Ash's Pov

     Today is the first day that Serena isn't here with me. It was really hard to say goodbye, even though it's only for a few days. It's been so long since I've actually had nothing to do. Usually I can just go see Serena and I'm happy, but now I'm bored out of my mind.

     I decided to text Cilian, since he's the only real friend I have right now. Gary is nice but I'm still mad about him indirectly causing all the rumors, so I'd rather not see him for awhile. Kenny, Barry, and the others are nice, but they just aren't friends, more acquaintances. Maybe this week could be a chance to change that, though.

     I'm supposed to meet Cilian at the movie theatre to see some new movie, but I'd rather be doing something outside. It's kinda funny how our friendship works, we're basically polar opposites.

     I've always been the kid that was above average intelligence, but didn't apply himself. Cilian has always been a freak about his grades and stuff like that, and he's not that athletic either.

     The only thing that we have in common is our dangerously ironic personalities. I guess that kinda how me and Serenas relationship works too.

"Leaving in 5" Cilian texted me.

      I got my stuff and headed out the door. I hope I can have some fun without Serena, because I'm really not used to having her. I don't know how I lived without her.

So I know these chapters are short, but that's just because I'm building to the bigger chapters. I hope you guys understand that I'm also working on a new project along with this story.
