Her psychic powers are not to be fooled with as they can match an Alakazam. She is head of covert operations in the city and is a high level threat.

Story:The strongest and fastest flyer in The Rebellion. His speed could match latios himself. He is head of the messenger branch of the Rebellion and distruption squad and often carries out most of the missions along the coast.
