Everyone was eagerly waiting for the smoke to clear. The crowd, including television viewers, stood up from their seats. They could not wait to see the outcome of Giga Impact versus Volt Tackle. Who will win?

Suddenly, a flash of yellow lightning appeared from within the smoke. "THAT... MUST BE PIKACHU'S THUNDERBOLT!" the commentator hyped up the crowd over Pikachu's supposed victory over Salamence.

PIKA!

After the fog cleared, Pikachu was found standing atop of Salamence with its cheeks still sparkling, as if ready for another match.

"Salamence is unable to battle. Pikachu wins!" the judge announced. 

"YES, Pikachu, you are awesome!" Ash celebrated the victory.

Meanwhile, the crowd went wild!

"OMGG, I cannot believe it, I cannot believe it, Pikachu took out that beastly Salamence!" 

"Great work Salamence," Sir Aaron praised his fallen Pokemon and asked it to move behind him.

"Ash, I didn't expect Pikachu to be so strong!" Sir Aaron applauded Ash and his buddy.

"Well, Pikachu knew what I wanted and did exactly!" Ash said to Sir Aaron and patted its Pokemon.

The judge finally spoke again when the crowd stopped, "Since Sir Aaron has three Pokemon down now half his Pokemon, battlefield change!"

The ground became more rocky, more dangerous and most importantly, drier to fight in. The heat could even be felt at the stands, especially those sitting in the front row.

"Blastoise!" Sir Aaron called.

Blastoise stomped his way into the new battlefield.

"Ok, then, I choose you Charizard!" Ash threw his chosen Pokeball high up.

The flame Pokemon appeared from the Pokeball and was now flapping its wings high above the battlefield.

"Wow, what a match-up! Did As just make a mistake? He chose a fire Pokemon against a water type. Interesting," the commentator said.

"This battle is between Blastoise and Charizard. Battle starts." the judge referred.

Serena murmured, "Type disadvantage is nothing to Ash, he will win this with his secret weapon."

"Blastoise let's start first, Hydro Pump!" Sir Aaron said.

Using its cannon, strong burst of water were released straight at Charizard.

"Dodge, Charizard!"

With quick speed, the fire type caused the Hydro Pump to miss. However, the water type move didn't just stop there. It carried on and on, causing Charizard to be on constant alert of incoming jets of water.

"Use Flamethrower on the Hydro Pump," Ash commanded.

After the two moves collided, Charizard swooped down to the battlefield and ended up in a deadlock with Blastoise. They were so close to each other as they were holding each other hands. They could breathe and sense each other warm air.

This also prevented Blastoise from aiming its cannon on Charizard. They had a mini wrestling fight to show off their strengths. Neither of the two budged.

"Dragon Rage!" Ash shouted.

Keeping its force on its hands to fight Blastoise, Charizard slowly formed a ball of fire in its mouth and released a fiery inferno at the water type.

"HIDE!" Sir Aaron shouted desperately.

Blastoise's head dodged the ball by hiding into the shell.

"What a clever play by Sir Aaron to avoid the attack!" the commentator said.

After the first shot, Blastoise popped its head out, looking at Charizard.

The next moment, Blastoise was hit and fell backwards with its legs acting as the pivot. The direct hit was so devastating that it could not move.

"Blastoise is unable to battle, Charizard is the winner!" The judge announced.

"Wow, a clean sweep, just one attack was sufficient to finish off Blastoise!" the commentator yelled.

"Your Charizard is strong indeed!" Sir Aaron praised.

"Thanks, Charizard is my faithful friend. We have been through a lot together!" Ash said.

Ash decided to return his Pokemon and show his new Pokemon, Lucario

"My next one is stronger! Emboar go!" Sir Aaron chose.

The pig Pokemon entered the battlefield with a bang.

"Emboar versus Lucario, Battle continues!" the judge announced.

"Emboar, flamethrower!" Sir Aaron started.

Emboar took in a deep breath and released a stream of orange-yellow fire from its mouth at Ash's Pokemon.

