For some reason, when I go on Paladins on my switch, I try to log in but then an error comes up saying:

The software has closed due to an error.

I tried multiple times going back on but the same thing happens.

I don't understand either because it worked this morning when I was getting my daily reward but I tried to turn it on now so my cousin could play on it and it's not working.

All my other games are fine accept Paladins!

I looked up on the internet and it's happend to other people like Fortnite and even game cartridges.

I looked up how to fix it and I've got nothing other than some people in the comments of some videos I watched saying I have to delete the game and download it again.

But if I do that I'll loose all of my date so I'll have to start new and I'm not doing that!

Why does my day have to go like this when all I've been doing is chilling in my bed shiny hunting and watching people play dead by daylight.
