As Luffy decided to just relax, Nami approached her.

"I've been meaning to ask something. How did your mom become queen of your homeland?"

Luffy hummed as she thought of that day she learned of her heritage.

"As you may have guessed, Phantomhive is my mother's family name." Luffy started as the other members of the crew watched in interest.

"The Phantomhive Family is one of the oldest noble families that have existed since long before the Void Century. In recent years, their title was raised to Grand Duke. And they answer to no one. Although they are of nobility, they originally eliminate all criminal and villainous acts that threaten their homeland.

The Phantomhive house also runs an underworld intelligence network that operates across the Blues, they are known as the Aristocrats of Evil, not of villiany, but to their promise to protect the people from sinister forces. Their organization is strictly confidential, meaning no outsiders are to know.

They also run the Funtom Corporation." Luffy said.

Usopp became surprised. "Funtom Corporation?! I heard of it! Making candies and toys for children was their base in the old days, now it covers many fields in entertainment and the arts. They also branched out into food, museums, libraries, cosmetics and perfumes, and theater with the Funtom Music Hall. They also have vintage soda/candy shops across the East Blue. They also were given the Roze Company, the largest jewel and diamond industry after the last head died and put the Phantomhive as the inheritors after saving his life before."

Luffy nodded as the others looked surprised. She continued.

"The family rose to power in nobility thanks to our ancestor, Andreas Phantomhive. He was known as the Hero of the Battle of Soul Valley, where a group of rogue graverobbers stole corpses to sell to corrupt doctors. It led to a uprising of low class citizens ambushing the hospital after children turned up missing. Andreas, the son of a candy maker and a toymaker, led the angry crowd upon the graverobbers in a vast graveyard and tracked the doctors to have the surrender. He was given the title of Earl of Phantomhive as a reward and organized the Aristocrats of Evil to battle the criminal underground. He also Built up his candy and toy empire from there."

"Aristocrats of Evil?" Zoro asked.

"That's what the government calls them because they directly oppose the unjust rule of the Celestial Dragons. But they've taken to let it stick to strike fear in their enemies." Luffy explained.

The others were surprised as they all heard of the Celestial Dragons, but understood why. No one really liked them.

"Anyway, my mom, Lillianthe, is currently the 30th generation head of the family, earning a title of Grand Dutchess and eventual Queen of Dawn Island. By the time she became Grand Dutchess, she had her family's company expand into casinos and hotels under Funtom Lux, jewelry with Funtom Jewels, expanding on the sustainable food industry under Funtom Nutrition with soups, meats, dairy products, produce, tea, seasonings, sauces, fish, coffee, a branch of their own diners and soda shoppes and even buying a big chain of the wine industry, turning into Funtom Spirits.

They also went further into healthcare by opening hospitals like the Funtom Emergency Wing. Another buisness involving clothing with its own brand; Funtom Divinity.

Two years ago resulted in Funtom Optometry, that geared to eye health and eyeglasses.

The latest branch of the Funtom Corporation included luxury goods and antiques branch called Funtom Fantasy, which sells haute couture and unveils new fashion at affordable costs.

"Well, you guys are part of my Crew and I am gonna be the next queen once I'm 21. I'm just pursuing my dream before I have to take up my responsibilities. But I warn you, some of them have bounties.

He's currently a double agent infiltrating the government's science division and he's always been able to alert the others when the Marines are on their tail beforehand.

Adrian 'Undertaker/Grey Reaper' Crevan, an Undertaker and secret informant from the North Blue. He was able to break into Marine Headquarters and get classified information that revealed a big kingdom scandal they were hiding. For that, his bounty is 832,000,000 berries.

Alastra 'Underworld Journalist', a professional newswoman. Anytime there is a big scoop, she's the first to get it for Big News Morgans, a secret member of the Aristocrats of Evil. However she does it under her alias, Absa. Currently, no one knows she's Absa or of her ties to Morgans. But as Absa, she has a bounty of 673,600,000 berries.

Makara 'Anubis' Merchant' Al-Nianai, a big merchant of the Grandline. Most of her spoils are actually confiscated from the Celestial Dragons and the Government and she converts it into untraceable cash that she gives to poorer countries that can't pay the Celestial tribute, but she gets around on her own phantom island. Her bounty is 849,563,000.

Joker the Ringmaster and Leader of the New Moon Circus. As he is important for the Aristocrats, he does a good job of laying low and has no bounty. However, he acts as a crime consultant. He helps civilians who have been wronged by corrupt Nobles, and orchestrating their deaths as 'accidents.'

Lin Ling 'Beast Tamer' Qigang, owner of the best and elusive petshop. She actually lends insect spies for Alastra to get her scoops. She has to get the trust of wealthy customers who look for exceptional pets, but those pets she trains to target criminals. She's also been able to evade arrest with justifiable contracts that come with the animals. So when any of the rules are breached, she doesn't take responsibility for the consequences.

Mother Viridia 'Gulliotine of the South/ Messenger of Zamiel' Marcallas. A former priestess of the Briss Kingdom of the South Blue, and a professional bounty hunter. She stays on the same phantom island as Makara as she was responsible for the Divine Massacre. It was kept out of the papers, but she put the government on edge 15 years ago after she infiltrated Marijoa, slaughtered 5,500 World Nobles and escaped without a trace. Now there are less than 260 of them left thanks to her, and most are males with few females. A powerful Devil Fruit user, Her bounty is 4,684,860,000 berries, putting her on the level of the Yonko, the Four Strongest Pirates, and she is to be taken dead.

