So here i'll be the 19 year old Male Glaceon: Joseph.
He uses his Father's old AK in hopes of using it...some day. His Dad used to be a Crime lord "back in the day". A Decade later, Joseph is hoping to get in on some of that good stuff.
Now that he's a legal adult, he sees this as the opportunity to control and wreak havoc on San Francisco. He plays by the rules, but only because it keeps the cops off his heels.
He is a car enthusiast who can never be satisfied with enough vehicles. He has way too much money to spend, and a suspicious demeanor. He's looking for a crew to raise and take control over the city, block-by-block.
He Dosen't want to kill anyone. But he will if anyone tries to stop him, although his preferred method is negotiating.

This will be a modern-day timeline. So any sort of new stuff will be included. Timelines and states will change to keep it Intresting. But I'm not doing sci-fi...
I will allow real videogame references in here for a more realistic feel. Including cars, and really anything else. If you want to do restaurants, try to make a spinoff name for it.
