Pikachu's POV

I was really excited, I was on a mission. Plus, I get to feel the air.

I saw sitting on the clone of a legendary Pokemon, how cool was that ?

'Hey', I said, looking at Orchid. 'Orchid ?'.

'What ?', asked Orchid.

'You are a Mewtwo right ?', I asked.

'Don't call me that', said Orchid. 'It sounds like Mew is original and I'm fake, but I am a completely different being, so never...ever...call me Mewtwo'.

'Uh, okay', I said. 'You are really fast'.

'This speed is nothing, I could fly at the speed of sound', said Orchid.

'So, Orchid is acceptable to you ?', I asked. 'No offense, it sounds girlish'.

'Anything but Mewtwo is acceptable', said Orchid. 'And it doesn't sound girlish, that's your thinking that makes it sound girlish'.

'Um, okay', I said. 'See, it's Blue'.

Orchid flew near Blue.

'What are you...? Okay follow me', said Blue. 'The helicopter is ahead of us'.

'Orchid, faster', said Yellow.

Orchid went way too fast and the helicopter appeared out if nowhere.

'Slow down, I'll fall, losing my grip'. I was about to throw up when Orchid stopped.

'Thanks', I said.

'See, Pikachu, there is the base', said Orchid, pointing his three round fingers towards the building in the middle of a forest.

'We have to get that pen drive', I said. 'Orchid, can you do something ?'.

'If I could just see the pen drive, I'd be able to teleport it to us, so the pen drive should come in my line of sight', said Orchid. 'Somehow'.

'Orchid, stop, I can't breathe. Too fast', said Yellow, tying to breathe.

'We can't stop, we need to...', said Blue, still on his Pidgeot.

Orchid pointed his fingers towards Pidgeot and his eyes glowed purple.

Pidgeot and Blue both vanished.

'What did you do ?', I asked.

'I teleported them near the helicopter', said Orchid.

When Yellow felt fine, we continued towards the base's entrance.

Blue was standing outside the door.

'What happened ?', asked Yellow.

'Charles went inside and the helicopter flew away', said Blue. 'Charles have the pen drive'.

'Let's go in', said Yellow.

'This is where we can't do anything. The door is locked with a passcode', said Blue. 'This is the end'.

'Orchid, break it', said Yellow.

'You can do it', I said.

'I can't, this is the Mystical Forest, Team Rocket is smart, they chose this place because no Pokemon' can use their powers here', said Orchid.

'Wow, amazing, so the world will end eventually', I said.

'I'll tell Yellow using my telepathy', said Orchid.

'You are so cool, I should've carried that Megaphone with me', I said.

'Blue, Orchid says he can't use his powers here, it is some Mystical Forest', said Yellow. Orchid continued his telepathy talking. 'He also says he is sorry for the damage he did to you in Cerulean Cave, he was angry'.

It looked like an encrypted message.

'I think this is the passcode, we just need to decrypt it', I said.

Orchid, using his Psychic powers created a hologram-ish image saying - Asvdcct Tccd Vsa.

'That doesn't make sense', I said. 'Try all the possible outsomes, keeping t as every alphabet'.

'Wait', said Orchid. 'Here'.

A bigger image was shown. None of the decryptions made sense.

'So Caesar Cipher doesn't work', I said. 'Try Vigenere'.

'With what key ?', asked Orchid.

'Team Rocket', I said.

'Wait, it doesn't make sense', said Orchid, displaying - Ahokehk Iccs Cuf.

I was confused. 'What could be the passcode ?', I asked myself.

'Wait, this is it', I said. 'Try the most basic ciphers code'.

'What ? Atbash ?', asked Orchid.

'Yes', I said.

'That's too simple, they won't keep it as a passcode', said Orchid.

'Just tell me what Tlowvvm Mvvw Olt means in Atbash', I asked. I couldn't imagine how I pronounced that sentence.

'This is it', said Orchid.

'What ?', I asked.

'It says - Goldeen Need Log', said Orchid, he displayed the passcode.

'Hope this will work', said Blue and typed the passcode. A beep was heard.

Access granted was seen written on the lock. Blue pushed the door opened.

'You really are a world class detective', said Yellow. 'Good'.

