The pride of Pallet Town began her Pokémon Journey on her 10th Birthday, that's the day she qualified to become a Pokémon Trainer.

Professor Oak gave Yuna her first Pokédex that contains information on all sorts of Pokémon in the world. Yuna has also ready has her Pokémon, in fact four already.

Yuna's partner Pokémon is the Mouse Pokémon; Pikachu who is named Lightning or Light. They have been together for many years now.

"Pikachu!" Light beamed, happily.

Together Yuna and her Pokémon's are determine to fulfill your dream to become the World Greatest Pokémon Master.

Joining them on their quest is...

Takato Courage Tidus Ketchum her little brother, a happy going person and his first Pokémon and partner Zachary or Zack, a Poochyena, the Bite Pokémon, found in the Hoenn Region.

"Arf!" Zack bark, wagging his tail.

Alain Sycamore, who is part Pokémon Trainer and fully a Pokémon Researcher, he assists his Grandpa; the Kalos Region, Professor Augustine Sycamore. He is Yuna's boyfriend for two years now. His partner is Charizard who has achieved Mega Evolution, through the battles and bond.

"Charr!" Charizard roared out with flames.

Mairin Sycamore, Alain's little sister, who is an outgoing but also a trouble magnet, better be careful and her partner Chespie; Chespin, the Spiny Nut Pokémon, a Kalos Region Grass-Type Starter, a gift from her Grandpa and who is always there to keep an eye out for his trainer.

"Chespin Ches." Chespin nodded.

And finally Brock Stone, a Pokémon Breeder and Doctor in training, who will someday achieve his dream.

In a large forest, a small green fairy-like Pokémon flew through the forest quickly, like it was running away from something or some Pokémon.

"Doom!" A Pokémon growled out, chasing after the Pokémon.

"Brii!" The Pokémon is Celebi, the Time Travel Pokémon, a Psychic and Grass-type. It flew through the forest, avoiding the branches. "Bii! Bii! Biii! Bii!"

"Rarghh!" Houndoom charged towards Celebi and to bite it.

"Bii!" Celebi spun around, avoiding the Houndoom attack and flew up higher.

"Scyther!" The scythe Pokémon appeared and attacked the Time Travel Pokémon. "Scyther!"

"Brii!" Celebi dodges the scythe Pokémon attacks.

"Scyther! Scyth!" Scyther hits the time travel Pokémon but it was protected.

"Bri!" Celebi crashes into a branch and fell to the ground but quickly manages to continue flying.

"Rargh!" Houndoom continues its chase.

In another part of the forest, a young boy with brown hair and blue-purple eyes, was walking through the woods, looking around.

"Uh, ah." The boy smiled when he reached a area that looks like an entrance, he continues to walk.

"If your going in be careful." A young female voice called out.

"Huh?" The boy looked up and saw a young lady with girl green hair and green eyes, she wore a traditional tribe-like outfit and a white scarf covering her head.

The young lady ran down the entrance of the forest, carefully and quickly and she was holding a basket, she landed in front of the boy, "Don't forget, if you heard a 'voice in the forest', don't more a muscle." She warned.

"Huh?" The boy was confused.

The young lady blinked, surprised, "Don't tell me you don't know about it." She questions.

"I haven't... Whats the Voice of the Forest?" The boy asked, confused.

"Well, it's only a Legend but everyone around here believes it." The young lady looked towards the forest, "They say that there is a sound you can hear when the spirits that protects the forest is Time Travelling."

"Time travelling?"

The young lady looked back at the boy, "That's one of its special powers. It can go back and forth, between the past and the future."

"Wow." The boy looked through the entrance.

"So, if you hear a weird sound, stop and stay completely still. If the spirit catches you, it can carry you off to a different time."

"Don't worry, I'll be careful." The boy said, "My name is Sam."

The young lady smiled, "I'm Towa."

Sam began to walk, "Thanks and bye." He headed towards the entrance of the forest.

"Wait, Sam." Towa called out.

Sam stopped and looked back, "Huh?"

Towa present him a bread, "It's a loaf of bread I made, that is full of berries from the forest. It might come in handy if you get hungry." She wrapped the loaf of bread up and gave it to the boy. "Here."

Sam took the bread, "Thank you Miss Towa, I appreciate it. Bye." He continues on his walk.

Inside the forest, was beautiful fill with nature life.

"Furret? Furret!" The long body Pokémon ears twitched and ran off.

Celebi appeared, flying weakly and Houndoom behind it.

"Scyther!" The scythe Pokémon appeared and attack the time travel Pokémon.

"Bii Bii." Celebi avoided the attacks.

"Rarghh!" Houndoom fires a Flamethrower attack.

"Bii!" Celebi used Protect and protected itself from the Flamethrower, it then bounce as Scyther's scythe hits it, falling into the flower batch.

"Rarrr!" Houndoom growled at it.

"Scyther." Scyther landed on the ground, staring at the fallen Pokémon.

A motorcycle sound was heard and a man appeared with it, with a small cage attached to the back of it.

"You've been given me the slip for a long time." The man said, as he took out a red orb, which changed into a shape, "But you won't today." He tossed it and it changed into a metal cage.

"Bii!" Celebi dodges the cage and flew away, quickly.

"Don't let it get away. Let's go!" The man ordered his Scyther and Houndoom.

Both Scyther and Houndoom went after the time travel Pokémon again.

The man followed his Pokémon.

"Bii Biii Bii." The time travel Pokémon flew through the forest, unbalance, "BII BIIIIII!" It cried out, loudly.

Back with Sam, he looked up from his sketch pad when he heard the cry.

"Bellossom!" Three Bellossom looked around and ran away.

Sam heard some rustling noises from the bushes and out came an Oddish, two Rattata, two Pidgey, a Male and Female Nidoran. He moves out of the way as they ran past him.

"Huh!" Sam looked shocked as the time travel Pokémon flew past him.

"Rarghh!" Houndoom ran past Sam.

"Scyther!" Scyther flew past Sam as well.

Sam didn't have a good feeling and so he quickly pick up his backpack and went after the Pokémon.

As Sam was running through the forest he came to a stop and saw the Pokémon trapped between Scyther's scythe and Houndoom growling at it.

"Bii." Celebi said, weakly.

"Let it go! Two against one is fair!" Sam yelled out.

Both Scyther and Houndoom looked towards Sam and Houndoom fires a Flamethrower attack.

Sam avoids the flames and Celebi opened its eyes, it's eyes glowed yellow and then vines started to wrap around Scyther and Houndoom.

"Bii Bii." Celebi weakly flew towards the boy and then it collapsed into the boy arms, "Bii!" It cried out.

"Huh." Sam looked up as he heard the sound of a motorcycle.

The man caught up and saw the boy and his target with the boy, "Alright, hand over that Celebi." He demanded.

Sam looked down at the Pokémon in his arms, "Celebi?" He then stood up, "Why should I hand it over, what do you want with it?" He asked.

"I'm a Pokémon Hunter kid." The man answered, "I make good money from rare Pokémon. First I capture them and then I auction them up to the highest bidders." He held out his device.

"Well your not getting your hands on this Pokémon." Sam said.

"Give it to me!" The man demanded.

Sam held Celebi tighter, "No! Go away!" He shouted back and ran off.

"Bii..." Celebi said, weakly.

The Pokémon Hunter chased both Sam and Celebi through the forest.

"BIIIIIII!" Celebi cries out.

As Celebi cried out the forest began to glow and have a sound of ring to it.

Towa stood up from the entrance of the forest and looked at the lights and sound coming from the forest, "Could that be time travelling?" She said, looking at the glowing trees.

Sam collapses onto the ground, dropping his sketch pad and he looked at Celebi, "Huh?"

"BIIIII!" Celebi cries out again but louder.

The forest continues glow and glow.

Celebi began to glow and the glow went larger and larger, surround Sam and it and then they vanished from the forest.

It's has been forty years since Celebi and Sam both vanished from the forest and the Pokémon Hunter who chased after it is now an old man with grey hair, he slammed against a metal wall in his caravan by someone and behind the man is a Sneasel.

It was a big muscular man, wearing a big iron masked. This man is called the Iron-Masked Marauder, a member of Team Rocket.

"I'll tell you why I am here." Iron-Masked Marauder grabbed the Old Pokémon Hunter by the face, "I'm here because I heard a story that you almost caught a Celebi somewhere in this forest about 40 years ago." He said.

"I'm still a Pokémon Hunter! I'm not going to tell you anything." The Old Pokémon Hunter told the Masked Man.

Iron-Masked Marauder just chuckled, evilly, "We'll see about that." He grabbed the old Pokémon Hunter and dragged him outside towards the cages that the Pokémon Hunter has captured and locked in.

"Arg..." The Old Pokemon Hunter groaned as he was thrown to the ground.

"Okay." Iron-Masked Marauder nodded towards his Pokémon.

"Sneasel Sneasel!" The sharp claw Pokémon ran towards the cage that has a Tyranitar in it and it slashed the cage, destroying the bars.

The Tyranitar that was in the cage, hesitate to walk out, it timidity looked around, unsure what to do.

Iron-Masked Marauder took a Pokéball that was attached to his red metal vest, he enlarged it and it began a black Pokéball.

"What's that thing?" The Old Pokémon Hunter asked, he has never seen anything like that before.

"A Dark Ball."

"What's it do?"

Iron-Masked Marauder smirked, "Allow me to demonstrate." He tosses the Dark Ball towards the Tyranitar.

Tyranitar was captured in the Dark Ball with a black and purple outline and the Dark Ball returned back to the Iron-Masked Man with purple static electricity around it.

"The Pokémon I catch with a Dark Ball becomes evil Pokémon and their power instantly increases to the highest level. Come on out Tyranitar!" Iron-Masked Marauder sent out the armor Pokémon.

The Dark Ball materialises the armor Pokémon with a black and purple outline to it, that's not all, the Tyranitar that was timid looking before, nows look more ferocious than ever and it's skin colour was a little darker than normal.

"Roar!" Tyranitar roared out.

"Hyper Beam attack." Iron-Masked Marauder ordered, with a smirk on his face.

The Dark Tyranitar fires a Hyper Beam attack destroying the ranch windmill and then it continues to attack everything else.

The Old Pokémon Hunter watched in horror, "No, please it's going to destroy everything." He pleaded.

"Roarrr!" Tyranitar roared as it continued to attack everything on the ranch of the Pokémon Hunter.

"Alright! Alright! I'll show you." The Old Pokémon Hunter gave in, "I'll show you the spot where I found that Celebi!"

The Masked Man smirked then laughed, evilly, in triumphant, "Ahahahaha Hahaha hahah! I thought you see it my way." He said.

CHOOOO!

Today we find our friends waiting for a ferry that will carry them to yet another Pokémon Gym as they continued their Johto Region Journey.

Brock, Mairin and Takato are ready, the passengers are hurrying aboard and its almost time for the boat to leave.

Where are Yuna, Alain and Light?!

"Where is big brother and Yuna?" Mairin asked, with a frown on her face. "If they don't come soon, they'll miss the boat."

"Nee-chan went to pick up something from the Pokémon Centre and Alain went with her." Takato said.

"Takato, call Alain and ask them where they are?" Brock said to the youngest Ketchum.

"Roger." Takato said and took out his PokéGear, searching for Alain's Holo Caster number and clicked on it.