"Dodge it and use aura sphere!" Ash shouted.

First, Lucario jumped up high into the air. Lucario clasped its hands together and created a blue ball of energy between its hands while pulling them slowly away. When it landed back on the battlefield, it launched the sphere towards Emboar.

"Use Arm Thrust to block it!" Sir Aaron said.

Emboar used its glowing arm and punched the ball away from it.

"Bone Rush, go!" Ash commanded.

Lucario charged ahead. Along the way, it put its hands together and pull them apart, creating a green bone of energy, somewhat like a lightsaber.

Emboar was caught on-guard as it was prepared for any attacks. Using the remaining energy from the arm thrust, it blocked the continuous blows of Bone Rush with its both forearms.

"Lu!" Lucario cried.

"Hammer Arm!" Sir Aaron shouted.

A sudden, unescapable fling of its forearm hit Lucario hard on its cheek.

"Thud!"

Slowly, Lucario recovered from the assault, standing weaker especially since its energy had been exhausted.

"Flamethrower!"

"Use your bone rush to block!"

The lightsaber-like weapon was formed and blocked off the incoming attack.

"Emboar, stronger, Lucario cannot stand," Sir Aaron commanded.

It was evidently to the audience that Lucario cannot handle the power as it was slowly being pushed backwards.

There was no way Lucario can escape this unscathed, so Ash decided to gamble.

"Lucario, roll sideways!" Ash ordered.

Lucario looked behind at its trainer in a disbelief look. Really?

"Just do it!"

Lucario waited for a while longer, for the correct moment and it rolled rightwards. As it was about to charge straight at Emboar. The fire beam changed direction suddenly, towards Lucario. Engulfed in flames, Lucario gave in.

"Lucario is unable to battle, Emboar is the winner!" the judge declared.

"What a dominating display by Emboar. Its power, strength and everything was something Lucario cannot handle." the commentator made a real commentatory.

Ash bent down on its knee and pet Pikachu, "You are up, can you do it?"

"PIKA!" Pikachu was pumped by the challenge.

"Your buddy eh! Interesting!" Sir Aaron commented.

"Let's Go!"

"Emboar vs Pikachu, Battle continues!" the judged commenced.

"Quick Attack!" Ash excitedly said.

With lightning white speed, Pikachu burst off towards the big target.

"Emboar, stay on your guard, catch it when it comes." Sir Aaron said.

Of course, Pikachu wasn't so dumb to attack from the front and decided to circle around Emboar and charged from behind.

Sadly, Emboar didn't retaliate.

"Pikachu, Thunderbolt!" Ash yelled.

As Pikachu was running in circles, yellow bolts of electricity from its two cheeks struck Emboar directly. What's more, these are continuous strikes.

"Emboar, focus!" Sir Aaron gave Emboar motivation.

With that, Emboar managed to break free from the electric charge which surprised many including Ash.

"Wow, your Emboar is strong!" Ash praised.

"Wait, there's more, Arm Thrust" Sir Aaron focused more on the match.

Out of sudden, Pikachu was dealt with several blows of fast hitting punches, with the last one hitting hard on Pikachu.

Pikachu flipped twice after hitting the ground and flipped another one more after hitting the ground again.

"Pikachu, are you okay?" Ash asked.

There was no response by Pikachu but his buddy managed to stand up.

"Let's finish this with Flamethrower," Sir Aaron shouted.

With little time to spare, Pikachu was overwhelmed by the blaze.

The ending was the same.

"Pikachu is unable to battle, the winner goes to Emboar!" the judge said.

The crowd cheered for Emboar as it had managed to finish 2 of Ash's Pokemon.

"This is getting for exciting! With just one, Sir Aaron has taken down two of Ash's Pokemon. Is this the change that Sir Aaron needed to win? Can he continue his streak?" I (legit Me) said as I have just sacked my commentator.

"Emboar is one tough Pokemon, sorry Pikachu," Ash murmured to himself, "Now it is up to you Charizard."

"Charizard, I choose you!" Ash threw.

It landed the ground with a loud thud.

