The Isle of Armor: Part 2
Out of the pokeball came a little bear Pokémon. It had grey fur and a white bit above its eyes, which were black, and it had a white headband around it, and its eyebrows made it look like it was mad. It suddenly jumped around and started kicking and punching the wooden pillars, then transferred to punching the palms of Mustards hands. It stopped and landed in front of me, but as it looked up at me, it suddenly ran back behind Mustard.
"I know, I know it's small, but here is the secret armor of the Dojo! This is Kubfu, and his is the armor that no one can break through!" Mustard says. "Go introduce yourself!" he says to Kubuf. The Pokémon looks up at Mustard and he nods. I kneel down and Kubfu comes up to me.
"Bearma?" it asks.
"Nice to meet you, Kubfu! I'm Isaac!" I say, holding out my hand. Kubfu jumps back a little but then holds out his paw. He gently puts his paw in my hand, and I carefull shake.
"Wonderful!" Mustard exclaims. "Isaac, I would like to you take Kubfu with you on your adventures! Go see some of the sights around the Isle; I'll have my students around to help you. Come back when you and Kubfu have become the best of friends." he says. Mustard walks back to his living room.
"Well, Kubfu," I say. Kubfu looks up at me and I stand up. "shall we?" I ask him, holding out my hand. Kubfu brushes past me and walks out the door. I follow him and he walks to the wetlands, but he suddenly slips in the wet grass, and falls on his bottom.
"Hey, you alright there?" I ask him, helping him up. He nods and I pull out my Rotom phone and scan Kubfu.
"Kubfu, the Wushu Pokémon. A fighting type. Kubfu trains hard to perfect its moves. The moves it masters will determine which form it takes when it evolves." The Pokédex says. "Kubfu currently knows Rock Smash, Endure, Focus Energy, and Leer."
"You've got two evolutions?" I ask. "Well, I'll have to look into that. Why don't we get some training in?" I ask him. He nods and suddenly runs off. I chase after him and see him using Rock Smash on a Chewtle.
"Hey, hey, hey, no! We don't train on Wild Pokemon!" I tell him. I get between the Pokémon and give the Chewtle a berry to eat, and it runs off with it. "Sorry about that, Kubfu. We don't harm the wild Pokémon while we train." I say.
(Just to clarify at this point, my team right now is Zacian, Cinderace, Charizard, Boltund, Squirtle and Kubfu.)
Kubfu looks up at me and I pick him up and put him on my shoulder.
"Ready to run?" I ask him. He nods and smacks me lightly on the shoulder, and I run towards the small cave I see up ahead.
After about three hours, Kubfu and I are running around in a place called the Courageous Cave, dodging all the wild Pokémon. Including a Druddigon. Kubfu and I barely made it out before it used Outrage on us.
Kubfu and I make it back to the Soothing Wetlands. I put my hands on my knees and Kubfu sits down on the grass, panting.
"Quite an adventure, huh?" I ask him. He quickly stands up and nods, and starts running towards the Dojo. His little legs don't carry him that far, so I walk with him, keeping a steady pace until we reach the Dojo, and he runs in ahead of me. Mustard seemed to be waiting for us.
"Ah, Isaac, Kubfu, you have returned! Tell me, have you two become friends?" he chuckles.
"Kubfu and I have seen some of the sights you told us about, and they were all so breathtaking! Even Kubfu thinks so!" I say. Mustard looked at Kubfu and nodded.
"It seems that you two have become the best of friends!" Mustard laughs. "Isaac, I would like to ask you a question."
"What is it, Master?" I ask.
"Come, come, follow me outside. The both of you." Mustard says, walking outside. Kubfu and I follow him back to the Soothing Wetlands. He stops abruptly and turns to us.
"Isaac, Kubfu, I would like the present, the Towers of Two Fists!" he says, holding out his arms. To his right was a tall blue tower, and on his left was a black and red tower. "The tower over on Challenge Beach is the Tower of Waters, and the one on Challenge Road is the Tower of Darkness. I would like to choose one for Kubfu to train at. Train with Kubfu and learn some new moves. They'll come in handy later. As you youngsters say, peace out!" he says, walking off.
