[A/N: The beginning of the flashback, I'll be extremely lazy to describe everything, hope you all remember it.]

I am Mewtwo.

I am unlike other Pokémon.

This is my story.

A team of scientist working to create the worlds most powerful Pokémon discovered a fossilised remit of Mew and from it created... Me.

"Quiet, let us heard it's psychic powers." A scientist said, with excitement in his voice.

Soon the Team Rocket Leader who has ordered my creation, to train me, to control my abilities. But he needed me as his personal property.

"You were created by human to obey humans." Team Rocket Leader said, coldly.

I WAS NOT BORN A POKÉMON, I WAS CREATED! AND MY CREATORS USED AND BETRAYED ME!

SO. I. STAND. ALONE!

After destroying his laboratory, I created my own. I lured Pokémon trainers to my island fortress, to create a powerful new breed of Pokémon that reeks vengeance. I seize their Pokémon and clone them, as I been clone.

But soon I encountered my nemesis.

"Mew~"

A great battle was soon, a great battle to determine who rule, the Pokémon born into this world or the clone Pokémon created in mine.

The clashes were brutal and as Mew and I summoned all our strength for one final confrontation, a trainer cried out and her mate followed to stop.

"STOP!"

"YUNA!"

"Alain!"

"Pikapi!"

"Eevui!"

Their selfish actions puzzled me. They are humans who value all Pokémon's, weather born or created.

"Pi?"

"Eevui?"

"Lightning?"

"Eevee?"

"Pika! Pikachu!"

"Eevu! Eevui!"

Our battle seize, finally my eyes have been opened.

As my heart.

The Pokémon cloned and I left to find a place to live in peace and I used my Psychic powers to wipe out the memories of our struggle.

Now I am forgotten by all expect one, but the one who created me. The one who desires to control me, still burn.

Team Rocket headquarters, a image is displayed on a large holographic screen and the image is zoom in on a mountain.

"These are live satellite pictures of a remote area of the Johto Region." A female agent voice explains, as she showed her boss the images, "Extreme weather makes it inhabitable to people... But, keep watching."

"Huh." Giovanni moves forward to take a better look at the image.

The image is blurry but as it zooms in more it more static's and really hard to see the image but the leader of Team Rocket knows it.

"I've found you."

In an unknown location, Mewtwo and all the Clone Pokémon all watched as the sun sets.

"This place is... Beautiful." Mewtwo spoke, "But, what right do I have to judge? What do I know of this world and it's beauty? I am not like other creatures. I am not off this world. We are clones, copies, project of sciences. We are outcasts."

All the Cloned Pokémon kept their attention on their leader.

"So we must live as outcasts, if we are to live at all. We shall stay here, far from the world. Far from man. It is our only hope for we do not live in secret, we shall never live in piece."

Today, Yuna and the gang begin an unforgettable adventure as they approach an intriguing landmark in the far reaches of the Johto Region.

"Uh!" Takato blinked.

Yuna looked ahead.

"Wow." Mairin said.

"That's." Yuna said.

"That's it alright. Purity Canyon, the Johto Region Greatest Natural Wonder." Brock said.

"Soooo, how do we get across it?" Takato asked.

"Well, it's says here it's impossible on foot and the only way to get across it is by bus." Brock answered and then he frowned, "Oh no."

"Oh no? What oh no?!" Mairin asked.

"The bus that comes here only makes a trip once a month and it leaves today."

"What? No offence, but we don't want to wait here for a month." Yuna said.

"Let's go now. We might be able to catch it." Alain said.

The gang ran down the path, hoping they would catch the bus before it left.

Rain started to pour down at that time and it was heavy.

"Pika!" Light whined at the rain.

"You've got to be kidding." Yuna groaned as she pulled her hood up.

And the rest of the gang did what Yuna did, pulling their hoods up.

"Now it's harder." Volkner said.

Meanwhile at the Bus Stop.

"It doesn't look like there will be anymore passengers for this month trip." The woman in the pink raincoat commented, "I know it's a little early to leave but the bus is full and the weather is getting bad."

The bus driver agreed, "It sure is. We better get going." She said. "Bye." She pulled the handle and the bus door closes, driving off.

The gang arrived at the Bus Stop, just after the bus left and they saw the woman there standing.

Yuna walked up to the woman, "Excuse me, but has the bus that goes to Purity Canyon arrived here yet?" She asked.

The woman gave her a small smile with a sorry expression, "I'm afraid that you all just missed it." She replied.

Yuna sighs in disbelief, "Oh well." She said.

"Is there anyway to cross the mountain?" Brock asked.

"Not when the weather becomes like this. The wind and rain are treacherous here and the road becomes incredibly dangerous." The woman answered with a serious expression on her face, "It's harder enough to make it on bus, on foot you don't have a chance."

"This is a problem." Volkner said.

The woman smiled and looked towards her log cabin, "Why don't we get out of this rain?" She questioned.

The gang blinked and nodded.

Meanwhile with the bus, the bus was moving extremely careful along the mountain road, the road was steep and dangerous, the bus driver was making sure not to let any accidents happen.

Suddenly...

WHOOSH! A large gust of very strong wind swept the bus into the air, spinning it around.

"AHHHHHHHH!" The bus driver and all the passengers were all screaming for lives in fear.

Unknown location, Mewtwo witness the incident and uses his Psychic powers.

• • • • •

A blue haze light surrounded the bus, stopping it from spinning.

The bus driver opened her eyes, confused, "Uh?" She looked out the window.

The bus was carefully place back onto the road.

"This is some kind of miracle."

"Huh?"

"Amazing."

"Uh."

"I can't believe it."

The passengers were all pleased and happy to be safe.

The bus driver looked really confused, "How could this happen?" She questioned, looking around and she then continued, driving the bus, she doesn't want anymore unpredictable weather to happen again.

The three cloned Pokémon that is with Mewtwo looked back, questionably at Mewtwo.

"Pika Pika Pikachu?" Clone Pikachu looked at its leader.

"You asked, 'why did I save those humans?'" Mewtwo said.

Clone Pikachu nodded, "Pika."

"For our own protection. An accident would bring human rescuers, we might be discovered, our peace would be distributed." Mewtwo answered.

"Nya Nya Nyanyanya." Clone Meowth spoke.

"You believe that another reason. That I felt concerned, that I cared about the safety of the humans."

Clone Meowth nodded, "Nyanya."

"I assured you, that was not the case. I could never feel compassion for humans." Mewtwo closed his eyes, after how he was treated in the past.

"Eevui Eevuievui." Clone Eevee spoke.

"Those humans from the past. I would not know."

Clone Eevee ears fell down, "Eevui..."

Back at the log cabin, the woman introduces herself as Luna Carson.

Luna Carson explains that she is a biologist and studies Pokémon habitats.

"The company that built this log cabin about ten years ago, people who misses the bus, stays here till the next one comes around in a month." Luna explains.

Yuna groaned, as she took a sip of the tea Luna made for them, "Luna, is there anyway to cross Purity Canyon? I don't mind to sound impatient but I don't want to stay here for a month to catch the bus." She said.

"Well, you could take a canoe rife down Purity River, which goes through Purity Canyon." Luna said.

"We could but, we can't risk the kids." Alain commented.

Yuna nodded.

Takato and Mairin looked at each other and sighs, "Were sorry."

"It's fine." Yuna said, patting both kids head.

When the rain stopped and the sun is out and shinning brightly, Luna led the gang outside, towards the balcony.

Luna led a bucket down to the stream next to the log cabin and lifted it out again and then she filled a metal cup full of water from the bucket.

"Huh?" Yuna blinked.

"Have a drink Brock." Luna offered the metal cup.

Brock took the metal cup and took a sip from it, "Um. This water is absolutely delicious. This is the most devastating delicious drink I have ever encountered." He anime cried and had a weird smile on his face, after trying the water.

Yuna was really curious now, she took the metal cup from Brock and took a drink, "Incredible, this water feels like it cleaned your soul." She said and handed the cup to Volkner.

Volkner took a drink, "It's pure." He said.

Alain took a drink next, "Your right." He agreed.

Mairin took a drink, her eyes had stars in them, "Oh wow, this is delicious!" She beamed.

Takato took a drink and his eyes had stars in them too, "This is totally delicious!" He said.

Yuna smiled and handed the two Electric-type and one Dark-type Pokémon some of the water.

The two electric mouse and the tricky fox Pokémon, all took a sip each and their eyes brighten up.

"Pikapi!"

"Raichu Rairai!"

"Arfff!"

They all said, dreamily.

"Well, they like it." Alain said, amused.

"Maybe we can go over Mount Quena to leave Purity Canyon." Brock thought.

Luna shook her head, "Oh no, you can do that." She rejected the idea.

"Why?" Takato asked.

"Is it too hard get up there?" Mairin added.

"Mount Quena is the highest mountain in the whole Johto Region. At the top of the mountain is Clarity Lake, it's goes on miles and miles and the water is incredibly clean and clear, it's beautiful." Luna answered as she looked up at the mountain.

"So that's were the water came from." Alain commented.

"But humans could never live there. The height of the mountain and the weather even keeps visitors away. Because of terrible weather, such as typhoons, blizzards and thunderstorm happen around here, so climbing up Mount Quena is extremely dangerous."

"What about the Pokémon?" Volkner asked.

"The only ones can live up are some wild Pokémon. Types can thrive in the extreme conditions."

Yuna nodded, "We can get our Pokémon to help." She told them.

Alain nodded.