'That's bad, I did most of the work', said Orchid. 'But, your brains'.

'Okay, let's move', I said.

We followed Blue inside the Hideout. It was a long corridor with dim lights.

The corridor led to an open room, the only source of light was a computer.

'Charles, hand over the pen drive', said Blue. 'Or else'.

'Or else ? Your Pokemon power doesn't work here, Gym Leader', said Charles. 'But my gun does. Your Pokemon can't do much but a few tricks like flying and jumping'.

'Flying works here ?', asked Yellow.

'It does, but Pidgeots can't fly that low', said Charles. 'Yes, I know you have a Pidgeot'.

Everyone had a blank expression.

'Now wait over there, while I copy the files to my computer', said Charles. 'Turn on, goddamnit'.

I could see the pen drive connected to the computer. I looked at Orchid and our eyes met. I had a plan and he nodded in agreement.

Suddenly, Orchid flew at his top speed, the speed of sound and brought the pen drive back to us and handed it to Blue.

'You don't snatch things from Team Rocket's Leader', said Charles. He pointed the gun towards Blue and took a shot.

I jumped in front of Blue and took the shot and fell on the ground.

I was hurt in the stomach. I felt so much pain that I couldn't feel it. Which made perfect sense.

I touched my stomach to stop the flow of blood, but then I realised, there was no blood. I wasn't hurt.

I stood up in relaxation. Then I realized that Orchid took the shot to save me.

I looked at him. He was still hovering, blocking the line of sight between Charles and me.

Orchid looked back. 'I guess I'm bulletproof'.

'Yooohoooo', I cheered.

'Mewtwo ?', said Charles. 'Please give me the pen drive'.

'Ah, the pen drive', said Blue. Throwing it on the ground and stamping on it. The pen drive broke into pieces.

Blue picked up the memory chip inside and out it in his pocket without being noticed.

'What did you do ?', shouted Charles. 'I'll deal with you later'.

Charles pushed a button and the ground beneath him started going downwards, it was like an elevator. He went downwards while staring at Orchid.

Orchid flew towards him, but he escaped.

'It's okay, let's get outta here', said Blue.

'Come on, Orchid', said Yellow.

We flew back to Professor Oak's Lab.

'While you were gone, I reprogrammed the machine...', said Oak, interrupted.

'Uh, the blasting-Pikachu's-brain-inator ? I don't know, sounds cool', I said.

'What about head-blaster ?', asked Meowth.

'What about getting your memories back ?', asked Blue.

'Sounds like a plan', I said. Thanks to the Megaphone.

Professor Oak put the cap on my head and activated it. He pushed a red button which...should've had a danger sign and I felt a jolt of lightning and fainted.

I woke up.

'He's up, great, two hours', said Yellow. 'He is finally up'.

'Do you remember anything ?', asked Blue. 'Pikachu ?'.

'Pikachu ?', asked Meowth.

'Who am I ?', I said in the Megaphone.

'Gramps, Red is going to be upset', said Blue.

'He will kill you', said Meowth. 'This is not happening'.

'Haha, just kidding', I said. 'I remember, everything, thank you Professor'.

'Wow, Pikachu with a sense of humour', said Yellow.

'Hi, Chuchu', I said.

'Hi Pikachu', said Chuchu.

'Oh, Professor Oak, here is the Pikachu egg that Chuchu gave. You said you'll find a nice trainer for it', said Yellow.

'Yes, Professor. That's my kid over there', I said, in the Megaphone.

'Don't worry', said Professor Oak. He dialed a number on his computer. 'Yes, Elm ? You will receive a parcel, can you somehow deliver it to him ? Yes, this is Ethan I'm talking about'. He hung up the call. 'All set'.

'Great, so the Pikachu egg will go to some unknown trainer', I said.

'First, I'll get rid of this Megaphone now', said Professor Oak.

'Wow, now I can't even communicate', I said. 'Excellent'.

'And it's not a Pikachu egg', said Professor Oak, it's always the egg of the youngest form of a Pokemon'.

'You mean Pikachu has a previous evolution ?', asked Yellow. 'What egg is it then ?'.

Professor Oak looked at Yellow. 'It's a Pichu egg'.
