He had everything he wanted
Everything he could ask for
Everyone knew The title of the Pokemon master was  most important goal and perhaps the only thing he dreamed ever since he set out on a journey at the age of 10
He had travelled a total of 6 regions and had made tons of friends and acquaintances
Everyone just had a special bond towards him all in different ways
Which being said all of them were present today at his party
Ash had kept a bash to celebrate his success
Success of acheiving his dream - his long awaited dream of becoming the best ,the poke champion
It was quite obvious for him to arrange for a party ..Not that he was too proud of himself but because he wanted to catch up with everyone who supported him and thank them
He was the most happiest  today
All his friends took a flight without wasting any time to cherish the awaited moment of this dorky and determined Ketchum boy

Everyone of his friends were present -May ,Max,Drew and Brianna from Hoenn.Dawn, Kenny and dawn's mom Johanna .Iris and cilan from unova. Clemont,Bonnie ,Calem and Shauna from kalos .Mallow ,Kiawe,Hau and Lillie from Alola
And the unnamed family in the form of Brock, Tracey ,Todd ,Prof Oak and lately his good friend Gary looking personally after the party arrangements

On his right was Pikachu,other pokemon and his mom the back bone of him all were in attendance except for a certain Redhead with whom he had a unique relationship
He sighed today he was specially missing her and their trio as he recalled all the events which took place the day he began his journey
She was fiery,tempered,witty yet intelligent and did he mention she loved to boss over him
At initial he wanted to get rid of her ,if he wanted he would have just shut her up by reparing her wrecked bike but he wanted to save his pounds those precious pounds that would help him in his travelling  and so he let her travel with him
He disliked how she bossed over him and critised his every move as if she was born to do that
But later he got used to her ,with them travelling around and facing the problems with all the fun and the budding understandings they shared for the other
But her bike was repaired on a certain unfateful day and she had to leave
He said he had no reason to stop her but deep down he and Brock knew the bike was long forgotten
He did meet her a couple of times after but the far he went from kanto the lesser he met his friend and the more busier he got

All in all she wasn't here for his big day actually his second big day as he won the title yesterday but today he was gonna meet his pals which wasn't less important

Gary and Brock noticed him thinking hard as they passed by him so they asked what got him thinking so hard now that everything was achieved as for him
He shrugged it off saying he was remembering his eventful journey and how he achieved his dream just a day ago

Brock wasn't convinced so he asked Gary to go ahead

"What's up ?
Nothing "

"So it's nothing which is bothering you in your party ? "

"Nope Brock really it's nothing "

"Ok I am just gonna say or confess you that I am missing her" Brock said as if reading his mind

"I know "

"You know ? Yes I do "
"You  didn't say anything Ash !" Brock exclaimed being in shock

"Yes but I do; had we not started out our journey we hadn't met her ..whether loud or sweet she was an important part of me I mean my journey "

"Yes Misty should have been here considering she always aimed to guide you in your dream ,She wanted to get the best of you " Brock agreed

"Yeah she did " Ash nodded
"So do you realise why she nagged you do much ?" The older friend asked

"Why Brock ??" Said ash confused
"Whaa m.you said you do realise why ? " Brock deadpanned

"I said I do understand she brought out the better of Me"
Stupid ash don't you understand her way ??
Brock cringed inwardly

"Nothing you will understand it when the time comes
You still need time " Brock sighed as he didn't wanted to push the issue further

"Why isn't she here Brock?? " Ash asked with disappointment

"I , uh don't know like you even I am wondering the same
Like you even I wonder where she is !" Brock continued

"Her sisters aren't in Cerulean
People have no clue of them
The gym has been inactive since 2 years ,
Not a single person out there knows where she is ?
At least they know about Sensationals being on yet another trip but they said Misty isn't with them on their travel " Brock announced the info he got

"But Brock didn't we leave her 4 years ago ??"

"Yeah ash and she was the gym leader in the first two years because I did meet her when I was travelling for my doctor's course
Rest god knows Ash " Brock answered his mind running endlessly

"Hushhh " ash sighed sadly

"Don't stress over it Ash ..we are unable to track her as we don't even have her present contact details but we are trying .
Her sisters are due to return to cerulean in coming 3 months maybe if we could just catch them as they arrive they will reveal where she is " Brock patted him trying to get him cheerful and went over to catch up with others

Why misty,why
Couldn't you tell me where you are going even if you were leaving Kanto
Maybe it's my fault you couldnt contact me after the initial 2 years
Had I just called from any poke centres and informed you we would have never lost touch !!
Why is it that I wanted you to be with me at this moment so much ? Why did we lose contact ?.Why did I wanted to show I have grown and now mature and also a Pokemon master now ?
Maybe because I knew that you wanted me to learn from my mistakes
And now that I have you aren't here to witness it ??

It was then when he realised he is supposed to end the party in sometime
But before he could , pikachu ran up to him and pointed to the happy faces there

And then questioned him "Pikachupi ? pi ka !!"  As if he wanted to ask about misty too

"You miss her too Pika pal ? " Ash looked down to the mouse
"Pi ! " he nodded sadly to his master

"Pika pi pi chu pika pika chuu??" The yellow mouse asked him
Can't we find her Ash ??

This gave him some spark
Actually it was the first time pikachu lit his intellectual bulb with shocking him 😂
"Should we hurry now  buddy ?" He asked his starter pokemon

"Pikaaahh" he nodded happily nuzzling him

"Brock ,Brock ,b-r-ocko" yelled ash jostling poor doctor

"Yeah ash, I am sane you know so  you don't need to act as if I am mentally idiotic like you " Brock internally cursed Ash for ruining his daydreams

"Can you just announce a wrap to The party please ? For me please ? " Ash requested

"You don't need to plead ash but just a thing it's your day ,your party why should I wrap it up It would be unkind and wrong to do so " Spiky boy questioned

"Because I am leaving for a journey right now" Replied Ash

"Wait what journey ? Which journey now ?? " Isn't he tired of journeys now Brock thought

"Journey to find someone B-_r- ock " he replied stretching his name
"What journey Ashton?? " Oops Brother Brock became father Brock now

"To find misty of course" was the answer given

"Are you out of your mind ash ? We just discussed she isn't here in Cerulean or Kanto for that matter " This guy was nuts

"I know but I want to celebrate with her and will find her and definitely celebrate with her only i have my mind set on it " Ash was determined

Brock somewhere realised that Ash has now understood what he wants now that he has earned his title
But still hearing it in words was mandatory to him as he was witness to their crazy relation

"But why do you wanna go and waste your time just to find a certain friend who skipped your party ,who commands you a lot and basically annoys you as what you had named her in earlier days !!" Queried Brock knowingly

"That's what I want Brock, that's what I need .Her to annoy me, her to yell at me  "
Ash said unable to contain the giddy feeling he  was getting just with the thought of meeting misty

"Atleast sum it up in a single statement now you dumbo !!" He said hugging the raven haired boy

"I uhm I want to be the best and she brings out the best in me every time " Ash replied

Brock hit his head and face palmed though he wanted to hear the same thing before but in different words

Seeing Brock's reaction Ash broke out laughing
OK "I love her !!!!!!!! "
He said once breaking the laughter session

"What what what i didn't hear it ??" Brock prodded

I know you did but still I will say it scream it I LOVE MISTY

I LOVE MISTY he screamed with a beaming pikachu on his shoulder who did the same in his wordings
Thus demanding everyone's unwanted attention  but not regretting it though

Mom I will be back soon and with that HE was gone

Leaving the explanations up to Brock just taking pikachu and his pokemon
