Since the previous chapter is short and haven't posted in a long time, here is another one! And I'm back to posting on Thursday!!

The gang has finally arrived in Violet City, were Yuna will battle her first Johto Region Gym for her first Johto Region Gym Badge.

"We're finally hereeee!" Mairin said.

"I need to restock." Brock said.

"I need to train." Yuna said.

"Mairin and I are going to explore." Takato said.

"Right, we'll split up and meet back at the Pokémon Centre." Yuna said.

"That's fine. I need to watch these two troublemakers. Chespie, Zack are going to need help." Alain said.

"Hey!" The two kids protested.

"Chespin." Chespie nodded.

"Arf!" Zack barked.

Mairin and Takato grumbled.

"Meet up later." Brock said, he walked off.

Yuna and Light went to an open area in Violet City to train her Pokémon.

"Pikapi." Light said, looking around.

"This is a great spot." Yuna said, she held out three Pokéballs. "Come on out!"

"Chiko!" The leaf Pokémon said.

"Sentret." The scout Pokémon said.

"Shinx." The spark Pokémon said.

"Okay, were all going to be training since this is the first Johto Region Gym. Chikorita, Sentret and Rinoa I'm going to be using you three."

"Chiko!"

"Sen Sentret."

"Shinx Shin."

"Now for the helpers. Venusaur and Audino, I need your help." Yuna sent out her seed and hearing Pokémon.

"Venusaur!" The seed Pokémon appeared with a 'THUMP'.

"Audino~" The hearing Pokémon appeared.

"Okay... Venusaur I need you to help Chikorita learn some new attacks. Audino, you'll be helping Sentret learn some other types of attacks. And Light, you'll be with Rinoa, I'm pretty sure that she is already learning some attacks by her father."

All the Pokémon cried out, agreeing with the tasks they are given and they immediately set to work.

Yuna smiled and she remembered something else, "Right... I forgot... Poseidon, flying lesson..." She took out two more Pokéball, "Poseidon, Tsubasa!"

"Aaauuu~" Poseidon appeared.

[A/N: I have no idea how to make of Lugia's sound. Sorry...]

"Altaria~" Tsubasa sang as she appeared.

"Poseidon, flying lesson time." Yuna smiled at the young Legendary Pokémon.

"Aaauuu~~!" Poseidon flapped his wings eagerly.

"Tsubasa, you know what to do."

Tsubasa nodded and gestures to Poseidon to flying around the area.

All of the Flying-type Pokémon knows what to do, it's their jobs to help the young Lugia to fly properly.

Sentret was controlling her accuracy with her types of attacks and Audino was teaching her some fist attacks like, Fire Punch, Ice Punch and Thunder Punch.

Chikorita was practicing her Tackle, Razor Leaf, Magical Leaf and Vine Whip and she was also learning new set of moves from Venusaur, Secret Power, Energy Ball and Light Screen.

Rinoa was learning to control her electricity and power, being young still, but she was very eager to battle like her father but still maintain her grace like her mother. Light is teaching her Light Screen, Iron Tail and Double Team.

Yuna smiled at the sight, she took out her notepad that she always carries around and wrote down some ideas and new attacks combination.

When it was time for lunch, it was time to stop training now.

"Time!"

All the Pokémon stopped.

"Okay everyone, you've all done greatly." Yuna said, proudly, "Let's head to the Pokémon Centre for some rest and food."

All the Pokémon nodded.

When Yuna and Light arrived in the Pokémon Centre, they saw Alain, Brock, Takato, Mairin, Chespie and Zack all waiting for them.

They headed to the cafeteria area, they all got some lunch and sat at one table.

"Nee-chan, how did the training go?" Takato asked.

"It's went great. Sentret, Chikorita and Rinoa are all set to battle tomorrow for the Violet Gym." Yuna answered.

"Found anything interesting while you three were exploring?" Brock asked, Alain, Mairin and Takato.

"Well, we did." Mairin chirped.

"Yeah." Takato agreed.

Alain pulled out a piece of paper, "It's interesting to see this type of Centre." He place the flyer on the table.

"Mr. Primo's Pokémon Adoption Centre?" Yuna questioned as she looked at the flyer.

"Um, it's says here that Mr.Primo hatched Pokémon from eggs and raised them till they are old enough to get adopted by trainers who wants to take care of them." Brock reads at the back.

[A/N: I couldn't add anymore. It's just a brief information.]

"Right. Mr.Primo even has documents clarified by Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny." Alain added.

"Can we?" Mairin questioned.