After a few rings...

{"Hello."} Alain voice was heard.

"Alain, where are you and Yuna? The boat is about to leave." Brock told the oldest Sycamore.

{"Right, sorry were in a middle of a battle. Hold on... Murkrow, Dark Pulse."} Alain said.

"Unbelievable..." Mairin said.

"A Pokémon Battle now of all time." Takato added. "They'll going to be late."

{"Light use Electro Ball."} Yuna's voice was heard through the Holo Caster.

"Nee-chan!"

"Big brother!"

The two youngest siblings whined.

Yuna chuckled, as she heard them whine, {"Don't worry we'll be there with Elena's help."} She said.

Brock groaned, "Alright, see you two on the boat." He said.

{"Okay."} Alain hanged up.

"Let's get on the boat and we'll wait for them there." Brock told the two kids.

"Okay." Mairin and Takato sighs and headed towards the boat with Brock.

Before Takato had called Alain, Yuna just finished picking up her package from someone when they both were challenged by two kids, they are twins.

"Who are you two?" Yuna asked, she can tell that they are twins.

"My name is Dundee Birnbaum and I'm the oldest twin," The boy introduces, himself with an Australian accent.

"I'm Amy Birnbaum, the youngest twin," The girl introduces, herself with an Australian accent as well. She had short dark brown hair and black eyes, wearing a blue shirt with a yellow vest over the top and blue skirt with a pair of blue sneakers.

"And were the best Tag-Battle Pokémon trainers in the whole town." They both proclaimed.

[A/N: Twins, why not. Amy Birnbaum is the name of the English Voice Actor of Dundee.]

"Pikachu?" Light blinked.

"We challenge you two," Dundee started.

"To a Tag-Battle." Amy ended.

Yuna and Alain looked at each other, they both nodded.

"I'm Yuna and this is Alain, we accept your challenge Dundee, Amy." Yuna said.

"Pika!" Light said, as she jumped of her trainers shoulder and is ready to battle.

"Murkrow." Alain sent out the darkness Pokémon.

"Murkrow!" The darkness Pokémon appeared.

"Go Croconaw!" Dundee sent out the big jaw Pokémon.

"Croconaw!" The big jaw Pokémon, snapped its jaws, ready to battle.

"Go Azumarill!" Amy sent out the aqua rabbit Pokémon.

"Azumarill!" Azumarill smiled as it appeared.

"Croconaw use Hydro Pump!" Croconaw launches a burst of water towards the mouse Pokémon.

"Azumarill use Bubble Beam!" Azumarill took a deep breath and blew out bubbles towards the mouse Pokémon as well.

"Murkrow, pick up Light and Steel Wing." Murkrow drove down and swooped past Light, who jumped into his back.

"Light use Iron Tail." Light jumped into the back of the darkness Pokémon, avoiding the Hydro Pump and Bubble Beam attack.

"Murkrow!" Murkrow flew towards the big jaw Pokémon and aqua rabbit Pokémon, he flew upwards quickly.

"Pika!" Light jumped off Murkrow before he flew upwards and hit the big jaw Pokémon with an Iron Tail.

"Croconaw!" Dundee exclaimed out.

The darkness Pokémon turned around quickly and struck the aqua rabbit Pokémon with its metallic colour wing.

"Oh no!" Amy exclaimed as well. "Azumarill!"

Both Croconaw and Azumarill were both sent sliding across the ground, till they stopped and both stood up, ready to continue.

"Croconaw use Rock Tomb to trap Pikachu!"

"Croconnawww!" Croconaw roared out and tombs of rock appeared around Light.

"Pika!" Light looked around herself.

"Now Azumarill use Ice Beam!"

"Azumarilllll!" The aqua rabbit Pokémon fires an icy blue beam towards the trapped mouse Pokémon.

"Murkrow, drive down and use Heat Wave." Murkrow drove down and flapped his wings, releasing waves of heat from it, stopping the Ice Beam attack.

"Light, Quick Attack and Electroweb!" Light jumped out of the Rock Tomb and dashed towards the big jaw Pokémon, tackling it out of the way and she spun, releasing a web of electricity towards the aqua rabbit Pokémon.

"Azumarill look out!" Amy called out.

Azumarill looked and then a web of electricity, hits it and trapping it, "Azumarillll!" It was shocked.

"Murkrow use-"

RING RING RING! Alain's Holo Caster rang and vibrated.

"Um?" Alain picked up the called seeing it was Takato's, "Hello."

{"Alain, where are you and Yuna? The boat is about to leave."} Brock voice was heard, telling the couple.

"Murkrow!" Murkrow drove down and fires a Shadow Ball towards the big jaw Pokémon.

"Metal Claw Croconaw!" Dundee shouted out.

"Croconaw!" Croconaw deflects the Shadow Ball away and made its way to the trapped Azumarill, it used its Metal Claw to grab the Electroweb and removed it.

Azumarill perked up and nodded, it shook its body, ready to continue.

"Azumarill use Dazzling Gleam!" Amy commanded.

Azumarill fires a light pink sparkling beam towards the darkness Pokémon.

"Right, sorry were in a middle of a battle. Hold on... Murkrow, Dark Pulse." Alain said.

"Murkrowww!" Murkrow counters it with his Dark Pulse, cancelling the Dazzling Gleam attack.

{"Unbelievable...} Mairin voice was heard.

{"A Pokémon Battle now of all time. They'll going to be late."} Takato voice was heard, as well.

"Light use Electro Ball." Yuna said.

"Pika-Pika Pika-Pi" Light tosses the Electro Ball at the big jaw Pokémon.

"Croconawwwww!" It cried out in pain.

{"Nee-chan!"}

{"Big brother!"}

To two oldest siblings can hear the two youngest siblings whining.

Yuna chuckled, as she heard them whine, "Don't worry we'll be there with Elena's help." She said.

Brock groaned, {"Alright, see you two on the boat."} He said.

"Okay." Alain said and he hang up, placing the Holo Caster away. "We should get going."

Yuna smiled brightly at Alain, "Sure!" She said.

"Murkrow use Rain Dance." Alain said.

Murkrow fires a blue orb into the air and the dark clouds appeared, over Croconaw and Azumarill.

"Light use Thunder." Yuna said.

"Pikachuuuuuu!" Light fires a strong bolt of lightning into the Rain Dance clouds and lightning started to appear within them.

Both Birnbaum twins began to pale as the dark clouds darken, 'Uh oh... This is not good...' They both thought.

The Thunder Dance thunder struck down and hits the big jaw and aqua rabbit Pokémon directly.

Both Pokémon cried out in pain and collapsed onto the ground with swirling eyes, burned marks on them.

The Birnbaum twins sighs in defeat, "Return." They both returned their unconscious Pokémon back to their Pokéball.

"Great job Light." Yuna praised her partner.

"Pika!" Light have a thumb up.

"You too Murkrow." Alain praised his Pokémon, before returning it.

"Thanks for the great battle." Dundee said.

"Yeah and we get stronger! Your battle was the best and challenging we ever had." Amy commented.

"Your welcome." Alain said.

"And thanks as well. Elena." Yuna sent out the embrace Pokémon.

"Mistress." Elena appeared with an elegance.

Amy awed at the embrace Pokémon appearance.

"Elena, Teleport us to where Brock and the others are now, the docks." Yuna said.

"Of course." Elena nodded.

"Bye!" Yuna waved before she and Alain were teleported away with Elena.

"I'm so going to get a Gardevoir! And big brother you should get a Gallade!" Amy pointed out.

Dundee sweat dropped, "We should find ourselves Ralts first." He deadpanned.

Amy pouted, "But not around here~"

Dundee sighs and headed towards the Pokémon Centre to get his Croconaw, heal up.

"W-Wait up!" Amy chased after her twin.

Yuna, Alain, Light and Elena appeared in front of the ferry, before it took off.

Yuna quickly returned Elena and stepped onto the ferry with Alain, behind her.

"Made it." Yuna smiled.

Brock, Takato and Mairin went up to the couple.

"Nice one nee-chan." Takato said.

"So, what did you collect from the Pokémon Centre Yuna?" Brock asked.

"Oh that..." Yuna took out a familiar gold and silver Pokéball from her purple pouch that she has attacked to her waist and showed it to them.

"Eh? The GS Ball." Mairin gasped.

"It's back." Takato said.

"But why? Wasn't Kurt trying to figure out the origin of the GS Ball." Brock added.

"Kurt said something strange happened with the GS Ball." Alain spoke up.

"Something strange?" Takato and Mairin said, confused.

"Remember when we visit Ilex Forest, after we visit Azalea Town?"

Brock, Takato and Mairin nodded.

"You know the shrine that was in Ilex Forest as well."

"Yes..."

"Kurt told us on the phone that when he took the GS Ball with him to the shrine in Ilex Forest, the GS Ball began to glow a bit in front of the shrine." Yuna explained.

"Really?"

"Pretty much." Yuna nodded, "Kurt thinks that the GS Ball may be related to the Protector of the Forest." She said.

"But why did Kurt sent it to us here? We're nowhere near Ilex Forest?" Brock questioned.

"There is actually another forest with the shrine dedicated to the Protector of the Forest, it's a bit far from where we are now." Alain answered, he already searched for the shrine, after Kurt has mentioned it.

"Kurt said that we might be able to solve the mystery of the GS Ball, if we take the GS Ball to the shrine there." Yuna said, looking at the GS Ball in her hand, "I want us to go there to see if Kurt's theory is right."

"Sounds an interesting theory and I can't wait." Brock said. "We have been waiting for a long time for an answer."

"It's better than nothing." Takato said.

"It's worth a try." Mairin said.

"Pikapi." Light nodded.

"Wait, wait, wait! Which forest is it? How are we going to get to whichever forest it is?" Mairin asked, suddenly.

"Yeah, which is it?" Takato asked, as well or repeating.

"It's next to a hometown called Arborville." Alain answered.

"And I can get you there kids." A male voice spoke up from behind the gang.

"Wha?" Yuna blinked.

"I'm Takashi White but call me Mr. White, everyone around here does." The man gave a laugh. "And I'm the owner of this ferry."

"Nice to meet you Mr. White. But how can you help us, if you don't mind me asking." Yuna questioned.

"My hometown is Arborville." Mr. White replied, simply. "We can get of at the next stop and I'll take you all the way with my boat."

"Oh! That's great than." Yuna said, happily. "Thank you."

Light ears twitched and she turned around seeing the Legendary Pokémon from before when they entered the Johto Region, in the forest, "Pi Pika! (Its you!)" She exclaimed, happily.

Yuna turned around and saw the Legendary Pokémon of Johto, "It's you. Suicune." She said, awed.

Suicune stared at Yuna once again before running off into the forest.

"Wah, still pretty." Mairin said.

'But still for Suicune to show up again and here...' Alain thought, 'Something is bound to happen.'

"Didn't you say that Suicune is one of the Legendary Beast or something Alain?" Brock questioned.

"Yes." Alain took out his Holo Caster and pulled up an image of the Three Legendary Beast of Johto, showing it. "Here. We already seen Entei." Alain's talking about the incident with Entei and the Unown.

"Which is this?" Takato pointing towards the yellow sabertooth-like tiger, it looks really cool.

"It's Raikou, the Thunder Pokémon." Alain replied.

"Awe, wow, they all look sooo cool." Takato said.