"Pikapi Pikachu!" Light smiled as she looked towards the moon.

"Arff!" Betzalel looked up and smiled.

The gang and Luna looked up towards the night sky and saw a flock of Butterfree.

"Wow, it's a flock of Butterfree's." Yuna smiled.

"Rai!" Raichu smiled.

"Some people says that Butterfree's came to lay their eggs on Mount Quena." Luna commented.

"For these Pokémon, life is as it should be. They were born into this world. It is there home, they belong here." Mewtwo said, as he and Clone Pikachu, Clone Meowth and Clone Eevee all watched the Butterfree's fly by, "We were not born here. We are not off this world. We do not belong in it." He looked away, "But where do we belong?"

"Pika Pikachu Pika." Clone Pikachu spoke.

"Do we truely deserve to live here, much as the other Pokémon?"

Clone Pikachu nodded, "Pika."

"We are unlike the others."

"Nyanya Nyanya Nya." Clone Meowth commented.

"Yes, I'm sure the moon is round and bright to those Butterfree. Just as it to us and to any other Pokémon who see it."

"Eevui Eevuiii Eevui?" Clone Eevee asked.

"If we see the moon as they do, why can we not see the Earth as they do?"

Clone Eevee nodded, "Eevui."

"Yes... Why?"

They continue to watch the Butterfree's flying past the moon.

"Pika~" Light said.

"I would sure like to see were those Butterfree's are headed." Brock spoke up.

"Arff~~" Betzalel smiled.

KNOCK KNOCK!

"Good morning!" A female voice called out from the outside.

"Um." The gang and Luna looked towards the door.

"Hello?" Luna said.

"A visitor?" Takato questioned.

"At this hour?" Mairin questioned.

Luna opened the door, revealing a young female and a male.

"I said 'good morning' cause even it's after midnight, if I say 'goodnight' you might go to bed." The female said, cheerfully.

"Huh?" Luna said.

"We hate to bother you, but we been doing some exploring and needed a place to spend the night." The male explained. "Oh by the way, my name is Cullen Calix."

Luna was surprised, "I know that name. Your the famous researcher in Professor of Medicine." She said.

Cullen nodded, "Yes and if my guess is correct your Luna Carson." He smiled, "I've read dozen of your research paper on Pokémon. It's a real pleasure to meet you in person."

"Please come in." Luna said.

Cullen and the teen girl walked in.

"Oh wow, I can't believe I'm meeting the Luna Carson. I'm like totally off the hook fan of yours. I wanna be exactly like you when I get old." The female said, very cheerfully.

Luna sweat dropped, "... Great... And you are who?" She asked, widen eyes.

"This is Domino, she works for the Pokémon Institute." Cullen introduces his friend.

"Hi everybody!" Domino cheerfully waved at them all.

Yuna raised an eyebrow at the girl named Domino, her personality seems odd.

Alain and Volkner also feel something odd about Domino.

"I'm afraid I have some bad news. The bus won't be bad in another month." Luna says.

"Oh, I didn't come here to take the bus. I came to study the water." Cullen replies.

Luna blinked, "The water?" She doesn't have a good feeling.

"Yes. I've been studying the purity river for some time now and I've discovered that it's water contains a number if rare minerals that have the amazing effect on both Pokémon and human volunteers." Cullen explains, he took out a small vile that contains the water, "Here's a sample I took today. I came here to explore Mount Quena and unravel the secret of this miraculous water."

"Thats too bad." Luna spoke, sadly.

"Huh?" Cullen looked at Luna and he was shocked.

Luna looked upset, "If the water does heal people, they'll come here from all over the world, thousands of visitors will start coming to Mount Quena, Purity Canyon. They might accidentally destroy the very thing they are looking for." She explained.

"I see what you mean." Cullen said.

Luna then looked a bit happy, "Then again, Mount Quena is practically impossible to get too." She smiled.

CRACK CRACK CRACK!

"Ah!" Mairin yelped.

"Arf!" Betzalel yelped as well.

Everyone turned around and saw Team Rocket.

Team Rocket announces their motto.

"Team Rocket!" Mairin and Takato exclaimed out.

"What do you want?" Brock asked.

Domino had a weird look on her face as she stared at them, 'I remember these clowns.' She thought.

"Today is the day we capture your Pokémon!" Jessie announces.

"Huh!" Yuna said, "You never succeeded."

James smirked, "Don't bet on it twerp. Go, electricity absorbing wire!" He used a wire rope and grabbed the two electric mouse and tricky fox Pokémon.

"Pikachu!" Light struggled in Jessie's hold.

"Arf!" Betzalel struggled in Meowth's hold and tried to bite him.

"Raichu!" Raichu struggled in James' hold.

"Lightning! Betzalel! Raichu!" Yuna called out, "Gave them back Team Rocket!"

"Not a chance twerp. James, Meowth, it's time to depart!" Jessie ordered them.

"Right!" James and Meowth nodded.

Team Rocket jumped into their hot air balloon and floated away.

"They shouldn't fly a hot air ballon around here, the weather is changing again. It's careless and reckless not to mention extremely dangerous." Luna said.

"You forget to mention brainless as well." Domino added.

Alain eyed Domino for a second, when he heard what she said, 'Strange girl.' He thought.

"We got to do something though, otherwise Volkner, Alain and I won't be able to get them back." Yuna said.

"Let's go." Luna headed inside and place on her climbing gear, "I know Mount Quena pretty well, so I'll lead you up there. I'm ready when you all are."

"Were ready Luna." The gang said.

"And I'm ready too." Cullen said.

Team Rocket hot air balloon was getting out of control, the hard wind blew them left and right.

Luna, the gang, Cullen and Domino climbed up Mount Quena altogether by rope.

"Oh, this is so-so scary." Domino said

Cullen looked back, "You knew this would be tough. You've stay back at the cabin." He told her.

"Staying there alone would've been even scarier." Domino retorted.

Suddenly a strong wind and rockslides happened.

Domino had a serious look on her face as she dodges it.

Cullen was able to avoid it, "Domino!" He called out.

"Here I am."

Cullen looked behind him and was surprised by her.

"I'm pretty lucky that big rock just missed me by an inch." Domino said, cheerfully.

Cullen just blinked, flabbergasted.

Unknown to them Alain and Volkner both has witness what happen, 'Something isn't right about her.' They thought.

As the weather is changing, Mewtwo watched the clouds as they moved.

Meanwhile Team Rocket was continuing to having trouble with their balloon in the harsh wind,

"I think we should have used our gliders for this." James said.

"You should have thought of that sooner!" Meowth shouted, annoyed.

The hot air balloon began to fly sideways in the wind once agains

"It's getting windy!" Luna shouted out, warning the others.

Suddenly Team Rocket balloon flew to where Luna, the gang, Cullen and Domino were and ended up crashing into them.

The hook that held the climbing rope, clung onto the balloon and soon everyone was holding tightly onto the rope.

"Wahahhh!" Takato shouted out.

"This is scary!" Mairin shouted out.

The harsh wind blew in and the hot air balloon flew higher into the sky and soon it was flying over the top of Mount Quena.

"The wind just stop." Jessie said, all the sudden.

Mewtwo looked outside as the moon shined in, "The storm is over... For now." He said.

Yuna looked down and saw an island, she also felt a familiar presence there.

• • • • •

With Domino she was looking at Mount Quena through some binoculars that had some high scanning technology equipped in it and a headphone mic, as the binoculars zoomed in, it showed her a shape of a Pokémon within the mountains.

"I think I see..." Domino zoomed in more, "Just what were looking for."

The image was scanned and then revealed to the Boss of Team Rocket.

"It's definitely Mewtwo." Domino reported.

Giovanni smirked, "You got away from me once. It won't happen again my friend." He declared.

• • • • •

Mewtwo saw the humans through the cracks in his lair, he was surprised to see Yuna, Takato, Alain, Mairin and Brock, "Those children again." He said, as the Clone Pikachu, Clone Meowth and Clone Eevee appeared, "Can this be an accident. Or is this something... More."

• • • • •

Giovanni continues to have a smirked on his face, 'Now we'll find out once and for all. Whose will is stronger!' He cracked the glass cup with his bare hands, "Hmph."

The Boss of Team Rocket was inside a helicopter, that seems to be headed to Mount Quena.

Back with Team Rocket balloon, everyone is still holding on.

Domino continues her work, she was amused, "Well, whats this." She zoomed in more and the image is scanned.

• • • • •

{"I spotted Pokémon with bio-prints similar to Mewtwo."} Domino reported.

"That doesn't surprise me. It's natural that Mewtwo should want to be with his own kind. No matter how unnatural they may be." Giovanni commented, "009 begin operations at once."

• • • • •

"Copy. Over and out." Domino obeyed, placing away the walkie talkie and she began to climb up the rope with amazing skills, all the way up into the balloon.

"Hey, who are you?" Jessie asked.

Domino took out the walkie talkie, "009 to Team Rocket Combat Unit, proceed to coordinates." She ordered.

"The Team Rocket Combat Unit?" James questioned.

"There here?" Jessie asked.

"Where?" Meowth asked.

Team Rocket looked in the distance and saw lots of yellow blimps with the red symbol 'R' on them.

"Oh." Jessie and James said.

"Where's the Meowth head balloon?" Meowth questioned.

"Ah!" Team Rocket, expect Domino yelped as the basket was tipped.

Luna, Yuna, Mairin, Takato, Alain, Volkner and Cullen all climbed up to the balloon, hanging on the sides of the basket.

