Serena's P.O.V.

The bus driver suddenly slams on the breaks, causing me to drop my phone onto my lap.

Gary gets up and begins yelling. "Hey! Are you trying to kill us?!"

"Gary, calm down." Dawn sweat drops.

"How can I not? This driver can't drive!"

"Just leave the man be..." Iris sighs.

I try to ignore Gary's unnecessary bickering and look out the window. The bus has stopped at the entrance to Vaniville Town.

I am home.

The reason why all of my friends are here at Vaniville and not at their hometowns is because I decided to invite everybody over. Even Bonnie and Max. There's no special occasion or anything, we just want to hang.

I hop off the bus and take my pink duffel bag out of the back.

"Here, I got it." Ash takes it from me and swings it onto his shoulder.

"Thanks." I give him a smile.

I enter the gates of my house and knock on the door.

No answer.

I knock again. "Mom?"

"Is she home?" Kenny asks.

"I don't know..."

I swear to arceus if she isn't home, I will sh*t bricks. I don't have my keys with me, so we would be stuck out here.

"Oooh! Is that your mom's Rhyhorn?" Bonnie crouches down to pet it.

"Bonnie be careful." Clemont follows her.

Bonnie rubs her cheek against Rhyhorn. "It's so cute!"

Ash steps in front of the door. "Hey, mother in law! Are you home???" He shouts.

"A-ash! Don't call her that!" My cheeks turn a a light shade of red. "It's embarrasing..."

Ash gives me a smirk. "It's going to happen eventually."

I look down to my feet as I start to blush even harder than before.

"So what are we going to do know?" Misty asks.

Barry slumps his shoulders. "Did we come here for nothing?"

"Can we just break a window or something?" Gary suggests, thinking it was a good idea.

"Heck no!" I shout at him.

"O-okay!" He waves his hands in front of himself. "Calm down..."

The door to my place suddenly opens. Standing there is my mom, with a watering can in hand.

"Serena! Welcome home!" She pulls me into a hug. "Ohh...I missed you. It was so quiet around the house without your constant yelling and singing."

My cheeks shoot red from embarrasment. It's true, I yell at my mom's Fletchling every morning, and I do tend to sing to myself around the house.

"M-mom!" I bawl.

"Alright, sorry sweetie." She giggles.

She notices my group of friends, awkwardly watching the scene going on in front of them. "I see you brought friends?"

"Y-yeah. Can they stay over?"

"Of course. Come in!" She moves to the side.

I enter my house, followed by everyone else. She greets each one of my friends as they walk in.

"Dawn, Iris, May, Misty! Nice too see you again!"

"Nice to see you too!" They reply is unison.

"Kenny, Barry, Paul, Drew, Gary and Clemont! Long time no see!" She smiles. "You boys have matured into handsome young men!"

"Mom!" I shout. I swear my face can't get anymore red. All she does is embarress me...

Lastly, Ash enters through the door.

"Ash! How have you been doing?"

"I've been doing great, thank you!"

"Has my daughter been any trouble to you? Is she acting like a proper lady?"

I cover my face as I yell to myself in my head. I don't think I can stand anymore of this...

"Haha, no ma'am, she's amazing. I love her to bits." He chuckles.

"That's good to hear." She closes the door.

I start making my way upstairs. "We're going to my room, mom!"

"You kids have fun!" She waves.

I get to my room and slam the door shut. I lean on my door and sigh of relief.

"Your mom's cool." Gary smirks.

"Shut up." I roll my eyes.

Dawn jumps onto my bed. "So what shall we do?"

Ash notices my gaming system sitting on the floor beside my TV. Yes, I do game sometimes, but not all the time.

"Let's play a few games!" He takes the first game disc he can find, which is Poke Kart. (A/N - Poke Kart is the Mario Kart of the pokemon world, lol)

Only up to four players can play at a time, so the four that decided to go first are Ash, Drew, Paul and Kenny.

They turn my system on, and get right to playing.

