Four years had passed since Luffy's mother became queen.

It was still a surprise how Luffy was a princess for her sworn brothers.

Thankfully for them, her lessons did not change her. She was still the same.

They still kept up their training schedules, although the boys were nervous when they learned Luffy finally learned her mother's sword strip techniques.

She would still win against them with Eevee at her side.

"Hey, I said give a fair fight!" Ace yelled as Luffy sat on top of him.

"That's one thing that pirates and females have in common. We never fight fair!" Luffy smiled.

"I'll keep that in mind..." Sabo muttered.

After another training session was done, the trio hung out in Luffy's Secret Base.

"Anything new you learning, Luff?" Sabo asked.

"Yeah, my mom is having me learn about the Aristocrats of Evil, since I will have to be the next leader."

"Aristocrats of Evil?"

"That's just their title. The government calls them that because they directly oppose the unjust rule of the Celestial Dragons and the Government. But they let it stick to strike fear in their enemies. There are around 20 members but most are incognito as they are key figures. They rule almost half of the underground, that includes parts of the Grandline and the East, West, and South Blues." Luffy explained.
" But I warn you, some of them have bounties.

Anyway, they include.......

Andrew 'Mad Doctor' Livingstone, a doctor with unparalleled skill in medicine. As he has to be a key figure and be careful, there's no bounty on his head. He's currently a double agent infiltrating the government's science division and he's always been able to alert the others when the Marines are on their tail beforehand.

Adrian 'Undertaker/Grey Reaper' Crevan, an Undertaker and secret informant from the North Blue. He was able to break into Marine Headquarters and get classified information that revealed a big kingdom scandal they were hiding. For that, his bounty is 832,000,000 berries.

Alastra 'Underworld Journalist', a professional newswoman. Anytime there is a big scoop, she's the first to get it for Big News Morgans, a secret member of the Aristocrats of Evil. However she does it under her alias, Absa. Currently, no one knows she's Absa or of her ties to Morgans. But as Absa, she has a bounty of 673,600,000 berries.

Makara 'Anubis' Merchant' Al-Nianai, a big merchant of the Grandline. Most of her spoils are actually confiscated from the Celestial Dragons and the Government and she converts it into untraceable cash that she gives to poorer countries that can't pay the Celestial tribute, but she gets around on her own phantom island. Her bounty is 849,563,000.

Joker, the Ringmaster and Leader of the New Moon Circus. As he is important for the Aristocrats, he does a good job of laying low and has no bounty. However, he acts as a crime consultant. He helps civilians who have been wronged by corrupt Nobles, and orchestrating their deaths as 'accidents.'

Lin Ling 'Beast Tamer' Qigang, owner of the best and elusive petshop. She actually lends insect spies for Alastra to get her scoops. She has to get the trust of wealthy customers who look for exceptional pets, but those pets she trains to target criminals. She's also been able to evade arrest with justifiable contracts that come with the animals. So when any of the rules are breached, she doesn't take responsibility for the consequences.

Mother Viridia 'Gulliotine of the South/ Messenger of Zamiel' Marcallas. A former priestess of the Briss Kingdom of the South Blue, and a professional bounty hunter. She stays on the same phantom island as Makara as she was responsible for the Divine Massacre. It was kept out of the papers, but she put the government on edge 5 years ago after she infiltrated Marijoa, slaughtered 5,500 World Nobles and escaped without a trace. Now there are less than 260 of them left thanks to her, and most are young male children with few avaliable females, which is a problem for them to maintain their 'pure blood'. A powerful Devil Fruit user, Her bounty is 4,684,860,000 berries, putting her on the level of the Yonko, and she is to be taken dead.

Jacqueline 'Queen of Hearts' Bellegarde, a proprietor of an underground caberet in the West Blue. They are trying to keep it out of the papers, but recently, She and her henchwomen broke into 40 slave shops with the Celestial Dragons mark and destroyed each one while freeing the prisoners. Then a year later, she lured 30 Celestal Dragons to her lair and had them killed during a show, including their guards and marines escorting them. She is also said to have eaten a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit. Her bounty is 3,389,750,000 berries. Like Viridia, she's on par with the Yonko."

"The Yonko?" Ace asked.

"They are known as the Four Emperors, the strongest pirates of the New World. One of the three great powers, they exert impressive influence and control over dozens of other pirate crews and self-governing islands. They currently include Charolette Linlin, otherwise known as Big Mom, Kaido, Whitebeard, and Red-Hair Shanks." Luffy said surprising them.

Anyway, back to the Aristocrats.....

"Morishi 'Silent Shadow' a top assassin from the North Blue. She is only sent on sure suicide missions with a success rate of 5%, but with her Devil Fruit, she is able to discreetly succeed with little notice. She's meant to be a shadow and waits to settle things with one blow. Some of her missions can take a few years so she has to be booked in advance. One mission she had, she only had to do one small thing, which caused a chain of events, leading to a major scandal in a certain empire. You heard of the Vict Paternity/Empress Scandal?" Luffy asked.

The boys shook their heads.

