Backstory: Shawn was left at an orphanage in Lavender Town by his parents when he was only a few hours old. Although the staff cared from him and treated him well, Shawn was always a bad seed. He would torment the other children, get randomly violent towards staff, and steal the belonging of others just for fun. The only friend in the world that Shawn had was a wild Duskull that he found while exploring the woods behind the orphanage. Their bond increased over the years as Shawn began to sneak out at night to compete in single battles for prize money. He and his Duskull's merciless fighting style attracted the attention of some less than moral people. People who told him they'd pay BIG money for a person with his skills. The thought of the wealth Shawn could earn sparked his interest. Getting rich for beating people up? It sounded too good to be true. At age 17, Shawn and Dusclops ran away from the orphanage and began to catch more Pokemon to aid in their new career. Soon enough, Shawn Collins became one of the most well known mercenaries available, having worked for everyone from Team Galactic to Team Skull.
