Pearlshipping - Ash & Dawn

Like a wave, the noise from the crowd washed over him. If he tried hard enough, he could just barely make out the voice of his girlfriend, Dawn, among the people cheering for him. Ash lifted the brim of his hat to look across the battle field. His opponent Alain stood opposite to him. And the battle began.

Meanwhile, in the audience, Dawn was watching the start of the battle. She had Buneary out of her Pokéball to watch as well. Dawn was hoarse from cheering Ash on, but kept at it. She felt like if she didn't, Ash would lose despite having the advantage. Ash's other friends were there, also cheering. 

"Watch it!"

A shout came from one of the upper rows, and soon other general sounds of disapproval came from that area. Dawn turned her attention away from the battle for a moment to see what was going on. She gasped in surprise from what she saw. A large number of people wearing the various uniforms for various evil teams. Dawn realized that it really was the evil teams at the same time Ash did.

Ash clenched his fists. First the league battle, now this? No matter what evil thing they were planning, Ash silently resolved to stop it. But first, the battle against Alain. Ash's Heracross had just defeated by Alain's Charizard. That Pokémon was a real threat. Ash knew what he had to do.

"Pikachu, I choose you!"

Back in the stands, Dawn learned something shocking. A grunt from Team Plasma told her that they were here for the same reason, to watch Ash and cheer him on.

"That's kind of weird," Dawn responded. While Dawn was pondering all of it, Buneary watched the battle with intensity. Well, not exactly. She was really watching Pikachu and giving him words of encouragement.

"Come on, you can win this! I believe in you!" She shouted in the language of Pokémon. Buneary wasn't sure if Pikachu heard her. He did, he was just a little preoccupied at the moment. Unfortunately for both of them, Pikachu was soon unable to battle.

Ash sent out Greninja as his next Pokémon. Greninja took his battle stance. Ash took the same stance. The battle began. After a turn, they synchronized and Greninja became Ash-Greninja.

Dawn, Ash's friends, and the evil teams all clapped. Giovanni himself stood up and ripped open his shirt and revealed a painted picture of Ash that said "Go Ash!"

With the support of so many people behind him, Ash won.
