Ok, so I'm doing a challenge where I find the first time I defeated the Champion in White 2, Y, and Sun, and using the exact same Pokémon, gender, and movesets (and natures, if I still have them). So this team was my first time defeating Iris in White 2.

So I was doing pretty bad, then Altaria got the freeze, which really helped. That Tangrowth was frozen for a while.

I switch out Altaria because it's poisoned and it has Natural Cure. I switch in Cobalion and promptly use Swords Dance. Cobalion knocked out the Pelipper with 7% health left. It one-shot Mega Medicham and Serperior with Iron Head and Sacred Sword, respectively. It did 92% to Rotom Wash, which then burned me ;-; but we still knock it out. Cobalion's at less than 10% health so I just left it in to die. It still did a decent chunk of damage to the Tangrowth, despite the burn.

Altaria finishes off the Tangrowth with 2 Ice Beams, and it was still frozen, which I find funny. Unfortunately, his last mon was Toxapex. I could barely touch it, but I had no other use for it, so I was just hoping for a freeze. I never got one, oh well. Altaria definitely put in the work with the freeze.

Serperior didn't help too much. I switched in Escavalier and used Swords Dance twice. Somehow I didn't get burned by Scald three times- I could've sworn it had a 100% burn chance... but we use d o u b l e - e d g e and do 88%. I thought it would be a one-shot, but that's still impressive. It tried to stall me with Recover and Baneful Bunker, but since we're Steel type we don't fear poison. So yeah, I was shaking because my 2012 team was able to beat a team.