"Wait till you see the Forest, there are hundreds of Pokémon in there." Mr. White told the gang.

"Yay! Can't wait to see them all!" Mairin cheered.

Mr. White laughs.

When the ferry reached the next dock, the gang made a phone call to Professor Oak.

Yuna explained to Professor Oak about Kurt's theory of the GS Ball and they heading for the forest in Arborville.

["Hmm, it seems there is a lot to the GS Ball than I thought there would. When you are done examining the shrine in the forest, do tell me exactly what happened with the GS Ball."] Professor Oak asked.

"Will do Professor Oak." Yuna said, "Oh and another thing, we met Suicune again."

["Ohoho, wonderful. Suicune is a magnificent Pokémon, because it's said that it has the power to purity tainted water."] Professor Oak told them.

"Have you seen a Suicune before Professor Oak?" Brock asked.

Professor Oak nodded, ["Yes, in the past."]

"Wow. Whe-"

"Hey kids! Were about to leave!" Mr. White voice called out.

"Let's go!" Mairin said, running.

"Sorry Professor Oak, but we gotta go. Bye, we'll call you again later!" Yuna said, ending the call and left.

Back at Pallet Town, Professor Oak's Lab.

Professor Oak sighs, he was in thought of the GS Ball, "Ever since I saw the GS Ball something about it seems familiar to me and just looking at the picture of Suicune make me think of the past." He said, to himself, looking at the picture of the GS Ball, Suicune and Celebi? "I wonder if I should have told Yuna about it before she left for Johto or before she even started becoming a Pokémon Trainer?"

The gang were now on a motor boat with Mr. White, travelling down a river.

The gang was enjoying the scenery as they cross the river.

"Alright." Mr. White said, as he stopped the boat at the waterfall.

"What do we do now?" Mairin asked, worriedly.

"Don't worry." Mr. White replied, calmly. "You'll see." He presses a few buttons on his boat and then the hydrofoils on the boat blew up like balloons.

"..." The gang watched.

Then boat began to float into the air like a small blimp.

"Pi..." Light blinked.

"Sooo cool!" Takato exclaimed, excitingly, "A boat that can change."

The small blimp flew over the waterfall and into the sky.

"Well, were here." Mr. White said.

The gang looked confused.

"Here? But where?" Yuna asked, confused.

"Look closer." Mr. White told them.

When they headed through the tall large trees, pass the branches, the gang saw lots of treehouses.

"Treehouses?" Brock said, shocked and flabbergasted.

"That's right Brock. Welcome to Arborville." Mr. White said.

"Wow, I've never seen anything like it." Mairin said, awed.

"Amazing structures." Alain commented, how the treehouses are built.

"Yeah." Yuna agreed.

Mr. White landed his small blimp on one of the treehouses, which was his home.

The gang were now walking along a path, through the forest, towards the entrance of forest that Sam had walked in, forty years ago.

As the gang were getting near the entrance.

"Stop right there!" A old woman voice called out.

"Huh?" The gang stopped and looking up, they saw a old woman standing on a treehouse built near the entrance.

"I suppose you kids are going into the forest to look for Pokémon?" The old woman question.

"Yes ma'am, we are." Yuna responses.

"Than your going to love what you see in there." A young woman voice spoke up, from behind the gang.

The gang turned around, seeing a young woman with green hair and wearing a pink shirt with blue jeans.

"My name is Diana and that's my grandma Towa, she's been guarding the entrance to the forest since she was my age." The young lady explained.

"Listen for the Voice of the Forest and if you heard it. Stop and be still or you will not get away." Towa warned the gang.

"Voice of the Forest, huh?" Yuna muttered.

"It's an odd village legend." Diana said.

"Yes, it's a legend and a true one." Towa said, "If you heard one. Stop were you are."

Yuna gave a small bow to the old woman, "Thank you for the warning." She said. "We'll be careful."

The gang walked through the tunnel and entered the forest.

"I wonder what Diana's grandmother meant by the 'Voice of the Forest'?" Brock questioned.

"Maybe the wind?" Takato started.

"The trees?" Mairin continues.

"The water?"

"Or maybe the voices of the Pokémon?" Brock cuts in.

Yuna gave a small laugh, then she senses a air changing. "Um?" She blinked.

Suddenly a green, yellow and blue light appeared.

"Okay... What is happening?" Takato asked.

"Maybe its the 'Voice of the Forest'." Mairin guessed.

Alain looked around them, "More like something is happening." He said.

Yuna's Aura perked up and senses something about to appeared, "Um, there is a large amount of Psychic happening." She started to ran in the direction where her Aura is leading her.

Alain, Brock, Takato and Mairin followed after the oldest Ketchum.

What was happening was that Celebi had just time traveled with Sam, from forty years ago and into the present time or to Sam the future.

Celebi laid Sam's unconscious body on the ground carefully and freed itself from the boys arm.

"Bii... Bii Bii." Celebi flew weakly, to hide itself, behind the forest shrine.

The gang arrived in the scene, as soon as Celebi just hid itself.

Yuna was surprise to see someone, "Huh? It's a kid." She said, he looked ten years old.

"Is he okay?" Mairin asked.

Alain checked the kids pulse, "He's still breathing." He said.

"Let's take him back to Diana's house." Brock said.

"Okay." Takato said.

Alain helped place Sam onto Brock's back, to piggyback him and he, Takato and Mairin ran ahead to Diana's house.

Yuna looked around, "Still... What was that all about?" She muttered and Aura felt a presence, it was weak. "This presence..."

Celebi weakly flew away from the area.

"Yu?" Alain said, looking at his girlfriend, who was looking around the area and he notice a small glow coming from the small purple pouch that Yuna has the GS Ball stored temporarily in, 'What?'

"Hm, nothing." Yuna said, taking hold of her boyfriend hand, running to catch up with Brock, Takato and Mairin.

'That was strange.' Alain thought.

The gang soon reached Diana's house.

"Hey! Miss Diana!" Takato shouted out first. "Miss Diana!"

"We need help!" Mairin shouted out, "We need help!"

Diana and Towa were confused by the shouting.

"Oh dear, what's happened?" Towa asked.

Diana and Towa both began to climb down the ladder.

"Hmm..." Sam started to move.

"His waking up." Brock said, he place Sam off his back and onto the ground, "Are you okay?"

Sam shook his head, he remembered the last moment and snapped his eyes opened, "What did you do to that Celebi?!" He demanded, grabbing Brock by the shirt.

"A Celebi?" Yuna and Alain said, surprised and looked at each.

Brock patiently calm the kid down, "Calm down. Easy there." He told the kid.

Sam stopped and let's go of Brock's shirt, "Huh?" He looked around confused, he doesn't recognise this area, "Where am I?" He asked. "How did I get here?"

"Brock, place you on his back and carried you all the way here." Takato answered, with a straight face.

Mairin snorted, covering up her laugh.

"What's going on?" Diana asked, as she reached the bottom.

"Well, we found him unconscious when we were in the forest." Yuna told them.

Towa when she reached the ground, she looked at the kid in shock and ran to kid and grabbed him by the shoulders, "I can't believe it. It's really you." She said.

"Huh?" Sam blinked, confused.

"You've came back." Towa said and hugged the confused kid, "Thank goodness."

The gang was confused themselves.

"Erm, grandma, where did he come back from?" Diana asked.

"Diana I told you about what happened when I was a young girl." Towa looked at her granddaughter, releasing the poor confused, lost kid. "A little boy disappeared from the forest."

Diana was shocked, "This boy can't be him." She said, in disbelief.

"Well, maybe it can't be. But it is." Towa said, confidently.

Sam stared at the old woman and he remembered, a young woman who gave him something, "Your the girl who gave me the loaf of bread." He said.

Towa nodded, her eyes looked at him with relief, "Yes."

Towa brought Sam and the gang into her house and she was holding something that was wrapped up.

"Here. I kept this for all these years for you, just in case you ever came back." Towa handed it to Sam.

Sam took it and unwrapped it, revealing an old sketchbook, "This is my sketchbook..." He looked at Towa, "How?"

"You've been on a forty year long journey young man." Towa told Sam, seriously.

"Ehhh! Say what?! Forty years!" Mairin gawked, looking at Sam.

"The legend says that the 'Voice of the Forest' can catch a person and take them on a trip through time." Diana explained.

"Through time!" Brock and Takato said.

Sam was shocked himself, he looked at the aged sketchbook. "..."

Back in the forest, a mechanical machine with four long legs, was walking through the forest and the machine belong to the Iron-Masked Marauder, he was searching for Celebi.

"Uh!" Sam remember something very important, "Where's Celebi?"

Towa and Diana looked surprised.

"What happened to Celebi?" Sam asked.

"Celebi?" Takato questioned.

Sam looked at the gang, "Was there a Pokémon with me in the forest?" He asked.

"Nope. We didn't see any." Mairin shook her head.

"Uh..."

"The Pokémon you met that day is a Celebi?" Towa asked.

"Yes." Sam replied.

"We know Celebi as the Voice of the Forest, the Spirt that Protects it." Towa explained.

"They say that Celebi can travel through time. You two must've been in danger and Celebi must've picked the fastest way to get you out of it." Diana explained.

"It must've escaped to the future and taken you along with it." Brock added.

"I'm afraid your right." Towa agreed. "Celebi lives deep within the forest, in a place we call Lake of Life. That's probably where it's gone back to now."

"I got a feeling that Celebi maybe still hurt." Sam stood up, "I have to go back into that forest and find Celebi."

"We'll help you." Mairin offered, their help before anyone could say anything.

"That's right." Takato said.

"Guess we all are." Yuna said.

The gang introduce themselves to the time traveller.

"I'm Sam." Sam was grateful for their offer and accepted their help, to find Celebi.

The gang and Sam set off into the forest once again to find Celebi.

As the gang and Sam walked through the forest, they arrived at the area where Sam and Celebi had appeared, at the shrine.

"This is where we found you." Yuna said.

Sam was looking around, "But, Celebi is not here." He said.

"Celebi must've left. It's probably trying to find a hiding place to heal." Alain commented.

"Your right." Sam agreed.

Suddenly a little light was shining from Yuna's small pouch that she had tied on her belt.

"Pikachu!" Light pointed towards her trainer's pouch.

Yuna immediately took out the obtain that she keep in her pouch, the GS Ball and it's glowing, "The GS Ball." She said.

"GS Ball?" Sam said, confused.

"It's this." Yuna showed Sam a gold and silver Pokéball.

Alain looked at the shrine and back the GS Ball, he remembered the GS Ball glowing back then as well, "Yu, hold the GS Ball in front of the shrine." He told his girlfriend.

"Okay..." Yuna held the glowing GS Ball in front of the shrine and the GS Ball started to glow even brighter.

The GS Ball began to float a bit and it suddenly opened itself.

"Check it out!" Takato said.

"A Pokémon was inside the GS Ball the whole time!" Brock exclaimed, shocked.

A light materialise into a Celebi.

"That's a-" Sam said.

"A Celebi." Yuna gasped.

The GS Ball broke apart, into two bits, the gold and silver parts were now separated from each other, instead of being one connected.

Celebi closed its eyes for a moment, before reopening them, "Finally, I'm free." It said, stretching its body. It's voice sound very feminine too, a female.

"Telepathy." Mairin said.

