Mewtwo's POV

Moltres, an immovable Pokemon, probably because of his obesity. A Pokemon that was supposed to be a flying type, now couldn't even walk properly. How ridiculous was that ? It was funny that I wasn't a flying type and I could fly.

Moltres' body shape and health was the only reason I had to find Articuno. As much as I did not want Moltres to tag along, he insisted that much to join. And eventually I was going to be the one carrying him, so good luck to me.

'Think it straight, you can't fly, just tell me where to find Articuno and I'll be get going', I said. 'Mount Silver is a huge place'.

'Stop it. Don't talk to me as if I'm gonna be a liability. I will come otherwise forget it', said Moltres. 'I want to fly'.

'You know I can use my psychic ability to make you fly', I said.

'No, I don't want that', snapped Moltres. 'And I'm never gonna tell you that Articuno would be in a cave near the peak of Mount Silver'.

'Hm. Then don't', I said, realising something. 'Okay, don't tell me. I'll find him on my own'.

Now I knew that Articuno could be found in a cave somewhere near the top of Mount Silver.

Moltres' POV

Mewtwo flew upwards, I was confused why he left without knowing Articuno's precise location.

'Mewtwo !', I shouted. Mewtwo ignored. 'Hey, son of Mew'.

I was angry. And I did not know what could I have done at the moment. I lost myself senses and used flamethrower around me.

Suddenly, a boy came running towards me. He was not in fact a boy and looked more like a young adult.

'Holy Moltres !', exclaimed he. 'Have you seen a Mewtwo ?'.

I pointed my beak in the direction Mewtwo was flying. The boy had a badge on his shirt saying - Bill.

Well, the oddest thing was that he was asking a Moltres about some other non-legendary Pokemon.

'Uh, how do I go up now ?', I asked. 'Back..to..my..cave'.

Mewtwo's POV

I was so lucky, having supersonic flying speed was the best thing about my powers. I was standing on top of Mount Silver in no time.

It wasn't that cold. Or rather, it wasn't cold at all. I knew humans always over exaggerated things. The only cold place on Earth was the Sinnoh Region.

A gust of wind drifted along my back and I sensed Articuno's presence. I looked around to see the freezing gigantic bird who stood before me in its serene mode.

'Mewtwo-', said Articuno in a calming tone. 'We meet again'.

'Argh, don't call me that', I snapped.

'Okay, okay. Whew !', exclaimed Articuno. He stepped forward on the ice bed. 'Be careful, the ice is very weak here'.

'I can fly', I said. 'Coming to the topic, I need your help. Zapdos denied and Moltres couldn't do it. You're the last option'.

'Help ? From me ? You can defeat me easily, you know that'.

'I know ! I know !', I grunted. 'Just listen to me. What I'm trying to do is, there is this Team Rocket Base in some forest where my powers wouldn't work'.

'Mystic Forest', said Articuno, clearing his throat. 'My powers would work there, because I am a legendary'.

'That is the main reason I'm asking for help', I said. 'You could help me'.

'What kind of help again ?', asked Articuno.

'I just need some information, a hard disk I saw in the office, it contains Team Rocket's classified information'.

'And how do you know that ?', asked Articuno. It was obvious he was confused.

'I am a Psychic type. Some powers do work there you know that', I said.

'Right', said Articuno. 'So we need to get the hard disk and we will get going ?'.

'Absolutely correct', I said. Finally there was someone who would help. I felt great, and the feeling was not of happiness, it was of satisfaction. After being rejected from Zapdos and Moltres, I had no hope from Articuno. I thought he would not help me, but being Red's Pokemon he was going to.

'Okay then, we'll fly to the forest, get our hands on the hard drive and come back', said Articuno.

'Uh, actually my hands', I corrected.

'Uh, okay, yes', said Articuno. 'But what will you do after that ?'.

'First thing, I'll give the drive to Oak, he would know what to do after that', I said. 'I just wanna help after all the destruction I've ever caused'.

'I understand', said Articuno. 'Let's go. We'll be back in a flash'.

'Sounds good', I said. I hovered upwards when Articuno started to flap his wings. It was time to get things right, my last chance to show everyone who I really was, a saviour, unlike Mew.

We darted towards the forest. The forest was located somewhere South from the Indigo Plateau. It can be pointed out from the sky because of it's iconic yellow trees which we didn't see in Kanto except for fall.

Approximately within the next fifteen minutes, we landed near the base.

'Hiding doesn't sound like the plan', said Articuno.

'We don't want to get ourselves caught', I said. 'And you know our powers won't work here'.

'Mine would'. Articuno managed a laugh. 'I am a legendary'.

I gasped. 'Okay. But I need to protect myself right ?'.