"The battle between fire types starts!" the judge announced.

"Flamethrower!" the two trainers shouted.

The clash of the two attacks sparked a huge smoke. Neither of them could see each other. Ash instead gambled.

"Wing Attack," Ash commanded.

Charizard knew what Ash wanted. Both of Charizard's wings glowed white and the white energy shone off them at the wingtips. It charged straight into the flog then came out of it, slamming into Emboar with his left one.

Instead of being beaten, Emboar grabbed hold of the wing. Charizard felt the sudden imbalance in weight distribution but managed to recover from it.

"Flamethrower on Charizard!" Sir Aaron said.

Ash knew the attack was used to distract Charizard. "Charizard, ignore him, use Seismic Toss!!! FULL POWER!" Ash yelled.

Charizard grabbed Emboar using his right hand and started to fly up into the sky. Sir Aaron thought to himself, "It can't be, how can Charizard carry a weight that is heavier than itself, this is insane!"

As Charizard was spinning around several times, Sir Aaron ordered Emboar to let go of its grip. However, it could not break free from Charizard's right hand. Charizard then zoomed back down to the hard, rocky battlefield.  Both Pokemon at this moment was also engulfed in the flames produced by Emboar. Charizard's descend was becoming more unstable.

Before Charizard could finish its move, both had slammed to the ground. Smoke blocked everyone's vision.

Once the fog was cleared, Emboar stood strong, as if it had never taken a single damage. Charizard was, however, lying face down belly down on the field.

The whole world was stunned.

"It cannot be, Charizard is down!" Misty commented.

"Pathetic," Paul said his signature word.

"Hey, Ash's Pokemon doesn't give up that easily!" Dawn gave Paul a stern face.

"Ok, don't give me that straight face, we will see!" Paul calmed Dawn and hugged her, hoping that her claims will come true.

"No, this can't be, Charizard!" Clemont shouted as he moved forwards to the television to check if he was hacked.

"Charizard is unable to battle, Emboar-" the judge stopped when he heard noises.

It was sounds of Charizard. It was trying to stand up, slowly on one foot then the other. "OMG, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT CHARIZARD SURVIVED TOOO!" I fanboyed on how tough and resilient Charizard was. It definitely had impressed many and inspired much more.

"Char!!!" Charizard breathed as flames came out from its mouth.

Charizard calibrated its sight onto the opposing Emboar. Both stood there staring at each other. Then the dry wind swept through the battlefield.

"Flamethrower!" the two trainers shouted.

Both Pokemon took a step forward and blew its last breath of fire. The two energy were evenly matched until one second later, Emboar's one was overpowered and it lost.

"Emboar is now unable to battle! Charizard wins!" the judged announced.

The stands cheered. "What a sudden twist of event. Charizard turned the whole situation in favour for Ash! Too bad for Sir Aaron who now only has one last Pokemon which is Lucario!" I spoke into the microphone given the crowd something to look forward. The last battle.

Ash called Charizard back and touched its head, "Great Job, now take some rest, I know I could have used the Mega Evolution but I underestimated Emboar's ability."

Ash picked out his sixth and last Pokeball for the match. He knew he could not stress out on Charizard anymore. He needed to make his Greninja count. His mind was now filled with memories of his training with Greninja, on how to make these hearts synchronised, on how to make quick decisions during battle. Somehow they had developed a trust whereby Greninja could use moves on his own if he deemed correct. Anyways, Greninja had studied Ash's out-of-the-box thinking.

"Please show your last Pokemon!" the judge said.

"Lucario, go!"

"Greninja, I choose you!"

"LETS ALL CHEER FOR THE TWO TRAINERS. THEY HAVE GIVEN THE BEST EVENING WE CAN EVER ASK FOR. GIVE THEM THE SUPPORT AND SO WILL THE LAST BATTLE BEGIN."

"This will be a battle between Lucario and Greninja, battle start." the judge said.

"Lucario Bone Rush!" Sir Aaron said.

Lucario created one white glowing stick with its bare hands.

"Greninja, just close up the gap, then double team!" Ash commanded.