"Domino, what are you doing?!" Cullen asked.

"Domino?" James questioned.

"Is that your real name?" Jessie asked. 

Domino held her cap, "I don't reveal my true identity, that's a secret I keep to myself. Things are... simpler that way." She looked up, "But with the nearly breaks of Team Rocket, I have an identity that is know to all." She took of her disguise, revealing a Team Rocket uniform underneath, "My fellow agents known me as 009 Domino, but my adversaries known me as simply the... Black Tulip." She held a black tulip in her hand.

"Oh no." Yuna whispered.

Alain and Volkner cursed in their heads.

"Black Tulip? But you me that you work for the Pokémon Institute." Cullen said.

"I do, but Team Rocket has agents working everywhere." Domino announces, "You just never know. You may look innocent but the friendly face maybe hiding our fiercest foe."

"I remember now. Your an Elite Officer of Team Rocket." James spoke up.

"That's right." Domino smirked, "I also heard of you two James and Jessie, you're known as the Clowns of Team Rocket."

James and Jessie both got tick marks, "Don't call us that!" They shouted.

Domino lends backwards, "There's a little souvenir." She threw the black tulip towards the balloon, bursting it, "Bye. Nice to see you go." She waves at them and she flew away on a glider to where Team Rocket helicopters were flying.

Luna, the gang and Cullen ended up falling into Clarity Lake, while Jessie, James and the Pokémon just flew away towards an island.

• • • • •

Jessie, James and Meowth ended up crashing on the ground next to a mountain cliff.

Jessie sighed, "I think we need to sort out our traveling styles for mountains." She commented, she was glad for be on the ground.

"Meowth! I agree with that!" The scratch cat Pokémon nodded.

James grinned, cheerfully, "Still we succeeded on stealing the twerps Pokémon's." He reeled the wire up and notice that it was shorter. "..."

The three ropes were snapped, broken.

"Oh no, the rope must've snapped when we crashed." Meowth said.

"Pika Pikachu!"

"Raichu Rai!"

"Arf Arf!"

Jessie saw the two Electric-type and one Dark-type Pokémon, standing not far where they were.

"Pika-Chu..." Light cheeks sparked.

"Rai-Chu..." Raichu cheeks sparked.

"Arffff..." Betzalel growled.

They don't appreciate being taken away from Yuna, Volkner and Alain.

"Oh..." Team Rocket sweated.

"Piikaaachuuu!" Light fires a Thunderbolt attack.

"Raiiichuuu!" Raichu fires a Thunderbolt attack as well.

Betzalel fires a Shadow Ball attack.

Team Rocket paled as the attacks came closer, "Ahhhh!"

Suddenly a Thunderbolt and a Shadow Ball attack stopped Light, Raichu and Betzalel attacks.

"Pika?" Light turned to the side.

"Hey, look at that." Meowth pointed.

"Another Pikachu." Jessie said.

Cloned Pikachu and Clone Eevee appeared on top of the small rock hill.

Cloned Pikachu looked at Light, "Pika Pikachu Pika!"

"What do that Pikachu say Meowth?" Jessie asked.

"That one up there said, "So we meet again."" Meowth translated.

"They know each other?" James questioned.

"I don't know. The one up there seems to know the twerpette Pikachu."

Cloned Pikachu took a step forward with sparks on her cheeks, "Pika Pikachu!"

"She's saying, "You should've come here, this place is ours.""

"Pika Pikachu Pika Pika."

"We came to make a new home, to live in peace. You brought humans and humans are the last things Pokémon need, especially Clone Pokémon's."

"What's a Clone Pokémon?" Jessie and James questioned.

"I don't know." Meowth replies.

Light, Raichu and Betzalel didn't know either.

"Pi Pikachu Pika." Clone Pikachu jumped down.

"Get our or you'll regret it."

Clone Pikachu cheeks began to spark once again.

Light blinked surprised, "Pika!"

"I think they are about to battle." James commented.

"Pikachu VS Pikachu." Jessie said, sounding excited for some reason, "This is the match of the year."

As the Clone Pikachu glared at Light and Light really didn't know what to do.

Cloned Eevee stay were he was.

Raichu and Betzalel just stayed on the side, they don't know what to do either.

"No." Mewtwo appeared, "Fighting is senseless."

Clone Pikachu ignored what her leader said, "Pikaaaa!" She charges forwards.

Light just stood there, watching the other Pikachu charging forward.

Raichu and Betzalel didn't do anything because they know that Light can take care of herself.

Before the Clone Pikachu could attack Light, Mewtwo uses his Psychic attack, stopping his own kind and pulling her away from Light and place her back on the ground.

"Pi." Clone Pikachu said, after she was place on the ground.

"There is nothing to be gained from such battling. You are the same as the other Pokémon, neither stronger nor weaker." Mewtwo spoke, as the other cloned Pokémon's are behind him, "You've proven that the last time we met in battle, the Pokémon which we are copied."

Team Rocket was confused by what Mewtwo was talking about.

"What do you suppose that Pokémon means?" Jessie whispered to James and Meowth.

"I haven't got the faintest idea. I guess something happened with them and we never saw it." James whispered back.

Mewtwo eyed Team Rocket and then looked away, seeing the Team Rocket blimps heading their way, "I searched for a place to lived in secret and peace. Now these humans have found us again, perhaps we shall never find peace." He said.

Clone Pikachu ran forward, "Pika Pikachu." She told Mewtwo.

Meowth paled, "It's going to be more than a battle, this is war!"" Gya, what did I get into?!" He exclaimed.

The Clone Pokémon's agreed.

Light shook her head, "Pika Pikachu Pika." She said.

"Pikachu is right, there is no reason for you Pokémon to fight us Pokémon." Meowth frowned.

Clone Meowth was beside him and looked up, "Nya Nya." He said.

"Yeah, it is a full moon." Meowth said, looking at the full moon, "Sure is pretty huh."

"The moon reflects the light of the sun. Pokémon born into this world, they walk freely in that sun but we were created, reflections." Mewtwo spoke, as he gazed upon the full moon, "We are shadows, perhaps shall not live in sunlight, but in shadows of moonlight."

"The moon is looks awful bright tonight." Meowth commented.

"Pikachu! Pika Pika Pikachu!" Clone Pikachu rejected.

"It aren't fair that we have to live like shadows." Meowth repeated, with a sad expression.

"Pikachu Pika Pikachu!" Clone Pikachu had tears in her eyes.

"This place is beautiful but beyond this place is a big wide world."

"Pika Pi." Clone Pikachu looked at the moon.

"A bright world."

"Pika." Light said.

"Pika Pika Pikachu!" Clone Pikachu glared at her original.

"You know that world don't you Pikachu, you were born in and you can live in it, anyway and in anyway you want." Meowth translated.

"Pikachu." Light nodded.

"Pika Pikachu Pikachu Pika!"

Meowth expression was sad, "But because of want we are, we can't live in that world like you do."

Clone Pikachu continues, "Pika Pikachu Pika Pikachu..."

"Whatever we do, where ever we go." Meowth cross his arms, "We don't belong..."

Light and Raichu both frowned when they heard that.

Light looked at the Clone Pikachu, "Pikachu Pikapika Pika Pikachu Pi." She spoke up.

"Translation." James and Jessie said.

"The twerpette Pikachu is saying that the Clone Pikachu is wrong, thinking like that. Thinking that they don't belong in this world."

"Huh?" James, Jessie and Meowth blinked.

"Pi?" Clone Pikachu looked at her original in surprise.

"Pikachu Pikachu Pika Pika." Light continued.

"My trainer said that all Pokémon are special, no matter what we look like or no matter what we are, we all have to right to live in this world, whether they are human or Pokémon. That is how the Pokémon world is in harmony."

"Wow, the twerpette certainly knows how to speak kind words." James said, impressed.

"She certainly does." Jessie agreed.

"Raichu Rai Raichu Raichu." Raichu spoke up.

"The Pokémon world is a big place and you can still continue to search what you want to do. It doesn't matter if your real or not. Your born in this world, meaning you belong in this world." Meowth translated and his eyes widen.

Mewtwo was shocked when he heard that, 'Do I truely belong...' He thought.

Light nodded with a smile, "Pika!"

"Arf!" Betzalel smiled.

Mewtwo looked at the tricky fox Pokémon with confusion, "What kind of Pokémon are you? I've never seen your kind around here." He told him. He also remembered the different type of Pokémon back on New Island.

Betzalel looked at Mewtwo and frowned, trying to remember how to explain his kind. His father Zoroark is hatched and raised from an egg.

Light notice the confusion on the young tricky fox Pokémon face, "(Betzalel is a Zorua. A Pokémon that is really hard to found in the wild in the Sinnoh and Unova Region, since their illusion hides themselves from humans.)" She answered.

"Sinnoh? Unova?" Mewtwo questioned, he never heard of these places before.

"(Regions. There are many regions out here beside Kanto and Johto.)"

"(My trainer is from the Sinnoh Region.)" Raichu spoke up.

"Your not from here?"

"(Nope.)" Raichu shook his head, (My trainer is the other mate to Lightning's trainer, were just visiting.)"

"Why doesn't he know?" Mewtwo asked, curiously.

"(Betzalel father is a Zoroark the evolved form of him and his mother is a Alolan Ninetales who is named Yukimi. The reason he doesn't know much is, that his father is hatched from a Pokémon Egg and raised by his father's, father.)" Light explained. "(Alain been teaching him about his kind. But he is the youngest twin.)

