"Come on out, Aurorus!" You say tossing a pokeball up in the air.
A double flash of bright yellow light shown and Aurorus and pysduck stood on the ice.
"Psyduck!" you whine, "you weren't supposed to come out!"
The psyduck blushed adorably, "psy!"
"Come on, I've already packed you up your ready to go, next time I see you, we'll be in Galar!" you bent down to his level, and petted his yellow little head and placed a kiss between his eyes.
Psyduck was your faithful partner since day one, and he didn't seem to want to evolve, so you gave him an everstone. Psyduck might be a water type, but yours learned moves like ice beam, ice punch, and blizzard.
You tapped his pokeball on his head and the white light shown and when it faded psyduck was snuggle in his pokeball.
You placed it back to in your bag:

Then you turned to Aurorus, "hey, promise you'll take care of the gym" you said rubbing her face.
She nuzzled her face against yours and you whispered, "and Dad too."
She smiled and nodded.
"Ok, I'll see you when I come back, but I promise that we'll video chat, and I'll tell Dad to play you my new videos! Ok?"
She nodded happily.
You couldn't take your Aurorus, you wished you could, but you wanted to carry only 5 pokemon, just in case you catch any in Galar.
It always broke your heart to leave your pokemon, for example, when you traveled to Alola, you also carried 5 pokemon, you left your glaceon.
"Alright, bye bye." you said, it made a noise as you pressed the pokeball against it's neck, and just like with Psyduck, the white light took Aurorus inside the pokeball.
You kissed the pokeball and skated your way to your dad, "take care of her, please" you placed the pokeball on his cold hands against your warm ones.
"Don't worry, Y/N/N" he placed a cold kiss on you forehead, "good luck and say hi to your mom and Gordie for me"
"I will, dad, and you keep up this gyms reputation good" you smiled brightly at him.
Your dad gave a chuckle, "if trainers have to try twice to beat you, they'll have to try at least 5 times before they beat me!"
You laughed, "ok, dad, take care!"
You skated away and turned around and blew him a kiss, "don't forget to show Aurorus my videos!"
"I won't!" he waved.
You got to the bench and took off your skates placing them in the there box, and put on your light blue shoes:

"Bye, dad!" You yelled as you took your box of skates and waved.
"Take care!" he yelled and waved.
You walked outside to see the professor's van outside.
"Ready to go, Y/n?" he asked.
You smiled at your ex-boyfriend.
Yup you had, at some point dated the professor. Your break up wasn't something to be sad over, you two were still very good friends. It wasn't a bad break up either, it was more like a 'mutual' break up. You made a video about it that can be found on your channel.
"Yeah, let's go!" You said as you got on the van and put your blue sunglasses on.
You took out your phone and started to record your adventure for your channel.
"Hey guys! I'm currently on my way to the airport with Augustine!" you turn your phone to him and he waves quickly before returning his eyes on the road.
You turn your phone back on you, "alright cuties, next update I'll be in Galar!" you wave and stop the video.
Then you chose a cute filter on poke-snap and posed for a selfie next to Augustine.
"Hey, don't distracted the drive!" he said playfully.
You giggled as you snapped another quick picture, this time, Augustine posed for it closing one eye and the peace sign with a cute smile.
You label it "on my way to Galar!" Then you post it on poke-snap and poke-gram, for your followers.

"Thanks, Augustine!" you said as you waved good-bye.
"No problem! And don't forget to give those files to Professor Magnolia!" he said as he helped you take out your suitcase.
"I won't" you said.
You got your suitcase and started to walk to the airport, "bye Augustine!"
"Good-bye Y/n!" he said as he watched you walk into the airport.
You turned around and waved one last time.
You walked in the airport and took out your phone for an update, "hey cuties! I'm not in Galar, yet, but I'm at the airport." you turned the phone around so they could see, "ok, hopefully next update I'll be in Galar."
You ended the video and went through the "airport process" before you got on the plane.
Once in the air, you got some footage of the plane and outside the window for your video.

There's no Milo in this chapter (obviously) and no Milo in the next, but I think he'll be in the 3rd chapter! Thanks for being patient and reading this book! How do you like it so far?