"Well, it all came to a head just last month in the West Blue. After the true empress Navier was divorced from her husband who decided to marry his concubine to have his unborn child as the heir, she quickly remarried with the prince of another empire, Heinley. Things took a nasty turn when Navier announced her pregnancy two months after her second wedding and Rashta's 'premature' birth of her daughter. The thing is some people thought she was infertle but she wasnt. This was what soured things between Sovietshu and Rashta. It turned out her child was another man's, she was already pregnant before she came to the palace, and she was really a slave, not a noble's daughter. And Emperor Sovetshu was the infertle one. This is not even counting the inexcusable crimes she committed. Too much to believe she was an empress. Last I heard she died a few days after she was sentenced to life in the tower." Luffy said to their shock.

"Wait, she orchestrated the downfall of a phony empress?" Sabo said.

"Right. Morishi simply introduced Navier to Heinley and she just stood back and let things unravel from there. Then once Rashta was exposed and imprisoned, she placed a pill there for her. It took three days but Rashta finally killed herself while the man she plotted with, her affair, and the Noble couple that pretended to be her parents and even did Attempted murder for her were executed. It doesn't help that Rashta made her empire lose a good empress, lied that she would be a hope for commoners, she also abused her power over the weak. Even going so far as committing murder. She even tried to flee before her own trial, still having the title of empress, which is similar to desertion. At the court, many witnesses to her cruelty stepped up. This was a letter mom gave me from Morishi of her success." Luffy said as she read the letter.

"Your Majesty,

The mission will be complete within a few days.

Although the tramp tried to escape, she made the wrong mistake of attacking a respectable maid before. And I disguised myself as one to have her cornered.

Collusion with Viscount Roteschu and his son Alan to deceive Emperor Sovieshu in an attempt to make Alan Rimwell’s unborn daughter a member of the Imperial Family,
Nearly killing her own newborn daughter in a hysterical fit,
Identity theft by passing off Viscount and Viscountess Isqua as her real parents in order to ascend to the position of Empress,
Having a Viscountess kidnapped and sold her into slavery, only for her to be rescued,

Conspiracy to smear Dutchess Tuania,
The unjustified and heinous order to cut out her own maid’s tongue to hide her crimes,
Attempted murder of Evely, the court mage’s assistant on the false assumption she was a new concubine,
Borrowing large sums of money from a foreign duke on behalf of the Empress of the Eastern Empire and, the unauthorized transfer of land from the Eastern Empire to said foreign Duke,
Attempted murder of the Duke and Duchess Troby, the former Empress' parents,
attempted murder of Arian, her closest maid, in order to escape before her trial,
Contempt for the High Court, Defamation of His Majesty Emperor Sovieshu,
And Impersonated a commoner as well as a noble when in reality she was a slave, and tried to murder her real father to hide it.

Soon, Empress Navier’s reputation will be reedeemed while Rashta will go down in history as the most cruel empress of all the Blues." Luffy read as the boys' faces twisted in disgust. "The scandal made it to all the papers in the West and East Blues before the Government kept it from spreading to the rest of the world.

"Oda, that's sick." Sabo muttered.

"Well, when people in power turn out to be monsters, they make even pirates look humane." Ace said before letting his sworn sister continue.

"Yeah, well after the trial, the Empire realized they lost a good empress thanks to Rashta, but they were happy Navier finally got justice. People were continually joining the crowd in the street while others waved the red flags from their homes and their stores as she headed back to the West Blue. Some were even crying for her." Luffy said before going back to the Aristocrats.

"The Starlight Eight or S8, a group of eight individuals who help run my mother's Funtom Music Hall. They compose of eight Nobles that support equality among all ranks. They are Edgar Redmond, Lawrence Bluewer, Herman Greenhill, Gregory Violet, Lumina Whitefeather, Rebecca Gingergale, Helena Yarrow, and
Alexandria Sabline. With their position, they can successfully find targets for their fellow Aristocrats who are looking for them.

My mother, Lillianthe Phantomhive, leader of the Aristocrats of Evil, and the government has a reason to fear her. Right now, there is no bounty on her head and they can't blame her for anything as she is popular and praised by the public. As she has influence and with her accomplishments and promises to commoners, added to the fact, her wealth keeps them from having to pay a tribute, she has them on edge. She also issues out the missions to the others in codes the government can't identify.

And there are more.

One by the codename Dutchess acts as a therapist, and it's her way to get underlings to open up and reveal the cruelties of rulers.

Then there is Mistofolees, 'Mammon's Collector' owner of the largest Casino in the world. A Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit user, and youngest and newest male member of the Aristocrats, he has a reputation of draining money out of Nobles plunging them into debt.

Another known as Chameleon can disguise himself as anyone without the help of masks or make up. He was also an escaped test subject for the government and wants to exploit the inhumane experimentation.

Another is known as Kraven, a powerful bounty hunter with the instincts of predatory animals that he uses to hunt his prey. He was the son of a mafiaso and he learned that his father arranged to have his younger brothers and mother killed to keep power and after faking his death and getting stronger, he took him down and took over.

