Zoroark Master of Illusions
-Twenty Years Ago-
Torkoal opened the wooden door of the Society building. He walked out of his office room and into the main area. All around were friendly faces and lively chatter. Torkoal smiled at this. The happiness was interrupted by a bang on the door. A black ferocious looking Pokémon with red hair burst in. It was Zoroark. He didn't say anything. He pointed at a nearby Azurill. Everybody cleared a path. Azurill was frightened. She curled up into a ball.
"You there! Look at me!" yelled Zoroark. Azurill quivered and shaked with fear. She slowly turned around to see Zoroark.
"Your request paper told me that the location was Mt. Bristle when it really was Mt. Silver! I could have saved myself a two day walk if you had just written it out correctly!" yelled Zoroark.
"I... I'm sorry sir. It was just a mistake. Please forgive me Zoroark," said the horrified Azurill.
"How am I supposhed to become the best when I have weaklings like this that I depend on! I need to become stronger Torkoal! Just tell me where the Soul Dew is, and I'll be on my way!" yelled Zoroark.
"When I found you on the streets as a Zorua, I felt sorry and took you in as my own! You have something better than friends and that's friends and family that care for you!" shouted Torkoal.
"You say that everytime! It doesn't work like that in this world. Strongest is the best in our time. How do you expect me to get better around screw ups like Azurill!" yelled Zoroark. Torkoal didn't answer. Zoroark shoved his way out. Torkoal went to comfort Azurill.
Zoroark grumbled to himself as he stomped home. He was abandoned as a Zorua. Torkoal had found him and had told him about the Soul Dew. Zorua was told about how it could grant power and riches. He then wanted it more than anything. Torkoal would never tell him the location. Torkoal saw greed in Zoroark. He knew that it could lead to bad consequences that the entire Society would suffer. Zoroark had an idea. Azurill was the only other person who knew the location and code. Zoroark smiled to himself. He had found his ticket to infinite power.
Night time fell upon LitenBy. Zoroark had rallied a few citizens to come fight with him. They would have to take Azurill by force. The Pokémon that joined him were Ditto, Shedinja, and Servine. They went under the cover of darkness. The building came into distance. Zoroark and his group watched from the bushes as they watched the lights of the building turn off. Azurill stayed in the Society building. They could take her at night. They were fully prepared, at least they were. Torkoal had apparently sensed that Zoroark would do something as terrible as this if he hadn't of gotten his way. The entire building was lined with Magnemite police and Society members ready to protect their building and town. Zoroark grew even more angry at this sight. His heart hardened even more.
"You stupid old man! You don't even know how to run this stupid Society!" yelled Zoroark.
"I tried to tell you that what your doing is wrong. I guess I wasn't clear enough. Guards, you know what to do," said Torkoal. The Pokémon readied themselves. Zoroark and his crew charged forward at them. The clash caused a loud boom that roared throughout the entire countryside. Zoroark had a very powerful team. They wiped out the entire defense in almost one minute.
"I already made it this far. Save the pain and tell me the location already!" shouted Zoroark. Torkoal stayed quiet and stood his ground. He didn't say a word. Zoroark slashed his claws at Torkoal. Torkoal didn't move an inch. Zoroark slashed again and again at him. Torkoal held his ground.
"Ah! Why won't you give into pain? Doesn't this hurt you?" yelled Zoroark. Zoroark kept on slashing over and over again. Torkoal still never moved. Zoroark screamed with anger and rage. The sight of this changed everything. Servine and Shedinja saw how power corrupted Zoroark. They both turned their backs and walked away. They wanted no part in what Zoroark was doing. Ditto refused to leave, but eventually left of boredom. Zoroark scratched and punched Torkoal all night. The sun began to rise. Zoroark was exhausted. He fell to the ground. Torkoal looked down at him and shed a tear.
"I wish I didn't have to do this. It's the rules though," said Torkoal.
It was the afternoon. Zoroark opened his eyes to find himself tied to a pole in the middle of town.
"What is this old man!" yelled Zoroark. The entire town gathered around him.
"You should know what's next Zoroark," said Torkoal. Zoroark's eyes widened.
"No! You don't mean that! Please no!" yelled Zoroark in fear.
"It's the only thing I can do. The punishment for harming the leader of the Society is banishment to the ghost world!"
"No! Please no!" yelled Zoroark. Torkoal walked forward. He held up an ancient skull. He began to recite an ancient chant. Black mist swirled around Zoroark.
"No! No!" yelled Zoroark. The mist swirled into a portal around him. First, the rope and wooden pole were sucked in.
"Torkoal I hate you! I hate you!" were Zoroark's final words. It was done. The black mist disappeared into the air. The crowd chattered around. They slowly left the town center and went on with daily life. Torkoal was the most saddened by the events. He wouldn't come out for days. He had lost something dear to him. Zoroark was practically his son. Zoroark was known as the master of illusions. Torkoal was blinded by the Zorua he once knew. Zoroark was really the master of illusions. He had tricked everyone.
Zoroark is coming back. The ghost world isn't a prison. He'd find a way out. He'd come back to seek his revenge. Torkoal knew this. Perhaps that is what saddened him the most. The fact that the people of the future were in great danger.

"Wait a minute! Were you the Azurill, Azumarill?" asked the curious Pikachu.
"Sadly yes. That was a scary time for me. If Zoroark comes back, I'll be ready though! I won't coward from him this time! I'll fight back!" yelled Zoroark.
"Instead of joining him, I'll fight back for the Society this time!" shouted Shedinja.
"Wait another minute! Is Serperior the Servine from the story?" asked Pikachu.
"Yes I was," said Serperior. She had just came into the room when Pikachu asked that question.
"A couple years later, Torkoal was going to step down from the position of leader. Never would I expect Torkoal to come to Shedinja and I. He told us that he saw good in our hearts. He told Shedinja that he was to be a new elder. He told me that he was going to make me as his replacement," said Serperior.
"Well, that's interesting. How does Torkoal feel about Zoroark now?" asked Pikachu.
"It's honestly not something I like to talk about. If your wondering, I'm scared. I'm honestly afraid of him coming back. He is going to come back. He'll be even stronger. One thing we have to make sure is to fight back. We won't let him take the Soul Dew. We won't let him destroy the Society. He will be defeated once and for all!" shouted Torkoal. The Society cheered.
The next day was normal. It almost was. Pikachu was looking at the request board in the morning as usual. Team Volt burst in through the door.
The leader Manectric shouted, "We want a raise or we quit!"

It's about to get intense! Two chapters are left in season one. I'll be going on a short hiatus after season one. Uploading these twice a week can be a little overwhelming at some points.