Meowth translated everything and Team Rocket is surprised by the new information.

Mewtwo looked thoughtful of other Regions beyond Kanto and Johto. "We are what we are. We will live here in peace... If we can." He looked at the moon.

Meanwhile, Luna, the gang and Cullen just come out of Clarity Lake, which they landed in.

"Is everybody okay?" Brock asked.

"Yes." Mairin and Takato said.

Yuna was annoyed, "I'm fine, a bit. But I'm worried about Lightning, Betzalel and Raichu." She answered.

"Hn." Alain and Volkner grunted.

Cullen looked towards an island in the centre of Clarity Lake, "Team Rocket's balloon was headed towards for that island." He said.

"We can get there." Luna smiled and pointed towards a giant tree trunk, "See that giant tree trunk over there, we can build a canoe out of it."

"A canoe?" Takato said.

"Okay. Sylva, Kadir." Yuna sent out the grass quill and verdant Pokémon.

"Rowlet~~" Sylva appeared.

"Leafeon!" Kadir appeared.

"Help out too Chespie, Jumpy!" Mairin sent out the spiny nut and cottonweed Pokémon.

"Chespin!" Chespie appeared.

"Skipp!" Jumpy appeared.

"Everyone use Razor Leaf to make that tree trunk into a canoe." Yuna ordered.

All Grass-type Pokémon used Razor Leaf attack at the giant tree trunk and soon the Razor Leaf shaped the giant tree trunk into a canoe. They also made some paddles.

Everybody help place the canoe onto the lake, they got in and paddled it at once.

Mairin looked up, worried, "I hope that Team Rocket doesn't see us." She said, quietly.

Takato looked up and saw the Team Rocket blimps and once helicopter, "Same here." He said.

Yuna looked at her grass quill Pokémon that was on her shoulder, "Sylva."

"Rowlet?" Sylva blinked.

Yuna called out Celica and Chouko out.

"Togetic~" The happiness Pokémon chirped happily.

"Free~" The Alolan Butterfree, Midday Form appeared.

Luna and Cullen blinked, surprised by the Midday Form Butterfree.

"What are you doing Yuna?" Cullen asked.

"Since Team Rocket is here, I have a really bad feeling that they will do something terrible here. We are going to need help." Yuna answered, "Sylva, Celica, Chouko, listen I need you three to go and gather up all the Pokémon that lives here, to help against Team Rocket."

Sylva, Celica and Chouko all nodded and took off to find all the Pokémon that lives around here.

"That was a great idea Yuna, Team Rocket is bad news and we need all the help we can get." Brock said.

"Figures that James, Jessie and Meowth are the odd ones out of Team Rocket." Alain said.

"Yeah." Brock agreed.

Mewtwo was in his lair, watching the video image of Team Rocket arriving. "If the humans will not leave us in peace, so be it. We will leave this place and search for another. We will continue to search, till we found a place to live and to belong..." He said.

James, Jessie and Meowth were all tied up by Venusaur's vine.

"Pika Pika Pikachu Pika!" Clone Pikachu spoke to the other clones.

"She's saying that if we don't do anything to get out of here, they are going to catch us and use us as Pokémon cloning experiment." Meowth translated.

"Pika Pika!"

"Just because were clones doesn't mean they can treat us anyway they want."

"GRRRR!" Clone Gyarados growled out.

"Pika Pika Pika Pika!"

"I say we leave this place and go anyway we please!"

"What will happen to us though?" James asked.

James soon got his answer, both he and Jessie were put behind some sort of prison that is inside a cave.

"Well..." James has nothing to say.

"How come your not behind bars with us?" Jessie asked, annoyed.

"Hah, simple because I'm a Pokémon and they don't like you because you two are humans." Meowth replied, smugly with arms cross.

"Nya!" Clone Meowth smiled.

James frowned, "You better find a way to get us out of here Meowth." He said.

"Ah, don't worry." Meowth said, with a care, "I will get you guys out of there some other time."

And then Meowth left with the other Pokémon.

"Hey!" James shouted out.

Jessie got annoyed even more, "That cat better not betray us." She muttered.

Some Clone Pokémon's that agreed with the Clone Pikachu about fighting the humans to leave their home, started to cross the lake, thanks to the Clone Water-type Pokémon, to fight Team Rocket.

Light, Raichu and Betzalel who disguised himself as an Eevee and Meowth went to help the Clone Pokémon's.

'Should I let them go?' Meowth questioned himself, as he watches his fellow species leave, 'All creatures are to control their own destinies... Or should I force them to stay? Here I can use my powers to protect them from harm but do I have the right to keep them from living as they choose. Which is more important? Their safety... Or their freedom?'

Clone Eevee watches his fellow clones leaving with a worried expression.

At that time Luna, the gang and Cullen had just arrived at the other side of the lake and came to an area of Mount Quena, where there was a large spring lake.

"Wow." Yuna said, she was amazed by the large spring.

Cullen took a sample of the spring and examined it on his minicomputer, his eyes widen when he saw the analysis, "Wow, it's off the chart." He turned towards Luna, "Luna, this spring must be the source of Purity River, the water chemical makeup is astounding."

Luna looked at Cullen, "I knew it would be."

"The human body in fact all living things are made up of mostly water. Water is essential for life and the quality of water helps determine the quality of life." Cullen explains.

"Yes. This place is bursting with life, that's because it's clean here, untouched, pure and the source of that purity is the spring." Luna said.

"Maybe this spring isn't just the source of the all water in Purity Canyon, it could be the source of a whole new way to bring health and happiness to the whole world." Cullen smiled, with excitement, "We maybe standing on the edge of the important discovery of medical history."

Suddenly some baby Nidoqueen and baby Rhyhorn, came out from the bushes.

[A/N: I'm awfully confused... Mini Nidoqueen?? How? Oh well. Aren't they adorable!!]

"Nido Nido Nido Nido..." The baby Nidoqueen said, as they walked.

"Rrrr rrr rrr rrr..." The baby Rhyhorn said, as they walked.

"Dawww~ Cute~" Mairin squealed.

"Wow, without a Pokémon Breeder around its amazing they all look healthy." Brock complimented.

"A habitat as clean as this one, it couldn't help but grow up strong and healthy. The air, the food and the water, are all natural." Luna pointed out.

Yuna smiled, she as she knelt down when a baby Nidoqueen and baby Rhyhorn came up to her. She gently gave the baby's a tickle under their chins, which she earn a purring and cooing sound from them.

"Where are their parents?" Takato asked.

Volkner saw a larger Nidoqueen and Rhyhorn, "Up there." He pointed.

"They are all very protective and very proud." Luna smiled, "The babies here are living happy and healthy life's."

Yuna's aura poke the two parents and she felt a familiar sense from the Nidoqueen and Rhyhorn, 'Their the Clone Nidoqueen and Clone Rhyhorn from New Island, that Mewtwo created.' She thought and she concentrated her aura to stay put.

"They look happy and healthy as their offspring do." Cullen commented.

"I think we should go now, they might get nervous." Luna looked at the couples, "We need to find Light, Raichu and Betzalel."

With the Clone Pokémon's, Light, Raichu, Betzalel and Meowth they all arrived at the island when suddenly Team Rocket helicopter appeared from the trees.

"Pika!" Light said, surprised.

Team Rocket helicopter had some sort of device that fires a red ball beam from it.

[A/N: It sounds weird; red ball beam. But it's works for me.]

The red ball beam hits some of the Clone Pokémon's, causing them to become paralysis.

Clone Pikachu and Clone Meowth were paralysed as well, while Light, Raichu and Betzalel were able to avoid this red ball beam.

Then from the Team Rocket blimps, they released the Team Rocket Pokéball, that is black and with the Team Rocket symbol, 'R' in red on them.

Some of the Clone Pokémon's were captured, but before the Team Rocket Pokéballs could capture Clone Pikachu and Clone Meowth, Light and Raichu fires a Thunderbolt attack, destroying them.

Team Rocket who saw this was mad and plan to capture them first.

Betzalel fires three Shadow Ball and destroyed more of the Pokéballs.

When Team Rocket firing the red beam ball towards the non-captured Clone Pokémon and Pokémon, a Shadow Ball came an interfered with the attack, cancelling it out.

It was Mewtwo.

Mewtwo fires a Shadow Ball towards the helicopter, which the helicopter avoided it and the he uses his Psychic powers to free the captured Clone Pokémon's from Team Rocket Balls.

The helicopter top hatched up and revealed Team Rocket Leader, Domino and Persian.

Mewtwo glared the Leader of Team Rocket, "You." He said, he hadn't forgotten about Giovanni, who made him a slave.

"It's been quite awhile. You look well." Giovanni stated.

"Leave this place at once. I warned you my strength is far greater then we first met." Mewtwo said.

Giovanni didn't care, "Your increased strength comes to no surprise, fortunately my technician has predicted it and created new technology to deal with it." He commented.

Two floating machines, one red and one dark navy blue appeared on either side of Mewtwo and it releases a electricity that attacked Mewtwo and sent him crashing into the ground.

All the Pokémon and Clones were shocked.

Giovanni smirked, "Well, it seems like my new equipment is worth its considerable investment."

Mewtwo stood up, "You fear my power most of all, you cannot conquer me." He stated.

"Your Psychic attack bends the will of living creatures, it cannot influence machines."

"We will see about that." Mewtwo said, as the two machines floated around him.

"Activate the force field." Giovanni ordered.

Domino obeyed and pushes some buttons on a panel control.