Celebi looked at the humans and saw that one kid is bless with both Ho-Oh's and Lugia's feather, "Hello, are you the one who released me from that ball human?" She asked.

"Eh? Oh, yes I am." Yuna smiled, "My name is Yuna."

Celebi smiled, she cans sense that this child has a really pure heart, "I thank you Yuna, for freeing me." She said, "I've been stuck inside that Pokéball for a long time."

"How did you get capture by this kind of Pokéball Celebi?" Alain asked, holding the two pieces of the GS Ball in his hand. It's not easy to capture a Legendary or Mythical Pokémon at that. If it's the Master Ball than it's another story.

Celebi sighs, "It happened twenty years ago, a Pokémon Hunter had his Houndour weaken me and captured me in a cage. I was too weak to fight back or use my Time Travel ability." She explained. "That GS Ball is made by him by using the feathers of Ho-Oh and Lugia."

Brock grimaced, "I hate to think what that Pokémon Hunter did to get those feathers." He said.

"Yeah." Takato agreed.

"Look like I was right. G and S is indicating the colours of the GS Ball as Gold and Silver because of Ho-Oh and Lugia feathers." Alain commented, looking at the pieces of the GS Ball.

"Unbelievable." Mairin said.

Yuna touched the lockets, hanging on the front, attached to her secondary black belt, that held the Silver Wing and Rainbow Wing in them.

"Yes and thanks to the GS Ball, the Pokémon Hunter succeeded in capturing me." Celebi said, with an unhappy tone.

"But what happened after that? I mean the GS Ball was discovered on a beach at Valencia Island in the Orange Islands." Yuna questioned.

"The Pokémon Hunter has me under his control ever since he captured me and because of the GS Ball, I could never escape. But about two years ago, the Pokémon Hunter was travelling on a boat and when suddenly a very violent storm sank the ship, while I was still within the GS Ball, I could hear and see what was happening." Celebi explained, "All the passengers were panic and were all trying desperately to get off the boat safely and at the same time the Pokémon Hunter lost hold of the GS Ball, ending it up tossed overboard. I was worried that I would end up sinking to the bottom of the sea but thanks to some Water-type Pokémon that lived in the area, the GS Ball needed up drifting onto the shores of Valencia Island."

"Tossing and turning. Ouch, you must've had it tough." Takato commented with a weird expression on his face.

Celebi giggles, "Yes, but I'm free now thanks to you Yuna." She said.

"Your welcome." Yuna smiled. "I can't wait to tell Professor Oak, Professor Ivy and Kurt about this." She said.

Alain handed the two pieces of the GS Ball to Yuna who place it back into her pouch.

"Why are you are keeping them nee-chan?" Takato asked.

"Well, it's a waste to just to throw them away." Yuna replied, tying the pouch up and she place it into her bag.

"Everyone we need to find the Celebi that I time travelled with." Sam reminded them all.

"Yeah. Celebi can you help us find another Celebi, it hurt." Yuna asked.

Celebi nodded, "Of course. All us Celebi's always help each other out." She said.

"That's great." Sam smiled, he was happy.

"This way." Celebi said, sensing the other Celebi's presence.

"Let's go." Alain said.

The gang and Sam followed Hisui who Yuna gave a nickname to the Celebi from within the GS Ball to not get confused.

Celebi or Hisui didn't mind the name, she was quite happy with it.

Hisui led them deeper into the forest and soon they arrived at the location.

"Pikapi!" Light said.

The gang and Sam saw some wild Pokémon had gathered around the tree, two Furret's and a herd of Stantler's were looking up.

"The Pokémon are all together." Sam said.

"Celebi is in one of the tree bark." Hisui pointed upwards where, two Butterfree's, a Pinsir,, a Venomoth, a Venonat, two Spinarak, eight Pidgey's, a Bellsprout, a Paras and a Tangela, all around a hole within the bark of the tree. "Where the Pokémon are gathered."

"Then that's where we are going." Sam said.

"Um." Alain said, he began to climb up the vines.

"Wait up." Sam said, as he followed.

Yuna, Brock, Takato and Mairin watched as Sam and Alain went up.

When Alain and Sam reached the top, they took a step closer and saw Celebi was looked very weak.

"Is this the Celebi you help?" Alain asked.

"Yes." Sam nodded.

"It's really injured, both mentally and physically." Alain said, being chased by a Pokémon Hunter in the past for who knows how long and than using its ability, must've taken a lot out of it.

"Bii... Biii!" Celebi saw the humans and started to use Leech Seed attack, to make them go away.

Alain dodges a vine, "It's panicking." He said. "Hisui, we need help up here."

"Coming." Hisui flew up and in front of Alain and Sam, "Celebi."

"Biii...?" Celebi weakly opened its eyes, seeing another Celebi, "... Biii..."

"Celebi, I know that your afraid of humans because a Pokémon Hunter attacked you but don't be afraid of these humans, they wish to help you." Hisui spoke.

"Celebi..." Sam said.

"This boy is the one from before, he helped you and you helped him escape to this time." Hisui said.

Celebi looked at the boy haired boy and remembered that this human was the one who helped it, "Bii..." It stopped the vines from attacking,

Hisui smile, "Easy there." She said, looking at Alain and Sam, she nodded.

Sam carefully picked up Celebi and held it within his arm, "It's okay Celebi, your safe now." He told the time travel Pokémon and then frowned, when Celebi fainted in his arms, "Oh no."

"We need to get back to the village, they might have something to help it." Alain said.

"Right." Sam nodded.

Both Alain and Sam got down from the tree with Hisui's help.

Soon the gang and Sam started to run back to Arborville Village.

Hisui was held by Yuna.

"Hang in there Celebi." Sam told the Celebi in his arms.

The gang and Sam saw the village ahead of them.

"Look, thats the village up there." Takato pointed out.

"Pika!" Light ears twitched.

Yuna stopped when her Aura gave a pulse of warning, that danger is approaching.

"Look out!" Hisui warned, as she senses the danger as well.

Iron-Masked Marauder suddenly appeared with his mechanical machine, "I've looking for that Celebi." And he saw another Celebi, "Well, well, I'm glad now I got two Celebi." He smirked.

Yuna held Hisui tighter slightly, "Who are you?" She asked.

"A Pokémon lover." The Iron-Masked Marauder replied, sarcastically. "Now hand over the Celebi's!"

"How about no!" Yuna retorted.

"Fine then." Iron-Masked Marauder took out a Dark Ball off his vest and released his Dark Tyranitar.

"Rarrhhh!" Dark Tyranitar roared as it appeared.

Yuna slight flinched at the Aura of that Tyranitar is giving off.

"What is that Tyranitar?" Alain asked, even he can feel the evil tainted Aura coming from it.

Hisui notice and knew what's wrong, "That Tyranitar is tainted with an evil power. It's a Dark Tyranitar now." She warned them.

"But how?" Brock asked, flabbergasted.

"Hyper Beam attack!" Iron-Masked Marauder ordered.

Dark Tyranitar charged up a Hyper Beam attack and fires it at the gang and Sam.

The gang and Sam moved out of the way of the Hyper Beam attack and ran off into the forest.

At that time Jessie, James and Meowth were watching what was happening behind some trees.

"Who on earth is that guy?" Meowth asked.

"That Meowth is the Iron-Masked Marauder." Jessie answered.

"The Iron-Masked Marauder?"

"That's right Meowth. He is an Elite Officer of Team Rocket and it's said that he is the most powerful one of them all." James explained.

"Wow..." Meowth was impressed.

Iron-Masked Marauder notice Jessie, James and Meowth hiding behind the trees, "Who are you three?!" He demanded, noticing their uniform.

"Ah..." Jessie, James and Meowth came out from their hiding.

"Jessie."

"James."

"And I'm Meowth."

"Were also a member of Team Rocket, sir." James said.

Iron-Masked Marauder thought for a seconded, "Team Rocket huh, well then, come with me, I may have some use from you." He said.

"Yes sir." Jessie said.

Jessie, James and Meowth climbed onto the mechanical spider machine and the Iron-Masked Marauder moved it.

Team Rocket looked at each other.

"I never thought that we would ever team up with the Iron-Masked Marauder." James whispered.

"Yeah and especially since we aren't even near his rank yet." Jessie whispered.

"I wonder what he want us for?" Meowth questioned, whispering.

Iron-Masked Marauder took two Dark Ball from his vest and released the Pokémon from within, "Go!" He sent out the

"Scizor!" The pincer Pokémon appeared.

"Neasel!" The sharp claw Pokémon appeared.

"Go after the kids with the Celebi's." Iron-Masked Marauder commanded.

Both Pokémon nodded and ran off into the forest to look for the gang and Sam.

At that time the gang were still running, to avoid the Iron-Masked Marauder.

"That was crazy." Mairin said, she was afraid.

"That Tyranitar was strong." Takato commented, "Firing Hyper Beam after another."

Yuna looked worried, she remembered the Dark Ball, it was really dark and evil, full of tainted Aura.

Light ears twitched and her cheeks sparked, "Pika!"

Alain looked to the side, "Something is coming." He told the others.

Suddenly a Scizor and Sneasel turned up in front of the gang and Sam.

"Oh no, they belong to that evil man." Hisui told them.

"Just great..." Takato groaned.

"Alain take Celebi." Sam handed the weak Celebi to the oldest Sycamore.

"Hisui." Yuna said, looking at the Celebi in her arms.

"Of course." Hisui nodded, she flew over to Alain and landed on his shoulder.

"It's a battle." Yuna said, as she stood in front of the gang.

Sam took out something from his backpack and ran towards Yuna, it was some sort of metallic Pokéball, "Alright, I'm with you Yuna." He said.

Yuna blinked as she eyed the odd Pokéball in Sam's hand.

Sam twisted the handle that is on top of the lid and out appeared Charmeleon.

Scizor and Sneasel moves backwards.

"Charrr!" The flame Pokémon appeared, ready to battle.

"That must've what the Pokéball looked like forty years ago." Alain said, amazed.

"Pele!" Yuna sent out the volcano Pokémon.

"Rargh!" Pele appeared.

"Scizor!"

"Sneasel!"

Both Scizor and Sneasel charged towards the two Pokémon.

Pele dodges the pincer of Scizor's and fires a Flamethrower attack but it wasn't enough to take it down, the Dark Ball enhances the Pokémon power and strength. The volcano Pokémon was getting annoyed when the pincer Pokémon used Double Team attack, she fires a huge Fire Blast at all the doubles and the real one was hit, sending it smashing into a stone.

"Rargh." Pele huffed, looking away.

Sam was shocked, "Woah, your Typlosion is strong Yuna." He complimented.

"Thanks." Yuna notice that Charmeleon is in danger, "Your Charmeleon." She said.

Sam turned towards his Pokémon, as Charmeleon dodges a Shadow Claw attack, "Charmeleon use Headbutt and Flamethrower." He commanded.

"Char!" Charmeleon dodges again and then slammed a Headbutt attack and fires a Flamethrower at the sharp claw Pokémon, sending it crashing into a stone.

"Your Charmeleon is strong as well." Yuna complimented.

"Thanks." Sam said.

Both Yuna and Sam returned their Pokémon back to their Pokéball and went to the two fallen Pokémon, tying them up together with a rope around a two large rocks, so they would follow them.

The gang and Sam ran off into the forest once again.

