tried calling your name you but you never answer me"

Phe buried her face in my chest. I gently ran my fingers through her hair.

: I promise I will never leave you, I love you and I promise to protect you"

Phe: I love you too Ryu"

The next day

I was making breakfast. When I felt two arms wrap around me. I chuckled softly

: morning babe"

Phe: morning handsome"

I flipped the pancake over, Phe gently placed her forehead against my back,

: this there anything you want in pancakes?"

Phe: blueberries"

Phe moves her arms and went to the fridge. She came back with a small box of blueberries. After eating I was battling a Drednaw, I looked over at Phe who was battling a Toxel. After the battle with Drednaw. Phe was healing the Toxel. I love how she battles them and takes care of Pokemon. The Toxel got closer to Phe. I was about to pull Phe to me when the Toxel touched a Pokeball Phe had on her. The Pokemon opened and Toxel went in it. The Pokeball hit the ground and a green light appeared, she caught a Toxel. There is two forms low and amped form. Phe looked at me and smiled. I smiled back, after training we were resting tomorrow we are heading to the next gym battle, we were watching another movie. I gently picked Phe up and placed her on my lap. Her face turned deep red. I chuckled softly,

Phe's POV

Ryu placed me on his lap. I moved to where I was sitting across his lap. Ryu had his arm wrapped around me so I would not fall off his lap. I gently laid my head on his shoulder. Ryu kissed my cheek and smiled. I kissed his cheek back and watched the movie. After the movie ended Ryu gently rubbed my back
