I accidentally posted today's update in the rant book for... umm... life rants... so I'm posting a more detailed version here.

Warning... there would be a ton of flexing.

So today is the start of the one year anniversary of Pokémon masters... and as you guys may know I've been saving up for SS Blue for MONTHS, not spending a single gem (with a few very minute exceptions)... in total, I went in with this many gems today to face the gamble known as Sync pair scouting... and in the first time in literally forever, there was a non-paid gem discount. Thing is, I can't get any paid gems, and I've been surviving off non-paid ones the entire time.

In comparison, 40000 gems is the maximum number of gems one has to spend to guarantee getting a sync pair you want... that is, without the discount. This equates to roughly 400 scout points total and 133+ scouts or something.

Dena wasn't generous today... and I ended up having to fill up the 400 sync pair points in order to scout and get SS Blue... which is annoying and got me nearly as pissed as the Cynthia sync pair scout. So... I managed to see the 100% guaranteed sync pair scout screen for the first time:

And yea as you could see I've 8700 gems after getting Blue thanks to the discount, the extra login bonus gems, and the 3000 gem present due to the one year bonus. Of course... things were looking bleak for me getting Leaf as well... but I decided to try anyways...

And I got lucky in the second 11 sync pair scout combo.

I... that was super lucky...

Here are the other new sync pairs I reaped during the scout... I didn't scout anything for months (besides the few exceptions like... only one or two so...) so I kinda got a lot of new sync pairs