As soon as the gang and Sam were gone from the area, Iron-Masked Marauder showed up.

Scizor and Sneasel were tied up against two large rocks, struggling to get free.

Iron-Masked Marauder gave a chuckle, "Those kids aren't wimpy as I thought they would be." He said. "This makes things more interesting." He continued onwards, leaving his two Pokémon there.

Team Rocket was surprised, that the Iron-Masked Marauder just left his Pokémon there.

"Hey, that doesn't seem right." Meowth whispered, "To leave your Pokémon there."

"Yeah, I would never do that." Jessie whispered.

"Well, he's said to be the meanest Team Rocket member of all." James whispered, "So whatever he think, goes."

"..." The trio started to feel a bit nervous around the Iron-Masked Marauder.

The gang and Sam walked deeper into the forest by now and the Celebi that time travelled was getting weaker by the minute.

"Bii Bii Bii..." Celebi was really breathing heavily.

"This is bad, if we don't find a way out of this forest soon, Celebi may not make it." Yuna grimaced.

Suddenly it started to get really foggy as they continued.

"This is getting worst." Brock grimaced.

Hisui realises the area they are in and flew in front of the gang and Sam, "We are near the Lake of Life." She told them, "I know because I've been here before and Celebi can get healed there."

"Okay Hisui, lead the way." Alain said.

Hisui led the gang and Sam through the fog, past trees and long grass, until they came to a big clear beautiful lake.

"This must be the Lake of Life that Diana's grandmother was talking about." Brock commented.

"Place Celebi into the lake Sam and she can take care of rest." Hisui told Sam.

Sam nodded, he walked into the lake and place Celebi into the lake.

Hisui went into the lake as well.

At that moment all the wild Pokémon that lived in the forest were gathering around the Lake of Life.

"They must be worried about Celebi." Yuna said.

Hisui and Celebi began to glow green and the glow became brighter and larger, expanding the glow, till it stopped, but the two Celebi's remained glowing.

Hisui and Celebi started swim under the lake and around Sam.

"The Lake of Life. Sure earned its name." Alain commented.

Yuna smiled, "Yeah." She said.

Hisui and Celebi bursted out of the lake and they both stopped glowing, they are both fully healed and recovered all their strength.

"Bii!" Celebi smiled, happily.

"I feel great!" Hisui beamed.

Hisui and Celebi flew towards the gang and Sam, the Celebi thanked the gang and Sam for their help.

"Your welcome. I'm glad that you two are okay." Yuna said.

Hisui and Celebi smiled and playfully splashed some water onto Sam, Takato and Mairin.

"..." Sam blinked.

"Hey!" Mairin protests, shaking her head.

"Okay..." Takato groaned but then grinned, he pulled down his goggles, "Your on!" He jumped into the lake.

"W-Wait for us!" Mairin and Sam jumped into the lake.

"Ah." Yuna watched as Hisui and Celebi drove into the lake, following the three.

"Those three." Brock said, fondly.

Takato, Mairin and Sam swam in the lake with Celebi's beside them and saw many Water-type Pokémon; Remoraid, Seaking, Quagsire, Magikarp and Gyarados.

They were enjoying the sight till their were running out of air and needed to get back to the surface, so they swam quickly to the surface.

Hisui and Celebi eyes glowed blue and a blue outline appeared around Takato, Mairin and Sam.

"Woah!" Takato, Mairin and Sam shouted out, as they are now flying in the air.

"Biii!" Celebi smiled as she flew.

Hisui giggles as she saw the expression on their faces.

"This is awesome!" Takato exclaimed, happily.

"This is great!" Mairin shouted out, in pure joy.

Sam laughs the whole way.

Brock, Yuna and Alain all watched as Takato, Mairin and Sam were enjoying themselves, flying.

After spending some time with the two fully healed Celebi's, it was time for the gang and Sam to get back to Arborville.

"Bii Bii Bii Biiiii!" Celebi enjoyed her time, as she flew around.

Hisui notice a certain trees up a head, "Oh look Celebi." She said.

"Bii? Bi!" Celebi beamed and flew towards the trees that has red berries, took a berry and ate it, she was extremely happy. "Bi Biiiii!"

"..." The gang and Sam looked at the berries in questioned and curiosity.

"Try some of these berries, they are very delicious." Hisui told them.

Yuna took a piece and tried it, herself, "Oh wow." She said, taking some more and gave them to Alain. "Alain, these are tasty."

Alain opened his mouth for Yuna to feed him and she did, he bit into the berry in his mouth and it was tasty. "Um, it's nice." He said.

Yuna smiled and pick some more, she gave one to Light.

"Pikachu!" Light smiled.

"These are great." Brock said, after eating some.

"Yeah." Mairin said.

"They tasty really delicious." Takato said.

"Bii Bii Bii!" Celebi squealed happily.

"Here." Hisui said, as she had used Psychic to hold a small plant in front of Yuna, "This is just a sapling but it will grow into this red berry tree. Your mother will enjoy them, along with everyone else." She smiled.

Yuna smiled and carefully place the plant into a container to hold it with some soil and into her bag, she'll send it to her mother when they leave the forest or she'll ask Dely to deliver them to her.

The sun was setting but the Iron-Masked Marauder continues to look for the gang and the Celebi's.

"Don't you worry, we'll find those Celebi's." Iron-Masked Marauder said.

James, Jessie and Meowth looked at each other, unsure what to do.

It was night time, the gang were all in their sleeping bag, around the campfire.

Sam was still awake and it looked like he was sketching something in his sketchbook; Light, Celebi and Hisui, who are all sleeping comfortably together.

Alain and Yuna woke up to see Sam still awake.

"Sam? It's the middle of the night." Yuna yawns, tiredly.

"I know but I couldn't sleep." Sam said.

"What are you drawing?" Alain asked, noticing the sketchbook on his knees.

"Whenever I meet new Pokémon I sketch them in this book." Sam answered.

"... Zzzzz..." Yuna nodded off to sleep once again, she was extremely tired.

Alain gave a warm smile to his girlfriend, he fixed her sleeping bag.

But Alain and Sam continues to talk about the Pokémon, and Alain told him about the Pokédex because his drawing looked real life.

During the conversation Alain has notice something familiar about Sam like he was met him before in this year, but he wasn't sure.

After chatting some more, both Sam and Alain went off to sleep.

When the sun fully rose, the gang and Sam went on their way again, continuing their way back to Arborville.

Right now the gang and Sam have arrived at the shrine, were Sam and Celebi appeared.

"We getting close to village now." Yuna said, "Hm." Her Aura pulse, giving a warning that an object is coming at the two Celebi's fast.

"Nee-chan?" Takato called out, confused.

"Hisui! Celebi! Look out!" Yuna shouted out, she grabbed the two Celebi's, before a mechanical arm shot out from the brushes.

"Bii!" Celebi gasped.

"What in the world!" Brock gasped.

Yuna let's go of Hisui and Celebi.

"Hello twerps." Jessie voice greeted.

"Team Rocket!" Mairin shouted out.

Iron-Masked Marauder appeared with his mechanical spider machine, with the two mechanical arms, move towards the two time travel Pokémon's.

"That's right and Team Rocket doesn't give up so easily!" James declared.

"Alright! Now hand over those Celebi's." Meowth demanded.

"Light, try a Thunderbolt." Yuna ordered.

"Pikachuuuuu!" Light fires a Thunderbolt towards the Iron-Masked Marauder machine but a forcefield appeared, protecting him.

"Nice try." Iron-Masked Marauder smirked.

Alain clicked his tongue in annoyance, "It's some kind of forcefield." He said.

Iron-Masked Marauder had his machine arms sway away towards the gang and Sam, knocking down trees around them in the process.

The gang and Sam moves out of the falling trees way and then the machine arm shot out towards Celebi, trapping it within its arm cage.

"Celebi!" Sam shouted out.

Celebi struggles in claw arm.

"This is going to calm you down." Iron-Masked Marauder said and pushes a button.

"BIIIII!" Celebi cries out in pain, as she was shock.

"Celebi!" Sam called out, he went forward but a tree fell in front of the gang.

Iron-Masked Marauder smirked, he took a Dark Ball of his vest and tossed it towards the unconscious Celebi, "Dark Ball go!" The Dark Ball caught Celebi.

"Oh no!" Hisui said, horrified.

The gang and Sam eyes widen, in shock.

Iron-Masked Marauder caught the Dark Ball, "Celebi is mine." He didn't bother to capture the other Celebi, because he thought that one Celebi is just enough for him.

Sam was already climbing the mechanical spider machine and grabbed hold of the Iron-Masked Marauder around his neck, "Let go of Celebi!" He demanded.

"Sam!" Mairin shouted out, worriedly for their new friend.

Some wild Pidgey's appeared and distracted the Iron-Masked Maruader, giving Sam the chance to grab the Dark Ball.

The struggle between Iron-Masked Marauder and Sam, unconsciously made Sam hit a button on the mechanical spider machine, making it collapsed against a tree and falling over.

"I got you Celebi." Sam said, weakly, looking at the Dark Ball in his hands. "Ah!"

The Iron-Masked Marauder has stepped on Sam's hand, forcing him to let go of the Dark Ball.

"No..." Sam fainted from the injures.

Iron-Masked Marauder smirked as he got his Dark Ball back.

The wild Pokémon started to gather around the Iron-Masked Marauder.

"Don't waste your time. It's too late to save your friend." Iron-Masked Marauder told them all, "Because the sweet little Celebi doesn't exist anymore. Here see for yourself!" He released the Celebi from the Dark Ball.

Celebi appeared.

Yuna flinched at the Aura of Celebi, it was cold and evil darkness, "Shes tainted..." She muttered.

Hisui gasped in horror.

"Celebi get rid of them all!" Iron-Masked Marauder commanded.

Celebi opened her eyes and her eyes were lifeless, she uses Psychic attack blasting all the wild Pokémon away from her master.

All the wild Pokémon were blown away in different directions.

The gang held their ground as the shockwave occurred.

Dark Celebi continues to destroy the area with Psychic and a Psychic sphere was around herself.

Jessie, James and Meowth looked around and saw a lot of broken trees.

"Gosh." James said.

"This is unbelievable." Jessie added.

"I'm suddenly feeling a bit scared from all of this." Meowth confessed.

"Excellent. Your very strong Celebi." Iron-Masked Marauder praised, impressed, "Now, show me even more of your power."

Dark Celebi began to create a whirlwind and started to pick up lots of sticks and leaves, the gathering became bigger.

"Ahahahahahah!" Iron-Masked Marauder laughs, evilly, "With a Pokémon like you. No one can stop me!" He declared.

"... Celebi..." Yuna muttered.

The orb with sticks and leaves, gathered by Dark Celebi, is getting even larger, like a nest.

"Celebi, is building a nasty nest." James paled.

"Oh no!" Jessie said, as she was sucked by the whirlwind.

"Jessie!" James and Meowth exclaimed.

Back in Arborville, Towa and Diana saw the giant nest in the forest, in their tree house.

"What is that?" Diana asked, shocked.

"I don't know." Towa replied.

"Grandma."

"Better go and find out."

"Right."

Diana and Towa left their treehouse, to head to Mr. White house for help.

Meanwhile Sam had woke up from his injures, Hisui had uses her powers to heal him.

Sam sat up immediately, "Celebi!" He exclaimed. "We need to save Celebi."