As the duplicated Greninjas charged for Lucario, Lucario was not afraid. "Greninja, cut!" Ash said.

Each one of the multiplied Greninja charged for Lucario with a white glowing knife.

"Bone rush!"

Using its lightsaber, Lucario defended each one of the Greninja until it was hit by the real one from the back.

"Aerial ace," Ash said.

Once again, Lucario was being hit again. However, the next was a miss, giving Lucario an opening to hit with his bone.

They returned to their original position from before.

"Let's end this quick! Lucario sense me, Mega Evolve!" Sir Aaron shouted.

Within the Mega Evolution energy generated by the mega stones. Lucario's cream fur became longer, and its thighs slimed down. It developed more spikes on the back of its paws, which had turned crimson. It also developed spikes on both of its feet, which had become crimson too. Its aura-sensing appendages grew longer, and two of them were tipped in crimson. Its shoulders also possessed a spike each. Everyone could feel the increased aura given off by Mega Lucario.

"If that's how you want it to be!" Ash said, "Greninja, let's show them our potential, UGGHH!!!"

The strong unbreakable bonds between Ash and his Greninja were created as wires glowing in white. Subsequently, all this energy was converted into a large water veil extending a few feets above Greninja. The water veil then moved from around its body to its back, creating a cross 'X' shape, which resembled wings. These wings then formed into a small sphere shape of water on the middle of its back with a light blue circle in the middle of it and it then grew in size until it formed into a giant shuriken made of water. 

"The time we all had been waiting for has arrived, Ash's Bond Phenomenon!!! And Sir Aaron's Mega Lucario, definitely the first one in Pokemon history!" I spoke to the mic with excitement.

Sudden to the crowd, Lucario made blue balls of energy and fired them repeatedly at Ash-Greninja who quickly dodged them by charging straight.

Ash-Greninja grabbed the shuriken on its back and threw it at Mega Lucario who countered it with aura spheres. After it does so, another shuriken popped up on Ash-Greninja's back, allowing it to fire it repeatedly.

It then duplicated itself into many selves.

Mega Lucario put the spikes on its paws together, creating white sounds waves accompanied by a high pitched ringing to emit from the tips and spread towards the target, causing Greninja to slow down and eventually stop in its tracks. Ash too could not handle the sound and covered his ears.

Mega Lucario burst forward towards Ash-Greninja, forming two attacking swords at the same time. With one strong swing, Ash-Greninja was being pushed back. Ash quickly took out his Water Shuriken from his back to block the next few subsequent incoming attacks from Mega Lucario.

As Ash-Greninja blocked and dodged the blows, the shuriken became bigger and bigger gradually. It became so large than one shuriken can fend off the two bone rush.

Mega Lucario knew he won't be a match for the giant water shuriken and retreated.

Ash and Ash-Greninja concentrated their powers onto that giant shuriken, making it larger and larger.

Mega Lucario formed a massive ball of multicoloured energy in its mouth and fired a multicoloured dragon-shaped beam of energy from it at Greninja, specifically the shuriken. There was no way it could survive that kind of attack.

However, to Sir Aaron's horror, the energy was absorbed into the shuriken. Now it was glowing purplish.

"Now, Greninja, fire!" Ash exclaimed loudly.

Finally, Ash-Greninja, together with Ash sent that shuriken towards Mega Lucario. Even though it was massive, it travelled fast. No one's reaction time could be fast enough to dodge it.

"BOOM"

"BOOM!" the attack was replayed in people's minds.

Cheers, hurrah, hurray and confetti were thrown upon the champion

After Ash was crowned the Pokemon Master, Ash went back to his hotel room, prepared to leave for Pallet Town, his hometown. He really needed a good long rest.

As he was about to enter the toilet, his doorbell rang. He peeped through the lens and saw someone he least expected.

"I thought you have some event going on?" Ash asked as he opened the door.

She didn't reply immediately, she just pounced onto Ash and gave him a tight hug and whispered, "I knew you can do it, Ash, now do me, Ash!"
