Me, Lunick, and Solana were standing side by side. "Alright. Looks like everyone's here!" Spenser said, turning to face us. "So, let's do our best toda--", "Ahem." We turned to see Prof. Hastings walk in! The three of us instantly moved out of the way. "Well hello there Professor! I certainly didn't expect you to be stopping by today." Spenser said. "Well, you see... I have a very important mission." He said. 'What could this mission be? And, who is it for?' I thought. "Solana, lunick? I'd like you two to go on patrol through Ringtown." Spenser said. "Yes sir!" They said. "Uh...?" I raised an eyebrow. "I'm not going on patrol?" I asked. "No, not today." Spenser said. I noticed that me, Spenser and the professor were the only ones in the room. "Haruka, the professor has a very important mission for you." Spenser said. "Okay. What is it?" I asked. "Ty!" Soul said. "Haruka, this mission is very, very important." The professor said. "Alright." I nodded. 'The suspense!' I thought. "I would like you to travel across the regions." He said. "W-what?" I tilted my head to the side, puzzled. "This world has various issues. I would like you to travel all over to make sure that peace is guaranteed." He said. "W-wow..." My mind was blown. "It will be an amazing experience as well." Spenser said. "You will head to many regions you haven't seen or heard of before. Such as Oblivia, and Hoenn." The professor said. "B-but, why did you pick me? I-I mean... There are way better rangers out there..." I said. "Yes, but they have their duties to take care of." The professor said. "Solana and Lunick aren't up for this, mainly because they're a little inexperienced." Spenser said. "You are one of the best Rangers that we have, Haruka." The professor said. "..." My eyes went wide. "You're nervous, aren't you?" Spenser said. "N-no, it's just... Wow!" I said. "You'll be leaving tonight. I suggest you pack now." Spenser said. "R-right!" I said, nodding. I walked out of the base. 'Okay... I definitely did not expect that. That's for sure...' I thought, entering my house. "Alright... Clothes... Game for the plane ride..." I said. Eventually I packed all of the things I needed. "Ty... Typhlosion..." Soul said. "What's wrong?" I patted his head. "Typhlo..." He said, looking down. "You'll miss this place, huh?" I said. He nodded. "Don't worry! As long as we have each other, we'll be fine!" I smiled, as I rubbed his head. He nodded happily. 'What if my styler breaks? What if I can't do this? What if I cant make any friends?' I kept asking myself all these questions, and I had no answers. 'I'm panicking!!!!' I thought. I walked back to the base, and went inside. "You ok?" Spenser asked. "Y-y-yeah..." I studdered. "No, I'm pretty sure you aren't." He sighed. "I-I'm fine! I-I promise! Heheheh!" I said, nervously. "Ty." Soul stared at me. "Don't worry. You'll be fine." Spenser said. "B-but, what if my styler breaks? What if I can't make any friends? What if I--?!" He hugged me. My face instantly turned red. "You can do this." He said, letting go. 'W-wow... I'm actually calm!' I thought. I nodded. "I know that you'd rather travel the world than stay here and patrol everyday." He said. "And, I know that you're styler won't break, because you take care of that thing like its the most important thing ever." He said. "Alright?" He finished. "Y-yeah." I nodded. "Make sure you get us a souvenir." He laughed. "I will." I smiled softly. "Typhlo...!" Typhlosion gave me a sly look. "H-hey!" I said. "Ty! Ty!" He said.

It's me, WaffleCake! And I wanted to tell you guys something that you should know.

I know most of you who've joined chose to be trainers. But, if you are a trainer, you will appear later in the story.

So I don't wanna have complaints on every single chapter telling me; "Where's my character?"

The Pokemon Rangers will appear sooner, but a little farther. No one's characters will appear in the first few chapters!

Plus, everyone is being a trainer. Yeah you can have more Pokemon, but what's so bad about being a ranger?