The gang and Sam hear some noises coming from the air and they looked up seeing a small blimp.

It's was Mr. White small blimp with Diana, Towa and Mr. White on it.

"Hey guys!" Diana waved at them. "Stay right were you are."

"We're coming down to get you." Towa told them.

"Diana!" Brock smiled.

"I'm glad you founded us!" Mairin waved back.

Once Mr. White landed the small blimp, the gang and Sam boarded on it at once. James and Meowth boarded too, they are worried about Jessie.

High up in the mountains, the Legendary Pokémon, One of the Johto Beast; Suicune, the Aurora Pokémon, it stares at the forest and it could sense something is wrong. It headed down the mountain to investigate.

As the small blimp flew, the gang, Sam, Diana, Towa, Mr. White, James and Meowth all saw the damage trees trailed caused by Iron-Masked Marauder with Dark Celebi in tow had done.

"Ah, this is awful." Diana said.

"Forcing the Spirit of the Forest to destroy the forest." Towa spoke, with disgust in her voice, "This is just despicable."

"Do you think Jessie is going to be alright?" James asked.

"Yeah, but I aren't so sure about Celebi." Meowth replied.

In the forest, all wild Pokémon ran away, from something.

It's was Dark Celebi's nest, shape of a giant spike ball, moving through the forest and destroying the trees along the way.

"Ahahahaha." Iron-Masked Marauder laughs, as he stood on the spike ball.

Jessie was struggling to herself free, she was tangled up in the vines of Dark Celebi's nest.

Iron-Masked Marauder notice this, "No need to fret." He said to Jessie, "I need a witness to report back to Giovanni. I want to Head of Team Rocket to know just how powerful Celebi is and how powerful I am too." He smirked, "Celebi the time as come."

Dark Celebi was in a blue light sphere and her eyes snapped up, revealing those lifeless eyes and they glowed purple.

A bright light shined from within the spiked ball and the nest began to change form into some kind of monstrous creation, which fires a people beam at the Lake, casing an explosion, which destroyed its purity.

From above, everyone witness this explosion and was shocked.

Hisui watched in horror, she knows the purity of the lake is gone now.

The monstrous creation moves forward.

• • • • •

"Wow, that is impressive. The Boss will be delighted once you give Celebi to him." Jessie said, as she witness everything.

"Heh." Iron-Masked Marauder laughed, "I control one of the most powerful Pokémon in the world. Who said that I was going to give Celebi to the Boss?" He questioned, with an evil tone.

"What do you mean?"

"The Boss should be afraid of me because Celebi has the power to destroy him." Iron-Masked Marauder declared. "With Celebi I have the power to rule Team Rocket and the whole world with I want too! Ahahahaha!"

Jessie realises that Iron-Masked Marauder was a mad man now, he was betraying Giovanni, Team Rocket Boss.

From above, everyone looked down and saw the monstrous creature moving.

"What is that?" Towa questioned.

"The Dark Celebi must've created it." Brock replied.

"Pika!" Light nodded.

Unknown to the everyone, who were focused on Dark Celebi, that Hisui saw something in the distance that seems to be giving off a white glow, "Could it be..." She used Psychic to take a closer look and it was a beautiful white bamboo flute. "It is." She hide the instrument away, she has a feeling that she'll need it soon to save Celebi's life.

From within the monstrous creation, Dark Celebi's has a dark green aura around herself.

Mr. White drove the small blimp towards the nest.

"Celebi!" Sam shouted out.

"Ugh, you again." Iron-Masked Marauder said, annoyed, "Celebi, get rid of them now!"

Dark Celebi turned the head of the monstrous creation to attack the small blimp.

"Celebi!" Yuna shouted out.

"Hold on!" Mr. White said, as he turned the blimp, to get out of the range.

The Dark Celebi fires a purple beam, hitting one of the small blimp balloons, causing it to burst.

"Ahhhh!" Everyone expect for Alain, screamed out.

The small blimp drifted down and onto the lake, Mr. White immediately released the other balloon before the purple beam struck again and drove off on the lake and the boat manages to land on shore.

"Is everyone okay?" Mr. White asked.

"Yeah." Brock said.

"I'm alive." Mairin and Takato announces.

"I'm alive." Diana said.

Alain helped his girlfriend up, "Were here." He said.

"Same." Sam said.

Towa groaned.

"Grandma." Diana helped her grandmother.

"I'm alive too." Towa said, "Just barely." She turned towards the nest, "We have to stop that horrible thing."

"Easy for you to say." Meowth groaned, "We aren't a match for that twig monster."

James groaned, "Poor Jessie."

Sam and Yuna ran towards the monstrous creation.

"Light, Thunder." Yuna pointed towards the Iron-Masked Marauder.

Iron-Maksed Marauder dodges it by jumping onto a branch. "Celebi, get rid of these children." He commander.

Dark Celebi began to charge its attack.

Yuna, Sam and Light watched in horror, fearing for the worst.

"Nee-chan!" Takato called out.

Alain cursed, he took out a Pokéball but then senses a powerful presence.

"She's coming." Hisui said, as she was beside Alain.

"Who?" Alain asked.

"Celebi, do it now!" Iron-Masked Marauder commanded.

Mr. White, Towa, Diana, Brock, Mairin and Takato saw this but a blue blur ran past them, "Huh?"

"That's." Alain eyed saw the Pokémon.

Dark Celebi fires the purple beam towards Yuna, Sam and Light, a Pokémon swooped in and grabbed them, just before the attack hits them.

An explosion appeared and from the smoke of the explosion, revealed the Pokémon that helped them.

It was Suicune, the Aurora Pokémon.

"The North Wind. The North Wind saved them." Towa said, relief.

"Suicune." Mr. White said, awed by the presence of the Legendary Pokémon.

Suicune ran, to give themselves some distance, it jumped onto the branch that the Iron-Masked Marauder was on and broke it.

Iron-Masked Marauder jumps down from the tree and landed on the ground.

"Its you again." Yuna gasped, looking at the aurora Pokémon, "Are you here to help us?"

Suicune nodded.

Iron-Masked Marauder chuckled, he took a Dark Ball from his vest, "Nows my chance to capture myself a Suicune too." He sent out Dark Tyranitar.

"Roar!" Dark Tyranitar roared.

"Tyranitar, Hyper Beam!" Iron-Masked Marauder ordered, pointing towards Suicune.

"Tyrantrum, Earthquake!" Alain sent out the despot Pokémon.

"Tyrantrum!" The despot Pokémon roared as he appeared. He stomped the ground, creating a quake.

Dark Tyranitar lost control of its Hyper Beam and fires it somewhere else, towards the lake.

"What!" Iron-Masked Marauder yelled out.

"Go." Alain said, "We'll handle Dark Tyranitar."

Tyrantrum roared at Dark Tyranitar, who roared back.

"Okay, lets go Suicune." Yuna said.

Suicune nodded and ran towards the monstrous creation.

"What an interesting Pokémon you have kid." Iron-Masked Marauder smirked, looking at Tyrantrum with greed in his eyes. "I think I'll take it."

Alain glared, "Like hell you are." He said.

"Tyrantrum!!" The despot Pokémon roared, loudly.

Suicune climbed up the monstrous creation and stopped at the gapped of it and inside, Yuna, Sam and Light could see Celebi.

"Celebi!" Sam called out.

"Celebi!" Yuna called out next.

"Pikapi!" Light shouted.

Dark Celebi turned her head, making the nest move as well, shaking its body, for Suicune to get of it.

Suicune jumped down from the monstrous creation, landing beside Tyrantrum.

"Tyrantrum, Bulldoze!" Alain said.

"Tyrantrum!" Tyrantrum stomps down on the ground and created a shocked wave on the ground.

Dark Tyranitar flinched, losing its balance.

Suicune fires a Hydro Pump attack towards the Dark Tyranitar, sending it sliding backwards, close to the lake.

"Rargh!" Dark Tyranitar collapses onto the ground, with one knee, exhausted.

"Tyran-trum!" The despot Pokémon dashes towards the Dark Tyranitar and he hits the amor Pokémon with an Iron Tail, sending it into the lake. "Tyrantrum!!" He roared.

"Good job." Alain praised, before returning Tyrantrum back to his Pokéball.

Iron-Masked Marauder chuckles, evilly, "Play time is over children. Get them Celebi!" He commanded.

The monstrous creation moves towards them.

"Be careful, this thing could destroy the whole forest." Diana warned them.

"And the Pokémon." Towa added.

"Suicune you take Sam to Celebi." Yuna said, getting off the aurora Pokémon.

Suicune looked Yuna and then nodded, she took off towards the monstrous creation and fires a Bubble Beam attack at it but did nothing, she dodges the arm that attacked her, then jumped onto it, dashing upwards.

Hisui flew in and saw what was about to happen, "Watch out!" She shouted out, but it was too late.

Suicune was caught by the vines and lifted up into the air.

Iron-Masked Marauder chuckled, "Good job! Now teach it a lesson!" He ordered, evilly,

Dark Celebi eyes snapped opened and purple electricity travelled to the vines.

Suicune roared out in pain as the electricity shock her and Sam screamed out as well, getting shock as well.

"Sam! Suicune!" Yuna called out, worriedly.

"Pikapi!" Light shouted out.

"Ahahahaha! That would happen to anybody who tries to stop me!" Iron-Masked Marauder declared, evilly.

"Tsubasa!" Yuna sent out the hummingbird Pokémon.

"Altaria~~" Tsubasa sang as she appeared, landing beside her trainer.

Yuna climbed onto the back of her hummingbird Pokémon. "Let's go." She said.

"Altaria!" Tsubasa took flight and flew towards the sky.

"Yuna." Hisui appeared, flying beside the oldest Ketchum.

"Hisui, go and help Sam." Yuna told the time travel Pokémon.

"Right." Hisui flew off, towards the monstrous nest to help Sam.

"Ahhh!" Sam fell off Suicune back and tumbled down the next, but Jessie grabbed in time by the short and pulled him up.

"You have to be careful. Celebi is just up." Jessie told him.

"Thank you." Sam said.

"Your welcome but you better hurry and stop that man, his insane." Jessie warned. "The more he has control of Celebi, the more he thinks his unstoppable."

Sam nodded with a determined look and began to climb up the nest to Dark Celebi location.

Hisui appeared and used Psychic on Sam to pulled him up, faster, "We better hurry. Celebi is running out of time." She said.

Outside the monstrous creation nest, Alain and Yuna we're trying to find a way to stop it from moving.

"Any ideas?" Yuna asked her boyfriend, sitting on the back of Tsubasa.

"Unless..." Alain looked around the area. "Yu, do you have Meganium or Venusaur on you?" He asked.

Yuna blinked and nodded, "I have Meganium with me." She replied.

"Okay. Mairin! Takato!" Alain called out towards his little sister and Yuna's little brother.

Mairin carefully walked forward, "Yes!"

"What's up!?" Takato asked.

"Do you two have Torra and Chesnaught on you?" Alain asked.

Mairin and Takato looked at each other, "We do!"

"Call them out."

"Okay!" Takato and Mairin sent out the fully evolved Grass-type Starter of Sinnoh and Kalos.

"Oh!" Yuna realises the plan and sent out her fully evolved Johto Starter.

"Meganium."

"Torterraaa!"

"Chesnaught!"