"Darkness and Water, huh? Your Pokédex entry said that depending on what moves you learn, it'll determine which evolution you take." I say to Kubfu. He looks at me and readies his fist.
"First things first, why don't we do some training first?" I ask him. He nods and I summon the rest of my team. Kubfu learns from each of them within an hour, and a few minutes into Charizards training course, he was flying in the air, avoiding all the attacks Kubfu was launching at him. At one point, Charizard used Air Slash and knocked Kubfu back, making his slide across the ground.
"Kubfu!" I called out to him. "Use the new move Lucario taught you!"
Kubfu nodded and his fist engulfs itself in electricity, and he ran at Charizard at full speed, and landed a shot right on Charizards belly. The blow sent Charizard flying into a tree.
"Hey, you alright?" I ask, running up to him.
"Zard." he scoffs. That's his language for 'lucky shot'.
"Charizard, come on. There's no need to be jealous of Kubfu. To be honest, when you were still a Charmander, Cinderace complained that he was supposed to be the only fire type on the team." I whispered to him. Charizard grunted and stood back up, and suddenly Kubfu ran up to us and charged another Thunder Punch, but Charizard hasn't fully recovered.
"No, wait, Kubfu!" I yell out, getting in front of him, holding out my hands. Kubfu suddenly launched another Thunder Punch straight into my open palms. I took the hit and suddenly it started zapping me.
"Agh!" I yell out in pain. Suddenly it stops and I'm blown back, skidding across the grass on my back. I stop sliding and rest my arms. Lucario and Kubfu trot up to me.
Isaac! Are you alright?
Lucario is frantic. Suddenly his eyes glow blue again and he looks at Kubfu and holds out his paw, making Kubfu float.
We do not, under any circumstances, attack our trainer! Lucario's aura was surging with rage.
"Hey, Lucario, I'm all right!" I say, standing up and grabbing Lucarios paw in my hand. He looks at me, but I can't see his eyes due to the blue glow.
Kubfu attacked you. That is something a Pokémon never does to their trainer.
"Lucario, I'm fine! It was just a misunderstanding! Kubfu wanted a better fight, but I guess that was all my fault. I got in the way. That doesn't count as him full on attacking me." I say. Lucario's eyes stood glowing and he drops Kubfu.
"Hey!" I yell, diving out to grab Kubfu. I catch him and hit the ground. Now my sweatshirt was wet.
"B-Bear!" Kubfu exclaims.
Kubfu is too reckless. Mustard made a mistake.
"Lucario, Master Mustard made no mistake!" I yell at him, standing up. Kubfu jumps out of my arms and lands between Lucario and I. "Mustard entrusted us to raise Kubfu. He has his own tempo of how he likes to do things!"
Kubfu suddenly jumps up between us, flailing his arms about. Lucario and I kneel down to him. Kubfu grabs my hand and Lucario's paw, and puts them together. Kubfu then crosses his arms.
"I guess Kubfu doesn't like seeing us fight." I chuckle.
So be it. Get me when it's time to eat.
Lucario retracts his arm, gets up and walks away.
Kubfu looks up at me and has a sad look on his face.
"Hey, Kubfu, that wasn't your fault. I jumped in the way of your attack. Why don't we get some more training in?" I ask him. He nods and I laugh. He certainly loved training.
After a few more hours, Kubfu has learned Thunder Punch, Brick Break, Aerial Ace and Detect. I make food for everyone and they all dig in. However, I see Lucario sitting down next to the lake. I curiously walk over to him.
Isaac, if you've come to scold me, I could do without it.
"Lucario, no. You know I don't do that." I say, waking up and sitting down next to him. He looks at me and sighs.
I'm... sorry, for how I acted earlier. I guess I leaped before I looked.