The two machines released electricity power once again and Mewtwo was able to resist it and sent them both crashing into the rocks with his Psychic powers.

"Well done, you've demonstrated that technologies has its limits, an important lesson to keep in mind." Giovanni closed his eyes, "But living creatures has its limits too."

Mewtwo glared at the Team Rocket Leader, "Do not test the limits of my powers." He stated.

"It appears that would be futile." Giovanni reopened his eyes with smug face and opened towards another island, "We'll take our battles to that island."

From Team Rocket blimps, lots Team Rocket agents had gliders on them and flew over to the island.

"I'll fly over there..." Domino told her boss, as she activated her jet pack, "For phrase two."

"So, I understand that some Pokémon friends of yours are on that island." Giovanni smirked at Mewtwo, "Now we'll see how powerful your loyalties are."

The Leader of Team Rocket plans to capture all the Clone Pokémon's and use them to blackmail Mewtwo, into working for him once again.

"You are despicable." Mewtwo told Giovanni.

Back with the gang, Luna and Cullen as they were running the stairs, all the sudden they were trapped by metal rings.

"Woah!" Takato said.

"Ah!" Mairin yelped.

"What's this?" Yuna questioned.

"..." Alain and Volkner stared at the metal rings.

Luna and Cullen was shocked.

They all looking down the stairs and saw Domino, with Team Rocket agents behind her.

"Unfortunately, your being here is very inconvenient for us." Domino commented, "We can't let anyone interfere and prevent for reaching our objective. We can't let you leave till our operation is over."

Yuna glared at Domino, "What are you going to do?" She asked, keeping her anger down.

Domino gave a smile, "You'll see soon enough." She replied.

Meanwhile with Jessie and James, they were still inside the prison cell, wandering what is going on outside now.

The prison door opened up.

"Huh?" Jessie and James turned around seeing Domino.

"Well, what do we have here? Some rare and valuable Pokémon." Domino commented, sadistically.

"You know very well we're not Pokémon!" Jessie shouted.

"Oh that's right, I was mistaken Team Rocket agents are useless as they are rare, but they certainly are not very valuable!" Domino added.

Jessie and James gritted their teeth in anger at her words.

Domino and the Team Rocket agents took the gang, Luna and Cullen back to the area where the spring is.

The Clone Nidoqueen and Clone Rhyhorn both watched as the humans enter the area.

"Aren't they just adorable!" Domino said, she pick one of the baby Nidoqueen.

"Those's Pokémon are just babies leave them alone!" Luna shouted.

The Clone Nidoqueen and Clone Rhyhorn came down from the hill to protect their children's from the human.

"Aha!" Domino threw her black tulip at them and it released a shocking electricity, shocking the Clone Nidoqueen.

A metal ring came and captured the Clone Rhyhorn, while shocking it.

Both parents lost consciousness from the attack.

"Stop it!" Cullen said.

Domino picked up her black tulip, "I know trainers capture their Pokémon inside their Pokéballs, but I prefer our methods." She looked at one of the agents and gave an order, "Make sure not a single one gets away! These Pokémon are just going to be used in experiments and as bait for Mewtwo. No sense in wasting Pokéballs."

Alain and Volkner glared at the Team Rocket agents who were too close to them and the agents slightly back away from them both.

Yuna glared at Domino, "Team Rocket is more disgusting than I though you were. Especially that Leader of yours Giovanni." She said. She remembers that Giovanni was the Gym Leader of Viridian Gym in Kanto.

"Yeah!" Takato and Mairin agreed.

Domino smirked, "Say what you want, but it won't change a thing." She said.

{"009 to Giovanni. Expect for a Pokémon brought by a young trainer, the island is populated by Clones and we got them, over."} Domino reported.

Giovanni still had a smug smile on his face, "Excellent. The trap is set and now we have our bait." He said. "Mewtwo, are you going to let your little friends battle me alone."

Mewtwo glared even more, 'I cannot. I must help them.' He thought.

All the Clone Pokémon that is with Mewtwo now all called out.

"These guys all wanna help out too." Meowth said.

"Nya Nya Nyanya!" Clone Meowth spoke to its original.

Meowth was surprised, "Who me? I should come along with ya. What do you think?" He looked at Light, Raichu and Betzalel.

"Pika Pika!" Light nodded.

"Raichu!" Raichu agreed.

"Eevui!" Betzalel said, disguised as Eevee.

Light looked at the Clone Pikachu, "Pika?"

Clone Pikachu smiled and nodded, "Pikachu!"

"We must live. Where and now we choose." Mewtwo states, as he uses his Psychic powers to lift up all the Pokémon's, "Friends! To the island!"

All the Pokémon flew towards Purity Canyon.

As Mewtwo and the Pokémon's left, Team Rocket Leader press a button on the panel beside him and it activated the two floating machines once more.

Mewtwo and all the Pokémon quickly flew towards the island.

{"009."} Giovanni called.

{"This is 009.} Domino replied.

{"Mewtwo is headed your way."} Giovanni told her.

"Roger. Were-" A large gust of wind stop Domino.

Mewtwo and all the Pokémon arrived on the ground.

"I've been expecting you." Domino told Mewtwo, as she petted the baby Nidoqueen head, "This Little Nidoqueen sure is a cutie."

"Release that young one." Mewtwo commanded.

Giovanni's helicopter appeared.

"Maybe that something you should take up with my Boss." Domino told him. "Here he is now."

Giovanni emerges from the top, "Nice to see you. I take your willingly to obey my command?" He questioned.

Mewtwo glared, "No. I would sooner leave this world then serve you." He retorted.

"I suggest you reconsider your opinion, if you choose to define me your fellow creations will all be used in our experiments and will certainly leave this world." Giovanni warned him.

Mewtwo eyes widen slightly, he didn't want to that happen to his fellow clones.

The two floating machines appeared.

"Stand away. I must submit to him." Mewtwo ordered all the Pokémon.

The two floating machine, had black electricity and created a blue sphere between it.

"It's meant to destroy you but it's been developed to harness your abilities and moulded your will to my purpose." Giovanni explains.

"Your purposes." Mewtwo said.

"Don't waste your time destroying them. Were quite capable of building new ones." Domino raised her black tulip, "But if you try to fight us then your little friends, will be the ones to pay the price."

The black tulip released a blue blast towards the Clone Pokémon.

Raichu immediately counters it with his Electro Ball, "Raichu!" He glared at Domino.

Domino was surprised, "Well, aren't you strong. Here another!" Another blue blast was released.

"Pikapikapika Pikachu!" Light immediately uses her Electro Ball, cancelling it as well.

"You as well." Domino said, impressed and quickly released another blast.

But this time the blast hits the Clone Pikachu.

"Pika!" Clone Pikachu cries out in pain.

"Pikapi!" Light said, as she went to check on her friend.

"I'll will do as you say." Mewtwo submitted, he doesn't want to see anyone hurt.

Giovanni smirked, "All you have to do now is step into the light." He told the Clone.

Mewtwo started to walk towards the blue sphere.

"Pikachu Pikachu Pikachu!" Clone Pikachu cried out, telling her leader don't.

Raichu helped the Clone Pikachu up.

All the Pokémon telling Mewtwo 'No!'.

"They are telling him to stop but he is going anyway." Meowth said, sadly. "This could be a big mistake."

"I will not put you all in danger anymore." Mewtwo said, to the Pokémon's and continues to walk, till he enters the sphere light and it was lifted up in the air.

Giovanni laughs out a chuckle, "Thats a good boy, now you won't be able to run away from me again." He said.

"You may control my body, but you will never control my will."

"We'll soon see." Giovanni said, smirking.

As soon as Team Rocket Leader said those words, the blue light sphere turned to pinkish red colour and it had lines running around Mewtwo.

"Arghhh!" Mewtwo cries out, "I. Will. Not. Submit." He growled out, resisting the power.

"You are strong Mewtwo, but pain makes the body master of the will. Let's see how long you struggle." Giovanni states.

"Arghh... Garghh..." Mewtwo continues to resist the control.

Team Rocket Boss looked around the area, "This is a very charming place. I had a feeling that you would find a pretty little hideaway like this, it's perfect for my new laboratory. Finally I will create a vast army of the world's most powerful Pokémon." He looked at Mewtwo, "And you, you would be at its head, carrying out my commands, together we will rule the earth."

Mewtwo continues his struggles and power to resist.

Domino and the Team Rocket agents had taken Luna, the gang and Cullen into a cave.

As they were all walking, the other Pokémon's that came with Mewtwo appeared.

Light spotted her trainer, "Pikapi!" She called out.

Betzalel spotted his father's father, "Eevui!" He called out.

"Raichu!" Raichu called out.

Yuna turned around and spotted Light, Raichu and Betzalel, helping a another Pikachu, "Lightning! Raichu! Betzalel!" She said, happily, as she ran towards them.

"Pikachu Pikapi!" Light said, she looked at the Clone Pikachu who collapsed beside her, "Pika!"

"Oh..." Yuna picked up the Clone Pikachu, "What happen to you Pikachu? What did they do to you?" She questioned, as she saw the injures.

Clone Pikachu groaned in pain, "Pi..."

Cullen thought of something, "Luna, get spring water that is the vile in my back pocket. It could revive her." He told her.

Luna nodded and took out the vile from Cullen back pocket and he opened it, she knelt down, "This might be just what Pikachu needs." She gave the spring water to the Clone Pikachu.