All three Grass-type Starter from different Regions appeared, ready to help.

"Everyone control Frenzy Plant to grab hold of that nest." Alain ordered.

All three nodded and stomped on the ground, their body was outline in green and roared out, then burst of giant roots came out of the ground and wrapped around the lower body half of the monstrous creation, stopping it from moving any further.

"WHAT!?? Impossible!" Iron-Masked Marauder, shouted out in disbelief.

"Alright!" Brock cheered.

"Way to go!" Mr. White cheered, he was impressed with the power.

"That's good." Diana said, they managed to stop the thing from moving anymore.

Sam and Hisui saw this and thought it was their chance to call out to Celebi, he found Dark Celebi, continuing to attack Suicune with her purple electricity.

"Celebi stop! Your suppose to protect the forest, not destroy it!" Sam shouted out.

"Please!" Hisui said. "Remember who you truely are Celebi!"

Dark Celebi blinked for second and stopped her attack on Suicune.

Suicune felt she was no longer in pain.

"Tsubasa, Steel Wing." Yuna said, seeing the chance to free the aurora Pokémon.

"Altaria!" Tsubasa wings glowed metallic colour and sliced the vines, holding Suicune and freed her.

Suicune landed on the nest arm.

Yuna got down from Tsubasa and ran into the area of the nest were Dark Celebi is.

"Biii! Biii!" Dark Celebi began to struggle, fighting the control.

• • • • •

Outside everyone could see that the monstrous creation gave a roared or moaned in pain.

"What's going on?" Diana questioned.

"I don't know." Mr. White replied.

Dark Celebi was struggling hard, holding her head in pain, "Biiii!" She screamed out.

• • • • •

"What are you waiting for Celebi?! Get rid of these veins! Destroy them all!" Iron-Maskd Marauder ordered, angrily.

Dark Celebi eyes snapped back, she was back under the control of the Iron-Masked Marauder and began to charge up a purple beam.

Outside the monstrous creation, it shook its head and fired a purple beam towards the three Grass-type Starter Pokémon.

Alain sent out Metagross, "Metagross, Protect!" He commanded.

Suicune appeared and used Protect as well to defend the three Grass-type Pokémon.

"Meta!" Metagross appeared and a giant green barrier appeared around it.

Combining the two Protect together, created a large green dome, protecting them from the attack.

Mairin held her chest, "Scary...."

"That was close." Takato said, relief.

"Yeah." Brock agreed.

Yuna just arrived in front of Dark Celebi, Sam and Hisui just arrived also.

Yuna gave Sam a smile and looked at Dark Celebi, she gave a sad look, "Celebi! We are not your enemies." She said. "We're trying to save you."

Dark Celebi got a flashback of the nice humans, who helped her, she struggled.

"That's right. Celebi you bought me here to the future!" Sam said.

"Celebi! Destroy them!" Iron-Masked Marauder ordered.

Dark Celebi continues to struggle in pain of the memories and control of the Dark Ball.

Outside, all the wild Pokémon of the forest were calling out to Celebi.

Hisui flew in front of Dark Celebi, "Celebi you are not evil. You are Celebi, the protector of this forest." She said.

"That right." Yuna said.

"Celebi!" Sam grabbed onto Dark Celebi and hugged her, tightly.

Dark Celebi began to remember everything, how she met Sam, how tried to saved her from the Pokémon Hunter in past and time travelled with him. Meeting, Yuna, Alain, Takato, Mairin and Brock, flying around with Hisui, having fun with Takato, Mairin and Sam, eating those red berries with the gang. Enjoying the fun time with them all.

"BIIIII!" Dark Celebi snapped out of the control of the Dark Ball.

At that time, the monstrous creation started to shake and move left and right.

Suicune roared softly.

"What's this?" Iron-Masked Marauder said, lost and the Dark Ball on his vest started to spark purple electricity around it, he took it off his vest and enlarged it, "What? What's going on?" The Dark Ball glowed.

Dark Celebi eyes returned back their normal full of life eyes, "Bii?" She blinked.

"Celebi your back." Yuna smiled.

"Pikapi!" Light smiled.

"Welcome back." Hisui smiled.

"We did it!" Sam cheered.

"Oh no..." The Dark Ball in Iron-Masked Marauder hand glowed even brighter and then destroyed itself.

Alain notice it, "Meganium, Torra, Chesnaught, you all can release it." He said.

All three Starter Grass-type Pokémon of Johto, Sinnoh and Kalos release their hold on the nest, allowing it to crumble into bits and pieces into the lake.

Jessie was free at last, "Kyaaaa!" She fell into the lake.

"Gahhh!" Iron-Masked Marauder fell into the lake as well.

"Meowth look." James notice his female teammate falling.

"There goes Jessie." Mewoth pointed out.

Alain, Takato, Mairin, Brock, Towa, Diana and Mr. White all watched as the nest that is falling into pieces and into the lake.

From within the nest, Tsubasa was able to catch Yuna and Sam, they flew out of the nest with the two Celebi's flying beside them, while trying to avoid the rumbles of the nest.

As Yuna and Sam was in the air, Celebi grew weak.

"Biii... Biii..." Celebi eyes were closed, she weakly moaned in pain and then fainted.

Yuna gasped, "Celebi!"

Sam caught Celebi.

"Altaria..." Tsubasa landed on the shore.

Alain, Takato, Mairin, Brock, Towa, Diana, Mr. White, Suicune and all the Pokémon's ran over to them.

"Yuna." Alain said.

Yuna looked up and smiled, but it was a sad one and went to hug Alain, tightly.

"..." Alain hugged her back.

"What's wrong?" Brock asked, confused but he doesn't have a good feeling about this.

Yuna pulled back and looked at Celebi in Sam hands, "It's Celebi, she's getting weak." Her Aura is panicking itself.

Hisui touched the weak Celebi forehead and gasped, "Oh no..." She said.

"Hisui, what's wrong with Celebi?" Mairin asked, worriedly.

"It's not good. Celebi has been under that evil man control for too long and she was fighting against it at the same time. She used too much power." Hisui explained. "It has completely drained her."

Everyone gasped.

Just as Hisui explained those words, Celebi has began to wither, turning her green healthy skin to brown, like a withering plant.

Everyone gasped in horror.

"The lake! Quick get her into the lake!" Brock said.

Sam place Celebi into the lake, after a few seconds has past, "Its not working." His voice, cracked slightly.

"B-but why not?" Mairin asked.

"The forest is badly hurt. The lake is tainted." Towa answered, sadly, "The lake is dying."

"Wait a second." Diana got an idea, she turned towards the aurora Pokémon, "Suicune has the power to clean the water." She said.

"Suicune, if you clean the water. We can save Celebi." Sam said.

Yuna's Aura poked her and it felt very upset, like it's telling it's too late, even if the Lake of Life is cleaned. Celebi's Aura has vanished. Yuna flinched at that, she buried her face in her boyfriend's chest, she hates this feeling.

Suicune let's out a roar, as her body glowed crystal blue and she ran on top of the water, with a trail of sparks and each area she stepped on, revealed a fresh clean water, she purified the lake.

"Just like the legend." Mr. White spoke up.

"The North Wind saves the lake." Diana said.

Sam tried again, now that the Lake of Life is purified but... ... ... Nothing happened.

Hisui looked away, "It's too late. Celebi is gone." She couldn't bring herself to say 'dead'.

Everyone and the all Pokémon started to cry, but Alain of course, but his eyes showed sadness in them, he buried his face in his girlfriend hair.

Hisui then remembered something she found and hidden, 'It's our only chance.' Her eyes glowed blue.

"..." Everyone looked at Hisui, who is using Psychic.

"W-W-What are you doing Hisui?" Takato asked, sniffing, as tears fell down his face.

"Here Yuna." Hisui brought the white bamboo flute out of its hiding place and place it in front of Yuna. "Take this."

"..." Yuna wiped her tears away and pulled away from Alain, taking the flute, she looked at it, it was white and beautiful. "What's this?" She asked.

"A rare flute that is capable of playing sounds of Pokémon but Legendary Pokémon." Hisui answered. "Thats not all, its also capable of calling forth Legendary and Mythical Pokémon as well."

[A/N: Not a White Glass Flute you seen in Pokémon Games; I'll explain that part more at the end, also I'll include an image if there is space left. 20 image is the limit.]

"Say what!!" Everyone gasped and looked at the flute.

Yuna twirled the white bamboo flute in her hands, for some reason it felt right, "Okay, but why give it to me?" She asked, confused.

"I need your help to save Celebi."

"..." No commented.

"In order to save Celebi, I can open up a portal of time and call the other Celebi's from different times to come here and heal Celebi." Hisui explained, the plan, "But I need the sound of us Celebi to do it."

"But why me?" Yuna repeated, she still couldn't understand.

"You show an ability to adapt to Pokémon sounds." Hisui pointed out.

Yuna opened her mouth to say something but immediately closed it and thought for a moment, she remembers that she heard Lugia's sound once sometime long ago and she was able to play it again easily.

"But why a flute?" Yuna had to ask, there are many instruments out there.

"This is a special kind of flute it's made out of a white bamboo that hasn't been discovered for thousands of years, not the original green you normally seen." Hisui said. "Now close your eyes, concentrate and listen to the 'Voice of the Forest'. It will guide you."

Yuna did what Hisui told her to do, she held the white flute tightly and listened, if its to help Celebi to be revived then... She'll do it. She'll play it.

"..."

....

...

...

Everyone and all the Pokémon were all quiet.

The wind blew.

Yuna opened her eyes, she spun the white bamboo flute three times and she place the flute hole to her mouth and blew into it, her fingers moved according to her instinct.

Everyone awed as they listened.

🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵

Hisui began to glow green, she flew up into the air, holding her arms wide open, "Spirits of the forest, Voice of the Forest, past and future, please hear my call!" She chanted, "Come forth Celebi's and help our fellow Celebi!"

Yuna continues to played the tune and when Hisui said those words, a green, yellow blue light appeared all over the forest.

"Huh?" Everyone up into the sky.

"It's the Voice of the Forest." Towa said.

Up above a yellow portal opened up in the sky and two dozen of Celebi's flew down from the portal.

"Biii Biii Biii Biii." The Celebi's surrounded Sam and they used Psychic to lift up the Celebi in his arms and into the sky.

Yuna continues to play the tune, her eyes glowed blue, but no-one notices it because they were all focused on watching the Celebi's coming through the portal.

Then all Celebi's and Hisui, all circled around the wilted Celebi, glowing blue and used their powers to restore Celebi.

The wilted Celebi glowed blue as well and her body changed to a bright healthy green once again.

"... Biii..." Celebi opened her eyes, she blinked, stretching her body, she looked around.

"..." Everyone was shocked, on what happened.

"Bii? Bii! Biiiiii!" Celebi nodded and smiled, at her fellow Celebi's.

"Thanks to the spirits of past and future, came here to help their friend." Towa smiled.

"They must've heard Hisui's call for help and the sound of them." Sam smiled.

"This is a miracle." Diana said.

Yuna tunes changed, she played slightly faster.

"Bii! Biiii!" Celebi nodded and thanked her friends for reviving her.

Hisui smiled, she nodded to her fellow Celebi's.

All the Celebi's nodded and smiled back, then they flew back into the portal, back their own time.

"BIIIII!" Celebi waved at them.