"Lucario, we all make mistakes, it's what makes us a team." I say, throwing my arm around Lucario's shoulder. Lucario leans his head onto my shoulder and sighs.
You always find some way to put confidence into my heart and empty out the guilt.
"Lucario, I'm your friend. I'm not just your trainer. I can tell when you're feeling down." I say. "Come on, why don't we go eat?" I ask him.
That sounds delightful.
Lucario and I stand up and walk back to camp, where I find Kubfu playing with Zacian's Rusted Sword. She's just curiously looking on from the side. She's not even bothered by the fact that her weapon is being toyed with. Zacian lies her head down and rests her eyes. Kubfu puts down Zacian's sword and walks back up to me.
He holds up his fist in a proud way.
"You ready to attempt a Tower?" I ask him.
He nods, but he looks left then right. He was trying to decide which tower he wanted to attempt. He looked at me for consolation.
"I'm not going to force you, Kubfu. You pick which Tower you want to attempt." I say, kneeling down to him. Kubfu looks left and right again, and it takes him a few minutes to decide. He points to his right, to the Tower of Waters.
"Water tower it is! High five!" I say to him, holding up my hand. Kubfu jumps up and smacks my hand, then climbs up onto my shoulders. I pack up the tent and return all my Pokémon to their pokeballs.
I walk to the Tower of Waters on Challenge Beach, down a long path of sand. The tower looked much taller up close.
"Isaac, Kubfu, master has already sent the word." the student at the door said. "Would you like to forsake the path of Darkness and take the path of Water?"
Kubfu and I looked toward the Tower of Darkness in the distance, and I turned back to the student.
"Yes, we would like to attempt the Tower of Waters."
"Before you go, I have to be sure that Kubfu is the only Pokémon on your team."
"Oh, alright then." I say, taking the five pokeballs off my belt. Cinderace, Boltund, and Charizards Pokeballs, Lucario's Ultra Ball, and Zacian's Master Ball. I hand them to the student, and Kubfu and I enter the tower.
From there starts the gauntlet. A series of students all with Water type Pokémon. Kubfu breezes through all of them with one Thunder Punch each. We ascend to the final floor, where Mustard is waiting for us.
"Ah, Isaac, Kubfu, cheesed to see you! I knew you would pick the Tower of Waters!"
"That's just a little creepy." I chuckle.
"Your final opponent is little old me! I'm not just a silly old man! I still have a bit of fight left in me, so let's start this battle!"
"Kubfu, I choose you!" I say. Kubfu hops off my shoulder and readies his fists. Suddenly Mustard throws off his cap and sudden transforms into a new outfit. He had a yellow shirt with the Champion symbol on it, and he had white pants and his white hair was going everywhere. Suddenly he threw out his own Kubfu.
"Stand strong! Kubfu, Aerial Ace!" Mustard said. His Kubfu flipped into the air, and strikes my Kubfu twice.
"Retaliate with Aerial Ace!" I say. Kubfu does the same thing to his twin, and suddenly the enemy Kubfu uses Brick Break.
"Kubfu, Detect!" I say. Kubfu's eyes shines and the Aerial Ace doesn't work. He protected himself.
"Finish it off with Brick Break!" I say. Kubfu charges at his opponent and delivers a swift chop to the head. The enemy Kubfu stumbles around and eventually falls over.
Mustard returns Kubfu and backflips.
"What amazing strength!"
"Great job, Kubfu!" I praise my partner. We backhand and he starts jumping around.
"Leon was once my top student here, but he never made it to either tower."
"May I guess why?" I ask. Mustard nods. "Did he get lost?"
"Wow, you do know Leon well. Isaac, behind me is the Scroll of Waters. Once Kubfu studies it, he will evolve into Urshifu." he says. He stands aside and holds out his arm. "I'll let you do the honors."
Kubfu and I walked up to the scroll, and Kubfu studies it closely. Suddenly he started glowing. He was evolving.
When the glowing stopped, Kubfu was now Urshifu.
"Congratulations, Urshifu. You have grown strong with your trainer."
