For the battle against your brother, you wore your gym dress:

This is the outfit you'd wear to special gym leader meetings or events.
You wanted to represent the ice gym while battling Gordie so you paired the outfit with snowflake inspired jewelry and make up:

Your journey through route 6 was made a little difficult due to your dress and all the climbing of ladders.
"If I would have known there was so much climbing on our way to my brother's town-" you said as you reached the top of the ladder, "then I would have changed when we got there- thanks Hop!" You took his hand as he helped up.
"Wow! Check out these giant diglett statues!" he said running over to the rails that separated the statues from the tourist.
"Hop smile!" You said as you held your phone up.
He did a few poses for you as you snapped away.
"My turn!" you said as you gave Hop your phone.
"Done! Let's go, Y/n!" He said giving you your phone back.
You pressed record on your camera, "guys we made it through route 6, and look we finally made it to Stow-on-side!" You record Hop running up the stairs and through the arc.
First thing you guys saw was a red roofed building, a pokemon center.
A little further down the road, was a lot of outdoor shops with loads of trinkets and food.
"Wow!" Hop said looking around in awe, "there's tons of stuff here!"
You got a ton of recording for your video, when you noticed a big crowd.
"What's going on?" you wondered out loud.
Hop shrugged and both of you walked towards the crowd.
You tried to see, but there were too many people.
"Hey! What's happening!" Hop said out loud.
A girl with a ponytail turned around to face us, and gasped, "ohmygosh! Your Y/n!" She exclaimed.
"Yeah?" You said as you didn't know who this was.
"I'm such a big fan" she said.
Then it all clicked, she watched your videos, "aw thanks" you said and gave her a hug, "would you like to be in the latest video? Um, what's your name?"
"My name is Sara, and I'll love to be in your video!" She said.
You took out your camera, "hey everyone! We're here in Stow-on-side when I ran into a fan" you brought Sara into the frame, "this is Sara"
"Hi!" she said.
"So what's going on, why is there so many people here?" You asked her.
"The gym leader Gordie is going to battle the grass type gym leader from Turffield!" She said.
"Milo!?" You questioned, nearly dropping your phone.
"Hey Y/n! It's Milo!" You heard Hop yell from somewhere inside the crowd.
"Excuse me Sara" you said as you pushed your way through the crowd.
You found Hop, "Hop, did you say Milo is here?"
"Yeah look" he said.
But you still couldn't see anything, you made your way into the battle field to see Milo and your brother in the middle.
"Milo!?" You said.
He turned and his face turned into a smile, "Y/n!"
He ran up to you and gave you a hug but let go, "s-sorry" he said cheeks turning red.
"It's ok," you blushed, "what are you doing here?"
"I came to see your pokemon battle against Gordie" he said tugging at a new bandana around his neck.
You blushed a deeper shade of red, 'he came to see me?'
"I-um, how did you know I was going to be here today?" You asked.
Milo blushed a little more, "I was watching your videos" he turned away and you blushed too.
"Nice to see you too, sis" you heard Gordie say sarcastically.
You turned and smiled at your brother, "miss me?"
You gave him a quick hug.
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming?" He said, "I had to find out through him" he pointed at Milo who was putting his pokemon back into his pokeball, "and the internet!"
"Sorry! I wanted it to be a surprise" you said.
"Does mom know?" He asked.
"I don't know, maybe dad told her" you said, "why are you so upset anyway! I thought you'd be happy to see me!"
"You interrupted my pokemon battle!" Gordie yelled, "in front of the whole town!"
Then his eyes widened as he remembered that they had a crowd, "sorry this battle was interrupted, folks!" He gave them a smile, "but it looks like I have a couple of gym challengers, so come on down to the gym to see me defeat, Y/n" he pointed his thumb at you.
"Y/n! From Kalos?" a man asked from the crowd.
"The ice gym leader in Kalos?" another man said.
"Yeah, that's my sister" Gordie muttered.
"Y/n! Can I get a picture?" a woman near the front asked.
"Me too!"
"And me!"
"Will we be in your video?"
"I want an autograph! Please!"
You were surrounded by the whole town.
"Woah woah woah, hold on" you said, "I'll make you guys a deal, if I beat Gordie in a pokemon battle, I'll do a meet and greet for everyone, free of charge, and Stow-on-side will be part of my next video!"
Everyone cheered.
"I'll take that as a yes, Gordie?" You said, he gave you glare.
"Whatever, come on!" he growled and started to walk to the gym.
"Y/n! I'm going to get a good seat!" Hop yelled and ran ahead, passing Gordie.
That left you and Milo.
"What's his problem?" You said as you and Milo started walking.
"He takes pride in the village, likes to show off" Milo said, "no one ever sees him if he loses a match"
"Typical Gordie" you said crossing his arms and nodding your head.
"He was pretty upset when I showed up this morning and told him I came to see you" he said, "You appear to be a total celebrity here" Milo said changing the topic.
"Apparently" you shrugged as you entered the gym.
"I'll be rooting for you" Milo said as he  parted ways.
'rooting for me?' you blushed, 'he's so adorable'
But you had to brush any thoughts about the farmer aside as you had a pokemon battle to win.
You looked at the double sliding doors in front of you determined to beat your hard headed brother.