"Hey, shouldn't you call Calem?" Dawn asks me.

Now that I think of it, he took a different bus on our way home back from camp, so I didn't get the chance to invite him.

"Right. I'll text him." I take out my phone.

A few minutes later, he replies, saying he's on his way.

"Wow...Serena I can't believe you wear clothes like these..." Gary stares into my drawer wide eyed.

As he is about to take out that article of clothing, I jump at him and slam to drawer close. "Gary, you idiot! What are you doing looking through my stuff?!"

"I was curious." He shrugs. "That's some....interesting clothes you got in there. You should wear em more often."

"Do you know any better than to go through a girl's stuff?!" My cheeks shoot red.

Ash drops his controller and stomps over here. He grabs Gary by the collar and lifts him up. "Leave her alone. Don't you dare touch her stuff, only I have the privilege to do that!"

"Ehhh!? No you do not, Ash!"

He lets go of Gary, dropping him onto the floor. "I'm your boyfriend, I'm allowed to go through your stuff, right?"

"Not really..." I sweat drop.

Misty facepalms herself. "Stop harrasing her guys..."

"We're not!" Gary and Ash say in unison.

"Yo, Ash! You still playing?" Paul asks.

Ash runs back to the game and grabs his controller. "Hell yeah!"

Gary sits down beside the rest of the guys and watches them play. "I'm going next!" He calls.

I sit down on my bed beside Dawn, who just wrapped herself with my blanket. Bonnie jumps onto my bed as well, holding my Tediursa plushie that Ash got me back at the carnival.

"Serena! Someone is at the door! I will let him up, okay?" My mom says from downstairs.

"Okay!" I reply.

Calem enters through my room.

"Yo, Calem, brotha!" Drew pats the spot next to him.

"Woah...you guys are all here?" He scratches his head as he sits down with the rest of the guys.

"Yeah, we been here for like, 30 minutes." Barry replies.

Misty gets up from my bed. "Now that everyone is here, why don't we play truth or dare?"

"T-truth or dare? I don't know how I feel about that..." Clemont gulps.

"Why, brother? You scared of having to do some embarrassing dare?" Bonnie snickers.

"N-no! I-I..." Clemont blushes and looks down.

Drew puts his game controller away. "Count me in!" He gives us a thumbs up.

"Alright then! Who's going first??" Misty looks around, looking for the right person.

Clemont purposely looks away and whistles, hoping he doesn't get picked.

"Dawn!" Misty points to her.

"M-me??? O-okay..."

"Truth? Or dare?"

She takes some time to think. Finally, she's decided. "Truth!"

"Aww!" Misty sighs. "And I had a good dare for you too."

"Just give me the question." Dawn sweat drops, glad she didn't pick dare. Misty's dares can be scary sometimes.

"Upon all of the guys in this room, which one would you date?"

Misty gives her an evil smile. She already knows what Dawn's answer would be, obviously. But she thinks it's about time the boy finds out.

"I knew you were gonna ask something like that." Dawn rolls her eyes.

"Just answer."

"I-I um..." She looks down as she starts to heavily blush.

I glance over at Kenny, who is looking at Dawn with a worried expression. I wonder why.

"It's Kenny!" She finally blurts out. "I would date Kenny, okay!?" She covers her face with her hands.

I thought Kenny would've had a shocked expression on his face, but I was wrong. Once Dawn said his name, a smile smeared across his face.

"Thank you. That's all we needed to know." Misty smirks.

"Wow, Kenny. You better make your move." Gary punches his arm.

"Ehh..." Kenny nervously scratches his cheek.

Misty turns to Dawn, who is beginning to release steam from embarrassment. "It's your turn." She laughs, upon seeing Dawn all flustered.

"O-okay...." She takes a deep breath to calm herself. She quickly forgets about Kenny and goes back to the game.

We play this game for the next hour. There were some pretty hilarious dares. Drew was dared to run around Vaniville in his underwear. The faces my neighbours gave when they saw him were priceless.