Urshifu puts his hands together and bows.
"Isaac, this form Urshifu is the Rapid Strike form. He has learned a new move called Surging Strikes. This move always strikes three times, and it is a water type move. Let's head back to the dojo." Mustard says.
Mustard hangs back while Urshifu and I exit the tower. Urshifu looks around the beach, and the student who had my pokeballs gave them back to me. I release them all and they all look upon Kubfu's new form.
"Guys, Kubfu has evolved into Urshifu. I expect all of you, Urshifu included, to play nice, okay?" I ask. Eveyeone nods.
It seems I was wrong about you.
Lucario came up to Urshifu and held out his paw.
Welcome to the Champion Corps.
Urshifu took Lucario's paw in his hand and they shook hands. Urshifu was quite a bit taller than me now.
I return all the rest of my team, and Urshifu and I walk back to the Dojo. Before we go in, Urshifu puts a hand on my shoulder.
"What is it, buddy?" I ask him.
Urshifu holds out his hand, closed it into a fist, and took my arm in his other hand. He slowly opened his hand, and he gave me something. It was a pink crystal, carved into the form of the sun. Urshifu retracts his arm and looks me in the eye.
"Did you make this?" I ask him. He nodded. "Thank you, Urshifu. I'll always treasure this." I say. Urshifu nods and I put the crystal in a pocket on my jacket. Urshifu and I walk into the dojo, and I was stunned at who was there. Not only did I find Mustard, but also Hop.
As they heard the door open, they turned around.
"Hey, Isaac! You're back!" Hop says, putting his hands behind his head.
"Hop?! What are you doing here?!" I exclaim.
"Heh, nice one! And that was just the reaction I was hoping for!" he laughed. He admired Urshifu.
"Yes, Hoppy-kins was just asking my permission to camp out here on the island, but what's the fun in mucking around in the mud?" Mustard asked. All three of us turned to him.
"Well, it'd be loads easier than camping out, but wouldn't I just be in the way?" Hop asks.
"You most certainly would not be! You are the little brother of our Leon, after all." Mustard says. Hop looks around the Dojo.
"Yeah, I guess Leon did come here to train when we were kids." he says.
"Isaac, there's something I have to tell you, or rather, Urishifu." Mustard says. "Urshifu can gain the ability to Gigantamax, but he cannot stand the taste of Max Soup."
Hop and I look to Urshifu. The legendary Pokémon simply shakes his head. We turn back to Mustard.
"However, there is a certain something that can make Urshifu eat Max Soup." Mustard says.
"Ooh, what is it?!" Hop asks.
"That certain something is..."
"That certain something is?" Hop asks.
Mustard stays silent.
"The suspense here is killing me." Hop says.
"Actually, I've forgotten what that certain something is." Mustard laughs. Hop and I groan. Mustard walks back to his living room. Hop turned to me.
"Well that's unbelievable! He just forgets!" Hop exclaims. He turns to Urshifu. "Urshifu is the Wushu Pokemon, right?" he asks.
"Yeah. You're right. That's impressive!" I say, surprised.
"Nah, I've just read a book about foreign Pokémon. Maybe because Urshifu is a bear, maybe we should try to find some honey? Maybe there are some Pokémon with the honey we need in that ancient forest! Race me, Isaac! I bet I'm still faster than you!" Hop brags. He takes off from the Dojo, and I go into the break room. I change back into my Champion uniform and as I was exiting the room, pulling on my other glove, Urshifu comes up to me. He points toward Honey, who was in the kitchen.
"You wanna stay behind and help her?" I ask him. He nods. "Alright. I'll be back soon, alright?" he nods, and suddenly gives me a very right bear hug. "Ok, I'll miss you too, buddy." I struggle. He puts me down and I walk out of the Dojo, and I run through the Soothing Wetlands, reaching the Forest of Focus, where Hop was waiting.
"Ugh, finally, Isaac! You took as long as Lee did after the semifinals!" Hop complained.