Clone Pikachu drank the spring water and her injuries were vanishing, she opened her eyes and perked up, "Pikachu!" She smiled, fully healed.

Cullen was astonished by the water, "That water is just incredible." He said.

Luna agreed, "I knew it was healthy but it's healing powers are absolutely amazing." She said.

Yuna place the Clone Pikachu down, "Glad your alright Pikachu." She said.

Clone Pikachu looked up, "Pikapi!"

Domino appeared, "Stop muttering and start walking. You can't stay here, have a place all prepared." She told them.

"And where's that?" Cullen questioned.

Soon everyone including all the Pokémon's were place behind bars, that Jessie and James were originally kept in.

"Hey!" Mairin and Takato shouted out, they don't like it here.

"Now you will be staying here, while we build our new Team Rocket laboratory here." Domino said, as she held her black tulip.

"You can't do that. This place belongs the Pokémon only." Alain spoke up.

Domino laughs, "Sorry handsome, it did belong to the Pokémon but now it belongs to Team Rocket. Bye." She left.

Yuna growled as she glared at Domino.

"Meanie!" Mairin shouted out.

"Jerk!" Takato shouted out.

"Team Rocket is getting more and more worst." Brock said.

"Its bad enough that Team Rocket invade the Pokémon home but now they are trying to build a laboratory here." Volkner spoke up, being silent for so long.

"Yeah, it's going to get worst." Yuna said. "Hope that Sylva, Celica and Chouko were able to get help."

Clone Eevee when to Alain and place a paw on his leg, "Eevui?"

Alain looked down and remembers the Clone Eevee, cloned by his Eevee who is now a Haiteon Male. "Hello." He said.

Clone Eevee smiled.

Meanwhile Team Rocket started to build their laboratory, many helicopters appeared with materials and equipments, many agents began working on their new project.

{"Everything is going according to plan. Construction over base is proceeding. What's the status of Mewtwo?"} Domino asked.

Giovanni was monitoring Mewtwo from his lair, "His will is stronger than I realise. His brainwaves haven't altered at the lease, if it's goes on much longer, his body will be destroyed before his will is." He answered, saying really annoyed.

"You can't destroy him, it could take years to clone h again." Domino said.

Giovanni growled towards the walkie talkie, "I know that! But this has become a battle between Mewtwo will and mine." He clutched the walkie talkie, hard.

SMASH! Domino grimace when the other side walkie talkie was smashed, "Well don't take it out on me!" She shouted and then saw Jessie and James.

Jessie and James were let out and became the new janitors for the new building.

"Can't you you two work faster, use some elbow, I wanna see my face on that floor! Now hurry up!" Domino ordered.

Jessie and James continues to scrub the floor with the mops.

"We'll show her." Jessie and James growled out as they scrub the floor.

The pipe that was connected to the building was plunged into the lake and it was releasing the polluted water into lake.

From the forest of Purity Canyon, swarms of Bug-type Pokémon all emerges from the trees.

Sylva was leading the Scyther's and Scizor's.

Chouko was leading the Butterfree's and Beedrill's.

Celica was leading the Ledians' and Ledyba's.

They all flew towards Team Rocket.

At the same time when the Bug Pokémon emerges, all the Pokémon in the cell all started to call out.

"Pika!" Light ears twitched.

"What's going on?" Luna asked.

Takato tried to listen, "Bug Pokémon and they are very mad." He translated.

"Lots of them. Sylva, Celica and Chouko did it!" Yuna cheered.

"Well, Bug Pokémon's home are near clean lakes. My guess it that Team Rocket is polluting the water as they are building." Alain explained.

"That's right and they all coming to stop Team Rocket." Meowth added.

"Meow!" Persian stood up.

"Be quiet." Giovanni scolded his classy cat Pokémon.

"Meow..." The classy cat Pokémon sulked.

Then all the sudden Beedrill's flew through the crack windows.

Giovanni gasped, "Whats happening?"

The Butterfree's and Chouko flew over the Team Rocket agents and uses Sleep Powder, making the agents who are there fall asleep.

Scizor's and Scyther's fires Hyper Beam attacks towards the larger building area, causing a massive explosion.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The Beedrill's charges towards the agents and stung them.

BOOM! BOOM!

Everyone in the prison cell heard the commotions and felt the shake.

"What's going on?" Mairin panicking.

"The Bug Pokémon's are overthrowing Team Rocket!" Takato grinned.

BOOM! Another explosion appeared and destroyed the bars to the cell.

"Ah!" Everyone covered themselves.

They all looked and saw the bars of the cell, destroyed.

"Yay! Mairin gave a clap.

"We're free!" Takato exclaimed.

"Okay, everybody out." Yuna said.

At that moment Celica appeared.

"Togetic~" Celica smiled, seeing her trainer.

Yuna smiled and hugged her Pokémon, "Celica, good work. Huh, where are Sylva and Chouko?" She asked the happiness Pokémon, not seeing her two other Pokémon.

"Togetic Togetic. (They want to continue to help out the Bug Pokémon.)" Celica answered.

"I see. Thanks for your help." Yuna nodded and returned back her Pokémon.

The gang and all the Pokémon ran out of the cave.

"Luna!" Cullen called out, "I'm going back that way." He pointed towards a different direction.

"What for?" Luna asked.

"I'm worried about the spring." Cullen answered.

Luna face turned serious, "I'll go along with you." She said.

Cullen nodded.

Both Cullen and Luna ran towards the spring.

With Domino, she was surrounded by Ledian's and Ledyba's.

James and Jessie hide themselves away, to avoid the battle.

Domino tossed many black tulips towards the Bug Pokémon but the black tulips got shredded by Scyther's, that appeared.

Domino blocks Scyther's attack with along stem black tulip and she began to run, "You'll never stop the Black Tulip because I can think on my feet." She said, she uses the tulip to leap over the swarm of Ledian's and Ledyba's.

When 009 landed in the floor, she began to immediately slip and lose control.

Jessie and James both grin, amused.

"I guess that the floor we mopped is still a little slippery. Perfect for a character like her." Jessie commented, feeling proud.

Domino continues to slip and then she crashed into head first in a bucket of water that Jessie and James used to mop the floor.

"Hmhmm." Both Jessie and James said.

"What happen Domino, you looked fine when you first came in but now your face seems," Jessie started with a eyed smiled.

"A little pale." James ended, with a an eyed smiled as well.

With Cullen and Luna, they both made it to the spring.

Cullen immediately when to examine the spring, "The water hasn't been contaminated." He smiled and handed the vile to Luna.

Luna smiled and took a look for herself, "Thank goodness." She sighs in relief.

Back with Mewtwo, he was still inside the pinkish red light sphere and still resisting the effect.

"Pikachu!" Light called out.

"Pika Pika!" Clone Pikachu called out.

Mewtwo looked back and saw the gang and three cloned Pokémon, "I am glad that you are safe." He said, in relief.

Clone Pikachu smile, "Pika!"

Mewtwo groaned, "But I cannot handle this much longer!" He growled out.

Yuna looked up, "Mewtwo." She said.

Mewtwo looked at Yuna surprised, "How do you know my name?" He asked, he was sure he wiped out every memories of his encounter on New Island.

Yuna didn't want to say that she remembers, she had another way, "We heard you from Meowth." She replied. "You protected Light, Raichu and Betzalel from Team Rocket Leader."

"Thank you for protecting them. What can we do to help you?" Volkner asked.

"Stop these machines." Mewtwo replied, as he feels his body is weaken even more and pain is expanding.

Volkner took a look at these machines, "These machines are seal up pretty good." He commented. "I suggest Mewtwo, you don't try to attack from within the sphere because your already weaken and they'll damage you more if you attack from the inside. You might not survive."

Mewtwo barely gave a nod.

"Leave that to us. Charizard!" Alain called out his ace Pokémon.

"Char!" Charizard appeared with a roar.

"Charizard, Dragon Rage." Alain pointed toward the red machine.

"Raichu, Lightning and Pikachu. All of you use Thunder." Volkner commanded, pointing toward the dark navy blue machine.

Charizard fires a Dragon Rage and Raichu, Light and Clone Pikachu all fires a Thunder attack. Both attacks hits the machines and destroyed them.

Mewtwo was free, but he didn't have enough energy to levitate and he collapses onto the ground.

"Pikachu!" Clone Pikachu ran up to Mewtwo.

"..." Mewtwo lay weakly on the ground.

"Pikachu! Pika-Chu!" Clone Pikachu said, tugging on his hand.

"The spring?" Takato questioned.

"She's saying come to the spring Mewtwo." Meowth said.

"Of course, the water heal Pikachu maybe it could heal Mewtwo." Brock said.

"Well have to see." Yuna said.

"Your not going anywhere." Giovanni voice appeared from behind them.

The gang and Pokémon turned around and saw the Leader of Team Rocket, Domino and many Team Rocket agents.

"Mewtwo belongs to me and I alone will be the one to decide weather he will survive or not." Giovanni stated.

"We have to reject that!" Yuna shouted at him.

"Like were going to listen!" Alain said.

"We won't let you!" Brock said.

"That's right!" Mairin and Takato said.

Alain, Volkner, Brock, Mairin and Takato releases their Pokémon to battle against Team Rocket agents.

Alain; Charizard, Metagross, Shiny Gyarados and Gallade.

Volkner; Raichu, Electivire, Luxray and Jolteon.

Brock; Onix, Alolan Golem, Claydol, Solrock and Slugma.

Mairin; Chespie, Torra, Usagi and Ruby.