"Yeah, I wanna go and take a look." Takato said.

"I'm fine with that." Yuna said.

"Sounds like a great idea and who knows there might be a Pokémon there we want." Brock commented.

"Yeah!" Mairin and Takato cheered.

"Let's finish up." Alain said, finishing his sandwich.

The rest of the gang finished lunch.

They left the Pokémon Centre and headed towards Mr.Primo's Pokémon Adoption Centre.

When they arrived the centre looks like a Pokémon nursery centre with baby Pokémon playing, sleeping or dozing around the room.

"Cute." Yuna smiled, seeing some baby Pokémon.

"Welcome." A elderly man voice greeted them.

"Hello." The gang greeted back.

"I'm Brad Primo but you can just call me Mr.Primo." The elderly man said.

Brad Primo mid elderly man with blue hair but you can see grey hairs in different areas, black eyes and wearing a white shirt with long blue pants, brown shoes and a light blue apron over the top.

The gang introduced themselves.

"I must ask Mr.Primo, what made you decide to run a Pokémon Adoption Centre?" Brock asked, curiously.

Mr.Primo had a smile on his face, "When I was a kid, I discovered some baby Pokémon that has been abandoned in an alley way, as no one else had claimed, I raised them for myself. Then while I growing up, I keep on seeing Pokémon being abandoned, lost and thrown out." He explained, memories appeared, "And that's when I decided that instead of leaving Pokémon like that alone, I will build a shelter for them and give them to trainers that will take great care for them forever."

"So that means you don't just give baby Pokémon up for adoption but also the one that been deserted too?" Yuna questioned.

"That's correct." Mr.Primo nodded.

Takato saw some documents framed and hang on the wall.

"Mr.Primo what are those?" Mairin asked, pointing at wall.

"That is a special license that I got from both Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny. You see, when you decide to run a Adoption Centre like me, you must have a special permission from Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy," Mr.Primo explained, "otherwise people will think that you're one of those crazy people who will sell Pokémon for money."

The gang understood.

Mr.Primo introduce the gang to three Pokémon, "These three I only have left, I originally had four but a trainer came here and adopted a Mareep with a cracked tail jewel not to long ago." He said.

"Pancham!" The panda look-like Pokémon smiled.

"Skiddo?" The goat look-like Pokémon stared at them.

"Slugma..." The slug lava-like Pokémon said.

"You also raise Pokémon from other regions?" Alain questioned, two of these Pokémon weren't native in Johto or Kanto.

"Yes." Mr.Primo nodded.

Yuna pulled out her Pokédex and scanned the three Pokémon.

[Pancham, the Playful Pokémon. Though it tries to look tough, Pancham has trouble being taken seriously by opponents.

Type: Fighting

Note: Pancham are native in the Kalos Region.]

[Skiddo, the Mount Pokémon. Because of Skiddo's mild temperament, they're thought to be one of the first Pokémon to live in harmony with people.

Type: Grass

Note: Skiddo are native in the Kalos Region.]

[Slugma, the Lava Pokémon. Slugma have intensely hot magma, which circulates throughout their bodies, carrying nutrients and oxygen to their organs.

Type: Fire]

"Can we adopt them?" Takato asked.

"That's a great idea." Mairin smiled.

"There are only three... Who should taken them?" Brock asked.

"Takato, Mairin and Brock. You guys can take them." Yuna said.

"Are you sure nee-chan, Alain?" Takato asked.

"Yes, were fine." Alain replied.

Yuna nodded.

"I'll take Pancham." Takato declared.

"I'll take Skiddo." Mairin smiled, "I'll have a ride Pokémon now."

"That means I'm taking Slugma." Brock said.

Mr.Primo smiled.

The gang thanked Mr.Primo for his time and left with their new Pokémon.

"Pancham!!" Pancham took a stance to show his fighting spirit.

Takato laughed at that, he could ask his sister Fighting-type Pokémon to help train Pancham.

"Skiddo Skid." Skiddo eyed smiled and gently head-butted Mairin.

"Aww~" Mairin squealed, "I can't wait till your old enough for me to ride on."

"Slugma..." Slugma smiled at its new owner.

Brock smiled, "I know that you evolve into a Magcargo which is perfect for the gym, a Fire and Rock-type. I can't wait to train you." He said.

Alain and Yuna smiled at the happy scene in front of them, they are glad that their friend and family loves their new Pokémon.

And so with new adopted Pokémon in Mairin, Takato and Brock hands, it was time for Yuna's first Johto Region Gym Battle. The excitement is continuing.
