I decided to do an in depth chapter on the new starters. Hala is supposed to be the person who gives you one of the three starter pokemon. You can choose from the Grass and Flying type Rowlet, the fire type litten, or the water type Popplio. Alola is the name of the region and the game release is now set for November 18th for the U.S. And Japan and November 23rd for Europe.

Rowlet is the Grass quill pokemon. The description for it says it flies silently through the sky and lashes out with powerful kicks. It can also attack from a distance with razor sharp leaves. It has a new move, leafage, that attacks the opponent by striking them with leaves. Apparently, in battle, it will sometimes twist its head back 180 degrees and look at its trainer to recieve commands. I have predicted this pokemon to have good speed, attack and sp attack due to its descriptions.

Litten is the Fire Cat pokemon. It doesn't show emotions on the surface and is coolheaded. Its fur is rich in oil and it uses the flammability of its fur in its attacks. It knows ember from the very start. I can predict that Litten will have high sp attack and maybe sp defense because of its coolheaded attributes.

Popplio is the Sea Lion pokemon. Its swimming speed is known to exceed 25 mph. It can create balloons made of water and uses these in its battle strategy. It has a lot of spirit and is hardworking. It knows water gun from the start. 

So that's the starters. We don't know their evolutions yet, but does anybody know which they want so far?