Takato; Zackary, Chesnaught, Brezeon and Heracross.

Meowth spotted James and Jessie in a cave, he ran towards them and they all went into hiding, avoiding their Boss.

"Yuna go." Volkner told his girlfriend.

Yuna nodded, "Kamui!" She said, and one of her Pokéball shook itself releasing the aura Pokémon.

"Mistress." Kamui said, giving a bow.

"Kamui help me with Mewtwo." Yuna said.

Kamui nodded and helped the clone Pokémon, staring up, placing his right arm over his shoulder and they began to walk.

"No!" Giovanni shouted out.

Then all the Clone Pokémon and Bug Pokémon, along with Sylva and Chouko appeared and surrounded Team Rocket.

"What!" Giovanni growled out. "So you wish to defy me as your Leader has. Very well then, I'll crash you too." He smirked.

Team Rocket agents released their Pokémon; seven Ryhorn, nine Rhydon, fifteen Taruos, eleven Onix, fifteen Golem, six Kingler, twelve Machoke, thirteen Machamp, ten Golbat, ten Venomoth, ten Primeape and nine Poliwrath.

[A/N: I don't know what Pokémon to add, but mostly power Pokémon. And remember most agents has the same Pokémon.]

As Yuna was carrying Mewtwo with the help of Kamui.

Mewtwo couldn't help but look at the aura Pokémon questionably.

Kamui notice the stare but easily ignore it, he can't blame the clone Pokémon for being curious because of his species are found in a different region.

"It's been a long time since we last met, hasn't it Mewtwo?" Yuna questioned with a smile.

Mewtwo looked at Yuna in surprise, "... How?"

"New Island, the first and last place we met. Alain and I are glad that you and the other Pokémon are safe... Well, technically not now anyway." Yuna said.

"How can you still remember when I used my powers to wipe out everyone's memories of me and my clones?"

"Technically you did wipe out everyone's memories involved but mine and Alain's were safe because of my aura activation of its own." Yuna explained, her aura had a mine of its own, "It protected us."

"Aura?" Mewtwo is not familiar with that word.

"Kamui can explain, since he knows a lot more than me." Yuna replied.

Kamui looked at Mewtwo and explained what Aura is and about his kind to be able to use Aura.

"... I see." Mewtwo continues to think, "You are a unique human, one of a kind." He said all the sudden.

Yuna blinked, she then smiled.

Kamui chuckled.

Back with Alain, Volkner, Mairin, Takato, Brock and all the Pokémon's that is battling against Team Rocket Pokémon's.

"Charizard, Blast Burn! Metagross, Hyper Beam! Gyarados, Dragon Rage! Gallade, Psycho Cut!" Alain commanded.

"Everyone Thunder!" Volkner commanded and some of the Clone Pokémon that knows 'Thunder' uses it to attack Team Rocket.

"Onix, Flash Cannon! Claydol and Solrock, Hyper Beam! Slugma, Flamethrower!" Brock ordered.

"Everyone use Leaf Storm!" Mairin said and like Volkner, some of the Pokémon that knows 'Razor Leaf' uses it.

"Zack use Shadow Ball! Chesnaught, Hammer Arm! Brezeon, Air Slash! Heracross, Mega Horn!" Takato ordered.

All Team Rocket agents and Pokémon all collapsed in defeat.

"We need to tie them up." Brock said.

"I got an idea. Bug-type Pokémon's who knows String Shot, use it to tie up Team Rocket." Alain commanded.

All the Bug-type that were there obeyed and use String Shot, tying up Team Rocket agents in group of three people together.

Mairin and Takato both looked around and couldn't find some people.

"Big brother! Big brother! The Boss of Team Rocket is gone!" Mairin exclaimed out.

"Yeah and the that jerk Domino is gone too!" Takato added.

"Seems like the Leader and Domino left during the battle." Volkner said.

"They must've went after to were Mewtwo is." Alain added.

"The spring." Brock said.

Sylva landed on Alain's shoulder.

Luna and Cullen turned around and saw Yuna with two unknown Pokémon with her.

"Yuna!" Luna said.

"What Pokémon is that?" Cullen asked.

"This is Mewtwo, he is really weak. He needs the spring water fast." Yuna answered, stopping in from of the spring.

"Yuna wait! You can't place that Pokémon in the water, it might contaminate the whole spring. This water has minerals human do." Cullen protested.

Yuna frowned and gave Cullen a slight glare, "Mewtwo is a Pokémon and no matter what I refuse to let him die! Kamui!" She shouted.

Kamui nodded and tossed Mewtwo into the spring.

When Mewtwo was in the spring water, as he sunk down, he was thinking, 'I've seen this place. I've been here before. Was it in my dreams, but this is no dream. I fill, new life, raising within me.' He saw a image of Mew looking at him and then flying past him, 'Mew... If these waters have the same restoring effect on me, as they do on other Pokémon... Pokémon who belong to this world... Could it be, that this world is my rightful place to...' He opened his eyes.

BOOM!

Yuna looked up seeing the Leader of Team Rocket helicopter, "There here." She said.

"Tell me where Mewtwo is!" Giovanni demanded and fires a red ball beam.

"Kamui, Aura Sphere!" Yuna countered.

Kamui launches an Aura Sphere, cancelling out the attack.

"Stop it, you can't come here to destroy the spring!" Cullen shouted out, angrily.

Giovanni didn't care, "Yes I can. This place belongs to me." He stated.

BURST!

Mewtwo emerges from the spring water, fully healed and restored of full strength, "You will not defile this place! It does not belong to you! Anymore than I do!" His eyed glowed blue and he uses his power.

Mewtwo powers continues to raise.

"This place has given me new life!"

Mewtwo Psychic powers surrounded the whole of Purity Lake.

"Now I should use all my powers to defend it!"

Soon the light died down.

Nighttime has arrived, Purity Lake is gone only leaving a crater.

Team Rocket agents stood around, as they were free.

"Whats happening!? What's going on?! Where is Mewtwo?!" Giovanni demanded an answer.

"The spring is gone." Cullen told Luna, sounding upset.

Luna took out a vile, "What about this sample?" She asked.

Cullen smiled and took the vile that contains the remaining spring water, "We maybe in luck, we may be able to create a sample similar to it in the lab." He said.

Luna looked up, "I wonder what happen to the kids and all the Pokémon." She said.

Purity Lake, the spring and all the Pokémon were inside Mount Quena.

Brock, Takato and Mairin were inside too, along with Jessie, James and Meowth.

Brock was impressed, "This is incredible. Mewtwo must've move the lake and spring of Mount Quena here, so they can be protected from humans." He explained.

"This is so cool!" Takato grinned and he notice someone missing, "Where is nee-chan?" He asked.

"Yeah, big brother and Volkner is not here also." Mairin added.

"So is Light and Raichu." Brock added.

Mewtwo was with Yuna, Alain, Volkner, Light and Raichu were all in another cave of Mount Quena.

Yuna looked at Mewtwo questionably, "Why did you separate us from the others Mewtwo?" She asked.

Alain and Volkner would also like to know the reason.

"I wish to speak with you all in private. When I was in pain from that man's machines and when I was being healed from the spring... I felt it all." Mewtwo explains, his emotions, "I felt everything that any Pokémon feels when it is in pain or recovering, even though I was cloned from the original Mew."

When Mewtwo said that, Yuffie let herself out of her Pokéball.

"Hiya Mewtwo!" Yuffie greeted, waving her tiny paws at him. "It's good to see you changed."

Mewtwo looked at his original in shock, "Mew."

Yuffie blinked, "Yes, but I'm called Yuffie now." She chirped, happily.

"How?"

"'Father' allowed me to go with Yuna. She's a pure-hearted trainer and a one of a kind, just like her mates." Yuffie answered as she twirled in the air.

"I see."

Volkner rubbed his forehead, tiredly.

"Right, thanks Yuffie... I was going to say this to you Mewtwo. Just because you are cloned from Mew that doesn't mean your not a Pokémon." Yuna told him.

"She's right. You can feel pain and other emotions just like any other Pokémon can." Volkner told Mewtwo.

"You are a Pokémon and most of all you are who you are." Alain finished.

Yuffie nodded, enthusiastically. "That's right!" She hugged his head.

Mewtwo face expression was hilarious, "..."

Light and Raichu laughed at the face expression.

Yuna giggled.

Alain and Volkner cracked a smile, amused.

Mewtwo sighs, but doesn't remove her and then nodded, "Your words eyes, speak the truth and honestly." He had a purple and pink Pokéball with the letter 'M' in white appeared floating above his hand.

Yuffie looked at the Pokéball, "Oh my, that's a Master Ball." She said.

"A Master Ball? Isn't that a Pokéball that can capture any Pokémon with trouble and fail. What's more, you don't even have to weaken the Pokémon at all." Yuna said, shocked.

"Why do you have one of those with you?" Volkner asked.

"This was at Team Rocket's Headquarter's when I first became their slave. They were saving this to capture Mew." Mewtwo answered.

Yuffie blinked, "Good thing that I can hide and evade." She muttered, she would not like it to be captured by Team Rocket with a Master Ball.

"I took it with me when I first escape from Team Rocket, so they wouldn't use this ever." Mewtwo shifted the Master Ball to Yuna, "I'm giving this to you because I want you to catch me Yuna."

Yuna eyed widen, "Huh?! Excuse me, what?!" She gasped.

"You and your mates have helped me understand about myself, but I want to learn more and I believe that being your Pokémon will help me understand more about the world." Mewtwo confessed.