Then there was Ash, who was dared to wear one of my dresses for the entire game. He hated it. I thought he looked pretty cute.

Then, things started getting out of hand when Gary took out his phone and began taking pictures. And boy, Ash did not like that.

Right now, I am at the middle of watching the two.

"Put that phone away, you bastard!" Ash holds down Gary's arm.

"No! Let go, girly!"

"Don't call me that!" Ash roars.

Ash jumps onto Gary, knocking him down.

Paul slams his hand onto his mouth, trying not to laugh. "A-ash. You just gave us an upskirt view."

Ash looks down, forgetting he had my dress on. "AGH!!!" He pulls the skirt down, as his face turns bright red.

"Hahaha!!!" Gary laughs. "I shoud've gotten that on camera!"

"Shut up!" Ash takes my umbrella and begins hitting Gary.

Misty, Dawn, Iris, May and I sweat drop while the other guys begin betting on who will win this fight.

"Delete those pictures!" Ash growls.

"No! And let go of the umbrella, idiot!" Gary shouts.

Ash doesn't listen and continues to wack Gary.

"Serena? What is going on up there?" I hear my mom's faint voice from downstairs.

"Umm, n-nothing!" I reply.

I yank the umbrella away from Ash. "Cut it out!"

"Gary started it."

"Okay...that's enough of truth or dare." Misty sighs.

Calem picks up my game controller. "Let's just play Poke Kart again!"

"I'm in!" Ash grabs a controller.

"Then I am too!" Gary follows.

"Me too!" Drew takes takes the last controller.

My friends stay at my place for another 3 hours. They soon leave, since their parents would be worrying if they stayed for too long. Ash on the other hand decided to stay a little while longer.

The door to my room opens up. Ash comes in from the bathroom, and hands back my dress.

"Feels good to be wearing my clothes again." He adjusts his collar.

"I thought you looked adorable in my dress." I say as I toss it into the hamper.

He scratches his head. "Ehhh...I'm not so sure about that."

"Pika." Pikachu adds.

"Hey, Pikachu. Do you want to play with Fennekin and Pancham?" I reach into my pocket.

"Chu!" He nods.

I release my pokemon. As usual, they do the same thing whenever they are over at my place. They run into the hallway and play tag.

"So...what now?" He takes a seat on one of my bean bag chairs.

"I don't know...maybe we can watch a movie or something?" I flop down next to him.

"Yeah, sure."

"Do you want to pick?"

"Okay then." He gets up and heads to my TV. He goes through my movies, and takes the one that interests him.

30 minutes into the movie later, I hear a groan escape Ash's mouth.

"Is something wrong?" I look at him.

"This movie is kind of boring me."

"You were the one who picked it." I sweat drop.

"The dvd cover looked pretty cool." He shrugs.

"Well, you don't judge a book by its cover."

He takes the remote and pauses the movie. "Let's do something else."

"O-okay...like what?"

He takes my arm and pulls me closer to him. He smirks and presses his lips against mines.

I kiss him back as I wrap my arms around the back of his neck.

He slowly starts moving his hand from my cheek down my side to my waist.

Suddenly, a knock is heard on my door.

"Serena? If you are hungry, dinner is on the table! Ash, you are welcome to stay and have dinner as well!" Grace says.

Ash withdraws away from me and facepalms himself. "Not now..." He mumbles.

"Okay! We're coming!" I reply.

I get up from my bean bag chair and look down at Ash. He looks back, and pouts.

"Maybe next time."

"Hmp. Alright." He sighs.

"Now come on. My mom has ordered some pizza."

"Really?!" Ash gets up. "Oh yeah! Pizza!!!" He runs out the door.

I silently giggle as I watch him fly down the flight of stairs. That boy. He totally pushes everything aside when it comes to food.

I shut off the TV and follow him downstairs. I haven't eaten since we left from camp. Pizza does sound good right now.