Next there is Z. Real name Zephyr. A former marine, and known of the Father of the Marines. Going as far back as childhood, Z had always possessed a strong belief in justice and heroism; having joined the Marines simply to fulfill both desires and resigning eventually when he realized the organization was not as just as he had hoped. Originally a happy person, being popular among his subordinates and having created a loving family, his life changed for the worse when his wife and son were murdered by a pirate, and later all but two of his cadets were killed and his right arm severed; the pirate responsible would be invited to the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the same pirate that killed his family. Such loss and injustice led to a deep resentment and hatred towards pirates, and after he left the Marines, he formed the Neo Marines, becoming their Supreme Commander. His loathing was so strong that he would go to the extremes to achieve his agenda, whether physical, like stealing a powerful weapon from the Marines, or moralistic, like raising a jolly roger himself. His soldiers are composed of people who were unjustly wronged by the Government. He originally wanted to eliminate all pirates, until he met mom 12 years ago and she revealed other atrocities that the Government covered up for the Celestial Dragons and after a pirate saved his life. He agreed to have the Neo Navy team up with the Revolutionary Army and Aristocrats of Evil and now his goal is to expose the lies of the Government, reform it, and dethrone the Celestial Dragons. Oh, and mom told me when I was born, she made him my godfather. He was surprised when I said I wanted to be a Pirate, but unlike gramps, he said he'd rather let me have freedom than be a lapdog to Celestial Dragons.

The last Aristocrat I know of is named Nectarine, but her codename is Beez. She owns a large chunk of the food industry of the Blues and the Grandline. But that's her job in public. She is currently being groomed by her grandmother to be the next head warden of a top secret prison that is more dangerous and deadly than the government's Impel Down.

Beelzebub Prison.

It does not imprison pirates, but corrupt Marines, nobles, and monarchs that went too far with their power. It houses over 100,000,000 A-class criminals hangs from a cliff behind the Gates of the Underworld and over Death Season Forest."

"Death Season Forest?" Sabo asked, a little afraid.

"Mom told me that It is a giant expanse of land covered in needle-like grass as tall as buildings, and numerous highrise rocky roads extend from the gateway to all across the forest.

The reason for its name is that the forest has its own unique seasons, that unlike the regular four seasons, they are all deadly and cause horrific changes in the environment. The seasons are known as Freeze, Monster, Magma, and Fog, and each one only lasts for about three months.

During the Magma season, from June to August the surface of the forest erupts with boiling lava causing the temperature to exceed 70 C. Just the air temperature alone can burn human skin and cook one alive.

During the Fog season, from September to November the forest becomes completely covered in a thick blinding fog that blocks everything past one meter of vision. This fog is made up of a dangerously potent poison gas; breathing it once will cause difficulty breathing, a second inhalation will make one loose consciousness and cause damage, and a third will stop one's heart and the breather will contract the full effects of the painful and deadly poison and die. The gas is also flammable.

During the Freeze season, from December to February the temperature drops to -200 C and the strong blizzard brings icy wind that freezes up all the grass and forms it into the shape of sharp spikes. Throughout its three months the freezing cold winds never stop, ever freezing all in its path.

During the Monster season, from March to May hundreds of vicious monsters that have been hibernating for most of the year awaken from their slumber and start a mad frenzy of fighting, eating and breeding. The creatures there are powerful enough to counter a good sized Navy Fleet but the most powerful among them is known as the Magma Tortoise aka the "Monster of the Forest", it has enough strength to rival a Buster Call. But out of everyone, Nectarine was able to tame the brute. But because of those seasons, escape is impossible." Luffy explained shocking the boys.

"As for the prison itself, Nectarine's grandmother has Beasts that she tamed using her pheromones from her Perfume Perfume Fruit to act as powerful and fearsome guards within the prison that help to keep prisoners in their place and are also responsible for the execution of prisoners who have been sentenced to death. Nectarine has similar abilities that helped her tame the Magma Tortoise. However, she ate the Demon Demon Fruit, model Beezlebub to generate all kinds of food.

The prison operates under a philosophy that in a world where to eat is the greatest joy and reminds you that you are alive, and to not eat is the greatest sorrow. This is represented by the numerous levels of the prison, each with its own unique punishment to make the fallen marines and nobles feel the same pain they inflicted on others and the deeper the level is the more cruel the punishment is.

Appetizer:
Inmates will have their favorite foods taken away from them and will be unable to experience the taste of their favorite foods.

Soup:
Inmates are fed food with unbelievable stenches and irregularly horrible tastes.

Fish:
Inmates get absolutely no food.

Meat:
Inmates get no food or water.

And if any are sentenced past that....

Main: Execution or solitary confinement

Salad:
Inmates are cut.

Dessert:
Inmates are boiled.

Drink:
Inmates are burned. After which, if for some reason or other that they still live, they are dropped outside of the prison to be destroyed by one of the four seasons, or to be devoured by the multitudes of ferocious beasts.

That is the nature of Beezlebub Prison.

Together they make up the Aristocrats of Evil." Luffy finished.

Ace and Sabo looked like their brains would spaz from all that information.

Luffy hummed as she pat Eevee.

And the boys thought that the Grandline sounded dangerous.
