Direction Troubles (Leon x OC)
Leon was walking around town, searching for the local coffee shop. He knew it had to be somewhere, he just had no clue where.
At the moment, the man was navigating his way through Hammerlocke, very slowly indeed. He just couldn't help getting lost, even with his Charizard pointing its sharp nails at the map he was supposed to be following. The Champ could swear he knew his way around the region. He knew he wasn't getting lost on purpose, he just often forgot his way around.
He bumped into a young lady and child, mumbled a quick apology, and signed an autograph. That was, to tell the truth, very embarrassing for the Champion. He plodded, confused, through Route 7. He knew that he wasn't supposed to be out here right now.
Where the hell am I? the Champion found him asking himself as he plodded through a certain part of the wild area.
Holy Arceus. I'm lost.
He wandered aimlessly through the wild area before Charizard had just about given up on the Champion of Galar. It glared at him angrily and Leon worked out what that meant.
He hopped on Charizard's back and it growled happily, flying off. It knew where the Champion needed to be — Motostoke, doing a photoshoot. It flew him to the steps of Motostoke and directed the young man to get off, which Leon did.
Where would I be without that champ? Leon wondered as the Pokèmon guided him through Motostoke. At least he wasn't crashing into walls —or people— anymore.
Sighing, Leon ended up out the front of Motostoke Stadium. He stood behind a table as his fans came in like a swarm of Combee. The whole day, the Champ was begged to have pictures taken with him, casts signed and league cards handed to them. At the end of all of that, Leon felt stressed.
His last fans came trickling in and selfie after selfie was taken with them. The Champ was about to leave his table when a certain woman came into view — Velvet Peregrine. He looked at her and sighed.
Finally, he thought.
"Oi! Champ, over here!" Velvet yelled at him, beckoning him over.
"Hey there." Leon blushed, pacing around nervously. "Picture? Autograph?" he asked.
"Kiss," she ordered.
Leon blushed a beet red. "I'm afraid I can't do that right now."
She's so cute though, so I just can't resist it. How would her lips feel to kiss?
"Oh yes you can. Want to go to the Battle Cafe? That is, if you remember the way."
They both burst into laughter.
