Serena's P.O.V.

     Stepping out of my front door I noticed Ash staring at me. He looked over to the street when he realized he was staring.

"So, I don't really know any good pizza places, you have one in mind?" Ash asked.

"Yea I do. It's only a couple blocks away, let's go!"

     I started leading ash to the pizza place, and we had some small talk conversations, like the weather, school, and our friends. I preferred real, deep conversations but I didn't want to seem weird and just throw a topic out there.

"Hey, is this it?" Ash asked looking at the sign to a place called daisies Pizza

"Yea it is, let's go order!" We walked up to the front window and talk to the man running the place. We decide to just get one large pie, but I'm sure that Ash of all people could eat more.

    I sat down at a table outside, and ash stayed inside to get the order. Then A familiar face showed himself from behind me.

"Hey Serena! What are you doing?" Asked Calem. I really didn't want him to ruin me and Ash's moment, so I was blunt with him.

"Well, I'm kinda in a friendly date with Ash." I told him in a tone that implied him to get lost.

"Oh. Are you guys a thing now?" He asked. I didn't want to lie and say we were, so I told the truth.

"No, right now we're just friends." I responded.

"Oh, well do you-" Calem was cut off by Ash coming outside with our pizza.

"Oh hey Calem! What are you doing here?" Ash asked him.

"I was walking by and saw Serena. What are you two doing here?" He asked in a snippy tone.

"Uhh we were hungry so we decided to get pizza?" Ash responded defensively.

"Okay. Have fun on your little date." Calem said walking away from us.

"jeez. What was that about?" Ash asked as he sat down with the pizza.

"I don't know, Calem can be weird sometimes."

"How so?" Ash asked.

      I listed off a ton of times Calem was weird, and I realized there was a constant. Calem always acted that way when there was another boy around. Then it hit me. I have to worry about Calem and Meitte now.