"Hey, I didn't have a to deal with a power hungry chairman, did I?" I joke. Hop and I laugh at the bad joke.
"Anyways, back to business! Let's head into this forest. It looks even more confusing than the Glimwood Tangle." Hop said, admiring the trees.
"You get used to it. Come on." I say to him. Hop and I make it about twenty steps in when we see a Petili looking around the forest. It looked lost.
"Hey, Isaac, does something look wrong with that Petili?" Hop asks.
"It looks a bit lost, come to think of it." I ponder. Suddenly the Petili looks at us, and wobbles its way over to us.
"Isaac, Petili is the prevolution of Lilligant, so maybe we can get some nectar from it?" Hop asks. Suddenly, the Petili grabs onto Hop's leg, looking up at him. "What? Hey, little guy, you're crazy if you think I'm your parent!" he says. He tried to gently shove it away but it clung onto his leg. "Isaac, can you maybe try to find a Lilligant somewhere around here? See if we can get this little guy home." he said.
"Alright," I chuckle. "Have fun babysitting." I say.
"Oh, get going, mate!" Hop scoffs. I laugh and run off. I leap over the bushes and look around. I saw a Lilligant frantically looking around. I walked up to it and suddenly it backed up in fear.
"Hey, it's alright. I'm not going to harm you." I say, holding up my hands. It stopped shivering in fear. I kneel down and it hops over to me. I hold out my hand and it looks at me curiously. "Did you lose a Petili?" I ask it.
"Lil?" It asked, in a hopeful tone.
"Yeah, a friend and I found a lost Petili. Follow me." I say, standing up. The Lilligant grabs my hand and I lead it to where Hop and the Petili were. When Hop sees me, his face expressed relief.
"Oh, thank goodness you found Lilligant!" he exclaims. The Petili wobbles over to the Lilligant, and they rejoice in happiness. The Lilligant looks back to us and bows, as if saying thanks.
"Hey, it's alright. We do this kind of stuff for the good of the Pokémon." I say.
Lilligant holds out some sort of flower. Hop takes it curiously, and the Lilligant and Petili walk off back into the forest.
"You think this is the nectar we're looking for, mate?" Hop asks.
I shrug.
"I dunno." I say.
Suddenly, Hop gets a little drop of it onto his finger and gives it a little lick.
"Ew, Hop, that's gross!" I say to him.
He completely ignored me. He turned around and started mumbling.
"This definitely ain't it. It's kinda watery." he turns back around. "Maybe we should try looking for an Applin or something next."
Hop turns around and runs deeper into the forest. I run to catch up to him and find him looking at a Wild Applin.
"Shh! Any sudden movements will make it scram!" I whisper. Hop ignored me and threw an Ultra Ball at the Applin, but the apple Pokémon saw it at the last second and rolled out of the way, toward a tree. Hop and I sprinted after it, when we came to a dead end, with a single tree at the end.
"Dang it! Where did that pest go?" Hop asks, looking around.
"Hop," I sigh. "have you learned nothing from watching cartoons all those years ago? Obviously, since Applin is shaped like an apple, it's hiding on top of the tree!" I say.
Hop looks up and sees the Applin in the tree. He then looks back at me.
"Wow, great eye, genius." he rolls his eyes. He walks up to the tree and starts mumbling. "He remembers how it hides from watching cartoons."
Hop puts his hands on the tree and shakes it, but not with enough force. I walk over to the tree and help him shake it. That went on for about ten seconds, when something clonked me on the head.
"Ow!" I cry out. I rub the spot on my head when Hop started laughing.
"Applin knocked you square on the head! Now, where'd it go?"
Hop and I looked around, but the Applin was gone.
"Dang it. Lost it." Hop turned back to me. The side of his lip curved into a smile. "Isaac, is your head feeling a bit... moist?" he asks.
"Uh, no. Why?" I ask, curiously.
Hop walks up to me and suddenly scoops some kind of nectar off my cap, taking his hand down and showing it to me. It was on his finger. He then looks at me with a look I've seen before. It's when he's about to do something stupid.