Mistofolees 'Mammon's Collector' owner of the largest Casino in the world. A Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit user, and youngest male member of the Aristocrats, at the age of 25, He was able to rob 20 Celestial Dragons blind, resulting in their poverty five years ago. His bounty is 956,642,000 berries.

Jacqueline 'Queen of Hearts' Bellegarde, a proprietor of an underground caberet in the West Blue. Eight years ago, She and her henchwomen broke into 40 slave shops with the Celestial Dragons mark and destroyed each one while freeing the prisoners. Then a year later, she lured 30 Celestal Dragons to her lair and had them killed during a show, including their guards and marines escorting them. She is also said to have eaten a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit. Her bounty is 3,389,750,000 berries. Like Viridia, she's on par with the Yonko.

Morishi 'Silent Shadow' a top assassin from the North Blue. She is only sent on sure suicide missions with a success rate of 5%, but with her Devil Fruit, she is able to discreetly succeed with little notice. She's meant to be a shadow and waits to settle things with one blow. Some of her missions can take a few years so she has to be booked in advance. One mission she had, she only had to do one small thing, which caused a chain of events, leading to a major scandal in a certain empire. You heard of the Vict Paternity/Empress Scandal?" Luffy asked.

"I have." Sanji said. "After the true empress Navier was divorced from her husband who decided to marry his concubine to have his unborn child as the heir, she quickly remarried with the prince another empire, Heinley. Then things took a nasty turn when Navier announced her pregnancy two months after her second wedding. The thing is some people thought she was infertle but she wasnt. This was what soured things between Sovietshu and Rashta after her 'premature' birth. It turned out her child was another man's and she was really a slave, not a noble's daughter. And Sovetshu was the infertle one. This is not even counting the inexcusable crimes she committed. Too much to believe she was an empress. Last I heard she died a few days after she was sentenced to life in the tower." He said.

"Right. Well, Morishi simply introduced Navier to Heinley and she just stood back and let things unravel from there. Then once Rashta was exposed and imprisoned, she placed a pill there for her. It took three days but Rashta finally killed herself while the man she plotted with, her affair, and the Nobles couple that pretended to be her parents and even did crimes for her were executed. It doesn't help that Rashta made her empire lose a good empress, lied that she would be a hope for commoners, she abused her power over the weak. Even going so far as committing murder. She even tried to flee before her trial, still having the title of empress, thats similar to desertion. At the court, many witnesses to her cruelty stepped up.

Her crimes included:
Collusion with Viscount Roteschu and his son Alan to deceive Emperor Sovieshu in an attempt to make Alan Rimwell’s unborn daughter a member of the Imperial Family,
Nearly killing her own newborn daughter in a hysterical fit,
Identity theft by passing off Viscount and Viscountess Isqua as her real parents in order to ascend to the position of Empress,
Unauthorized use of Empress Navier’s promissory notes as her own,
The unjustified and heinous order to cut out her own maid’s tongue to hide her crimes,
Attempted murder of Evely, the court mage’s assistant on the false assumption she was a new concubine,
Borrowing large sums of money from a foreign duke on behalf of the Empress of the Eastern Empire and, the unauthorized transfer of land from the Eastern Empire to said foreign Duke,
Attempted murder of the Duke and Duchess Troby,
Contempt for the High Court, Defamation of His Majesty Emperor Sovieshu,
And Impersonated a commoner as well as a noble when in reality she was a slave, and tried to murder her real father to hide it." Luffy explained as her crewmates' faces twisted in disgust.

"Oda, that's sick." Usopp muttered, not feeling any pity for Rashta.

"Its hard to believe that anyone regardless of status could do that." Nami agreed.

"Well, when people in power turn out to be monsters, they make even pirates look humane. After all absolute power corrupts absolutely." Zoro said before letting his captain continue.

"The Starlight Eight or S8, a group of eight individuals who help run my mother's Funtom Music Hall. They compose of eight Nobles that support equality among all ranks. They are Edgar Redmond, Lawrence Bluewer, Herman Greenhill, Gregory Violet, Lumina Whitefeather, Rebecca Gingergale, Helena Yarrow, and
Alexandria Sabline. With their position, they can successfully find targets for their fellow Aristocrats who are looking for them.

Finally, my mother, Lillianthe Phantomhive, leader of the Aristocrats of Evil, and the government has a reason to fear her. Right now, there is no bounty on her head and they can't blame her for anything as she is popular and praised by the public. As she has influence and with her accomplishments and promises to commoners, added to the fact, her wealth keeps them from having to pay a tribute, she has them on edge. She also issues out the missions to the others in codes the government can't identify.

Together they make up the Aristocrats of Evil." Luffy finished.

That was a lot to take in. They all sounded dangerous but their enemy was the Government and the Celestial Dragons, and they were helping civilians.

Luffy looked to sea and spotted an island breaking the serious atmosphere.

"Hey, is that the place?" She pointed.

They all turned to see the island ahead.

"That's it!" Nami said.

Luffy and Eevee hummed in excitement. 'The place where Gold Roger was born and executed........I wonder if Ace and Sabo stopped by here three years ago....'