The portal closed and the Voice of the Forest stopped, returning the area back to normal.

Yuna stopped, ending the tune song, she took a deep breath and then she collapses, her turned back to their black-brown colour and for some reason it took a lot out of her.

Alain caught his girlfriend and kissed her forehead, "You were great. You, Hisui and all the Celebi's saved the Celebi from the past." He smiled at her.

"That was great Yuna. You saved Celebi." Sam said.

"Yeah, who would've thought that Yuna can play the flute." Brock commented.

"I can't. Just learnt it." Yuna deadpanned, she place the flute down.

Mr. White chuckled, "Your a extremely fast learner then." He said.

Yuna groaned.

Everyone watched and waved to the revived Celebi, who is happily playing and flying around with Hisui.

"Biii! Biiii!" Celebi happily drove into the Lake of Life clean water.

Hisui followed behind and they both enjoyed the happy atmosphere.

Both Celebi's were about to reach the gang, Sam, Towa, Diana, Mr. White and all the Pokémon.

BURST! Iron-Masked Marauder bursted out of the lake suddenly and grabbed the two Celebi's.

"BIII!" Celebi cries out.

"Let us go!" Hisui shouted, struggling against the evil man grip.

Everyone gasped and looked angry, the Pokémon growled.

"It's the Hunter!" Mairin gasped.

"Celebi! Hisui!" Yuna manages to shouted out.

"Let those Celebi's go!" Sam demanded.

Iron-Masked Marauder turned around with the two Celebi's in his hand, "Now, I have everything to rule the world!" He let's out a evil laugh and then a jet appeared on his back, taking off into the sky.

"Tsubasa, after him." Alain ordered.

"Altaria!" Tsubasa wings stretched out and she took flight into the sky, following the Iron-Masked Marauder.

"Biiii!" Celebi struggles.

"Tsubasa, attack him." Hisui said.

"Alt..." Tsubasa was hesitating, she doesn't want to hurt the time travel Pokémon.

"It's fine. It's better than being in this evil man grip!" Hisui said, struggling still.

Celebi nodded, agreeing.

Tsubasa nodded and fires a Thunderbolt at the Iron-Masked Marauder directly.

"Gahhhh!" Iron-Masked Marauder screamed out in pain, as he is shocked.

"Biiii!" Both Celebi's cries out in pain as well.

Iron-Masked Marauder jet pack exploded from Thunderbolt attack, making him fall from the sky.

As the Iron-Masked Marauder fell through the trees and came crashing down through the branches, when he finally hit the ground, his masked came off.

"Huh?!" Iron-Masked Marauder looked up, he looked around, seeing himself surrounded by Towa, Diana, Mr. White and all the wild Pokémon.

They are all very angry with the man who tried to destroy their home.

Mr. White crackled his knuckles, wanting to give the man a good punch.

"You tried to destroyed our forest Mister and we don't take kindly to that behaviour." Towa told Iron-Masked Marauder crossly.

Diana glared at the man.

Iron-Masked Marauder was cornered, he tired to call his Pokémon, "Sneasel! Scizor!" He remembered that he abandoned them and he has no more Dark Ball on his vest, "This is all a mistake! A big misunderstanding!"

A Caterpie, two Spinarak's and a Weedle all used String Shot towards the bad man and Iron-Masked Marauder was tied up good and tight.

"I think the Pokémon understand perfectly." Towa smiled, smugly at the Iron-Masked Marauder, "Ahaha."

The aurora Pokémon got ready to leave, now that the danger and trouble was over.

"Suicune." Yuna called out.

Suicune stopped and looked back at the oldest Ketchum.

"Thank you for your help and I hope we see you again someday."

Suicune nodded, they'll be seeing each again one day.

"Goodbye Suicune." Sam said.

Suicune ran into the forest, leaving the area.

"Bye bye Suicune!" Mairin and Takato waved.

"So, what now?" Brock asked.

Yuna twirled the white bamboo flute in her hand, "Don't know but I do know. What do I do with this flute?" She asked.

Hisui smiled, "It's yours to keep." She replied. "No one else can play it or use it expect you."

Yuna looked the white bamboo flute, "Oh..." She said, surprised.

"It's really pretty." Mairin said, looking closely.

Yuna smiled, she looked at Hisui, "Next, Hisui what are you going to do now?" She asked the Celebi from the GS Ball.

Hisui gave Yuna a smile, "I already thought what I want to do." She replied.

"That is..."

"I'll go with you Yuna. I want you to capture me." Hisui told her.

"Huh??" Brock, Mairin, Takato and Sam were surprise by Hisui's words.

Yuna stopped twirling the white bamboo flute and looked at Hisui, surprised, "But why? Your finally free, after being stuck in the GS Ball for twenty years." She responses, "Are you sure you want me to capture you?"

Hisui nodded, "Yes, I'm positive. I feel save and happy when I'm with you. I want to be your Pokémon now." She said, "Please capture me."

Alain had an amused smile on his face, "You can't really refuse Yu, no matter what." He knows that his girlfriend can't refuse a Pokémon wanting to go with her.

Yuna sighs and that's the problem, she took out a Cherish Ball, "I accept your wish Hisui." She said ans tossed the Cherish Ball towards her.

Hisui giggles and tapped the Cherish Ball, she was caught and teleported off to Professor Oak's lab.

Towa walked towards the gang and Sam, "I know that Hisui as you called Celebi is in very good hands. So I pray that both you and Hisui will be happy together forever." She said.

Sam nodded, "Yeah and Hisui can't be in better hands, other than you Yuna." He said.

"Thanks." Yuna said.

At that time Celebi flew into the sky and started to glow green, then the forest glowed; green, yellow and blue.

"It's seems like Celebi is ready to travel back in time." Towa said and then looked at Sam, "And I think that she wants to take you along with her Sam."

Sam looked hopeful and looked at Celebi, "Can you really bring me back to my time Celebi?" He asked.

"Bii!" Celebi nodded.

Sam turned back to the others, with a sad expression on his face all the sudden.

"This means that your finally going home Sam." Mairin smiled.

Sam sighs, "Yeah." He didn't want to say goodbye yet.

Takato knew the problem, "Don't cha worry Sam. We'll always be friends, no matter what." He said, grinning and with a thumbs up.

"Yeah, all the memories together was great." Mairin added.

"Biii." Celebi grabbed Sam hand and used Psychic to lift him up, towards the sky.

Sam waved at he flew higher and higher, "Thank you everyone! You all have been a great friend to me and thank you all for everything! Goodbye!" He shouted.

"Goodbye!" Everyone waved goodbye, with slight tears in their eyes and soon both Sam and Celebi disappeared from this time.

Sam returned back to his time, forty years ago, he appeared back in front of the shrine.

"Ugh..." Sam opened his eyes and looked around, "Celebi?" He said, not seeing Celebi with him.

"Sam?!" The younger Towa appeared, running towards him, "Sam, are you alright?" She asked.

Sam stood up, "Yes."

Towa sighs in relief, "Thank goodness. I thought the Voice of the Forest got to you." She said.

Sam shook his head, "I'm fine, Miss Towa really." He assured her.

Towa smiled, "Thats good."

'Thank you Celebi.' Sam thought, as he followed Towa out of the forest.

The gang were now talking to Professor Oak, telling what has happened in the forest and what or who was in the GS Ball.

Professor Oak told them that he'll tell Kurt and Professor Ivy about it.

"It really was amazing Professor Oak." Brock said.

["I can tell by your expressions."] Professor Oak chuckled and he saw the white bamboo flute in Yuna's hand, ["And I can see that you have a very interesting flute in your hand Yuna."]

"Yeah. I do." Yuna said, twirling it, she has a habit of twirling it once in awhile.

["Also I have received Hisui here Yuna, she is quiet happy meeting Yuffie and Utau, a fellow Mystical Pokémon after all."]

Yuna smiled and nodded, "Thats good."

Professor Oak notice Mairin and Takato expression, they were both silent which is quite unusual, they are always happy-out-going.

Yuna pat her little brother and Mairin's head, "They'll kind of still sad that our new friend left, they created a bond with each other." She explained, "There was nothing we can do."

"We know." Takato and Mairin sighs.

["Don't worry you two. True friendships can withstand the test of time and I have a feeling that this one will."] Professor Oak told the two kids with a smile, ["I'm sure that you two and Sam will."]

Takato and Mairin nodded and smiled, happily, "Yeah! Thank you!"

CHOOOO!

"That's our ride. It's time to go." Alain said.

"Bye Professor Oak, until next time." Yuna said.

Professor Oak nodded.

The video called ended.

As the gang headed towards the ferry.

"Wait wait, how did Professor Oak know Sam's name. We never did mention it." Mairin asked, suddenly and confused.

"Your right. How?" Takato looked confused.

CHOOOOO!

"Ah!" Takato and Mairin yelped.

"We better move it." Yuna said.

"Professor Oak is amazing! He knows everything." Brock praised.

Yuna and Alain just smiled.

The gang ran towards the ferry and onto it, just at the last minute.

Back in Pallet Town; Professor Oak was flipping through an old sketchbook, looking at all the drawings.

"Umm, it seems like it only happened yesterday." Professor Oak smiled.

Hisui smiled, as she flew in, "I can see that you haven't forgotten about that time, Sam." She said.

The Sam that the gang has met is actually the younger Professor Samuel Oak, his old sketchbook was now eighty years old, since it has gone through another forty years. The drawing inside has now all faded by then, especially his drawing of Celebi, Light and Hisui.

"Your right, I haven't forgotten, it was that time travelling experience I had, that made me want to invent the Pokédex, Alain mention and shown me the original version." Professor Oak said, "Also giving Yuna the upgraded version of the Pokédex is also the reason. I knew that she'll meet all kind of Pokémon."

"Are you going to tell Takato or Mairin?" Hisui asked.

"No, I feel that it's best not too. They both did tell me that they'll treasure the memories of the younger me, always."

Hisui understood but she remembered something about Yuna's Aura, "Though Yuna's Aura would know that it's you, you are that Sam."

Professor Oak blinked a few times and then chuckles, "I guess so. Her Aura is sentiment that it's always curious." He said. "Her Aura would be able to tell immediately that I was touched by the time travel Pokémon."

Hisui giggles at that.

Iron-Masked Marauder was arrested and condemned to stay in jail for life because of his evil ways. His three Pokémon that he captured with the Dark Ball, were all freed from the Dark Ball control and they lived newer lives in the forest.

James and Meowth found Jessie, floating along the lake, after all the trouble was over and they agreed to tell the Boss about the Iron-Masked Marauder treachery against him.

"The Boss won't be bailing him out that's for sure." James commented.

The trio decided not to tell about Celebi because of what happened, as loyal as they are, they couldn't bear the thought of the Boss destroying the forest because of the mystical Pokémon.

And so Team Rocket left the forest in peace and continued on their way.

White Bamboo Flute: Is an extremely rare flute that is made out white bamboo, instead of the usual green colour, it's said to have grown near the Lake of Life thousands years ago before it disappeared due to humans greed of knowing its abilities but the astonishing is that those with Pure Hearts are the only ones capable of playing it. Its also capable of helping/ healing any Pokémon if the player wishes it to be and are able to be called any Pokémon including Legendary and Mystical Pokémon for help by playing it's song. Also can be used as an ordinary flute.
