After a good night's rest from yesterday's Pokemon Contest, Jennifer, Diamond, and Roy are now heading out of Sunēkuuddo City to make it their way toward the location of the next Gym and Pokemon Contest," The narrator said as Jennifer, Starla, Diamond, and Roy are seen leaving the city.

"Hey, wait on up!" A familiar voice called out.

The three turn around along with Starla to see Oswald running ther way.

"You again, what begins you?" Roy asked.

"You're heading out now, aren't you?" Oswald asked.

"That's correct. We are heading to Hollowstone Cave," Diamond said.

"Why do you ask?" Jennifer asked, placing a hand on Starla, trying to calm her down since she was getting uncomfortable by Oswald's presence.

"I was wondering if I could join you," Oswald said."I'm training to be a Pokemon Doctor like my family and have been thinking I will get more experience by traveling, and meeting you three seems fun to join you," He explained.

"That's fine with me," Roy stated.

"You seem like a nice guy to me, so I'm ok with it as well," Diamond said."What about you, Jen?" She asked, looking over at Jennifer.

Jennifer looked up at Oswald and stared at him intensely, making everyone look at her as she continued to stare at him, not saying a single word.

"Well, what do you say, Jenny?" Roy asked, trying to break the awkward silence.

"You can come with us, Oswald," Jennifer said."I don't feel any bad intentions from you, but Starla, on the other hand, won't accept you quickly, so I advised that you be careful," She said, petting Starla's head.

"Meow," Starla growled, glaring at Oswald.

"I understand she doesn't trust humans?"

"Not since Pokemon Hunters attacked her. She wasn't as comfortable with me at first, but she opened up again to me, somewhat, Jennifer said.

"Alright, now that we settle, come on, we have a cave to get to," Roy said.

"That's right. Let's, get through Route 3 before it gets dark," Diamond said.

"Relax, we have pretty of time. It is only a little bit after 8 in the morning," Jennifer stated.

'Jennifer correct. We should be there through here with pretty of sunlight left," Oswald said.

"Starla comes on," Jennifer said, signaling for Starla to move away from Oswald.

"Meowth," Starla cried out, walking next to Jennifer.

"Croling!" Ace cried out, flying in the air above a large group of trees.

"Ace Aireal Ace!" Jennifer called out.

"Crow!" Ace cried out as his body was surrounded by a white aura flying straight toward a target on a tree.

"Go, Ace!" Diamond cheered.

"You can do it!" Roy said.

"Croling!" Ace cried out as he lost control and hit the ground hard.

"Ace!" Jennifer yelled, running over towards Ace.

"It looks like an injured leg to me," Oswald said, removing his bag and treating Ace's leg.

"Meow!"

"Starla, settle down," Jennifer said, touching Starla's head.

"Ace, your good to go," Oswald said with Ace sitting on his arm.

"That's good. Think that's enough for now," Jennifer said, stroking Ace's wing.

A rustling was heard from the bushes, causing the four trainers to them.

"What that?" Jennifer asked.

A woman with short light blue hair then came out of the bushes carrying binoculars. She was wearing a green short sleeve shirt and matching green shorts.

"Well, hello there," She said.

"Hi to you too," Diamond said.

"Hey," Roy said.

"Meowth!" Starla growled.

"Woah, think it time to go back in," Jennifer said, returning Starla to her Pokeball.

"Nice to meet you way out here," She said.

"My name is Jennifer, and the one growling was Starla."

"I'm Diamond."

"They call me Roy."

"Oswald."

"Hello, my name is Bluebell," She introduced herself."I'm the proctor of this forest and was keeping watch of the Pokemon before I saw you three."

"I hope us being here was getting in the way," Diamond said nervously.

"Oh no, lots of trainers come through here, and you four seem nice, unlike some trainers," She said."If you want, you can watch the flying-type Pokemon with me."

"That sounds like fun," Jennifer said.

"I agree," Diamond said.

"I would love to studying Pokemon is my passion," Roy said.

"It looks like everyone is interested, " Oswald commented.

"Well, come along then, "Bluebell said.

The gang was now behind a bush with Roy and Bluebell holding binoculars.

"There a colony of Pidive living in the forest. Their nest is over in those trees," Bluebell said, pointing over at a group of trees nearby.

"Colony?" Diamond questioned.

"A colony refers to the different of bird Pokemon who live separately because of lf species," Roy explained, handing the binoculars to Diamond.

Diamond looked theough the binoculars. "Awesome, I see the nest. It seems empty.!"

"Let me see," Jennifer said.

"Alright, here," Diamond said.

Jennifer took them and looked at the nest and saw that it was empty.

"She right the Pidove aren't there," Jennifer said.

"Hm," Bluebell hummed in thought

"Something the matter, Bluebell?" Oswald asked.

"We need to find higher ground. Come on," Bluebell said, standing up.

The group of four then followed her out of the bushes to higher ground.

They were now gathered up kn a cliff, with Bluebell looking up ahead with her binoculars. 

"This is right," Bluebell said, looking at her Pokepod as she pulled it out of her green shorts pocket."The Pidove should have been back by this time. Something is very wrong," She stated.

Jennifer,  Diamond, Roy, and Oswald turn towards Bluebell.

"What do you mean, Bluebell?" Jennifer asked.

"Well, you see, recently, this past few days, the number of flying-type Pokemon living in this area dropped by a large number," Bluebell explained.

"And you don't know why this is happening?" Diamond asked.

"No, but I am working hard to find out, but this forest is a bug place," Blubell replied.

"Then you should let us help you out," Jennifer stated."If the Pokemon need help, we want to assist you."

"She right, helping Pokemon what we do besides it will help with my research to become a Pokemon Professor," Roy said.

"You mean it?" Bluebell asked.

"Yes!" The gang said together.

"That almost I could use the help," Bluebell said, leading them farther into the forest.
