Satisfying win

I had a few bad battles before this one and I really needed this win. I was really starting to get mad. Anyway here's a half-sweep from Mega Mewtwo X and a half-sweep from Mega Gengar. (I didn't do the entire gimmick with the Mega Mewtwo X... there's a certain Z-move I needed to use to really tie the set together... 😉😉😉) (And Mega Gengar kept getting "lucky" crits... I wonder why... 😉😉😉)
Also I really misplayed that Solgaleo- I should've used Thunderbolt and not Moongeist Beam... oh well, you live and you learn. And besides, that helped start the Mega Mewtwo X sweep.
Balanced Hackmons is the best tier and no one can convince me otherwise. (Basically you can put any moves and abilities on any Pokémon. And you can max out all EVs, if you want to.) The amount of possibilities is endless, and it's really fun to think of dumb gimmicks to use. I basically play that tier just to mess around and make fun, unique sets.
I don't use "viable" Pokémon, and when I do, it's with a twist. For example, Imposter Chansey is a common thing to see because it can still technically use the Eviolite to double its defenses. When I use Chansey, I put my own spin on it.
-One of my sets actually uses the ability Stamina, which increases the Defense stat every time it gets attacked. That coupled with Eviolite and Amnesia to raise its fairly high Special Defense, makes a beefy wall that's hard to break through. It also has Toxic, Seismic Toss, and Recover. I swept through almost a whole team with this set, believe it or not.
-My other Chansey set isn't nearly as original, but it utilizes Chansey's signature hold item. It's Imposter Chansey, but instead of Eviolite, it's holding the Lucky Punch item, which increases Chansey's crit ratio by 2 stages. And it still works, even when transformed. (That's the Chansey you saw in that battle.)
Another example of my own twist is that Mega Gengar. I don't use the standard Normalize + Entrainment garbage.
-My set revolves around the ability Merciless, which guarantees a critical hit on a poisoned Pokémon.
-I picked Mega Gengar because it has the highest Special Attack of all Poison types. I could also try to bluff a Normalize + Entrainment set, which could make someone switch Pokémon, giving me a free setup turn for Power Herb Geomancy.
-The big issue with this set is that it basically requires Toxic Spikes support, because without it I have no other way to poison the other Pokémon (except for one case, which I'll get to later). And like I said, one of the most popular Pokémon in the tier (Mega Gengar) is Poison type and can absorb the T-Spikes.
-But if it goes off successfully, it can use Geomancy and then Stored Power, or Moongeist Beam for those pesky Sturdinjas (another popular thing- Shedinja with Sturdy, which cannot be knocked out except by indirect damage and moves/abilities that ignore Sturdy).
-The most fun part of the set is the move Venoshock- on a poisoned target, it not only does double damage (base 130 power!), but it's also a guaranteed crit.
-However, there's another thing this set is designed to deal with: Poison Heal Pokémon. While not the most common thing around, I have seen it time and time again and I can't stand dealing with it. They get so confident when their Pokémon can easily boost its stats and sweep your team and not have to worry about getting statused. (There was this one time I was against a Primal Kyogre with Poison Heal and it kept using Quiver Dance and I'm pretty sure it swept my team... if only I had this set in that battle!) It's really fun to use their poison against them, especially since critical hits ignore defense boosts (if you're ever dealing with a +6 SpDef Primal Kyogre :P which already has like base 180 SpDef stat)
Sorry if you don't care, this just made me excited to explain it. I'll explain the Mega Mewtwo X set next chapter if you want me to. I promise it's not as thorough as the Mega Gengar set.
