Raihan was headed on his way to the Hammerlocke Stadium to look into all the Pokémon who were Dynamaxing out of control around the region. He sighed, knowing it wasn't his fault and he couldn't do a thing about it, but also wanting to help the region he'd lived in for many years.

The Chairman is crazy if he thinks that this is an appropriate solution to a problem that is thousands of years away.

Raihan sighed and walked toward the bridge of the Stadium. He honestly couldn't fathom why this was happening. He trusted the League Chairman of course, but sometimes he felt that Rose just went a bit too far.

I mean, even his secretary is panicking! Surely he knows by now that this isn't the best way to handle things.

A large beam of red light came shooting out of the roof of the stadium, startling Raihan a bit. After he got over the initial shock, he thought about going to the vault to assess the tapestries. He ran in the direction of the vault and heard a Gigantamax Garbodor on a rampage.

Arceus...

He ran out of Hammerlocke and into Stow-On-Side to warn Bea and Allister. He wandered toward the gym before Bea came running up to him, warning him that it wasn't safe in Stow-On-Side and he should promptly leave to ensure his safety.

So it happened here too, huh...

He began to run in the direction of Ballonlea this time. After all, Opal was old and she was at high risk of dying. He couldn't let her go without being warned. He ran in the direction of the Fairy-Type Gym before being stopped by Bede, warning that his Hatterene and her Alcremie suddenly Gigantamaxed in the middle of a training match.

So... they're not safe either.

Bede told Raihan that both him and Opal had evacuated the stadium, and that he should head back to Hammerlocke to make sure everyone there was safe. Raihan sighed and headed back to Hammerlocke.

He saw a girl running inside the stadium, presumably to get her last gym badge.

"Stop, stop! It's not safe in there!" Raihan shouted after her. "We need to evacuate now! No trainer left behind!"

The girl ignored him and disappeared inside the gym.

"It's dangerous in here! Don't go any further in!" Raihan yelled after her.

Does she have a complete disregard for her own safety or is she just not hearing me?

He saw Gloria talking to Oleana and heading up the elevator to the power plant. Oleana looked at him.

"You look to be panicked, Mr. Raihan," she stated.

"I am! A young lady ran through the gym and is in danger of being killed!" Raihan explained frantically.

"Do you know what her name is?" Oleana asked.

"I saw her trainer card hanging off a lanyard and it said her name was Harley."

Raihan ran further inside the gym stadium.

"Harley, listen to me! You can't be in here," he panted.

She looked at him for a second. "I'll be fine. You're the gym leader here, right? Tell everyone to evacuate, I'll try and see what's causing this."

"Do you have no chill?"

Harley sighed. "Do it, Raihan. I'm not here if you're going to second guess me."

She ran off somewhere and then she was gone.