"Hop, don't do it. That's been on my cap, so there could be some fuzz in there." I warn him. He ignored me and took a small lick of the nectar.
I slap my hand against my forehead. Hop can be such a moron sometimes.
"Bleh. This isn't necessarily sticky, it's more like juice." he says, taking out a handkerchief and wiping his finger off. Suddenly, a Venipede slides by us. Hop just blankly stares at us.
"Hey, a Venipede! You don't see one of those every day!" he exclaims. Suddenly he gasps and turns back to face me. His eyes lit up.
"Isaac, I've figured it out! We don't need nectar, we need honey! And where does honey come from?" he asks. I decide to play a joke on him.
"Honey comes from the Master Dojo. She's the Matron there." I say to him, winking. Hop just rolls his eyes and sighs.
"It seems that I specialize in doing stupid things, and you in saying stupid things. Just for the record, that wasn't funny. At all. Anyways, what kind of Pokémon make honey?" he asks, hopeful.
"Bee Pokémon, dude. You JUST figured this out?" I ask.
"Shush, mate. We should try to find a Combee or a Vespiquen. Maybe we can find one on that island shaped like a honeycomb. Race you there!" he says. He runs off in direction of the island. He stops abruptly and looks back to me.
"You know the way out of this place?" he asks. I sigh and lead him out of the forest, and we summon Charizard and Corviknight, and fly to the island. Once we get there, we dismount our Pokémon and return them to their pokeballs. Hop looks around, but his gaze is only follows by a sigh.
"There are plenty of Combee around here, but no Vespiquen. Strange." he says. Suddenly, I hear some faint beeping coming from Hop's jacket. He pulls out a Power Spot Detector.
"I borrowed a Detector from Sonia, but why is it going off?" he questions. He waves the detector around and the beeping rapidly increased when he faces toward the single tree in the center of the island.
Suddenley, there's some loud buzzing coming from the tree. Hop and I face the tree, and suddenly, an enormous Vespiquen emerges from it. It fixes its gaze on Hop and flies right toward him.
"Hop, jump!" I yell out, tackling Hop out of the way. I'm suddenly grabbed by the Vespiquen, and it drags me down a long tunnel, and when we reach the bottom, the Vespiquen throws me down onto the ground. I roll for a few seconds until the momentum stops. I stand up and the Vespiquen is Dynamaxed.
"Okay, dragging me down a hole is one thing, but challenging me to a Dynamax battle? That's just past the limit! Cinderace, let's go!"
I hold out Cinderace's pokeball, and the energy from my Dynamax band turns his ball huge, and I throw it behind me. One handed. Cinderace Gigantamaxes. He roars and looks at his opponent.
"Use G-Max Fireball!" I yell out. Cinderace kicks the giant ball of flame he's standing on right at the Vespiquens face, and it takes the hit head on. It recovers and uses Max Rockfall.
"Counter with Max Knuckle!"
Cinderace makes a giant red fist come down from the sky and smashes the Max Rockfall to pieces, and he uses G-Max Fireball again, finally making the Vespiquen faint, and return to normal size. I return Cinderace to his ball, and summon Charizard, and he flies me back to the top.
When Charizard bursts from the hole in the ground, I found Hop, pacing back and forth. When he saw us, he exhaled.
"Thank Arceus you guys are alright! I was too shocked to come down there and join you in the battle!" he exclaimed. Charizard landed on the ground and I dismounted him, and returned him.
"We're fine. Also, I think I found what we were looking for!" I say holding out a red honeycomb. Hop's eyes widen when he looks at it.
"Yes! Finally! Let's get back to the dojo!" he exclaims. Hop and I fly on the backs of our Pokémon back to the Master Dojo, and when we enter the Dojo, Mustard is there to greet us.
"Oh my! You two are back already, and you've got the Max Honey?" Mustard asks.
"You put Isaac and I on it, old man!" Hop said proudly. "There's nothing the two of us can't solve together!" he says.
