After helping Bluebell to save the flying-type Pokemon, Jennifer, Roy, Diamond, and Oswald continued their travels toward Hollowstone Cave, " The narrator said as Jennifer, Roy, Diamond, and Oswald were seen walking down a path leading towards a giant hill ahead.

"Alright, Bluebell says that this path leads straight to Hollowstone," Roy commented.

"Which takes us straight to Route 3, it looks like," Jennifer said, looking at the map on her Pokepod."So we still have a lot of traveling before reaching the next town, which is Stoneroot Town.

"Yes, that town is said to be home to mining evolution stones, and a few can be found in the cave, most Dusk and Moonstones," Roy said.

"Cool, makes sense with the name Stoneroot town," Diamond said.

"So Jennifer, we're heading to Dawnwind right for your next gym battle?" Oswald asked.

"That my map says that there is a gym there," Jennifer replied, looking at her map and then at Starla walking next to her feet.

"I should check out the information on the contest's news to see where the next contest is held," Diamond commented.

"We can check that out soon as we reach the next town and go to a Pokemon Center," Roy said."They always have posters are the news channel playing on TV, giving out that information."

"He right," Oswald said.

"Then let's get through the cave and figure out where my next Pokemon contest is," Diamond said, smiling.

"Well, you seem less nervous than before," Jennifer said.

"My contest jitters are gone after doing my first Pokemon contest."

"It normal to be nervous your first time," Oswald said.

"Let's go Hollowstone, not much farther," Jennifer said as she saw a glimpse of the cave coming into view.

The four trainers were walking up the top of the hill when they finally came into view of a cave entrance and walked over toward it.

"You know, maybe I should try catching me a new Pokemon before the next contest," Diamond said.

"Well, I'm sure there are pretty Pokemon to catch inside of here," Roy said.

"Yeah, I guess, but I don't know if any of them are not meant for me," Diamond commented.

"You won't know until you see what's all in here," Jennifer said.

"Good point. There might be a great Pokemon meant for you in here," Oswald said.

"Yeah, your right."

The four trainers entered the cave and started walking through the cave. Luckily, it wasn't that dark to see their way through. As they walked,g they looked around for any Pokemon that would be great for Diamond to catch. However, they didn't see anything but rocks.

Starla then stopped walking and got in front of Jennifer, gaining her attention.

"What the matter Starla?" Jennifer asked.

Starla sniffed the air and narrowed her eyes, and crouched down slightly in a battle position.

"Meowth!" Starla cried out loudly.

Everyone looked to where Starla was looking at, and soon they saw two Pokemon coming out of the shadows, which surprised them. The first pokemon was a Serpentine-looking one with a purple body covered in thick dark blue stripes around its body. It had a blue pattern underneath its face and nose. It has a yellow sinister-looking eye. A small horn was on the front of its head, and the tail had holes like a flute and blue rattle. This Pokemon was a Solan Ekans.

The second Pokemon is a terrifying black crocodile Pokemon with sharp white teeth in its jaw and black scale skin, and a spiky head. This Pokemon was recognized as a Solan Totodile.

"Wow, an exciting duo of Ekans and Totodile," Diamond said.

"Something wrong here, Starla is acting aggressive, and she usually is never that way with other Pokemon, " Jennifer said., looking at Starla.

"Your right; look," Oswald said, pointing at the duo.

The gang then caught a glimpse of the injuries on the two Pokemon, but the Totodile was carrying Ekans on its back, making its wounds worst.

"Who would do this to Pokemon?" Diamond asked, trying to walk closer to the injured Pokemon, but the Totodile snapped its jaw and glared at her making her back away.

"It looks like they don't trust humans, but it's okay. We won't hurt you, " Oswald said, kneeling and taking his bag off his back."See, eat these. It helps you feel better," He said, holding out a handful of Oran berries."

"That's right; everything is going to be okay. Trust him. He healed my Pokemon Starfire," Jennifer said softly, smiling as she attempted to settle Starla down.

The Totodile narrowed his eyes at the berries in Owslad's hand and then at Jennifer's smile, then glanced at the berries, which he grabbed with his hand and handed some to Ekans so it could eat them and then started to eat himself as well.

"Now, who did this to the two of you?" Jennifer asked.

However, before they could get an answer, they heard footsteps, and Starla started growling, ready to fight.

'Starla, something definitely upsetting.' Jennifer thought, looking at the tension in Starla's body.

"That would be me, little girl," A deep voice said.

Everyone then looked to see a tall tan-skinned man with short, dark green hair wearing a thick black jacket and grey pants, carrying some net gun, signaling he was a Pokemon poacher and capturing these two to sell to the black market. Beside him was a tall bee-like Pokemon with a honeycomb shape cannon hand. This pokemon was Beeflak, a fire and bug type Pokemon, and the evolution of a male Combee.

'No, not that Pokemon again.' Jennifer thought, wide eyes as she froze and fell next to Starla, unable to move as she stared at the Pokemon next to the poacher unable to move.