'Uh, by hiding ?', asked Articuno. 'Okay. Now, how do we open the main door ?'.

'Just go and freeze it', I said.

'Haha. I guess you don't watch movies, if I try to open the door by force, the alarms would ring'.

'Yeah. Wait, how did you watch movies-'. I asked. Articuno ignored and walked towards the door. 'It is password protected and I know the code'.

'Genius', said Articuno. 'It requires a voice input'.

'Wait, what ? The last time we broke in, there was a password', I said.

'Well yes but also, they must've changed it. Because you broke in', explained Articuno.

'Right', I said, walking to the door. 'Maybe the password is the same'.

'How do you know ?', asked Articuno.

'Let's try', I said, clearing my throat. 'Let's try to speak human'.

'Psychic abilities are cool !', exclaimed Articuno.

'Goldeen need log', I said, in human English.

'Access denied', said a voice.

'That was worth a try', said Articuno. 'Let's try something el-'.

'No ! Lemme try again', I said, then changed my voice back to human. 'Goldeen need log'.

'Access denied'.

'Yes, nah, it's Chansey', I said. 'Or maybe something else, like Magikarp. I don't know how-'.

'Access granted'.

'Wait, what ?', asked Articuno. 'How did that hap-'.

'Uh, yes. I have psychic abilities remember ?', I said. The door opened and I walked in without making a sound.

Articuno followed. The corridor was big enough for Articuno to walk comfortably, which was quite surprising.

Charles' POV

I sat in my office, reading a novel.

The novel was about an emperor who was foretold to be assassinated one day. So he gave his empire to one of his ministers and secretly gave orders to him.

The emperor thought that it would save him and the minister would die in his place. Years went by and the minister (now the king) never died. One day, the minister killed the actual king and ruled.

Everyone knew that the king was brutally murdered by the minister for power. When the minister was asleep, the king's son killed him for revenge.

Why was I reading it ? Because the plot resembled my current situation. Here, I was the minister and Giovanni the king. But the only person in my way was Silver, Giovanni's son.

I wouldn't make any mistake. I knew that I had to eliminate Silver as soon as possible.

'Sir', saluted the security guy. 'We located two Pokemon sneaking inside the base'.

'I already told you that I wanted all the broken walls to be fixed. These Rattatas and Caterpies-', I said, interrupted.

'Look for yourself', said the security guy, flipping the laptop in his hand.

'Mewtwo ? And Articuno ?', I asked. 'We just hit a jackpot. Get ready for promotion'.

Mewtwo's POV

Finally, we were inside the very office I saw the hard drive. On the door was carved - Giovanni. I laughed as the office was now vacant.

'There', said Articuno, pointing at a hard drive. I quickly picked it up and started to run outside. 'And you said you were anted my help, why ?'.

'I don't know. I thought there would be hundreds of people in here to fight', I said. 'Guess I was wrong'.

I opened the main door.

'Guess you were wrong', said Articuno. Hundreds of Team Rocket grunts stood outside with weapons.

'Oops', I said.

Suddenly, a device was shot that attached itself to Articuno's mouth. He was unable send any ice beams. Then, a grappling hook tied my legs. In few moments, they shot Articuno's with a normal gun. Then me.

'Go !', Articuno said, in a heavy voice.

I hopped forward, trying to fly. The grunts kept shooting but it didn't affect me. I flew away, along with the hard drive.

Yellow's POV

Orchid couldn't be found anywhere. I was looking for him from the past few hours.

Uncle was also worried and told me that maybe he went swimming. So uncle too went to the river to fish him out.

Bang !

The door broke down revealing Orchid and his tied legs. He looked exhausted and he had tiny circles drawn everywhere on his body.

'What is this ? Where were you ?', I asked.

'Team Rocket caught Articuno, it's my fault', said Orchid, telepathically. 'I wanted him to help me get this hard drive, but now Team Rocket has him'.

'Hard drive ?', I asked.

'It contains Team Rocket's plans', said Orchid. 'We need to find Red, he is the only one at the moment who can help us'.

'Red. But he must be in Johto', I said.

'Whatever it takes to save Articuno', said Orchid. 'We need to save him'.

I nodded. I picked up my bag and went outside along with Orchid.

'I can't fly anymore', said Orchid. 'Can we just rest for now ?'.

'Okay, we'll go when you're feeling good', I said.

Bill's POV

I was sitting on my Fearow, watching Team Rocket tying Articuno in ropes. Then, they carried the legendary Pokemon inside their base.

I wanted to save the Pokemon but I knew I couldn't. My Pokemon weren't strong enough to defeat all Team Rocket grunts.

'I should inform Oak about this', I said. 'Fearow, Pallet Town'.