"Well, I think this calls for a serving of Max Soup for Urshifu!" Mustard says, my Urshifu coming up behind Hop and I. He wraps both of us in a tight hug.
"Dang, Isaac. Your new legendary is a hugger for sure!" Hop says, once Urshifu releases us.
The student makes Max Soup and gives it to Urshifu, and I can see the Gigantamax energy flowing around him after he eats it.
"Isaac, Urshifu, I offer you my most heartfelt congratulations! Although, I would like to ask a favor of you." Mustard says. We look to him. "I would like to have a no holds barred battle with you!"
I gasp. Going up against Mustard? I don't think he was going full force the first time I battled him.
"I accept! Though could you give me a minute, though? I want to study Urshifus move set."
"Alright! Don't take too long! Honey, students! Come with me to the Battle Court!" Mustard says. Hop follows them, and gives me a wink. Klara reluctantly followed them as well.
I spent a few minutes studying Urshifu's moveset. His Gigantamax moves was called G-Max Rapid Flow. A water type Max move only he can use. After that, I return him to his ball and walk outside to the Battle Court, where everyone was waiting.
"You'll never beat the Master when he's going all out! No one has!" a student yelled at me. I heard Hop quieting them.
"Neither has anyone beaten my big bro, Lee, but Isaac has! So quiet down and watch the Battle!"
I chuckle and meet Mustard in the middle of the arena.
"May the best trainer win, Isaac! I wish you good luck!" Mustard says to me. We walk to our trainer spots, and suddenly he does the trick where he changes clothes in less than a second. He flips out and holds out an Ultra Ball.
"Mienshao, show them who's boss!" he yells out. A Mienshao comes out from the ball. I throw in Lucario.
"Fake Out!" Mustard yelled. It had no effect. Inner Focus.
"Psychic!" I yell out. Lucario's eyes glow blue again and he slams the Mienshao into the ground, making it faint.
The rest of Mustards Pokémon deplet quickly. His Luxray goes down with Earthquake from Lucario, Kommo-O with Dragon Claw from Charizard, Corviknight with Pyro Ball from Cinderace, and Lycanroc with Hydro Pump from my new Blastoise.
After that, Mustard surprised me. He threw out his own Urshifu, only it was in the other form. I return Blastoise and throw in my Urshifu. We both Gigantamax them. My Urshifu is completely white with a bunch of vertical blue lines runnning down his body, and his eyes are pure white, and he's standing with one leg up. Mustards is the same, only red and both feet planted on the ground.
I move first.
"G-Max Rapid Flow!"
Mustard realized what I'm doing and reacts.
"G-Max One Blow!"
My Urshifu's hands glow blue and he swipes the air, three blue streaks of water striking his opponent multiple times. Mustard's Urshifu's hand glows red, and it shoots a giant black and red beam at my Urshifu. The attacks continue, and both of out Urishifus stand strong, but suddenly, Mustard's falls backward and faints. It returns to normal size, and so does mine. Mustard returns his Pokémon and backflips.
"What an incredible battle! You have an amazing battle style, Isaac!" he laughs. The students gasp, and so does Honey. Hop simply smiles. My Urshifu bows to me.
"Hey, there's no need for that. Good hustle." I tell him.
"Is... is it true? You actually lost, dear?" Honey asks, walking up to us, along with the rest of the students as well as Hop.
"Woah! I thought no one could beat the master when he was going all out! I think I'll call you Master Newbie from now on!" a student says.
"I knew you would win, mate." Hop said. "No one can beat you!" He praises me.
"Congratulations, Isaac." Mustard says, somehow back in his normal clothes. "I think you've learned everything the Master Dojo can teach you. Once again, congratulations! Let's head back to the dojo. I think you'll be ready for when the time comes." he says.
"When the time comes?" I ask.
"Never you mind, Isaac! Let's go!"
All of us walk back to the Dojo and rejoice.
And this had all happened by mistake, back at the train station.
