Our heroes are now in a dark cold desert, the gang al felt exhausted and really tired, they need to rest soon.

"So, where is the town you were talking about Brock?" Yuna asked, tiredly.

"Please say we're nearly there." Mairin whined.

"We're almost there, just over the desert and we'll see it." Brock answered.

"Yeah~ We don't have to camp out here and not I'm complaining about the camping because there is a bed." Takato said.

Alain saw some lights, "It's here." He said, tiredly.

The others looked up and saw the town they are stopping at. It was a bright town, called Neon Town.

When they entered the city, there was lots of bright lights, the lights looks like an effect on screen and people were still walking about.

"Oh man, look at all these lights." Takato said.

"It looks like its day time here." Mairin said.

"Neon City, people loves to come here because its opened all day and night." Brock said.

"What? It's never closes?" Yuna asked.

"No, it action 24 hours a day." Brock replied.

Alain sighs tiredly, "Why do I not like this town?" He muttered.

Yuna heard him, "Your not the only one who's thinking that." She said.

The gang sighs and continued to walked through the city.

They were now passing by a Casino area, seeing lots of people playing slots machines and many other games in there.

But the gang was only interested in finding a hotel to sleep.

"We need to find the hotel and soon." Yuna said, looking at the kids, "They won't stay awake much longer."

Mairin and Takato rubbed their eyes tiredly.

Brock looked around, "It's not in this area." He said.

Yuna was about to say something, some bumped into her and she saw a man dressed in black, who looks like a gangster.

"Watch were your going kid!" The man shouted at Yuna.

Yuna twitched and growled silently, she was tiredly and not in the mood for this game.

The man smirked and looked at Yuna with a glint and was about to grabbed her when a fingerless gloved hand grabbed his arm, squeeze it tightly.

"AH!" The man cried out in pain, "What do you think your do-!" The man stopped and paled at the site of the cold blue-eyes glaring at him.

"Get lost." Alain said, coldly, "You were the one who bumped into her and if you have a problem with it, I have no problem lecturing you, on what you did wrong." He continued to stare at the man, who thought to tough Yuna.

"..." Brock didn't say anything.

"..." The kids were nodding off.

"... Alain..." Yuna said, quietly.

The man paled and sweated, "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" He apologises. "I'm the one whose wrong!"

Alain let go of the man, "Good. Then go."

The man ran with cloud dust trail leaving behind him.

Brock sweat dropped.

They heard sirens and saw it was Officer Jenny who looked tired and as well as irritated.

"Poor Officer Jenny." Mairin said, with half eyed closes.

"Are you kids alright?" Officer Jenny asked.

"Yeah were alright. But what wrong with these people in this city?" Brock asked.

"Oh, it because of this city, it's loud and non stop action and mostly having no nights, so people here just don't sleep." Officer Jenny explained.

"That's doesn't sound healthy. The human body needs to sleep others people become irritated." Yuna frowned.

"I hear you kid, but people here doesn't understand that. They stay up all night and causing all sorts of ruckus." Officer Jenny rubbed her temples, "It's even effecting me, I haven't had a good night rest because of the fights that been happening every five minutes. I'm exhausted."

"We see. You looked totally worn out." Alain stated the obvious.

"Anywhere there is a hotel not to far from here." Officer Jenny pointed into a certain direction.

"What do you think your doing?!" A voice shouted from the distance.

"Get out of here!" Another voice shouted.

"What did you say?!"

"You heard me!"

Officer Jenny groaned and got on her motorcycle, "There's another one." She drove off immediately.

"We should go." Alain said, picking up Mairin who fell asleep.

Yuna nodded, she picked up Takato who was also asleep.

Brock lead the way towards the direction to Officer Jenny and they found the hotel and wasted no time getting booked in, changed and hit the beds.

The next morning the gang immediately got up, getting a quickly bath and got breakfast and left Neon Town.

"Oh man, any longer and I'll seriously punch someone, who just picks a fight with you for stupid reasons." Yuna grumbled.

"But that City is insane." Brock said.

"Including the loud noises we've been hearing non stop." Alain added. "We barely got enough sleep."

The kids nodded, they need headphones to cover the nosies out.

Mairin spotted a Pokémon, "Looks it's a Pokémon." She pointed.

The others looked and saw a Pokémon that was pink with big blue eyes and in shape like a balloon.

"Oh, it's a Jigglypuff." Yuna said and pulled out her Pokédex and scanned the Pokémon.

[Jigglypuff, the Balloon Pokémon. When Jigglypuff's big eyed begins to quiver, everyone becomes sleepy as its sings a lullaby.]

"Sings a lullaby." Takato said.

"Jiggly Jigglypuff Jigglypuff. (I can't sing at all.)" It said.

"Ches? (What?)" Chespie blinked.

"That's strange. I can't sing at all." Yuna translated.

"I never heard of a Jigglypuff that can't sing before or not knowing Sing." Mairin said.

"Jigglypuff Jiggly Puff. (I don't know how.)" Jigglypuff looked away sadly.

