I'm a What? Cure Sylveon is Here!
7 months later...
Quillant Region, Morharrow Valley.
The sun was slowly rising as people began to wake up. Just another day for the small town. Children started heading to school. One of those children was a certain brown haired girl who had a bright smile.
"Shauna!" The girl turned to an orange haired boy who was waving to her ahead. She smiled and waved back.
"Hey Z! How's it going?" He grinned. Z was part of the most popular families at the school. The Tsui family was always at the top of every list. Even though he didn't want to admit it, he was very smart in medicine and chemistry.
"Not too bad. What about you?" She chuckled. Shauna was as well part of a famous family. Her family was known as the "Family of Smiles." The Canmore family was full of dentists and dancers, which made their title even more memorable.
"Probably better than the gloomiest person at school." Z giggled.
"I think that'll change when you enter." Shauna laughed.
"As always." Little did the two know, they were being watched by a certain pink creature.
After school...
Shauna was walking home alone. With her sister at dance practice and her parents at work, she would be home alone. Her dance practices didn't start until later that week. As her house came into view, she heard a small voice.
"H-help..." Shauna paused and turned to the direction of the voice.
"Hello? Who said that?" A small glow, a possible distress signal, came from a dark alleyway. Shauna gulped as she pulled out her pink baton. She slowly went over to the glow. When she got over to the light, it faded to show a small creature.
"Oh! Are you ok? Where's your trainer?" She asked, picking up the little creature. Then she blinked. "Wait, was that you calling out?"
"Yes... does that surprise you?" Shauna shook her head.
"No." She smiled softly. "It does help though. Where's your trainer?" The creature trembled. But before it could answer, someone called out to her.
"Sylvie! I finally found you!" The little creature, Sylvie, immediately froze. Shauna looked up. A tall woman in armor was running up to them.
"Guard... no..." Sylvie whispered, scared. Shauna held the little creature close.
"Who are you? And what do you want?" The woman chuckled.
"My name is Guard. And I'm here to take this little one home. Come here, Sylvie." Sylvie bit Guard's hand when it got close, causing Guard to cry out.
"You little... that's it! You're dying here and now." Guard pulled a card from her pocket. "Armory, come to my aid!" Shauna stepped back as a large monster appeared. Sylvie trembled.
"What now? That thing could kill us!" Shauna slowly backed up. The monster raised its arm to strike. Sylvie closed its eyes.
"It's all over... we're done for..." Sylvie waited for the blow. It was quiet. Sylvie slowly opened its eyes to see a pink light. It blinked. Guard snared.
"How?" Guard screeched.
"You forget that I'm standing here." Shauna said. "If I hadn't been here, then maybe." Shauna's eyes lit up as she casted.
"LOVE HURRICANE!"
The pink light fired upon the monster causing it to cry out. Sylvie looked up at Shauna as she held her ground. Sylvie smiled.
"Precure..." Sylvie whispered. Shauna looked down at it with confusion.
"What?"
"I can explain later... I have a plan to take that monster down. Are you in?" Shauna blinked, then nodded. "Ok, I need you to say 'Precure On!'" Shauna nodded.
"Ok!" She held Sylvie out in front of her.
"PRECURE ON!"

A bright pink light immediately surrounded the two. Inside the light was a pink background. A quick flash surrounded Sylvie, healing its wounds. Lights surrounded Shauna, changing her clothes and hair. Her baton flashed, turning into a pink knitting needle. Shauna grabbed it and twirled it before landing back on the ground. Sylvie landed next to her.
"Fairy of the Ribbon! Cure Sylveon!" She then struck a pose.
***
"Cure Sylveon? What a pathetic name." Guard hissed. "Armory, take them out!"
Sylveon jumped into the air and kicked the monster to the ground with ease. She grinned.
"MOONBLAST!"
A pillar of light struck the monster, weakening it.
"Purify it!" Sylvie called out. Shauna nodded. Using the point of the needle, she drew a heart in the air. Using the other end, she made two crescents on each side of her. She then pulled her arm back.
"FAIRY WIND!"
She smashed the end of the needle into the heart. Pink sparkles raced at the monster, calming it.
"Pretty..." The monster whispered as it disappeared.
"I'll get you next time!" Guard hissed as she disappeared. Sylveon smiled as she deformed back into Shauna.
"That was awesome!" She said with a smile. Sylvie slowly went over to her and smiled. "Oh! I should get home. We can talk in my room." Sylvie nodded.
A few minutes later...
"So what you're saying is that your home was destroyed, your trainer was killed, and there are others that need help? Did I miss anything?" Shauna looked at Sylvie.
"An evil group is after us to be the ruler of the universe." Sylvie said with a sigh.
"Right..." Shauna bit her lip. Sylvie had just told her the story of what happened. "And you're trying to find the legendary precure."
"Not entirely... I'm only looking for new people to take over the responsibility." Sylvie looked up at her. Shauna smiled.
"Well I'm in!" Sylvie smiled big and jumped into her arms.
"Thank you!"
"Your welcome. Just real quick, how can I keep you with me and not look weird?" Sylvie smiled.
"Oh that's easy." Sylvie went over to its little jacket that it had been wearing. It pulled out a small ball.
"I know that this world uses these, right?" Shauna nodded. "Then in that case, this is my pokeball. It looks like a love ball, but it's really a precurente ball, which is used for cure and poke-cures to communicate telepathically. I just have to be inside. Not only that, but normal people, non-cures, can't hear me talk unless I allow it."
"Then what will people hear when you are talking to me?"
"Syl-Sylvie!" Sylvie called out. Then it grinned. "It's a little hard, but it sure is fun!" Shauna smiled.
"Ok. Just one more question... What are all of the..." She paused. "Poke-cures that are looking for cures?"
"There is a small group... 7 of us. I can't think of all of them right now. But you'll be able to hear them talk." Shauna nodded with a grin.
"Alright! I can't wait!"