"..." Yuna didn't know what to say. "... But are you sure, you want to be caught? I though you wanted to be a free Pokémon." She questioned.

"My desire and wish is to be captured by you, is my own free choice." Mewtwo told her, seriously, "Please."

"It's not a bad idea." Alain spoke up.

"Huh?" Yuna looked at her boyfriends for more answer.

"Think about, if Mewtwo is going to be out in the world, someone is bound to try and capture him because he is one of a kind Pokémon." Alain explained.

"Capturing Mewtwo is a safe course, so no one else can capture him." Volkner understood.

Mewtwo nodded, "That is correct."

"Go Yuna, capture Mewtwo!" Yuffie nudged.

Yuna sighs in defeat, "Okay." She took the Master Ball from the air and captured Mewtwo with it. "It's done. Huh?"

The Master Ball shook and released Mewtwo from within.

Mewtwo shook his head, feeling a bit dizzy, "Being in a Pokéball is more uncomfortable than I thought it would be." He groaned, he stared at the Master Ball like a villain.

Yuffie laughs, "You get use to it after a while big brother. Mine is quite comfortable!" She said.

"(Oh, so mine is the only one uncomfortable then.)" Light pouted, she hates the Pokéball, "(So not fair~)"

Raichu laughs.

"..." Mewtwo looked at Yuffie, "Did you call me big brother?" He questioned.

Yuffie nodded, cheerfully, "Yes because that who you are now to me. I may be your original but you said it yourself that you decide your own and that's not all, I always wanted to tell you that." She explained, excitedly, spinning around. "Also, no but if about it. End of conversation."

Yuna, Alain, Volkner, Light and Raichu can actually see Mewtwo has the older brother to Yuffie. Yuffie is very childish but she can be serious when she wants to be and that's rarely is.

Yuna lets out a laugh, "I take it that you would like to stay out of the Pokéball?" She questioned, looking at the Master Ball.

Mewtwo nodded, glad to change the subject and he has just accept Yuffie's request as her brother, "Yes and I wish to travel around the Pokémon world alone." He told her.

Yuna smiled, "Thats fine." She said.

Mewtwo then places his hand on top of the Master Ball and a purplish glow appeared and disappeared, "From now on, whenever you need me, just place your hand on the Master Ball and then you will be able to contact though me with telepathy." He told his new trainer.

"I understand." Yuna said.

"Now, I need to take care of one last thing." Mewtwo said and he teleported himself, Yuna, Alain, Volkner, Light and Raichu back to where the others were.

Volkner was able to get Yuffie back into her Cherish Ball before they reappeared were the others are, but not before Yuffie gave Mewtwo a another head hug, which he grumble at.

"Nee-chan! Volkner!" Takato exclaimed, happily.

"Big brother!" Mairin exclaimed.

"Your all okay?" Brock asked.

Yuna smiled and waved at them, "Were all fine." She replied.

Mewtwo turned to his fellow Clone Pokémon, "After everything that has happened, I have now decided that all of you shall now live in the wild outside of Mount Quena." He told them.

"Eevui Eevui." Clone Eevee spoke up.

"You ask me, that you and others will be living in the world where all the other Pokémon's live?" Mewtwo asked.

"Eevui!" Clone Eevee nodded.

"Yes, I now realise that we all have the right to decide what we want to do with our lives, even though we are Clone Pokémon." Mewtwo answered, "So you will all live in your natural habitats, in the wild."

The Clone Pokémon began to cheer and cry out loudly, they all wanted to leave Mount Quena. They want to discover the outside world and live with other wild Pokémon in peace.

Mewtwo looked at the gang, "I would appreciate it that you do not speak about this to anyone." He told them.

"Don't worry." Yuna said.

"Yuna is right. Beside were not one to talk to people about private areas." Alain said.

Alain and Yuna avoid large crowd areas.

"Yeah, especially all what happen today." Brock said, he sounds exhausted.

"We won't tell anyone either." Three voice spoke up from the behind the gang.

The gang and Mewtwo turned around and saw James, Jessie and Meowth.

"Jessie, James and Meowth." Takato and Mairin said.

Jessie stepped forward, "It's true, we may be members of Team Rocket but this is something that's worth kidding a secret even from the Boss." She explained.

"That's right, especially with all the bad things that the Boss and the other agents did." James added.

"Yeah, even I know how to keep secrets." Meowth said.

Mewtwo understood that the gang, Jessie and James would never reveal their secrets of Mount Quena, so he allow them to keep their memories.

But Mewtwo intends to erase the memories of Giovanni, Domino and all the Team Rocket agents of Mount Quena, Mewtwo himself and of the Clone Pokémon's. So that they won't never come after Mewtwo and the Clone Pokémon's ever again and nor they can disturb Mount Quena again.

Mewtwo also wanted to erase Luna Carson and Cullen Calix's memories of Mount Quena because their desire to researching the spring water would put the spring in jeopardy.

Then Mewtwo uses his Psychic powers to teleport all the Clone Pokémon's to different locations to live a new life.

"Pikachu Pika!" Clone Pikachu was speaking with Light.

"Pika!" Light smiled and nodded.

Clone Pikachu smiled, "Pika!" She nodded.

Mewtwo chuckled, "It's seems like Pikachu would like to go with you Yuna."

"Say what?" Yuna blinked.

"Let me guess, Pikachu here sees Light like a sister of hers?" Alain questioned. It's not really a problem since Clone Pikachu is cloned from Light.

"It appeared so and Raichu as her brother." Volkner added. Seeing as Light is Raichu's mate.

"Your not giving me a choice huh you two? Or three?" Yuna eyed Light, Clone Pikachu and Raichu's expression.

Clone Pikachu nodded and pointed to Yuna, "Pikachu!"

"I'm curious. If the Clone Pokémon are able to reproduce would they be able to evolve?" Alain asked Mewtwo.

"Yes. I have given all the original abilities of the originals. So they are cable of evolving." Mewtwo answered.

Yuna perked up at that, "Thats great. Pikachu how would you like to become an Alolan Raichu?" She asked.

Clone Pikachu titled her head in questioned, "Pika?"

Yuna showed an image of an Alolan Raichu on her Pokédex, "This is an Alolan Raichu. They are part Electric and Psychic." She explained.

Pikachu stared at the image for a couple of seconds and nodded, she pointed at the image, "Pikachu!" She smiled, brightly at Yuna.

Yuna smiled, "Thats great. Your name from now on is Asuka." She said.

'Asuka' blinked at her new name, "Pikachu Pika!" She smiled.

"I'll take you to the Alola Region after some training." Yuna told Asuka and taking out a Friend Ball and captured her.

Mewtwo smiled, "Thank you all." He said. 'If we are able to look to the future as other Pokémon do. We must also be able to look to the past. The shame of that past is not ours...'

'It's belongs to those who use our past to set us apart, to ensure the safety of all my fellow Pokémon and of this healing place. I will clear only the memories of those who seek to destroy them.'

And so together with all the wild Butterfree's powder; all of Team Rocket's memories, Luna and Cullen's memories of Mount Quena and Mewtwo were all erased from their minds.

Back at Mount Quena, Mewtwo said his goodbye to the humans and flew off into the sky to see the world.

The gang and Team Rocket left Mount Quena in a Pikachu head and Meowth head hot air balloons.

Mewtwo has used his powers to teleport all Team Rocket Leader and agents away from Mount Quena to an unknown area.

All the Combat Unit agents looked around confused.

Giovanni looked around, confused also, "009 why are we here? What's the Combat Unit doing?" He asked.

Domino didn't know either, "Maybe were on some kind of a secret mission." She replied.

"Secret mission? What kind of secret mission?" Giovanni demanded.

Domino glared at her Boss, "I don't know anymore than you do, but if we don't get out of here now, it won't be a secret." She answered, annoyed.

"Hmph, we should withdraw our forces at once. It's strange, I feel like I have been utterly defeated." Giovanni said.

"Meow meow?" Persian blinked, confused as well but then lick itself.

Team Rocket Leader, Domino and the rest of Team Rocket left in their helicopters immediately, before they were spotted by anyone.

As for Luna and Cullen, well they both had forgotten everything about what happened on Mount Quena and what they discovered there.

The bus that arrives once a month has returned, Luna and Cullen were waiting for it at the Bus Stop.

The bus driver opens the bus doors, "Luna called and said you might need a ride back to the city so I- Huh, don't you even have a backpack?" She looked at  Cullen confused.

"I won't be going back. Luna and I discovered that we have a lot in common besides research." Cullen answered.

"Huh?" The bus driver looked, surprised.

Luna and Cullen both smiled at each other.

With the incident on Mount Quena now over with, the gang could now continue their journey.

Yuna was fiddling with the Master Ball in her pocket, she was thinking of a way to keep in on her, so far it is keep in her pocket but she needs to make a accessorise around it. But she was glad that she'll be able to communicate with Mewtwo if anything happens to him or she needs help.

"Wahh, I can't believe that Mewtwo is caught my you Yuna." Mairin said.

"I'm surprised myself Mai... I never thought that Mewtwo would ever want to be caught by anyone." Yuna said, smiling.

"Mewtwo probably found a friend in you Yuna," Brock said, "which is why he wanted you to capture him."

"Your right about that." Alain and Volkner both agreed.

Yuna gave a bright smile in response.

So Yuna and Mewtwo were now partners.

Mewtwo knew that he would never be a servant to Yuna, but as her friend and family, he'll be there to help if asked and needed.