"Chu? (Oh?)" Korin said.

"I don't know how." Yuna translated, she petted Jigglypuff head gently.

"Maybe we can teach it." Alain suggested. "Got any Pokémon that can help teaching Jigglypuff Sing Yuna?"

"Yeah, I have Hoshimi with me." Yuna chimed and released her star shape Pokémon.

"Cleffa~ (Hello~)" Hoshimi chimed, appearing.

"Jiggly? (Huh?)" Jigglypuff blinked.

"Hoshi can you help this Jigglypuff here, teaching her how to Sing?" Yuna asked.

Hoshimi looked and Jigglypuff and smiled, "Cleffa Clef Cleffa Fa Cleffa. (Sure, I'll be glad to help and teach you.)" She said.

Hoshimi then asked Jigglypuff to follow her to a different area but nearby still.

"Good luck." Mairin said to them.

"How about we get something to eat because we could barely eat because of the random fighting going on." Brock suggested.

"I'm up for that." Takato smiled.

Zack barked, agreeing.

Cleffa and Jigglypuff walked to an opening, where there is a big space for them to practice.

"(So you don't know how to sing?)" Hoshimi asked, curiously.

Jigglypuff shook her head, "(No, I never learnt how.)" She said sadly.

Hoshimi blinked cutely before nodding, "(Okay~ I've show you Sing and then you follow after.)" She said.

Hoshimi sang her songs, it was nice and relaxing, when she finished, she notice that some wild Pokémon fell asleep. "(Oops~ Tehehehe.)" She giggled sheepishly, "(Guess I overdid it. Oh well~)"

Jigglypuff was shocked and confused, "(Aren't you two angry with them? I mean they fell asleep when listened to your song.)" She said.

Hoshimi blinked confusedly at Jigglypuff, then giggled, "(Not at all. You see Jigglypuff, Pokémon falling asleep is supposed to happen because it's an attack move Sing.)" She explained. "(Now, let's begin. Take a deep breath and then go for the voice inside of you.)"

Jigglypuff nodded and took a deep breath, she began to Sing but slowly enough, "Jigglypuff... Jiggly... gglypuff..."

Hoshimi nodded and clapping her tiny paws together happily, "(Yeah~~)" As the song got louder.

Yuna saw Hoshimi and Jigglypuff return with a happy expression, "The teaching went well?" She asked.

Hoshimi smiled and nodded, she jumped into Yuna's arm, "Cleffa Fa Cleffa. (Yeah it did and I was able to teach her some new moves as well.)" She chirped.

Yuna smiled and petted her star shape Pokémon head who giggled in return.

Alain looked at Jigglypuff and thought of something, "Jigglypuff, can I asked you a favour?" He asked.

"Jiggly. (Of course.)" Jigglypuff smiled.

Alain smiled, "Good."

Mairin blinked, "What do you have in mind big brother?" She wondered.

"We need to head back to the city." Alain told them.

"Huh, going back to that loud city? Why?" Takato asked.

"Well, the people there haven't had any sleep." Alain started.

Yuna blinked and caught on, "Oh. Jigglypuff here can put everyone there to sleep with Sing."

"Exactly."

"Wow." Takato said.

"Makes sense. Let's go back and find a stage with loud speakers and a microphone." Brock said.

"And we just saw one when we were exiting the city." Yuna said. "And the best thing is that the stage was in the middle of the city."

"We need earplugs." Mairin states.

"Ahead with you on that." Brock said.

"Let's go." Takato said, happily.

So the gang went back to Neon Town and they found the stage they were looking for, they quickly began to set up the speakers so the whole city would here it.

Yuna place Jigglypuff and Cleffa on the stage with microphones in front of them and ready, "It's your turn now."

"Jiggly. (Leave it to us.)" Jigglypuff said.

Hoshimi was jumping up and down, "Cleffa~ Cleffa~ (To us~ To us~)" She chirped.

The people in this town definitely needs to sleep even if its just a day.

The gang place their earplugs into their ears and turned on the microphones and speakers.

Hoshimi and Jigglypuff began to use Sing and sang into the microphones, their voices were heard everywhere in town and one by one people started to fall asleep or collapse.

After finishing the song, Jigglypuff and Hoshimi looked around seeing people asleep.

The gang pulled the earplugs out and smiled at the work.

"All the people in this city needed this." Brock said.

"Yeah." The kids nodded.

"You guys did a great job." Yuna praised.

Hoshimi and Jigglypuff smiled.

"So what are you going to do now?" Alain asked, the balloon Pokémon.

Jigglypuff started at Yuna who blinked, "You want to come with me?"

"Jiggly! (I do!)" Jigglypuff nodded.

Yuna smiled, "Okay." She took out a Pokéball and present it.

Jigglypuff tapped on it and being instantly sucked in as it dinged immediately showing no resistance and the Pokéball disappeared, heading to Professor Oak's Lab.

"Let's get going." Brock said.

They all nodded and preceded to leave the city again, knowing that everything is going to be alright with people being friendlier to each other.
